座 511等部件中增加了螺纹, 使得在正常的替换烟油的过程中, 若发现雾化芯组 件 300耗损, 可以将其整体取出, 整体替换, 从而延长了电子烟的使用寿命。 综上所述, 提供了一种雾化组件, 雾化组件由储油组件 200、 雾化芯组件 300、 吸嘴组件 400及连接组件 500组成,储油组件 200前端设置有吸嘴组件 400及弹性密 封塞 700, 加油吋拆幵吸嘴组件 400及弹性密封塞 700, 如图 11所示, 将油瓶 990 的注油头从加油孔 208插入, 穿过弹性密封膜 600的加油切口 601往储油腔 201内 注入烟油, 拔幵油瓶 990后加油切口 601靠弹性密封膜 600自身的弹性自动封闭, 烟油不会从加油孔 208流出。 加油切口 601的四周设置有一圈环形凸起 602, 环形 凸起 602与储油组件 200朝向所述吸嘴组件 400的一端弹性抵接, 防止烟油从密封 膜与雾化套 211注油孔 234之间间隙流出, 避免烟油流出造成误食烟油。 其次, 对雾化芯组件 300施加朝向连接组件 500的外力, 可以阻止烟油进入气流通道内 , 同吋断幵电子烟的电源连接, 避免误幵幵关导致干烧或造成烟油喷出或浪费 的情况, 使得烟油耗尽或加入烟油吋更加安全。 再次, 本发明取消了储油棉结 构, 使用储油腔 201能储存更多烟油, 同吋, 雾化套 211由透明材料制成, 用户 可直接观察雾化器里面烟油量, 可实吋知悉雾化器剩余烟油量, 及吋添加烟油 。 最后, 调气组件 800使用户能够根据自身需要调节进气量, 对应不同的消费者 具有不同的雾化效果; 本发明解决了现有技术中所存在的问题, 提供了寿命更 长, 使用过程中安全系数更高, 密封性更好, 雾化效果更加的雾化组件。
Claims
权利要求书
一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 其特征在于: 包括 储油组件、 雾化芯组件、 吸嘴组件及连接组件, 所述储油组件内设置 有储油腔, 所述雾化芯组件插设在所述储油组件内并用于雾化所述储 油组件内的烟油, 所述吸嘴组件可拆卸连接于所述储油组件的一端, 所述连接组件连接于所述储油组件的背离所述吸嘴组件的一端并与所 述雾化芯组件电连接, 所述连接组件用于与所述电池组件电连接以为 所述雾化芯组件供电, 所述储油组件的与所述吸嘴组件相连的一端设 置有用于密封所述储油腔的弹性密封膜, 所述弹性密封膜设置有与所 述储油腔相连通的加油切口, 所述吸嘴组件盖设在所述加油切口上; 在非添加烟油的状态吋, 所述加油切口通过弹性密封膜自身的弹力而 将所述加油切口关闭, 当需要添加烟油吋, 将所述吸嘴组件取出以能 够通过所述加油切口朝所述储油腔内添加烟油。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述储油组件面向所 述吸嘴组件的端面处设置有与所述加油切口位置相对应的加油孔, 所 述加油切口位于所述加油孔与所述储油腔之间, 所述加油孔内插设有 弹性密封柱。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述储油组件面向所 述吸嘴组件的端面处设置有环形的凹槽, 所述凹槽面向所述吸嘴组件 的槽壁朝储油腔方向延伸形成有所述加油孔; 所述凹槽内插设有环形 的弹性密封塞, 所述弹性密封塞朝储油腔方向延伸形成有所述弹性密 封柱。
根据权利要求 2或 3所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述弹性密封柱内 设置有弹性变形槽, 所述弹性变形槽沿所述弹性密封柱的纵向延伸设 置并延伸至所述弹性密封柱的面向所述储油腔的表面。
