[0018] 对于大便失禁者大便导出器的置留在护理工作中十分重要, 因为在驱动机构控 制系统的作用下, 绞笼的定吋工作完全可以预防因大便失禁将内衣和床铺弄脏 , 增加护理工作量。 而对于丧失排便能力的失能者, 留置可以减少导便器插拔 的次数。

有益效果 [0019] 本发明的留置性大便导出器通过软轴远程驱动圆桶状主体内的绞笼, 不仅使留 置在肛门内外的导出器体积很小, 重量很轻, 更主要的是软轴仅仅传动旋转动 力, 而对于动力机械的工作中产生的振动不予传导, 完全防止了动力机械工作 中产生的振动对肚门及直肠的损伤。 该留置性大便导出器从结构上保证了易留 置和不会伤及肛门和直肠, 软轴前的部分成本也很低廉, 可以一次使用。 该留 置性大便导出器植入和留置在肛门内外的操作筒便。 能有解决特别大便失禁或 丧失大便排出能力的卧床病患、 特别是失能老人大便处理的问题, 提高病患卫 生程度和舒适度, 减少护理工作量。
