一种基于特定手势显示隐藏频道时的信息提示方法及电视系统，所述方法包括：记录用户定义的隐藏频道以及与所述频道相对应的特定手势（S101）；在正常情况下不显示所述隐藏频道（S102）；当用户输入与所述隐藏频道相对应特定手势时，显示所述隐藏频道并同时推送专利信息（S103）；经过特定时间后，屏蔽所述隐藏频道的可选信息（S104）。由此，可以让用户对已经开通的频道进行管理，同时可以让技术创新者的创新得到认知和保护。

Description

基于特定手势显示隐藏频道时的信息提示方法及电视系统 技术领域
本发明属于家电领域，尤其是涉及一种基于特定手势显示隐藏频道时的信息提示方法及电视系统。
 背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《基于特定手势而显示频道的方法和电视系统》），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种基于特定手势显示隐藏频道时的信息提示方法，目的在于解决当前频道内容日益增多、细分和开放时，所带来的管理困难的问题的同时，让技术创造者的利益得到更好的保护。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种基于特定手势显示隐藏频道时的信息提示方法，包括以下步骤：
记录用户定义的隐藏频道以及与所述频道相对应的特定手势;
在正常情况下不显示所述隐藏频道；
当用户输入与所述隐藏频道相对应的特定手势时，显示所述隐藏频道并同时推送专利信息；
经过特定时间后，屏蔽所述隐藏频道的可选信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电视系统，包括具有触摸输入板的遥控器，还包括：
记录单元，记录用户定义的隐藏频道以及与所述频道相对应的特定手势；
检测单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于检测用户输入的特定手势是否为与所述隐藏频道相对应特定手势；
显示单元，其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接，用于显示各个频道的可选信息，并在用户输入与所述隐藏频道相对应特定手势时，显示所述隐藏频道并同时推送专利信息；
屏蔽单元，其输出端与所述显示单元的输入端连接，用于经过特定时间后，屏蔽所述频道的可选信息。
 有益效果
通过该发明，可以让用户对已经开通的频道进行管理，从而方便客户控制已经购买的电视频道的输出内容，同时可以让技术创新者的创新得到认知和保护。

 本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种基于特定手势显示隐藏频道时的信息提示方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中，记录用户定义的隐藏频道以及与所述频道相对应的特定手势。具体的，用户对某些需要控制内容、对其他家庭成员隐藏的频道输入特定的特定手势，系统记录所述需要隐藏的频道以及其对应的特定手势。
在步骤S102中，在正常情况下不显示所述隐藏频道。系统记录后，在一般情况下，屏蔽所述隐藏频道的显示，从用户界面上，他人看不出隐藏了哪些频道，也看不出是否隐藏了频道。
在步骤103中，当用户从具有触摸输入板的遥控器输入与所述隐藏频道相对应的特定手势时，显示所述隐藏频道并同时推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
在步骤S104中，经过特定时间后，屏蔽所述隐藏频道的可选信息。为了避免用户看完所述隐藏频道后，忘记关闭，从而让其他家庭成员接触到隐藏频道，用户可以自行设置一个特定时间，当用户换台或关闭电视后的一段时候，所述频道自动被屏蔽，除非再次输入与所述隐藏频道相对应的特定手势，否则一直保持屏蔽状态。
通过该发明，可以让用户对已经开通的频道进行管理，同时可以让技术创新者的创新得到认知和保护。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种电视的结构示意图，包括：
记录单元201，记录用户定义的隐藏频道以及与所述频道相对应的特定手势；
检测单元202，其输入端与所述记录单元201的输出端连接，用于检测用户输入的特定手势是否为与所述隐藏频道相对应特定手势；
显示单元203，其输入端与所述检测单元202的输出端连接，用于显示各个频道的可选信息，并在用户输入与所述隐藏频道相对应特定手势时，显示所述隐藏频道并同时推送专利信息；
屏蔽单元204，其输出端与所述显示单元203的输入端连接，用于经过特定时间后，屏蔽所述频道的可选信息。
其工作原理是：记录单元201，记录用户定义的隐藏频道以及与所述频道相对应的特定手势；当用户在具有触摸输入板的遥控器上输入特定手势时，检测单元202检测用户输入的特定手势是否为与所述隐藏频道相对应特定手势；显示单元203显示各个频道的可选信息，并在用户输入与所述隐藏频道相对应特定手势时，显示所述隐藏频道并同时推送专利信息；经过特定时间后，屏蔽单元204屏蔽所述频道的可选信息。
通过该发明，可以让用户对已经开通的频道进行管理，同时可以让技术创新者的创新得到认知和保护。

  1. 一种基于特定手势显示隐藏频道时的信息提示方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    记录用户定义的隐藏频道以及与所述频道相对应的特定手势;
    在正常情况下不显示所述隐藏频道；
    当用户输入与所述隐藏频道相对应的特定手势时，显示所述隐藏频道并同时推送专利信息；
    经过特定时间后，屏蔽所述隐藏频道的可选信息。
  2. 一种电视系统，包括具有触摸输入板的遥控器，其特征在于，所述电视系统包括：
    记录单元，记录用户定义的隐藏频道以及与所述频道相对应的特定手势；
    检测单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于检测用户输入的特定手势是否为与所述隐藏频道相对应特定手势；
    显示单元，其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接，用于显示各个频道的可选信息，并在用户输入与所述隐藏频道相对应特定手势时，显示所述隐藏频道并同时推送专利信息；
    屏蔽单元，其输出端与所述显示单元的输入端连接，用于经过特定时间后，屏蔽所述频道的可选信息。
