Description

Truck with movable bed
[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a truck with a movable loading platform in which a loading platform for loading and unloading cargo such as a motorcycle body is movable.
2. Description of the Related Art In trucks that carry cargo, trucks equipped with a lifting device for loading and unloading cargo are known. For example, the track described in Patent Document 1 below has a first position where a pallet arranged in parallel to the loading platform is stored on the loading platform, and a second position on the side of the loading platform and below the loading platform. It can be selectively driven by an actuator.
According to this configuration, since the pallet in the second position is lower than the loading platform and close to the ground surface, it is possible to easily mount heavy cargo or bulky cargo on it, and then operate the actuator By doing so, the pallet can be stored on the carrier together with the cargo. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently carry cargo without using expensive cargo handling equipment, and to efficiently carry out cargo handling in a narrow space where the cargo handling equipment cannot be operated (Patent Document 1). Page 3, line 16 to page 4, line 5).
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-68246
However, the lifting device for a truck described in Patent Document 1 moves a pallet provided separately from a truck bed between a first position and a second position. In this configuration, when the pallet is on the loading platform, about half the area of the loading platform is occupied by the pallet, so there is a problem that the installation space for the cargo on the loading platform is limited (Patent Document 1). (See FIG. 2). In addition, since a pallet is required separately from the loading platform, the structure is complicated and there is a problem of an increase in weight.
The present invention solves the conventional problems as described above, and provides a truck with a movable platform that can prevent a complicated structure and suppress a significant increase in weight without limiting a cargo installation space. For the purpose.
In order to achieve the above object, a truck with a movable carrier according to the present invention is a truck with a movable carrier that moves a cargo bed for loading and unloading cargo, and includes a lifting mechanism that moves the movable carrier up and down by a parallel link mechanism. The movable loading platform is moved up and down between a rising position, which is a position during cargo transportation, and a lowered position, which is a loading and unloading position, by the parallel link mechanism, and the movable loading platform is moved to the lowered position. Lowering while extending in the lateral direction from the side of the truck with the movable platform, the movable platform corresponds to a platform for transporting heavy objects that the truck originally has, no platform is provided in addition to the movable platform, The movable carrier is grounded at the lowered position, and the fixed position of the parallel link mechanism to the movable carrier is opposite to the tip of the movable carrier in the extending direction of the movable carrier. By making it a part, the rear side of the truck with the movable carrier is opened in the movable carrier, and the cargo can be advanced from the rear side so that the cargo can be mounted on the movable carrier. .
According to the truck with a movable bed according to the present invention, the movable bed is moved and lowered laterally from the side of the truck with the movable bed, so that there is no space for loading and unloading the cargo behind the truck with the movable bed. It is not necessary, and cargo can be loaded and unloaded even when the vehicle is stopped behind a truck with a movable platform. When loading and unloading cargo, it is sufficient if there is enough space on the side of the truck with a movable platform to move down the movable platform. Therefore, a long space and a wide space are not required for loading and unloading cargo.
Further, in the truck with a movable platform according to the present invention, the movable platform corresponds to a platform for transporting heavy objects that the truck originally has. Therefore, the movable platform is not an additional platform, but a platform for transporting heavy objects that the truck originally has. Therefore, it is possible to ensure the durability as a load carrier for carrying heavy objects that the truck originally has, and it is possible to design as a load bed capable of carrying a large size and weight cargo. In addition, as described above, the movable carrier is equivalent to the truck for carrying heavy loads that the truck originally has. Therefore, the provision of the movable carrier does not limit the installation space of the cargo, and there are a plurality of cargo platforms. However, it is possible to suppress a significant increase in weight.
In the truck with a movable bed according to the present invention, since the movable bed is grounded at the lowered position, it is easy to load and unload cargo on the movable bed at the lowered position. In particular, in the case of a wheeled cargo such as a motorcycle, the cargo can be loaded and unloaded simply by moving the cargo forward or backward.
