优选地,所述头枕可拆卸地固定在座椅靠背顶部;更优选所述头枕通过拔插结构与所述座椅靠背相连。拔插结构可以是:在头枕下端安装的安装杆,在座椅靠背内设有与所述安装杆配合的安装孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,本发明较好的实现了发明目的,其凹陷与人体脑部后方曲面相配合,防止在脑部脱出头枕;头枕与座椅靠背之间的角度或位移可调,复合人体工学,更好支撑和保护颈部,适用于多种交通工具和居家、办公家具。

具体实施方式
以下将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。为叙述方便,下文中如出现“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”字样,仅表示与附图本身的上、下、左、右方向一致,并不对结构起限定作用。
实施例1
一种装在座椅上的头枕,包括头枕体,该头枕体与人体脑部后方对应的一面设有凹陷2,所述凹陷2与人体脑部后方曲面配合;所述头枕1与座椅靠背3之间的角度可调节;所述凹陷2为圆形或长轴为水平的椭圆形或短轴为水平的椭圆形(本实施例为长轴为水平的椭圆形),凹陷2的最大深度为3㎝-12㎝(本实施例为12㎝)。
如图11-13所示,所述头枕体内设有调节凹陷区凹陷尺寸的凹陷深度调节装置,该凹陷深度调节装置工作原理为:根据个人头部形状的差异,实现对凹陷区域进行深浅度调节,即:转动调节旋钮23,也可以采用微型电机驱动,带动蜗杆轴15转动,进而带动蜗轮12进行垂直方向转动,由蜗轮12带动齿轮轴14转动,齿轮轴的一端为齿轮,和安装在齿轮套17内的靠枕带18的内圈通过齿轮齿条的方式啮合,靠枕带为软质材料,两端部均设有齿条19,当齿轮轴顺时针转动时靠枕带收紧,凹陷区变深,同时凹陷的轮廓尺寸变大;齿轮轴逆时针转动时靠枕带放松,凹陷区变浅,同时凹陷的轮廓尺寸变小。当凹陷区变深或下降时,齿轮轴会通过键槽沿蜗轮的滑键实现滑动,其中齿轮轴14与轴承13为间隙配合,轴承13与蜗轮12为过盈配合,凹陷区可以实现范围 为30mm-120mm之间的深度调节。当靠枕带受到头部的作用力时,可通过蜗轮蜗杆实现装置的自锁。
本发明的头枕可以单独生产或出售。
由图1、图2可知,一种座椅,它包括座椅靠背3,座椅靠背3的上端设有上述装在座椅上的头枕1。
本发明所述头枕1与座椅靠背3铰接,内部骨架结构铰接,外部包有填充材料为一个整体;所述凹陷2接近头枕1的下端,即凹陷2上缘距头枕1上端的距离大于凹陷2下缘距头枕1下端的距离。
本发明所述一种座椅,其特征是所述凹陷2的直径或长轴或短轴为15㎝-30㎝(本实施例凹陷2的长轴为30㎝),在座位正常宽度范围内适用于大多数人的头型。
实施例2
由图3、图4可知,一种座椅,它包括座椅靠背3,座椅靠背3的上端设有头枕1,所述头枕1与人体脑部后方对应的一面设有凹陷2,所述凹陷2与人体脑部后方曲面配合;所述头枕1与座椅靠背3之间的角度可调节。
所述凹陷2为圆形或长轴为水平的椭圆形或短轴为水平的椭圆形(本实施例为短轴为水平的椭圆形),凹陷2的最大深度为3㎝-12㎝(本实施例为3㎝)。
本实施例所述凹陷2的短轴为17㎝。
本发明所述头枕1与座椅靠背3铰接,内部骨架结构铰接,外部包有填充材料为一个整体;所述凹陷2接近头枕1的下端,即凹陷2上缘距头枕1上端的距离大于凹陷2下缘距头枕1下端的距离。
本发明所述一种座椅,其特征是所述凹陷2的直径或长轴或短轴为15㎝-30 ㎝(本实施例凹陷2的短轴为15㎝),在座位正常宽度范围内适用于大多数人的头型。
本发明为了即适合依靠休息又适于驾驶者使用,所述头枕1上设有头枕盖4,头枕盖4与头枕1铰接,需要休息时可往一侧掀开或往上掀开(本实施例头枕盖4可往上掀开);所述头枕盖4覆盖头枕1时,与人体的接触面为平面或设有与人体颈部后方曲面相配合的凸起。

