综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 根据手势匹配出水温度的方法以及饮水机 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了 一种 手势匹配出水温度时信息提醒的方法 , 目的在于 提供一种比较简单的,能够提供较为恒定的水温的饮用水的方法, 同时充分保护技术创造者的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种 手势匹配出水温度时信息提醒的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录一个或多个手势信息,以及与所述手势信息一一匹配的出水温度;
读取用户输入的手势信息,并判断是否存在与所述用户输入的手势信息相匹配的出水温度信息;
若否,不出水;
若是,根据用户输入的手势信息,向用户提供与所述用户输入的手势相匹配的出水温度的饮用水,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 饮水机 ,包括:
记录单元,用于记录一个或多个手势信息,以及与所述手势信息一一匹配的出水温度;
判断单元,与所述记录单元连接,用于检测用户输入的手势信息,并判断是否存在与所述用户输入的手势信息相匹配的出水温度信息;
调控单元,与所述判断单元连接,用于存在与所述用户输入的手势信息相匹配的出水温度信息时,向用户提供与所述用户输入的手势相匹配的出水温度的饮用水;
信息推送单元,与所述调控单元连接,用于在所述调控单元向用户提供与所述用户输入的手势相匹配的出水温度的饮用水时,向用户推送专利信息。

该发明通过将手势与出水温度相匹配,让饮水机能够识记用户所需要的出水温度,从而能自动为用户做好热水和冷水的水温配比,让用户能够在需要时,可以每次饮水都喝到同一恒定温度的水温,同时充分保护技术创造者的利益。

本发明使用了手势技术,该技术在触摸屏智能手机以及任天堂游戏机 NDS 、 3DS 系列较为常见。其原理是根据人在触摸屏上画出的不同手势而产生不同的响应,所以可以应用于本发明实施例中的相关领域。
在本发明的实施例中, 设置手势 1 (如画圆圈)为 45 摄氏度的水温,设置手势 2 (如:画三角形)为 35 摄氏度的水温。
在步骤 S102 中,读取用户输入的手势信息,并判断是否存在与所述用户输入的手势信息相匹配的出水温度信息。
为了避免误操作 ,当输入的手势没有相匹配的出水温度信息时,视为输入无效。当输入无效时,进入步骤 S103 ,饮水机不出水;如果输入的手势具有相匹配的出水温度时,视为输入有效,进入步骤 S104 ,根据用户输入的手势信息,向用户提供与所述用户输入的手势相匹配的出水温度的饮用水,并向用户推送专利信息。

    读取用户输入的手势信息,并判断是否存在与所述用户输入的手势信息相匹配的出水温度信息;
    若否,不出水;
    若是,根据用户输入的手势信息,向用户提供与所述用户输入的手势相匹配的出水温度的饮用水,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种 饮水机 ,其特征在于,所述 饮水机 包括:
    记录单元,用于记录一个或多个手势信息,以及与所述手势信息一一匹配的出水温度;
