根据面部特征调取频道编组的方法和遥控系统 技术领域
本发明属于家电领域,尤其是涉及一种根据面部特征调取频道编组的方法和遥控系统。
背景技术
在数字电视和IPTV的发展下,人们对电视频道有了越来越多的选择,一般的人家都可以有上百个电视频道可供观看。
但是,根据个人的收视习惯不同,人们往往只关注与少数频道,而对大多数频道只是在没有其他偶尔看看,所以,相应的就出现了频道排序技术,即将自己喜欢的频道编排为一个依次相连的一个频道编组,如某用户喜欢看足球,其将CCTV-5频道、风云足球频道、欧洲足球频道编排为其频道组,在其选台时,这三个频道的顺序为选台的优先顺序(如:分别匹配数字键1、数字键2、数字键3)。
于此同时,一个电视往往是全家人用的,但各人有各人的爱好。所以,上述频道编排的方法,只适用于满足个体的习惯,而不是用于满足多位家庭成员的习惯,。
所以,需要一个方式,在实现频道编组的同时,也能满足不同家庭成员间快捷、方便的切换各自的频道编组。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种根据面部特征调取频道编组的方法,目的在于在实现频道编组的同时,也能满足不同家庭成员间快捷、方便的切换各自的频道编组。
本发明是这样实现的:一种根据面部特征调取频道编组的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户预设的频道编组;
记录与特定面部特征匹配的频道编组;
读取用户输入的面部特征信息;
检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的频道编组;
若否,则保持不变;
若是,则调取与所述面部特征匹配的频道编组。
本发明实施例还提供了一种遥控系统,包括:
记录单元,用于记录用户预设的频道编组以及与特定面部特征匹配的频道编组;
读取单元,用于读取用户输入的面部特征信息;
检测单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及读取单元的输出端连接,用于检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的频道编组;
调取单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的频道编组时,调取与所述面部特征匹配的频道编组。
该发明通过将频道编组与个人特征(面部特征)相结合,使得不同用户之间根据自己的个人特征(面部特征)调取自己设置的频道编组,以实现不同用户之间的频道编组的快捷切换。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种根据面部特征调取频道编组的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,记录用户预设的频道编组。如,将风云足球频道、CCTV-5频道、欧洲足球频道等三个频道设置为一个频道编组,当然,也可以根据需要设置多个频道编组,各个频道编组由不同的频道或不同的顺序组成。
在步骤S102中,记录与特定面部特征匹配的频道编组。
人脸识别,特指利用分析比较的计算机技术。人脸识别是一项热门的计算机技术研究领域,人脸追踪侦测,自动调整影像放大,夜间红外侦测,自动调整曝光强度;它属于生物特征识别技术,是对生物体(一般特指人)本身的生物特征来区分生物体个体。
人脸识别支付系统最早于2013年7月由芬兰创业公司Uniqul在全球首次推出应用,并提交了相关的专利申请。在国内,中国科学院智能多媒 体技术研究中心开发的人脸识别支付系统,用户只需使用相关设备拍张照片即可实现在线支付,并且相关专家表示“该系统在美国卡内基梅隆国际标准人脸识别测试库上达到了99.8%的识别率,而国际上其他算法的最好结果为97.6%。
此外,据大智慧阿思达克通讯社报道,欧菲光与中国银行联合开发了一套安装于ATM的“人脸识别”系统,目前这一系统已开发完毕并送样检测,已送样检测的产品为“包括摄像头、人脸识别模组与人脸识别软件”的一整套系统。此次合作是中行在互联网金融领域的全新尝试。
同时,根据2015年7月8日多家门户网站上转载的新闻看,苹果已经实现了在移动端“低门槛面部识别”的相关技术,苹果的这项专利基于前置摄像头捕捉图像,然后对图像进行分析处理。与传统的人脸识别技术不同的是,苹果不会对图像所有细节进行分析,而只会识别脸部信息较大的部位,如眼睛、鼻子与嘴巴等,这也是苹果这项技术“低门槛”的基础。
据此,该技术同样可以适用于本发明的相关领域。
在步骤S103中,读取用户输入的面部特征信息。
在步骤S104中,检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的频道编组。根据用户所输入的面部特征信息,查找数据库中,是否存在于该信息匹配的频道编组,若不存在,则进入步骤S105保持不变,若存在,则进入步骤S106,调取与所述面部特征匹配的频道编组。
该发明通过将频道编组与个人特征(面部特征)相结合,使得不同用户之间根据自己的个人特征(面部特征)调取自己设置的频道编组,以实现不同用户之间的频道编组的快捷切换。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种遥控系统的结构示意图,该遥控系统包括:
记录单元21,用于记录用户预设的频道编组以及与特定面部特征匹配的频道编组;
读取单元22,用于读取用户输入的面部特征信息;
检测单元23,其输入端分别与所述记录单元21的输出端以及读取单元22的输出端连接,用于检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的频道编组;
调取单元24,其输入端与所述检测单元23的输出端连接,用于存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的频道编组时,调取与所述面部特征匹配的频道编组。
其工作原理是:记录单元21记录用户预设的频道编组以及与特定面部特征匹配的频道编组,读取单元22读取用户输入的面部特征信息,检测单元23检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的频道编组,当存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的频道编组时,调取单元24调取与所述面部特征匹配的频道编组。
该发明通过将频道编组与个人特征(面部特征)相结合,使得不同用户之间根据自己的个人特征(面部特征)调取自己设置的频道编组,以实现不同用户之间的频道编组的快捷切换。

    记录用户预设的频道编组;
    记录与特定面部特征匹配的频道编组;
    读取用户输入的面部特征信息;
    检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的频道编组;
    若否,则保持不变;
    若是,则调取与所述面部特征匹配的频道编组。
  2. 一种遥控系统,其特征在于,所述遥控系统包括:
    记录单元,用于记录用户预设的频道编组以及与特定面部特征匹配的频道编组;
    读取单元,用于读取用户输入的面部特征信息;
    检测单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及读取单元的输出端连接,用于检测是否存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的频道编组;
    调取单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于存在与所述面部特征信息匹配的频道编组时,调取与所述面部特征匹配的频道编组。