根据权利要求 3所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述弹性密封塞背离 所述储油腔的表面设置有环形的延伸部, 所述延伸部伸出所述储油组 件面向所述吸嘴组件的表面。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述储油组件包括雾 化套、 支撑架及密封座, 所述雾化套套设在所述雾化芯组件上, 所述 雾化套与所述雾化芯组件之间形成有所述储油腔, 所述支撑架包括管 状的本体, 所述本体套设在所述雾化芯组件上, 所述本体的一端端面 沿所述本体的径向向内延伸形成有环形的支撑壁, 所述弹性密封膜呈 环形并置于所述支撑壁的面向所述吸嘴组件的表面上, 所述支撑壁设 置有与所述加油切口位置对应的第一通孔, 所述密封座套设在所述雾 化芯组件上并盖设于所述雾化套的背向所述吸嘴组件的一端。
根据权利要求 6所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述雾化套包括套设 在所述本体上的管状套体, 所述套体的一端端面沿所述套体的径向向 内延伸形成有环形的延伸壁, 所述弹性密封膜位于所述支撑壁与延伸 壁之间, 所述弹性密封膜面向所述延伸壁的表面设置有环绕所述加油 切口设置有环形凸起, 所述环形凸起抵持在所述延伸壁上; 所述雾化 套由透明材料制成。
根据权利要求 6所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述本体上幵设有用 于观察烟油余量的观察孔, 所述观察孔对称地设置在所述本体上; 所 述密封座幵设有用于插设所述雾化芯组件的第二通孔, 所述第二通孔 的孔壁朝向所述支撑架的方向延伸形成挡油件, 所述挡油件用于在转 动所述雾化芯组件至所述连接组件断幵吋, 挡住所述储油腔中的烟油 , 防止烟油进入所述雾化芯组件。
根据权利要求 6中所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述雾化芯组件包 括通气管和发热丝组件, 所述通气管的一端抵接在所述连接组件内, 所述通气管的另一端沿轴向穿过所述储油组件可活动地插设在所述吸 嘴组件内; 所述发热丝组件同轴套设在所述通气管靠近所述密封座的 一端内, 所述通气管在靠近所述发热丝组件的一端的管壁上设置有导 油孔。
根据权利要求 9中所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述发热丝组件包 括烟油吸附件和电热丝, 所述烟油吸附件为中空的管状, 同轴套设在
所述通气管内, 所述烟油吸附件紧贴所述通气管的内壁, 并盖设住所 述导油孔, 所述电热丝呈螺旋状同轴套设在所述烟油吸附件内, 并与 所述烟油吸附件的内壁紧贴。
[权利要求 11] 根据权利要求 9中所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述连接组件包括 调气组件, 电极组件和用于连接所述调气组件和所述电极组件的底座 ; 所述电极组件包括第一电极组件和第二电极组件, 所述电热丝的一 端连接在所述第一电极组件上, 所述电热丝的另一端连接在所述第二 电极组件上, 当所述雾化组件正常使用吋, 所述第二电极组件抵持在 所述第一电极组件上, 所述电热丝通过所述第二电极组件与所述第一 电极组件电连接, 以获取所述电池组件的电能; 所述雾化芯组件穿过 所述密封座, 套设在所述电极组件外, 并使在外力作用下当所述雾化 芯组件运动至所述挡油件盖住所述进油孔, 以阻止所述储油腔内的烟 油进入所述雾化芯组件内吋, 所述第一电极组件与所述第二电极组件 解除连接, 而断幵所述第一电极组件与所述第二电极组件之间的电路 回路。
[权利要求 12] 根据权利要求 11中的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一电极组件包括 位于所述连接组件的一端端部处的第一电极, 所述第一电极为筒状, 所述第一电极的侧壁上设置有沿所述第一电极的横向延伸设置的第一 电连接部; 所述第二电极组件包括套设在所述雾化芯组件端部处的筒 状的第二电极, 及套设在所述第二电极内的内电极, 所述电热丝的一 端连接在所述第一电极上, 所述电热丝的另一端连接在所述内电极上 , 所述第二电极的端面上设置有沿所述第二电极的纵向延伸的第二电 连接部, 所述第二电连接部抵持在所述第一电连接部上, 在外力作用 下, 当旋转所述雾化芯组件至所述第一电连接部与所述第二电连接部 错幵吋, 所述第一电极组件与所述第二电极组件之间的电路回路断幵 , 从而阻断电热丝的电连接, 所述第二电极上还设置有第一凸台, 用 于抵持所述通气管。
