- the layer made of cork 5 will preferably have a thickness large enough to ensure an effective thermal insulation of the user's foot; on the other hand, said layer made of cork 5 will be thin enough to follow the deformations of the layer made of thermo-formable material 3 associated thereto, without the risk of formation of cracks or fissures.
- the thickness of said layer made of cork 5 will preferably be comprised between 0.5 and 4.0 mm.
- the cork is not dispersed in the form of powder or fragments in the thermoplastic material; instead, it provides for a first, substantially homogeneous layer entirely made of thermo-formable material and a second, substantially homogeneous layer entirely made of cork.
- the layer made of thermo-formable material 3 and the layer made of cork 5 are preferably coupled to each other by gluing or heat lamination. However, this is not to be intended in a limiting sense, and any other technique within the reach of the person skilled in the art can also be used for coupling said layers.
- said insert will comprise a pair of substantially symmetrical lateral portions 7a,7b joined by a central portion 7c; once the insert 1 is applied to the inner liner 100, the lateral portions 7a,7b will extend substantially in the malleolar region of the upper of said inner liner, on both sides of said liner, whereas the central portion 7c will extend substantially in the region of the Achilles tendon of the upper of said inner liner.

Claims (8)
- Chaussure de sport comprenant un élément intérieur essentiellement souple ou doublure (100) et un élément extérieur essentiellement rigide ou coque, dans laquelle au moins ledit élément intérieur essentiellement souple (100) comprend une tige (102) et une semelle (104), comprenant en outre au moins un insert (1) incorporé dans ou appliqué sur ladite tige (102) dudit élément intérieur essentiellement souple (100), caractérisée en ce que ledit insert (1) comprend une couche faite d'un matériau thermoformable (3) et une couche faite de liège (5) couplées l'une à l'autre et il s'étend essentiellement dans la région malléolaire (102c) de la tige (102) de ladite doublure intérieure (100), des deux côtés de ladite doublure (100).
- Chaussure de sport selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite couche faite d'un matériau thermoformable (3) et ladite couche faite de liège (5) ont une épaisseur essentiellement uniforme sur l'ensemble de la surface dudit insert (1).
- Chaussure de sport selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite couche faite d'un matériau thermoformable (3) a une épaisseur de 2,0 à 10,0 mm.
- Chaussure de sport selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans laquelle ladite couche faite de liège (5) a une épaisseur de 0,5 à 4,0 mm.
- Chaussure de sport selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite couche faite d'un matériau thermoformable (3) et ladite couche faite de liège (5) sont couplées l'une à l'autre par une technique choisie dans le groupe comprenant le collage et le laminage à chaud.
- Chaussure de sport selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite couche faite d'un matériau thermoformable (3) est faite d'une matière choisie dans le groupe comprenant le polyéthylène, l'éthylène/acétate de vinyle, le polyuréthane et le polypropylène.
- Procédé de personnalisation d'une chaussure de sport (100), comprenant un élément intérieur essentiellement souple ou doublure (100) et un élément extérieur essentiellement rigide ou coque, dans lequel au moins ledit élément intérieur essentiellement souple (100) comprend une tige (102) et une semelle (104), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à :- incorporer dans ou appliquer sur ladite tige (102) dudit élément intérieur essentiellement souple ou doublure (100) un insert (1) comprenant une couche faite d'un matériau thermoformable (3) et une couche faite de liège (5) couplées l'une à l'autre, ledit insert s'étendant essentiellement dans la région malléolaire (102c) de la tige (102) de ladite doublure intérieure (100), des deux côtés de ladite doublure (100) ;- chauffer au moins ladite couche faite d'un matériau thermoformable (3) dudit insert (1) jusqu'à ce que sa température monte au-dessus d'un seuil prédéterminé ;- tout en maintenant la température de ladite couche faite d'un matériau thermoformable (3) au-dessus dudit seuil prédéterminé, déformer ladite couche faite d'un matériau thermoformable (3) pour l'adapter à la morphologie du pied d'un utilisateur ;- laisser ladite couche faite d'un matériau thermoformable (3) dudit insert (1) refroidir jusqu'à ce que sa température descende en dessous dudit seuil prédéterminé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel au moins ladite étape consistant à déformer ladite couche faite d'un matériau thermoformable (3) pour l'adapter à la morphologie du pied d'un utilisateur est réalisée alors que le pied de l'utilisateur est placé dans la chaussure.
