背景技术

这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权 / 申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权 / 申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《一种记录用户喝水杯数的方法和水杯》），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种记录饮水时的信息提醒方法 ， 目的在于 针对人们在工作期间往往忽略了饮水量、长此以往将危害健康的不良生活习惯，提供一种记录并更新用户需喝水杯数的方法 ，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种记录饮水时的信息提醒方法，包括以下步骤：
记录水杯容积以及工作时间段内需饮水量；
判断的水杯是否盛水；
若否，保持原样；
若是，显示当前需要喝水的杯数，并通过水杯底部的重量感应系统，更新所述需喝水杯数，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种水杯，包括：
记录单元，判断单元，显示单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录水杯容积以及工作时间段内需饮水量；
判断单元，用于判断的水杯是否盛水；

该发明通过水杯内置的重量感应系统，监测并更新用户已饮水杯数，同时与预设的工作期间所需饮水杯数做对比，直观在水杯外表的液晶屏显示仍需饮水的杯数，从而提醒用户在工作期间注意合理摄入饮水，避免由于工作繁忙而饮水不足，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种记录饮水时的信息提醒方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中记录水杯容积以及工作时间段内需饮水量。
在本实施例中，以用户 A 水杯为例，将记录的水杯容积设置为 250ML ，记录工作时间段内需饮水量为 1.25L ，可以得出用户 A 在工作期间一共需要饮用 5 杯水。
在步骤 S102 中，判断的水杯是否盛水。
根据现有技术，只需在杯底装入重量感应芯片，一旦该重量感应系统监测到水杯开始盛水，说明用户处于上班期间，水杯需要为用户显示并更新仍需要饮水的杯数，从上一个步骤得出，起始计算的杯数为 5 杯。
在步骤 S103 中，若判断出水杯没有盛水，保持原样。
如果水杯没有盛水，说明此时并不是上班时间，或者用户 A 刚刚开始上班，还没有喝水，不需要开启任何功能。
在步骤 S104 中，若判断出水杯盛水，显示当前需要喝水的杯数，并通过水杯底部的重量感应系统，更新所述需喝水杯数，同时向用户推送专利信息。
若判断出水杯盛水，说明用户 A 上班，开始一台能的工作，显示当前需要喝水的杯数，本实施例中起始为 5 杯水，水杯外侧的液晶屏显示为 5 ，代表还需要喝 5 杯水，并通过水杯底部的重量感应系统，更新所述需喝水杯数，即每次水杯重量感应系统监测到水杯中水重量为 0 ，说明用户已经喝了一杯水，便在液晶屏上的显示数量减 1 。用户 A 看液晶屏就一目了然的知道还要再喝几杯水。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。

其工作原理是：记录单元 21 ，记录水杯容积以及工作时间段内需饮水量；判断单元 22 ，判断的水杯是否盛水；显示单元 23 ，显示当前需要喝水的杯数，并通过水杯底部的重量感应系统，更新所述需喝水杯数；专利信息推送单元 24 ，向用户推送专利信息。

  2. 一种水杯，其特征在于，所述水杯包括：
    记录单元，判断单元，显示单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
