Abstract
一种电脑锁屏或解锁时的信息推送方法以及锁屏系统，方法包括：记录电脑屏幕解锁的程序与用户面部识别信息的匹配关系（S101）；读取特定用户的面部识别信息（S102）；检测所述特定用户的面部识别信息是否与所述电脑屏幕解锁的程序相匹配的用户面部识别信息一致（S103）；若否，所述电脑锁屏，同时向用户推送专利信息（S104）；若是，解锁所述电脑，同时向用户推送专利信息（S105）。该方法通过识别用户的面部信息，才能解锁电脑屏幕，从而避免用户电脑里的内容不被别人看到，保护用户的个人隐私，提升电脑的安全体验，并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
Description
本发明属于电子技术领域，尤其是涉及一种电脑锁屏或解锁时的信息推送方法以及锁屏系统。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2
、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种根据面部识别电脑锁屏的方法和锁屏系统》，让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施例提供了一种电脑锁屏或解锁时的信息推送方法，目的在于针对于当前为了保护用户隐私，需要电脑锁屏时，用户需要进行操作才能锁屏，并且需要输入密码才能登入电脑系统，而且锁屏的操作也需要用户长时间养成习惯，这种用户体验不佳的情况，需要提供一种快捷方便的电脑锁屏的方法，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
本发明是这样实现的：一种电脑锁屏或解锁时的信息推送方法，包括以下步骤：
记录电脑屏幕解锁的程序与用户面部识别信息的匹配关系；
读取特定用户的面部识别信息；
检测所述特定用户的面部识别信息是否与所述电脑屏幕解锁的程序相匹配的用户面部识别信息一致；
若否，所述电脑锁屏，同时向用户推送专利信息；
若是，解锁所述电脑，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种锁屏系统，包括：
记录单元，读取单元，检测单元，锁屏单元，解锁单元，专利信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元，用于记录电脑屏幕解锁的程序与用户面部识别信息的匹配关系；
读取单元，用于读取特定用户的面部识别信息；
检测单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述读取单元的输出端连接，用于检测所述特定用户的面部识别信息是否与所述电脑屏幕解锁的程序相匹配的用户面部识别信息一致；
锁屏单元，其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接，用于当所述特定用户的面部识别信息与所述电脑屏幕解锁的程序相匹配的用户面部识别信息不一致时，所述电脑锁屏；
解锁单元，其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接，用于当所述特定用户的面部识别信息与所述电脑屏幕解锁的程序相匹配的用户面部识别信息一致时，解锁所述电脑；
专利信息推送单元，其输入端分别与所述锁屏单元的输出端以及所述解锁单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。

图1是发明实施例提供的一种电脑锁屏或解锁时的信息推送方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中，记录电脑屏幕解锁的程序与用户面部识别信息的匹配关系。
在本实施例中，以用户离开电脑，电脑需要锁屏为例，将用户电脑屏幕解锁的程序与用户的面部识别信息相匹配，只有当摄像头识别出用户的面部信息，电脑才能解锁。
在本发明实施例中，使用到了面部识别技术。人脸识别技术现在已经较为成熟，其应用也将日益普及。
人脸识别，特指利用分析比较的计算机技术。人脸识别是一项热门的计算机技术研究领域，人脸追踪侦测，自动调整影像放大，夜间红外侦测，自动调整曝光强度；它属于生物特征识别技术，是对生物体（一般特指人）本身的生物特征来区分生物体个体。
人脸识别支付系统最早于2013年7月由芬兰创业公司Uniqul在全球首次推出应用，并提交了相关的专利申请。在国内，中国科学院智能多媒体技术研究中心开发的人脸识别支付系统，用户只需使用相关设备拍张照片即可实现在线支付，并且相关专家表示'该系统在美国卡内基梅隆国际标准人脸识别测试库上达到了99.8%的识别率，而国际上其他算法的最好结果为97.6%。
此外，据大智慧阿思达克通讯社报道，欧菲光与中国银行联合开发了一套安装于ATM的'人脸识别'
系统，目前这一系统已开发完毕并送样检测,
已送样检测的产品为'包括摄像头、人脸识别模组与人脸识别软件'的一整套系统。此次合作是中行在互联网金融领域的全新尝试。
同时，根据2015年7月8日多家门户网站上转载的新闻看，苹果已经实现了在移动端'低门槛面部识别'的相关技术，苹果的这项专利基于前置摄像头捕捉图像，然后对图像进行分析处理。与传统的人脸识别技术不同的是，苹果不会对图像所有细节进行分析，而只会识别脸部信息较大的部位，如眼睛、鼻子与嘴巴等，这也是苹果这项技术'低门槛'的基础。
据此，该技术同样可以适用于本发明的相关领域。
在步骤S102中，读取特定用户的面部识别信息。
在步骤S103中，检测所述特定用户的面部识别信息是否与所述电脑屏幕解锁的程序相匹配的用户面部识别信息一致；若否，则进入步骤S104，所述电脑锁屏,同时向用户推送专利信息；若是，则进入步骤S105，解锁所述电脑,同时向用户推送专利信息。
如，当用户有事离开电脑，有人想查看用户电脑，电脑摄像头识别出坐在电脑面前的人的面部信息与可以用来解锁电脑的面部识别信息不一致，则电脑会自动锁屏；用户回来，电脑识别出用户的面部信息与用来解锁的面部信息一致，则电脑屏幕会自动解锁。

其工作原理是：记录单元21记录电脑屏幕解锁的程序与用户面部识别信息的匹配关系；读取单元22读取特定用户的面部识别信息；检测单元23检测所述特定用户的面部识别信息是否与所述电脑屏幕解锁的程序相匹配的用户面部识别信息一致；当所述特定用户的面部识别信息与所述电脑屏幕解锁的程序相匹配的用户面部识别信息不一致时，锁屏单元24使所述电脑锁屏,同时，专利信息推送单元26向用户推送专利信息；当所述特定用户的面部识别信息与所述电脑屏幕解锁的程序相匹配的用户面部识别信息一致时，解锁单元25解锁所述电脑,同时，专利信息推送单元26向用户推送专利信息。
