Abstract
L'invention concerne une chaussure réfléchissante en caoutchouc vulcanisé comprenant une unité de corps de chaussure (1) et au moins une unité réfléchissante (2) revêtue de l'unité de corps de chaussure (1). L'unité de corps de chaussure (1) comprend une chaussette (11) et un corps de chaussure en caoutchouc (12), qui enveloppe l'extérieur de la chaussette (11). L'unité réfléchissante (2) comprend une couche réfléchissante (21) et une couche adhésive thermofusible (23), qui relie la couche réfléchissante (21) et adhère au corps de chaussure (12) avant la vulcanisation et le traitement thermique du corps de chaussure (12). Grâce à l'adhésif thermofusible de l'unité réfléchissante (2), l'invention peut faire adhérer l'unité réfléchissante (2) à l'unité de corps de chaussure (1) avant la vulcanisation et le traitement thermique de l'unité de corps de chaussure (1). Lorsque l'unité de corps de chaussure (1) est vulcanisée et traitée thermiquement, l'adhésif thermofusible est fixé à chaud à l'unité de corps de chaussure (1) plus solidement. Ainsi, le procédé de fabrication sera simplifié et la stabilité de l'unité réfléchissante (2) sera améliorée.
