目前国内外全自动洗衣机使用的减振组件,大致可以分为一种是小容量洗衣机用的减振弹簧式减振组件,另外一种空气阻尼+减振弹簧式减振组件,还有一种是纯摩擦阻尼+减振弹簧式减振部件,其中减振弹簧式减振组件比较简单,只是靠减振弹簧起到减振作用。纯摩擦阻尼+减振弹簧式减振组件是通过一个尼龙滑块或是其他橡胶材料和中间的吊杆产生摩擦来起到吸振的作用,这种结构的减振组件结构简单,成本较低,但是摩擦力比较固定,而且摩擦力越大材料之间的磨损也会加快,就会造成减振组件失效快,摩擦阻尼和空气阻尼并用的减振组件是通过一个塑料套筒和一个橡胶活塞组成,通过活塞和尼龙套之间的运动产生摩擦和空气排放产生阻尼来吸振,此结构由于空气的压缩排放及吸入会产生噪音,因此此种结构的减振组件噪音较大,并且此种结构对空气密封不好也不能够达到较高的理想的吸振性能。但以上减振部件均不能有效防止洗衣机偏载较大脱水运行时,外桶产生的前后左右方向的晃动。
中国专利CN102767066A公开了一种洗衣机减振组件,包括上球座、吊杆、下球座、弹簧、套管、底托,套管上下两端分别连接下球座和底托而形成封闭腔室,封闭腔室中的弹簧下端还设有套装在吊杆上的滑动块,滑动块外侧设有缓冲套,缓冲套与套管过盈配合,套管内壁涂有阻尼脂,本发明虽然保证洗衣机长期过程中的减振降噪音的效果,但是阻尼脂不利于在高温下使用,对使用温度有要求,并且只能在上下方向上减少洗衣机外桶的振动,减少洗衣机在前后左右方向的振动效果较差。
吊杆组件是洗衣机重要的减振部件,现有技术中大多采用弹簧吊杆,或者在弹簧部位增加阻尼结构,这样都是减少了外桶在上下方向的振动,不能减少外桶在前后左右方向的振动。
鉴于以上原因,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种洗衣机减振组件,该洗衣机减振组件设置有阻尼环,该阻尼环可以有效减少吊杆的晃动和摇摆,该减振组件可以同时减少洗衣机前后左右方向和上下方向的振动,使洗衣机保持安静稳定脱水启动和运行。

所述的洗衣机减振组件,还包括外桶悬挂座4,所述的吊杆座11、阻尼环5、外桶悬挂座4、套管部件2、底盖3自上而下套装在吊杆1上,吊杆1的下端通过外桶悬挂座4与外桶6连接,上端通过吊杆座11与角加强板7连接,从而固定在箱体8上。
如图2和图3所示,所述的阻尼环上51包括第一连接件511和第二连接件512,所述的阻尼环下53包括第三连接件531和第四连接件532,阻尼环51通过第一连接件511、第二连接件512、第三连接件531和第四连接件532固定在外桶6上。
作为优选的技术方案,第一连接件511、第二连接件512、第三连接件531和第四连接件532上设置有固定孔,阻尼环5通过螺栓固定在外桶7上。
如图3和图4所示,本发明中所述的阻尼环上51上设置有一圈第一凹槽514,所述的阻尼环下51上设置有一圈与所述的第一凹槽514对应的第二凹槽534,所述的弹性橡胶52配合安装在第一凹槽514和第二凹槽534之间。弹性橡胶52卡在第一凹槽514和第二凹槽534之间,通过阻尼环上51和阻尼环下53固定,这样可以增加阻尼环5对吊杆的摩擦,减少上下方向的振动,同时因为阻尼环上51和阻尼环下53固定在洗衣机外桶6上,当吊杆1前后左右方向上振动时,由于弹性橡胶52的弹性,可以减少吊杆1前后左右方向上的振动,进而有效的减少了吊杆1的晃动和摇摆。
实施例一
如图2和图3所示,本实施例中所述的弹性橡胶52包括本体523、弹性条521和套 环522,所述的本体523通过弹性条521与套环522连接,套环522设置在弹性橡胶52的中间位置,套环522与多个弹性条521连接,设置在中间,在吊杆1振动使可以把力均匀的分散到各个弹性条521上,减少了各个方向上的振动,所述的套环522为与吊杆1相配合设置的中空的圆柱体,所述的吊杆1穿过套环522的中空位置,本实施例弹性橡胶52中的本体523、弹性条521和套环522为一体成型设计,这样可以保证在吊杆1各方向振动时,弹性橡胶52的变形程度不大,并且具有较好的减振效果,
实施例二
如图1至图4所示,本实施例中,所述的弹性条521与套环522处于同一平面,所述的平面位于弹性橡胶52的中部位置,当弹性条521与套环522的中部处于同一个平面时,吊杆1对弹性橡52的力比较均匀的分散,此时洗衣机的振动效果最好,本实施例中弹性条521与套环522也可以不处于相同平面。
优选的一个技术方案,弹性条521、套环522和本体523一体成型设置形成弹性橡胶52,增加了弹性橡胶52的稳定性,不容易变形,并且具有较好的减振效果。
