一种根据面部特征调试热水器时的信息提示方法,属于家电领域,所述方法包括:记录用户预设的热水器配置方案(S101);记录所述热水器配置方案与特定面部特征的匹配关系(S102);读取用户输入的面部特征信息(S103);检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案(S104),若否,则保持不变(S105);若是,则将当前设置方案修改为与所述面部特征匹配的热水器配置方案,并向用户推送专利信息(S106)。该方法通过将热水器设置方案与个人特征(面部特征)相结合,使得不同用户之间根据自己的个人特征(面部特征)修改当前的热水器设置方案,以实现不同用户之间的热水器设置方案的快捷切换,同时充分保护技术创造者的利益。

Description

根据面部特征调试热水器时的信息提示方法和热水器 技术领域
本发明属于家电领域,尤其是涉及一种根据面部特征调试热水器时的信息提示方法和热水器。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《根据面部特征调试热水器的方法以及热水器》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种根据面部特征调试热水器时的信息提示方法,目的在于能满足不同使用者之间快捷、方便的切换各自的热水器配置,同时保护技术创新者的利益。
本发明是这样实现的:一种根据面部特征调试热水器时的信息提示方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户预设的热水器配置方案;
记录所述热水器配置方案与特定面部特征的匹配关系;
读取用户输入的面部特征信息;
检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案;
若否,则保持不变;
若是,则将当前设置方案修改为与所述面部特征匹配的热水器配置方案,并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种热水器,包括:
记录单元,用于记录用户预设的热水器配置方案以及所述热水器配置方案与特定面部特征的匹配关系;
读取单元,用于读取用户输入的面部特征信息;
检测单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及读取单元的输出端连接,用于检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方 案;
设置单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案时,将当前设置方案修改为与所述面部特征匹配的热水器配置方案;
信息推送单元,其输入端与所述设置单元的输出端连接,用于在设置单元将当前设置方案修改为与所述面部特征匹配的热水器配置方案时,向用户推送专利信息。
该发明通过将热水器设置方案与个人特征(面部特征)相结合,使得不同用户之间根据自己的个人特征(面部特征)修改当前的热水器设置方案,以实现不同用户之间的热水器设置方案的快捷切换,同时充分保护技术创造者的利益。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种根据面部特征调试热水器时的信息提示方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,记录用户预设的热水器配置方案。如,水温为35度,水流速度为3档,以最大的扩散方式喷射而出以及3分钟后逐渐将水温升高到42度。
此外,在该步骤中可以设置多组热水器配置方案。
在步骤S102中,记录所述热水器配置方案与特定面部特征的匹配关系。如,将上述配置方案记录与父亲的面部特征匹配,而将另外一组不同的配置方案与目前的面部特征匹配。
人脸识别技术现在已经较为成熟,其应用也将日益普及。
人脸识别,特指利用分析比较的计算机技术。人脸识别是一项热门的计算机技术研究领域,人脸追踪侦测,自动调整影像放大,夜间红外侦测,自动调整曝光强度;它属于生物特征识别技术,是对生物体(一般特指人)本身的生物特征来区分生物体个体。
人脸识别支付系统最早于2013年7月由芬兰创业公司Uniqul在全球首次推出应用,并提交了相关的专利申请。在国内,中国科学院智能多媒体技术研究中心开发的人脸识别支付系统,用户只需使用相关设备拍张照片即可实现在线支付,并且相关专家表示“该系统在美国卡内基梅隆国际标准人脸识别测试库上达到了99.8%的识别率,而国际上其他算法的最好结果为97.6%。
此外,据大智慧阿思达克通讯社报道,欧菲光与中国银行联合开发了一套安装于ATM的“人脸识别”系统,目前这一系统已开发完毕并送样检测,已送样检测的产品为“包括摄像头、人脸识别模组与人脸识别软件”的一整套系统。此次合作是中行在互联网金融领域的全新尝试。
同时,根据2015年7月8日多家门户网站上转载的新闻看,苹果已 经实现了在移动端“低门槛面部识别”的相关技术,苹果的这项专利基于前置摄像头捕捉图像,然后对图像进行分析处理。与传统的人脸识别技术不同的是,苹果不会对图像所有细节进行分析,而只会识别脸部信息较大的部位,如眼睛、鼻子与嘴巴等,这也是苹果这项技术“低门槛”的基础。
据此,该技术同样可以适用于本发明的相关领域。
在步骤S103中,读取用户输入的面部特征信息。
在步骤S104中,检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案。根据用户所输入的面部特征信息,查找数据库中,是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案,若不存在,则进入步骤S105保持不变,若存在,则进入步骤S106,将当前配置方案修改为与所述面部特征匹配的热水器配置方案,并向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过将热水器设置方案与个人特征(面部特征)相结合,使得不同用户之间根据自己的个人特征(面部特征)修改当前的热水器设置方案,以实现不同用户之间的热水器设置方案的快捷切换,同时充分保护技术创造者的利益。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种热水器的结构示意图,该热水器包括:
记录单元21,用于记录用户预设的热水器配置方案以及所述热水器配置方案与特定面部特征的匹配关系;
读取单元22,用于读取用户输入的面部特征信息;
检测单元23,其输入端分别与所述记录单元21的输出端以及读取单元22的输出端连接,用于检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案;
设置单元24,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案时,将当前设置方案修改为与所述面部特征匹配的热水器配置方案;
信息推送单元25,其输入端与所述设置单元24的输出端连接,用于在设置单元24将当前设置方案修改为与所述面部特征匹配的热水器配置方案时,向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元21记录用户预设的热水器配置方案以及所述热水器配置方案与特定面部特征的匹配关系,读取单元22,读取用户输入的面部特征信息,检测单元23检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案,当存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案时,设置单元24将当前设置方案修改为与所述面部特征匹配的热水器配置方案,同时,信息推送单元25向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种根据面部特征调试热水器时的信息提示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录用户预设的热水器配置方案;
    记录所述热水器配置方案与特定面部特征的匹配关系;
    读取用户输入的面部特征信息;
    检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案;
    若否,则保持不变;
    若是,则将当前设置方案修改为与所述面部特征匹配的热水器配置方案,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种热水器,其特征在于,所述热水器包括:
    记录单元,用于记录用户预设的热水器配置方案以及所述热水器配置方案与特定面部特征的匹配关系;
    读取单元,用于读取用户输入的面部特征信息;
    检测单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及读取单元的输出端连接,用于检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案;
    设置单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的热水器配置方案时,将当前设置方案修改为与所述面部特征匹配的热水器配置方案;
