支持通过外接话机的语音功能的终端设备一般不具有显示界面及操作界面(如按键或触摸屏),其显示及各项操作一般通过外接话机执行,在进行多方通话时,用户无法直观获知各路通话的通话状态,给用户使用带来了极大的不便。本发明实施例提供一种通话处理方法,充分利用外接话机的显示功能,使用户可以通过外接话机显示屏及时获知多方通话的每一通话状态信息,为用户使用提供便利,提升用户的使用体验。
请参见图1,其示出的是本发明实施例提供的通话处理方法的一种流程示意图,本发明实施例提供的通话处理方法,应用于终端设备,终端设备支持通过外接话机的语音功能,这里,该终端设备可以包括固定台设备、客户终端设备(Customer Premise Equipment,CPE)等支持通过外接话机进行语音通话的通信设备。
该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤101,当外接话机进行多方通话时,获取每一通话的通话状态信息。
这里,当外接话机进行多方通话,即至少已经建立有两路通话时,通 过网络侧获取多方通话中每一通话的通话状态信息。
步骤102,将每一通话状态信息循环传递给外接话机,使外接话机的显示屏循环显示以预定格式表示的每一通话状态信息。
这里,将多方通话的每一通话状态信息以预定格式表示,并通过FSK(Frequency Shifting Keying,频移键控)协议或者DTME(Dual Tone Multiple Frequency,双音多频)协议将预定格式表示的每一通话状态信息循环传递给外接话机,从而使外接话机的显示屏上得以循环显示以预定格式表示的每一通话状态信息,这样,用户即可通过外接话机的显示屏便利的获知多方通话中的每一通话状态信息。其中,表示通话状态信息的预定格式可以根据实际应用需求进行设定。
其中,通话状态信息可以包括通话序号、通话号码以及通话状态。在步骤102,将每一通话状态信息循环传递给外接话机的步骤中,将通话状态信息所包括的通话序号、通话号码以及通话状态,按预定格式表示。这里,通话状态可以通过通话状态代表号码表示,通话状态代表号码可以为预定数字,通话状态信息的表示格式可以为通话序号、通话号码以及通话状态代表号码按预定排序的组合。

其中,待切换通话状态可以包括保留通话、激活通话以及挂断通话,待切换通话状态表示对某一通话经切换操作后所处的目标通话状态;用于代表待切换通话状态的预设按键信息可以为预设数字按键、“*”键或“#”键对应的按键信息或者上述按键任意组合对应的按键信息,也可以为外接话机上的其它功能按键或其组合对应的按键信息;用于代表切换操作对应的预设按键信息可以为“Flash(快捷)”键或“R”键或者两者组合对应的按键信息,也可以为外接其他功能按键上的其它功能按键或其组合对应的按键信息;另外,对于用于代表待切换通话状态的预设按键信息以及用于代表切换操作对应的预设按键信息可以采用相同按键对应的按键信息,也可以采用不同按键对应的按键信息;对于预设规则信息中包括的用于代表待切换通话状态以及切换操作对应的预设按键信息可以根据实际使用需求进行设置,这里不作限定。作为上述实施例的一种简化操作,可以仅设置两种切换操作,即仅设置挂断通话和激活通话的切换操作对应的预设按键信息,保留通话(即通话等待)作为对切换操作以外的其他通话的默认切换操作。另外,在一些实施方式中,可以仅在预设规则信息中包括用于代表待切换通话状态以及通话序号对应的预设按键信息,则此时用户只需在外接话机上输入代表待切换通话状态以及通话序号对应的按键,即可对通话序号对应的通话进行相应通话状态的切换。

步骤602,判断输入信息。这里,在外接话机进行多方通话中,用户通过外接话机进行按键操作时,此时RJ11接口530接收到外接话机的输入信息,并将该输入信息通过SLIC驱动520处理后传递给电话模块510,电话模块510对输入信息进行判断并与预设规则信息进行比对,其中,数字键“1”和数字键“2”对应的按键信息分别代表挂断通话和激活通话对应的预设按键信息,“Flash”键对应的按键信息代表切换操作对应的预设按键信息,预设规则信息中的用于代表待切换通话状态、通话序号以及切换操 作对应的预设按键信息为“1+X+Flash”和“2+X+Flash”,其中X用于指代某一通话序号,+用于指代对应按键的按键信息组合,预设按键信息“1+X+Flash”表示挂断通话序号X的通话,预设按键信息“2+X+Flash”表示激活通话序号X的通话,该示例中不单独设定保留通话(即通话等待)对应的预设按键信息,在该示例中的激活通话的操作指令中默认将其他通话切换为通话等待;当输入信息中包括的按键信息符合预设按键信息“1+X+Flash”时,确定对应的操作指令为“挂断通话序号X的通话”,执行步骤603,当输入信息中包括的按键信息符合预设按键信息“2+X+Flash”时,确定对应的操作指令为“激活通话序号X的通话”,执行步骤604,当输入信息中的按键信息不符合预设规则信息,则比对并确定其他预设指令或确定为拨号呼叫指令,执行步骤605。
步骤603,挂断通话序号X的通话。这里,电话模块510将确定的操作指令“挂断通话序号X的通话”发送给其他模块540,其他模块540根据操作指令与网络侧通信挂断通话序号X的通话。
步骤604,激活通话序号X的通话并保留其他通话。这里,电话模块510将确定的操作指令“激活通话序号X的通话”发送给其他模块540,其他模块540根据操作指令与网络侧通信激活通话序号X的通话并保留其他通话。
步骤605,其他操作。这里,当电话模块510确定输入信息为其他预设指令或者确定为拨号呼叫指令时,将对应的其他预设指令或者拨号呼叫指令发送给其他模块540,由其他模块540进行相应操作。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现上述通话处理方法。
对于前述的方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明实施例并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明实施例,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例所涉及的动作并不一定是本发明实施例所必需的。
