Description

一种面部匹配开房解锁时的信息推送方法和自助系统 技术领域
本发明属于电子技术领域,尤其是涉及一种面部匹配开房解锁时的信息推送方法以及自助系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种面部识别匹配开房信息的方法》,让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种面部匹配开房解锁时的信息推送方法,目的在于针对于当前酒店办理开房入住手续效率低又增加人工成本的情况,需要提供一种客户自助办理酒店入住手续的方法,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种面部匹配开房解锁时的信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
读取用户面部识别信息;
向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格;
读取用户所选择的房间;
判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格;
若否,提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额;
若是,将用户所选房间的解锁所需的面部识别信息认证设置为用户的面部识别信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种自助系统,包括:
第一读取单元,显示单元,第二读取单元,判断单元,提示单元,设置单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
第一读取单元,用于读取用户面部识别信息;
显示单元,其输入端与所述第一读取单元的输出端连接,用于向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格;

判断单元,其输入端与所述第二读取单元的输出端连接,用于判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格;
提示单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于当用户输入的消费金额小于所述开房价格,提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额;
设置单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于当用户输入的消费金额大于所述开房价格,将用户所选房间的解锁所需的面部识别信息认证设置为用户的面部识别信息;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述设置单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过读取验证客户的面部识别信息,让客户自助办理酒店开房入住手续,从而降低酒店的运营成本,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

在步骤S101中,读取用户面部识别信息。
在本实施例中,以客户酒店开房办理入住手续为例,客户进入酒店后,首先录入自己的面部识别信息。
在本发明实施例中,使用到了面部识别技术。人脸识别技术现在已经较为成熟,其应用也将日益普及。
人脸识别,特指利用分析比较的计算机技术。人脸识别是一项热门的计算机技术研究领域,人脸追踪侦测,自动调整影像放大,夜间红外侦测,自动调整曝光强度;它属于生物特征识别技术,是对生物体(一般特指人)本身的生物特征来区分生物体个体。
人脸识别支付系统最早于2013年7月由芬兰创业公司Uniqul在全球首次推出应用,并提交了相关的专利申请。在国内,中国科学院智能多媒体技术研究中心开发的人脸识别支付系统,用户只需使用相关设备拍张照片即可实现在线支付,并且相关专家表示'该系统在美国卡内基梅隆国际标准人脸识别测试库上达到了99.8%的识别率,而国际上其他算法的最好结果为97.6%。
此外,据大智慧阿思达克通讯社报道,欧菲光与中国银行联合开发了一套安装于ATM的'人脸识别' 系统,目前这一系统已开发完毕并送样检测, 已送样检测的产品为'包括摄像头、人脸识别模组与人脸识别软件'的一整套系统。此次合作是中行在互联网金融领域的全新尝试。
同时,根据2015年7月8日多家门户网站上转载的新闻看,苹果已经实现了在移动端'低门槛面部识别'的相关技术,苹果的这项专利基于前置摄像头捕捉图像,然后对图像进行分析处理。与传统的人脸识别技术不同的是,苹果不会对图像所有细节进行分析,而只会识别脸部信息较大的部位,如眼睛、鼻子与嘴巴等,这也是苹果这项技术'低门槛'的基础。
据此,该技术同样可以适用于本发明的相关领域。
在步骤S102中,向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格。
当客户录入自己的面部识别信息后,将向客户显示出当前剩余房间的信息,如房号、房间类型、价格等。
在步骤S103中,读取用户所选择的房间;在步骤S104中,判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格;若否,则进入步骤S105,提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额;若是,则进入步骤S106,将用户所选房间的解锁所需的面部识别信息认证设置为用户的面部识别信息, 同时向用户推送专利信息。
客户选择房间后,就进行相应的消费支付,支付可以为'现金支付、网银支付、支付宝支付、微信支付等。若用户的支付金额小于所选择房间的价格时,系统将提醒客户支付金额不够,需要继续支付或者提示客户是否需要进行退款;若用户的支付金额大于所选择房间的价格时,就把客户所选房间的解锁面部识别信息认证设置为客户自己的面部识别信息,客户可以直接验证面部识别信息进入房间。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过读取验证客户的面部识别信息,让客户自助办理酒店开房入住手续,从而降低酒店的运营成本,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

其工作原理是:第一读取单元21读取用户面部识别信息;显示单元22向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格;第二读取单元23读取用户所选择的房间;判断单元24判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格;当用户输入的消费金额小于所述开房价格,提示单元25提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额;当用户输入的消费金额大于所述开房价格,设置单元26将用户所选房间的解锁所需的面部识别信息认证设置为用户的面部识别信息,同时,专利信息推送单元27向用户推送专利信息。
该发明通过读取验证客户的面部识别信息,让客户自助办理酒店开房入住手续,从而降低酒店的运营成本,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

    读取用户面部识别信息;
    向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格;
    读取用户所选择的房间;
    判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格;
    若否,提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额;
    若是,将用户所选房间的解锁所需的面部识别信息认证设置为用户的面部识别信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种自助系统,其特征在于,所述自助系统包括:
    第一读取单元,显示单元,第二读取单元,判断单元,提示单元,设置单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    第一读取单元,用于读取用户面部识别信息;
    显示单元,其输入端与所述第一读取单元的输出端连接,用于向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格;