实施例3:
如图10所示,本实施例所述凹陷2为上部开口的U形凹陷,也可以理解为开口向上的半圆形凹陷。
此外,如图10所示,还可以在头枕1的下部设置套袋10,这样设置的目的是,头枕可以随身携带,使用时,将套袋10套在座椅靠背3上即可使用。为了适应不同尺寸的座椅,套袋10优选由弹性布料制成,最好是在套袋10的底部设有缩口。

由图5、图6可知,一种座椅,它包括,座椅靠背3的上端设有支撑架,支撑架上连接有头枕1;所述头枕1与人体脑部后方对应的一面设有凹陷2,所述凹陷2与人体脑部后方曲面相配合;所述头枕1可相对座椅靠背3水平调节;所述凹陷2为圆形或长轴为水平的的椭圆形或短轴为水平的椭圆形(本实施例为长轴为水平的椭圆形),凹陷2的最大深度为3㎝-12㎝(本实施例为12㎝)。
本发明所述支撑架包括两根平行轴,所述座椅靠背3的顶部开设有用于安 装平行轴5的排孔6或滑槽8(本实施例为排孔6),以实现头枕1在水平方向上的无级调节或有级调节。
本发明所述头枕1相对座椅靠背3水平调节的最大位移为15㎝-20㎝(本实施例为20㎝),使用者与头枕1的距离调节到合适状态。
本发明所述一种座椅,其特征是所述凹陷2的直径或长轴或短轴为15㎝-30㎝(本实施例所述凹陷2的长轴为30㎝),在座位正常宽度范围内适用于大多数人的头型。
实施例5
由图7可知,本实施例的凹陷2为长轴为水平的椭圆形),凹陷2的最大深度为3㎝-12㎝(本实施例为12㎝)。
本发明所述支撑架包括两根平行轴5,所述座椅靠背3的顶部开设有用于安装平行轴5的排孔6或滑槽8(本实施例为滑槽8),以实现头枕1在水平方向上的无级调节或有级调节;所述滑槽8设有锁紧螺母7。
本发明所述头枕1相对座椅靠背3水平调节的最大位移为15㎝-20㎝(本实施例为15㎝),使用者与头枕1的距离调节到合适状态。
本发明所述一种座椅,其特征是所述凹陷2的直径或长轴或短轴为15㎝-30㎝(本实施例所述凹陷2的长轴为28㎝),在座位正常宽度范围内适用于大多数人的头型。

本发明所述头枕1为双面,一面设有与人体颈部后方曲面相配合的凸起9,另一面设有与人体脑部后方曲面相配合的凹陷2;且头枕1可以支撑架为轴旋转两面交替,以满足使用者不同的需求。
本发明所述头枕1相对座椅靠背3水平调节的最大位移为15㎝-20㎝(本实施例为18㎝),使用者与头枕1的距离调节到合适状态。
本发明所述一种座椅,其特征是所述凹陷2的直径或长轴或短轴为15㎝-30㎝(本实施例凹陷2的直径为15㎝),在座位正常宽度范围内适用于大多数人的头型。
本发明所述头枕1相对座椅靠背3水平调节的最大位移为15㎝-20㎝(本实施例为20㎝),使用者与头枕1的距离调节到合适状态。