[权利要求 13] 根据权利要求 12中的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一电极组件还包
括套设在所述第一电极内的第一绝缘环; 所述第二电极组件还包括套 设在所述第二电极内的第二绝缘环, 所述内电极的一端插设在所述第 二绝缘环内, 所述内电极的另一端插设在所述第一绝缘环内以保证内 电极与第一电极和第二电极保持电绝缘, 同吋与所述电池组件形成电 连接。
根据权利要求 12中的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述底座的中部幵设有 用于活动地插设所述雾化芯组件的第三通孔, 所述第三通孔朝向所述 第一电极组件的方向扩径延伸出第一连接环, 所述第一连接环与所述 通气管之间套设有弹性件; 所述底座上还设置有用于固定所述调气组 件的第二连接环。
根据权利要求 12中的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述调气组件包括调气 圈和调气座, 所述调气圈包括套设固定在所述第二连接环上的固定环 , 所述固定环的一端内周面沿所述固定环的径向向内延伸形成有第三 连接环, 所述第三连接环套设在所述第一电极组件上, 所述第三连接 环的内周缘朝所述雾化芯组件方向延伸形成有抵持环, 所述调气圈侧 壁上幵设有第一调气孔, 所述抵持环的面向所述雾化芯组件的端面位 置处置有第一凹槽、 第二凹槽及所述阻挡部; 所述调气座呈圆环状套 设在所述调气圈外, 其侧壁上幵设有第二调气孔。
根据权利要求 9中所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴组件包括 一吸嘴连接件和吸嘴, 所述通气管可活动地套设在所述吸嘴连接件的 安装孔内, 所述吸嘴的中部设置有用于与所述通气管相连通的出气孔 , 所述吸嘴连接件插设在所述吸嘴内。
根据权利要求 1中所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴组件还包 括上盖, 所述上盖在与所述加油切口相对应的位置幵设有注油孔, 所 述上盖的中部幵设有螺纹, 用于与所述雾化芯组件螺纹连接。
根据权利要求 17所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述储油组件包括一 储油套和支撑盖, 所述储油套的一端套设在所述连接组件上, 所述储 油套的另一端与所述上盖相抵持, 所述支撑盖套设在所述储油套内,
并与所述上盖相抵持, 所述支撑盖与所述加油切口位置相对应的地方 幵设有第六通孔, 所述弹性密封膜夹持在所述支撑盖和所述上盖之间
, 所述加油切口夹持在所述注油孔和所述第六通孔之间; 所述储油套 、 所述支撑盖与所述雾化芯组件之间形成有所述储油腔, 所述储油套 由透明材料制成。
[权利要求 19] 根据权利要求 17所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯组件包括 雾化管和插设在所述雾化管内的雾化芯, 所述雾化管与所述上盖螺纹 配合, 所述雾化芯背离所述雾化管的一端与所述连接组件螺纹连接。
[权利要求 20] 根据权利要求 17所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述连接组件包括连 接螺纹件和连接座, 所述连接螺纹件包括用于与所述连接座进行螺纹 连接的的螺纹件主体, 所述螺纹件主体朝向所述雾化芯组件的一端缩 径形成有与所述雾化管相抵接的第一抵接凸环; 所述连接座沿径向向 其内部延伸形成带有螺纹的第二凸台, 用于与所述雾化芯组件形成螺 纹连接。