优选的技术方案,所述的弹性橡胶52上的弹性条521呈辐状排列,所述的弹性条521以套环522为中心均匀分布。弹性条521类似辐条设置,弹性条521接到本体523上,当吊杆1振动,撞击弹性橡胶52时经过弹性条521的缓冲、分散,另吊杆1的振动瞬间冲击力减弱,从而洗衣机的振动减弱。本实施例以弹性橡胶52靠近外桶6的一侧为左侧,以弹性橡胶52靠近箱体8一侧为右侧,右侧的弹性条521的长度长于左侧弹性条521的长度,当吊杆1前后左右方向振动时,可以均匀的将力传递给阻尼环5。
实施例三
本实施例中所述的吊杆1上端设置有吊杆座11,所述的吊杆座11内设置有垫片12,所述的吊杆1通过吊杆座11与洗衣机的角加强板7固定在箱体8上,本实施例中的所述的套管部件2内设置有减振弹簧,套管部件2设置在外桶悬挂座4上,套管部件2内的弹簧设置采用现有技术设计,当洗衣机在运行状态下,外桶6会随着洗涤脱水等产生不同程度的振动,压缩弹簧,弹簧的伸缩量随着振动情况随机波动,具有很好的抵抗振动的加剧,实现承载和减振的功能,本实施的减振组件利用现有技术的套管部件2与阻尼环5的共同作用,不但可以减少洗衣机上下方向的振动,也能很好的减少在前后左右方向的振动。
实施例四
如图5所示,本实施例涉及一种洗衣机,包括箱体8、内外桶部件、控制系统、传 动系统,通过悬挂装置将内外桶部件与箱体8装配在一起,本实施例中的洗衣机使用上面实施例中所述的减振组件。
上述实施例中的实施方案可以进一步组合或者替换,且实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施例进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计思想的前提下,本领域中专业技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变化和改进,均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,包括吊杆座、吊杆、阻尼环、套管部件和底盖,阻尼环套装在吊杆上,能上下滑动,所述的阻尼环包括阻尼环上、弹性橡胶和阻尼环下,所述的阻尼环上与阻尼环下通过卡扣连接形成中空的腔室,所述的弹性橡胶位于中空的腔室内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,还包括外桶悬挂座,所述的吊杆座、阻尼环、外桶悬挂座、套管部件和底盖自上而下套装在吊杆上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述的阻尼环上包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述的阻尼环下包括第三连接件和第四连接件,所述的阻尼环通过第一连接件、第二连接件、第三连接件和第四连接件固定在外桶上,优选的,第一连接件、第二连接件、第三连接件和第四连接上分别设置有固定孔,所述的阻尼环通过固定孔固定在外桶上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述的阻尼环上的下部设置有第一凹槽,所述的阻尼环下的上部设置有与所述的第一凹槽对应的第二凹槽,所述的弹性橡胶配合安装在第一凹槽和第二凹槽之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述的弹性橡胶包括本体、弹性条和套环,所述的本体通过弹性条与套环连接,套环设置在本体中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述的套环为与吊杆相配合设置的中空的圆柱体,所述的吊杆穿过套环的中心位置,弹性橡胶的弹性条呈辐状排列,所述的弹性条以套环为中心均匀分布。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述的弹性条与套环处于同一平面,所述的平面位于弹性橡胶的中部位置,所述的弹性条、套环和本体一体成型设置,优选的,以弹性橡胶靠近外桶的一侧为左侧,以弹性橡胶靠近箱体一侧为右侧,右侧的弹性条的长度长于左侧弹性条的长度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述的吊杆上端设置有吊杆座,所述的吊杆座内设置有垫片,所述的吊杆通过吊杆座支撑在洗衣机的外壳上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述的套管部件内设置有减振弹簧。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,具有权利要求1-9任意一项所述的洗衣机减振组件。
