Description
本发明涉及洗衣设备,尤其是一种洗衣机的减振部件及安装有该减振部件的洗衣机。
现有的波轮洗衣机的减振部件,主要包括一吊杆和减振器,其吊杆一端连接在洗衣机箱体上,减振器悬挂在洗衣机外桶的悬挂座上,因减振器的体积比较大,会占有洗衣机外桶底部外侧较大的空间,并且为适应安装减振器,洗衣机外桶底部的体积都比较大,有时候,在洗衣机脱水启动运行时,洗衣机的外桶会随着电机启动而晃动或摇摆,形成较大的振幅,此时,减振器会和外桶底部干涉,导致异常振动和噪音的发生,影响使用体验,并且受洗衣机内部安装空间的限制,现有的减振器体积一般较小,只能安装一组减振弹簧,减振效果十分有限。
鉴于此提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种减振效果好,不占用洗衣机外桶底部空间的洗衣机的减振部件。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种安装有上述减振部件的洗衣机。
为了实现第一发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种洗衣机的减振部件,包括,
减振器,所述减振器包括,本体和至少两减振单元;
两吊杆,其中一吊杆的一端与一减振单元连接,另一端与洗衣机箱体连接;另一吊杆的一端与另一减振单元连接,另一端与洗衣机外桶连接;
所述减振单元的至少部分结构限制在本体内,并可相对本体产生形变以提供阻尼作用力。
进一步,所述减振单元上下对称地分布在本体内,所述两吊杆同轴设置,并各有一个端部伸入至本体内,对应与减振单元连接;两吊杆可相对本体轴向移动,且在移动时使所述减振单元产生形变。
进一步,所述本体包括,外套管和固定设置在外套管两端的固定盖;所述固定盖的中心设有通孔,以供吊杆穿过,且吊杆与固定盖滑动配合。
进一步,所述减振单元为两组,并对称分布在本体的两个端部,所述减振单元包括,
减振弹簧,其一端抵触在本体内部的一端,另一端设有弹簧座;
阻尼单元,设置在弹簧座背对减振弹簧的一侧,并与本体滑动配合;
所述两吊杆从本体的两端伸入,并依次穿过减振弹簧、弹簧座和阻尼单元.,且在吊杆位于本体内的端部设置有防止阻尼单元在减振弹簧作用下脱离吊杆的限位结构。
进一步,所述限位结构为设置在吊杆端部的环形凸缘,所述环形凸缘的外径大于吊杆其他部分的外径,环形凸缘和本体共同将减振单元限制在吊杆上。
进一步,所述阻尼单元包括,橡胶阻尼块和垫片,所述橡胶阻尼块和垫片套在吊杆上,并被限制在弹簧座与限位结构之间,其中,垫片位于橡胶阻尼块与限位结构之间,所述橡胶阻尼块外周面与本体的内壁接触,以在两者相对运动时产生摩擦阻尼力。
进一步,所述橡胶阻尼块上设有至少一通气孔,所述通气孔沿橡胶阻尼块的轴向设置。
进一步,所述减振弹簧为压簧,并承受来自吊杆施加的压应力。。
为了实现第二发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种配置有所述的减振部件的洗衣机,该洗衣机至少还包括,洗衣机箱体和洗衣机外 桶,所述洗衣机箱体和洗衣机外桶上分别设有与吊杆配合的安装结构,洗衣机外桶通过减振部件可活动地安装在洗衣机箱体上。
进一步,所述减振器位于洗衣机外桶外围的中部位置。。
采用本发明所述的技术方案后,带来以下有益效果:
1、本发明的减振部件的结构设计简单,通过把减振器移至减振部件的中间部分,使减振器的两端只是比较小的吊杆,这样在洗衣机外桶上只占用比较小的位置,并且由于减振部件位于洗衣机的中部位置,此处的洗衣机内空间较大,故减振部件的结构可以设计的更大,并装配有两组减振单元,达到更好的减振效果。
2、本发明采用两组减振单元,减振行程长,阻尼效果好,特别适用于大容量洗衣机,并且减振器中置可以节约洗衣机外桶的安装空间,能够有效减小洗衣机外桶的体积,简化洗衣机外桶的设计,使洗衣机的运行更可靠。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。
结合图1和图3所示,一种洗衣机的减振部件,包括,减振器,与减振器连接的两吊杆,所述减振器包括,本体3和至少两减振单元,本体3具有容腔,用于容纳所述减振单元,为减振单元提供支撑和保护。所述两吊杆分别为上吊杆1和下吊杆2,其中上吊杆1的下端与一减振单元连接,上端与洗衣机箱体连接;下吊杆2的上端与另一减振单元连接,下端与洗衣机外桶连接。所述减振单元的至少部分结构限制在本体3内,并可相对本体3产生形变以提供阻尼作用力。当洗衣机外桶振动时,将使上吊杆1与下吊杆2之间的距离发生变化,并相应的驱动减振单元变形,产生阻尼作用力。
所述减振器位于整个减振部件的中部位置,上吊杆11和下吊杆22位于减振器的两端。
优选地,所述减振单元上下对称地分布在本体3内,所述两吊杆同轴设置,并各有一个端部伸入至本体3内,对应与减振单元连接。两吊杆可相对本体3轴向移动,且在移动时使所述减振单元产生形变。
具体地,所述本体3包括,直筒状的外套管31和固定设置在外套管31两端的固定盖32;所述固定盖32的中心设有通孔,以供吊杆穿过,且吊杆与固定盖32滑动配合,固定盖32可通过铆接的方式或螺纹连接的方式固定在外套管31上。

减振弹簧4,其一端抵触在本体3内部的一端,另一端设有弹簧座5;
阻尼单元,设置在弹簧座5背对减振弹簧4的一侧,并与本体3滑动配合。
具体地,两减振弹簧4分别位于外套管31的上下两端,优选地,所述减振弹簧4为压簧,并承受来自吊杆施加的压应力。两减振弹簧4在自由状态下的长度之和小于外套管31的长度,减振弹簧4的一端抵触在固定盖32上,另一端抵触在弹簧座5上,当弹簧座5移动时,将使减振弹簧4发生形变。

优选地,为提高摩擦阻力,所述橡胶阻尼块6采用摩擦系数较高的且耐磨材料制成。
由于洗衣机外桶重力的作用,所述减振弹簧4主要承受压应力,上吊杆1和下吊杆2在洗衣机外桶重力的作用下,向相反方向运动,并压缩减振弹簧4。
如图3所示,一种配置有上述的减振部件的洗衣机,该洗衣机至少还包括,洗衣机箱体和洗衣机外桶,所述洗衣机箱体和洗衣机外桶上分别设有与吊杆配合的安装结构,洗衣机外桶通过减振部件可活动地安装在洗衣机箱体上。
优选地,所述上吊杆1和下吊杆2远离减振器的一端分别套有一吊杆座10,洗衣机箱体和洗衣机外桶上设有与吊杆座10配合的卡口,通过将吊杆座10卡入卡口中,以将吊杆与洗衣机箱体和洗衣机外桶连接。