在发明实施例中,诸如第一和第二等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个 实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述是本发明的实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的通话处理方法、装置及终端设备,通过当外接话机进行多方通话时,获取每一通话的通话状态信息;将每一通话状态信息循环传递给外接话机,使外接话机的显示屏循环显示以预定格式表示的每一通话状态信息,这样,使用户可以通过外接话机显示屏及时获知每一通话状态信息,为用户使用提供便利,提升了用户的使用体验。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种通话处理方法,所述方法包括:
    当外接话机进行多方通话时,获取每一通话的通话状态信息;
    将每一所述通话状态信息循环传递给外接话机,使所述外接话机的显示屏循环显示以预定格式表示的每一所述通话状态信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将每一所述通话状态信息循环传递给外接话机的步骤中,
    以“通话序号*通话号码*通话状态代表号码”表示所述通话状态信息;其中,“*”表示通话号码与通话序号和通话状态之间的分隔符,通话状态代表号码为第一预设数字时,用于表示相对应的通话号码处于正在通话状态,通话状态代表号码为第二预设数字时,用于表示相对应的通话号码处于等待通话状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将每一所述通话状态信息循环传递给外接话机,使所述外接话机的显示屏循环显示以预定格式表示的每一所述通话状态信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    在外接话机进行多方通话,接收到所述外接话机上对至少一个按键操作的输入信息时,将所述输入信息中所包括的按键信息与预设规则信息进行比对,确定与所述输入信息对应的操作指令,其中所述预设规则信息表示预设按键信息与用于进行通话状态切换的操作指令之间的对应关系;
    根据所述操作指令对多方通话的通话状态进行切换。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述将所述输入信息中所包括的按键信息与预设规则信息进行比对,确定与所述输入信息对应的操作指令的步骤包括:
    将所述输入信息中所包括的按键信息与预设规则信息中用于代表待切换通话状态、通话序号以及切换操作对应的预设按键信息进行一一比对,确定与所述输入信息对应的操作指令。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述将所述输入信息中所包括的按键信息与预设规则信息进行比对,确定与所述输入信息对应的操作指令 的步骤包括:
    将所述输入信息中所包括的按键信息与预设规则信息中用于代表待切换通话状态以及切换操作对应的预设按键信息进行一一比对,确定与所述输入信息对应的操作指令;
    所述根据所述操作指令对多方通话的通话状态进行切换的步骤包括:
    将所述外接话机的显示屏所显示通话状态信息对应的通话切换至相应通话状态。
  6. 一种通话处理装置,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,设置为当外接话机进行多方通话时,获取每一通话的通话状态信息;
    第一处理模块,设置为将每一所述通话状态信息循环传递给外接话机,使所述外接话机的显示屏循环显示以预定格式表示的每一所述通话状态信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,以“通话序号*通话号码*通话状态代表号码”表示所述通话状态信息;其中,“*”表示通话号码与通话序号和通话状态之间的分隔符,通话状态代表号码为第一预设数字时,用于表示相对应的通话号码处于正在通话状态,通话状态代表号码为第二预设数字时,用于表示相对应的通话号码处于等待通话状态。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    第二处理模块,设置为在外接话机进行多方通话,接收到所述外接话机上对至少一个按键操作的输入信息时,将所述输入信息中所包括的按键信息与预设规则信息进行比对,确定与所述输入信息对应的操作指令,其中所述预设规则信息表示预设按键信息与用于进行通话状态切换的操作指令之间的对应关系;
    切换模块,设置为根据所述操作指令对多方通话的通话状态进行切换。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述第二处理模块包括:
    第一处理单元,设置为将所述输入信息中所包括的按键信息与预设规则信息中用于代表待切换通话状态、通话序号以及切换操作对应的预设按键信 息进行一一比对,确定与所述输入信息对应的操作指令。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述第二处理模块包括:
    第二处理单元,设置为将所述输入信息中所包括的按键信息与预设规则信息中用于代表待切换通话状态以及切换操作对应的预设按键信息进行一一比对,确定与所述输入信息对应的操作指令;
    所述切换模块,设置为将所述外接话机的显示屏所显示通话状态信息对应的通话切换至相应通话状态。
  11. 一种终端设备,所述终端设备包括如权利要求6至10任一项所述的通话处理装置。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-5任一项的通话处理方法。
