Description

面部识别技术匹配电脑解锁时的数据采集方法和识别系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种面部识别技术匹配电脑解锁时的数据采集方法以及识别系统。
背景技术
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示, OPPO公司 在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期 的腾讯公司 的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《根据面部识别防止小孩误操作电脑的方法和识别系统》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种面部识别技术匹配电脑解锁时的数据采集方法,目的在于针对于当前由于小孩对电脑的误操作,可能会删除电脑中用户的重要资料或办公软件,或者使电脑无法正常运行,影响用户的正常工作或是电脑的使用,需要提供一种小孩使用电脑时能够防止误操作的方法,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种面部识别技术匹配电脑解锁时的数据采集方法,包括以下步骤:
记录预设包含特定应用程序的界面以及对应用户的面部识别信息,并将所述预设包含特定应用程序的界面与所述对应用户的面部识别信息相匹配;
读取特定用户的面部识别信息;
判断所述特定用户的面部识别信息是否有相匹配的预设包含特定应用程序的界面;
若否,保持原状;
若是,显示与所述特定用户的面部识别信息相匹配的预设包含特定应用程序的界面,并向数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种识别系统,包括:
记录单元,读取单元,判断单元,显示单元,技术数据采集单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录预设包含特定应用程序的界面以及对应用户的面部识别信息,并将所述预设包含特定应用程序的界面与所述对应用户的面部识别信息相匹配;
读取单元,用于读取特定用户的面部识别信息;
判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于判断所述特定用户的面部识别信息是否有相匹配的预设包含特定应用程序的界面;
显示单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于当所述特定用户的面部识别信息有相匹配的预设包含特定应用程序的界面时,显示与所述特定用户的面部识别信息相匹配的预设包含特定应用程序的界面;
技术数据采集单元,其输入端与所述显示单元的输出端连接,用于向数据采集端发送技术使用数据。

人脸识别,特指利用分析比较的计算机技术。人脸识别是一项热门的计算机技术研究领域,人脸追踪侦测,自动调整影像放大,夜间红外侦测,自动调整曝光强度;它属于生物特征识别技术,是对生物体(一般特指人)本身的生物特征来区分生物体个体。
人脸识别支付系统最早于2013年7月由芬兰创业公司Uniqul在全球首次推出应用,并提交了相关的专利申请。在国内,中国科学院智能多媒体技术研究中心开发的人脸识别支付系统,用户只需使用相关设备拍张照片即可实现在线支付,并且相关专家表示'该系统在美国卡内基梅隆国际标准人脸识别测试库上达到了99.8%的识别率,而国际上其他算法的最好结果为97.6%。
此外,据大智慧阿思达克通讯社报道,欧菲光与中国银行联合开发了一套安装于ATM的'人脸识别' 系统,目前这一系统已开发完毕并送样检测, 已送样检测的产品为'包括摄像头、人脸识别模组与人脸识别软件'的一整套系统。此次合作是中行在互联网金融领域的全新尝试。
同时,根据2015年7月8日多家门户网站上转载的新闻看,苹果已经实现了在移动端'低门槛面部识别'的相关技术,苹果的这项专利基于前置摄像头捕捉图像,然后对图像进行分析处理。与传统的人脸识别技术不同的是,苹果不会对图像所有细节进行分析,而只会识别脸部信息较大的部位,如眼睛、鼻子与嘴巴等,这也是苹果这项技术'低门槛'的基础。
据此,该技术同样可以适用于本发明的相关领域。
在步骤S102中,读取特定用户的面部识别信息。
在步骤S103中,判断所述特定用户的面部识别信息是否有相匹配的预设包含特定应用程序的界面;若否,则进入步骤S104中,保持原状;若是,则进入步骤S105中,显示与所述特定用户的面部识别信息相匹配的预设包含特定应用程序的界面,并向数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
当小孩在电脑面前时,通过摄像头识别小孩的面部信息,系统将会显示与小孩面部信息相匹配的预设界面,小孩只能在这个界面内进行操作,其他电脑文件,他看不到也打不开;若用户或是其他人的面部识别信息,没有与之匹配的预设界面,系统就继续显示当前页面,不影响用户的工作。
所述技术使用数据为用户使用该技术的数据,即所述方法走完前几个步骤时产生的数据,所述数据包括用户使用该技术的次数(如在一定时间内是第几次使用该技术);使用该技术的具体时间点;使用该技术前后用户的相关操作等有助于技术提供方更好的评价技术的市场价值,并根据所述反馈更好的改进技术的数据。

    读取特定用户的面部识别信息;
    判断所述特定用户的面部识别信息是否有相匹配的预设包含特定应用程序的界面;
    若否,保持原状;
    若是,显示与所述特定用户的面部识别信息相匹配的预设包含特定应用程序的界面,并向数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
  2. 一种识别系统,其特征在于,所述识别系统包括:
    记录单元,读取单元,判断单元,显示单元,技术数据采集单元,其中:
