Claims (11)
- 사용자의 타격에 의해 입력되는 건반 위치에 따라 입력MIDI신호를 생성하여 전송하고, 수신 받은 코드MIDI신호, 노트MIDI신호, 및 화음 노트 정보들과 생성된 상기 입력MIDI신호 중에서 선택적으로 단독 또는 합성에 의해 음향으로 출력하는 작곡용 키보드; 및상기 작곡용 키보드와 연동되도록 연결되어 상기 입력MIDI신호를 수신하고, 상기 코드MIDI신호와 수신된 상기 입력MIDI신호로 생성되는 상기 노트MIDI신호, 및 상기 화음 노트 정보를 생성하여 상기 작곡용 키보드에 전송하며, 상기 신호들과 상기 화음 노트 정보들을 기초로 하여 선택적으로 작곡 정보를 생성하여 저장하고, 저장된 상기 작곡정보를 음향으로 재생하는 작곡용 단말;을 포함하되,상기 화음 노트 정보는 각 코드를 구성하는 구성음을 나타내는 구성음 노트 정보와, 상기 구성음과 불협 화음을 이루는 불협음을 나타내는 불협음 노트 정보가 포함되는작곡용 키보드와 연동되는 작곡용 단말을 이용한 작곡 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 불협음 노트 정보는 경과음으로 사용될 수 있는 경과음 노트 정보와 경과음으로 사용될 수 없는 불협음 노트 정보로 세분화될 수 있는작곡용 키보드와 연동되는 작곡용 단말을 이용한 작곡 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 작곡용 키보드는,사용자가 타격에 의해 건반 입력 신호가 생성되도록 복수 위치에 배열되어 온음이 표시되는 백건반과 반음이 표시되는 흑건반이 구비된 건반부;상기 건반부에서 입력받은 건반 입력 신호를 기초로 상기 입력MIDI신호를 생성하는 MIDI신호생성부;상기 MIDI신호생성부와 상기 작곡용 단말을 상호 연결하고 있으며, 상기 MIDI신호생성부에서 생성된 상기 입력MIDI신호를 상기 작곡용 단말에 전송하고, 상기 작곡용 단말에서 생성된 상기 코드MIDI신호, 상기 노트MIDI신호, 상기 화음 노트 정보를 수신하는 키보드통신인터페이스;상기 키보드통신인터페이스에 연결되어 상기 입력MIDI신호, 상기 코드MIDI신호, 상기 노트MIDI신호, 및 상기 화음 노트 정보들을 단독 또는 합성하여 출력하도록 구비된 키보드음향출력부; 및상기 키보드음향출력부에서 출력되는 상기 MIDI신호들과 상기 화음 노트 정보들에 따른 음향이 출력되도록 제어하는 음향 제어부를 포함하는작곡용 키보드와 연동되는 작곡용 단말을 이용한 작곡 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 키보드음향출력부를 통해 각각의 상기 코드MIDI신호가 순차적으로 출력되는 동안, 상기 건반부를 통해 건반 입력 신호에 의해 상기 MIDI신호생성부에서 생성된 상기 입력MIDI신호가 생성되면, 상기 음향 제어부는 생성된 건반 입력 신호를 현재 출력 중인 상기 코드MIDI신호에 대응되는 상기 화음 노트 정보와 비교하여, 건반 입력 신호가 상기 불협음 노트 정보와 매칭되면 해당 건반 입력 신호를 기초로 생성된 상기 입력MIDI신호를 묵음 처리하고, 해당 MIDI 신호에 묵음 플래그를 on 으로 설정하는작곡용 키보드와 연동되는 작곡용 단말을 이용한 작곡 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 키보드음향출력부는 상기 건반부에서 생성된 건반 입력 신호에 의해 상기 MIDI신호생성부에서 생성된 상기 입력MIDI신호가 상기 불협음 노트 정보에서 세분화되는 경과음으로 사용될 수 있는 경과음 노트 정보와 경과음으로 사용될 수 없는 불협음 노트 정보 중에서 상기 경과음 노트 정보와 매칭되면 해당 건반 입력 신호를 기초로 생성된 MIDI 신호를 묵음처리 하지 않을 수 있는작곡용 키보드와 연동되는 작곡용 단말을 이용한 작곡 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 건반부에는 상기 흑건반과 상기 백건반의 내측에 발광 소자가 배치되어 신호에 따라 점멸되도록 구비되고, 발광되는 색상, 및 강도를 조절하도록 설치된 발광부; 및상기 발광부의 연결되어 상기 화음노트 정보를 기초로 상기 발광부를 제어하여 구성음 노트 정보에 해당되는 건반의 내측에 배치된 발광 소자를 on 시키고, 불협음 노트 정보에 해당되는 건반 내측에 배치된 발광 소자를 off 시키도록 구비된 발광제어부;를 더 포함하는작곡용 키보드와 연동되는 작곡용 단말을 이용한 작곡 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 발광제어부는 상기 화음 노트 정보를 기초로 상기 발광부를 제어하여 상기 불협음 노트 정보에서 세분화되는 경과음으로 사용될 수 있는 경과음 노트 정보와 경과음으로 사용될 수 없는 불협음 노트 정보 중에서 상기 경과음 노트 정보에 해당되는 상기 건반부의 내측에 배치된 상기 발광부와 상기 구성음 노트 정보에 해당되는 건반 내측에 배치된 상기 발광부의 발광 색상 또는 발광 강도를 다르게 제어하는작곡용 키보드와 연동되는 작곡용 단말을 이용한 작곡 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 작곡용 단말은,상기 작곡용 키보드와 연결되어 있으며, 상기 작곡용 키보드에서 생성되는 상기 입력MIDI신호를 수신하고, 상기 코드MIDI신호와 수신된 상기 입력MIDI신호로 생성되는 상기 노트MIDI신호, 및 상기 화음 노트 정보를 상기 작곡용 키보드로 전송하는 단말통신인터페이스;사용자가 마디별로 코드를 선택하도록 샘플코드 정보를 관리하여 재구성되는 코드 정보, 각 코드를 구성하는 구성음 노트 정보, 상기 구성음과 불협화음을 이루는 불협음 노트 정보, 및 경과음으로 사용될 수 있는 경과음 노트 정보를 취합하여 작곡정보를 생성하고, 생성된 상기 작곡정보를 재생하기 위해서 제어하는 제어부;상기 제어부에서 생성되는 상기 코드 정보, 상기 노트 정보, 상기 불협음 노트 정보, 상기 경과음 노트 정보를 화면에 표시하는 표시부;상기 제어부에서 생성된 상기 작곡정보를 저장하는 저장부; 및상기 제어부에서 생성된 작곡정보를 음향 출력으로 재생하도록 설치되는 단말음향출력부;를 포함하는작곡용 키보드와 연동되는 작곡용 단말을 이용한 작곡 시스템.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,사용자가 코드를 선택하기 위해서 샘플 코드 관리되도록 구비되어, 마디 별로 코드 추천하고, 코드 별로 구성음 정보, 불협음 정보가 등록되어 관리되며, 상기 작곡용 키보드로부터 수신된 입력MIDI신호를 이용하여 마디 별로 코드를 재구성하거나 추천에 의해 사용자가 선택한 코드를 상기 표시부를 제어하여 화면에 표시하는 코드 관리부;상기 작곡용 키보드로부터 수신된 상기 입력MIDI신호를 이용하여 마디 별로 멜로디를 구성하는 하나 이상의 노트를 재구성하고 상기 표시부를 제어하여 화면에 노트 정보를 표시하고, 상기 불협음 노트 정보와 매칭되는 상기 입력MIDI신호가 수신되면 이를 상기 표시부를 통해 화면에 구분되게 표시하는 노트 관리부;상기 노트 관리부에서 마디별로 재구성된 상기 노트정보를 마디 별로 상기 코드 정보와 대응되는 각 코드를 구성하는 구성음을 나타내는 구성음 노트 정보와, 상기 구성음과 불협 화음을 이루는 불협음을 나타내는 불협음 노트 정보와, 경과음으로 사용될 수 있는 경과음 노트 정보를 화음 노트에 포함하는 화음노트 정보를 생성하는 화음노트 정보 생성부;상기 코드 관리부를 통해 재구성된 상기 코드 정보, 상기 노트 관리부를 통해 재구성된 노트 정보, 상기 화음노트 정보 생성부를 통해 생성된 화음 노트 정보를 취합하여 작곡 정보를 생성되고, 완성된 곡 또는 작곡중인 곡을 저장하면 작업중인 코드 정보, 노트 정보 및 화음 노트 정보가 취합되어 단일의 작곡 정보를 생성하고 이를 상기 저장부에 저장하는 작곡 정보 생성부; 및상기 단말음향출력부를 제어하여 작곡 정보를 음향으로 출력하기 위해서 재생하면서 재생 중인 작곡 정보를 MIDI 신호로 변환하여 상기 단말 통신 인터페이스를 통해 작곡용 키보드로 전송하도록 구비된 재생부;를 포함하는작곡용 키보드와 연동되는 작곡용 단말을 이용한 작곡 시스템.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 작곡용 키보드의 상기 음향 제어부와 상기 작곡용 단말의 상기 재생부는 시간적으로 상호 동기화된 상태에서 전송된 MIDI 신호를 출력하도록 제어함에 따라 상기 작곡용 키보드의 상기 음향 제어부는 상기 키보드음향출력부를 제어하여 전송된 MIDI 신호를 출력하는 과정에서 동기화된 타이밍에 맞게 불협음 노트 정보를 기초로 상기 키보드음향출력부의 묵음 처리를 수행하는작곡용 키보드와 연동되는 작곡용 단말을 이용한 작곡 시스템.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 작곡용 키보드의 상기 음향 제어부와 상기 작곡용 단말의 상기 재생부가 시간적으로 상호 동기화된 상태에서 전송된 MIDI 신호를 출력하도록 제어함에 따라 상기 작곡용 키보드의 상기 음향 제어부에서 상기 키보드음향출력부를 제어하여 전송된 MIDI 신호를 출력하는 과정에서 동기화된 타이밍에 맞게 불협음 노트 정보를 기초로 상기 발광부의 발광을 제어하도록 상기 건반부에는 상기 흑건반과 상기 백건반의 내측에 발광 소자가 배치되어 신호에 따라 점멸되도록 구비되고, 발광되는 색상, 및 강도를 조절하도록 설치된 발광부를 더 포함하는작곡용 키보드와 연동되는 작곡용 단말을 이용한 작곡 시스템.