实施例7
一种装在座椅上的头枕,与实施例1类似,其区别在于凹陷深度调节装置有所不同。所述头枕体内设有调节凹陷区凹陷尺寸的凹陷深度调节装置,该凹陷深度调节装置工作原理为:根据个人头部形状的差异,实现对凹陷区域进行深浅度调节,即:所述内部骨架包括外壳16,所述凹陷深度调节装置为蜗轮蜗杆机构,该涡轮蜗杆机构包括装在外壳16内的蜗杆15,与该蜗杆15啮合传动的蜗轮11,所述蜗轮11装在一螺杆轴上,所述蜗轮11的孔螺纹与所述螺杆轴啮合传动而驱动螺杆轴轴向移动;所述螺杆轴靠近所述凹陷的一端装有 与柔性衬垫固定相连的连接元件,该连接元件随着螺杆轴的运动向前或向后移动;当连接元件向前移动时,连接元件推动柔性衬垫的凹陷向前而使得凹陷变浅,同时凹陷的轮廓尺寸变小,当连接元件向后移动时,连接元件拉动柔性衬垫的凹陷向后而使得凹陷变深,同时凹陷的轮廓尺寸变大。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种头枕,包括头枕体,所述头枕体用于与人体后脑部接触的一面设有与人体后脑部曲面配合的凹陷(2),其特征在于,所述凹陷的最大深度为3㎝-12㎝;所述头枕体内装有用于调节凹陷(2)尺寸的调节装置;优选所述调节凹陷(2)尺寸是指调节凹陷(2)的深度和/或凹陷(2)的大小。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的头枕,其特征在于,所述头枕体包括内部骨架和包绕所述内部骨架的柔性衬垫;所述调节装置安装在所述内部骨架内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的头枕,其特征在于,所述内部骨架包括外壳(16),所述调节装置为蜗轮蜗杆机构,该涡轮蜗杆机构包括装在外壳(16)内的蜗杆(15),与该蜗杆(15)啮合传动的蜗轮(11),所述蜗轮(11)装在一可轴向移动的齿轮轴(14)上,该齿轮轴(14)靠近所述凹陷的一端装有齿轮(25);所述柔性衬垫上固定连接有靠枕带(18),该靠枕带(18)的两端部均设有齿条(19),该齿条(19)与所述齿轮(25)啮合使靠枕带(18)收紧或放松;当靠枕带(18)收紧时,柔性衬垫的凹陷变深,当靠枕带(18)放松时,柔性衬垫的凹陷变浅;优选所述蜗杆(15)的一端装有旋钮或电机。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的头枕,其特征在于,所述内部骨架包括外壳(16),所述调节装置为蜗轮蜗杆机构,该涡轮蜗杆机构包括装在外壳(16)内的蜗杆(15),与该蜗杆(15)啮合传动的蜗轮(11),所述蜗轮(11)装在一螺杆轴上,所述蜗轮(11)的孔螺纹与所述螺杆轴啮合传动而驱动螺杆轴轴向移动;所述螺杆轴靠近所述凹陷的一端装有与柔性衬垫固定相连的连接元件,该连接元件随着螺杆轴的运动向前或向后移动;当连接元件向前移动时,连接元件推动柔性衬垫的凹陷向前而使得凹陷变浅,当连接元件向后移动时,连接元件拉动柔性衬垫的凹陷向后而使得凹陷变深;优选所述蜗杆 (15)的一端装有旋钮或电机。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的头枕,其特征在于,所述柔性衬垫为海绵或记忆棉。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的头枕,其特征在于,所述凹陷(2)为圆形或上部开口的U形或长轴为水平的椭圆形或短轴为水平的椭圆形;优选所述凹陷的直径或长轴或短轴为15㎝-30㎝。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的头枕,其特征在于,所述凹陷(2)接近头枕的下端,即凹陷(2)上缘距头枕(1)上端的距离大于凹陷(2)下缘距头枕(1)下端的距离。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的头枕,其特征在于,所述头枕(1)为双面,一面设有与人体颈部后方曲面相配合的凸起(9),另一面设有与人体脑部后方曲面相配合的凹陷;且头枕(9)可以支撑架为轴旋转两面交替。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的头枕,其特征在于,所述头枕(1)上设有头枕盖(4),该头枕盖(4)与头枕(1)铰接相连;所述头枕盖(4)覆盖头枕(1)时,头枕盖(4)与人体的接触面为平面或设有与人体颈部后方曲面相配合的凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的头枕,其特征在于,所述头枕(1)的下部设有套袋,该套袋用于套装在座椅靠背(3)上并固定在所述座椅靠背(3)上;优选所述套袋(10)由弹性布料制成;有优选所述套袋(10)的底部设有缩口。
  11. 一种座椅,包括座椅靠背(3),其特征在于,所述座椅靠背(3)的顶部装有如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的头枕(1);优选所述头枕(1)与座椅靠背(3)之间设有角度调节机构和/或高度调节机构。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述头枕(1)通过支撑架安装在座椅靠背(3);优选所述支撑架为如下两种结构形式:
    I、所述支撑架包括两根平行轴,所述座椅靠背的顶部开设有用于安装平行轴的排孔或滑槽;所述滑槽设有锁紧螺母;
    II、所述支撑架为支撑杆,所述座椅靠背的顶部开设有用于安装支撑杆的排孔或滑槽(8);所述滑槽设有锁紧螺母;所述头枕与支撑杆的顶端为球铰接。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述头枕(1)可相对座椅靠背(3)水平调节,优选所述头枕(1)相对座椅靠背(3)水平调节的最大位移为15㎝-20㎝。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13中任一项所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述头枕(1)可拆卸地固定在座椅靠背(3)顶部;优选所述头枕(1)通过拔插结构与所述座椅靠背(3)相连。