Moreover, it is preferable that the movable carrier is disposed over the entire width of the truck with the movable carrier in the raised position. As described above, in the truck with a movable platform according to the present invention, the movable platform corresponds to a platform for transporting heavy objects that the truck originally has. Therefore, the movable platform is not an additional platform, but for carrying heavy objects that the truck originally has. Therefore, the movable loading platform can be arranged over the entire width of the truck with the movable loading platform, so that a large cargo can be transported in the same manner as a loading platform of a normal truck.
In addition, a fall prevention jack is provided, and the fall prevention jack is preferably configured to incline the support rod drawn out from the side of the truck with the movable loading platform and to ground the support rod. . According to this configuration, it is possible to prevent the truck with a movable platform from falling when the movable platform is moved in the lateral direction and the center of gravity of the truck with the movable platform is moved in the lateral direction.
The effects of the present invention are as described above. In summary, according to the present invention, when loading and unloading cargo, it is sufficient if there is enough space on the side of the truck with movable platform to move the movable platform down. Long and wide spaces are not required for loading and unloading cargo. In addition, the movable loading platform can be designed as a loading platform for carrying heavy loads that the truck originally has, so it can ensure durability as a loading platform for carrying heavy loads that the truck originally has, and can carry large and heavy cargo. It can be designed as a loading platform, and by providing a movable loading platform, there is no restriction on the cargo installation space, and there is no need for multiple loading platforms to complicate the structure. There is no limitation, and a significant increase in weight can be suppressed.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view of a truck 1 with a movable platform (hereinafter simply referred to as “track 1”) according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a rear view of the truck 1 shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the truck 1 shown in FIG. The truck 1 includes a cabin 2 including a driver's seat and an elevator mechanism 3 behind the cabin. A front wheel 4 is disposed below the cabin 2, and a rear wheel 5 is disposed below the elevator mechanism 3. . The track 1 according to the present embodiment is characterized by the structure and arrangement of the lifting mechanism 3, and in each drawing of the present embodiment, structures that are not directly related to the characteristic portions are omitted as appropriate.
2 and 3, the elevating mechanism 3 has a parallel link mechanism 6 as a main part, and a movable bed 7 is configured to be movable up and down. As will be described in detail later, by the operation of the parallel link mechanism 6, the movable loading platform 7 moves up and down between an ascending position that is a position during cargo transportation and a lowered position that is a position for loading and unloading cargo. 1 to 3 show a state when the movable carrier 7 is in the raised position.
¡Normal trucks are equipped with a cargo bed for loading cargo behind the cabin, and this cargo bed is fixed to the truck. As shown in FIG. 3, the truck 1 according to the present embodiment includes a movable cargo bed 7 corresponding to a normal truck bed, and the cargo is mounted on the movable cargo bed 7, and the truck 1 is operated in this state. Carry the cargo. That is, in the truck 1 according to the present embodiment, the movable platform 7 corresponds to a platform for carrying heavy objects that the truck originally has. The movable bed 7 is provided at the position of a normal truck bed, and no load bed is provided in addition to the movable bed 7.
Hereinafter, the structure of the lifting mechanism 3 will be described mainly with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. In FIG. 3, the elevating mechanism 3 mainly includes a parallel link mechanism 6 and a cylinder mechanism 10, and these structures are arranged on both sides of the movable bed 7 in the traveling direction of the track 1 (the direction of arrow “a”). ing. Hereinafter, the traveling direction (arrow a direction) of the track 1 is referred to as the front-rear direction, the front wheel 4 side is referred to as the front side, the rear wheel 5 side is referred to as the rear side, and the direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction is referred to as the lateral direction (arrow b direction).
As described above, the elevating mechanism 3 is disposed on both sides in the front-rear direction of the movable loading platform 7, but since the mechanisms on both sides are the same mechanism, the structure of the elevating mechanism 3 will be described while explaining the mechanism on one side. To do. The parallel link mechanism 6 includes a pair of arms 14 and 15, and the upper ends of the arms 14 and 15 are pivotally supported by a support body 13 that is integral with the movable carrier 7, and the lower end side is a pivotal support that is integral with the base 20. 21 and 22 are pivotally supported. In the present embodiment, the shaft support means that the shaft is supported so as to be rotatable about the shaft. The arm 14 can rotate about the shaft 16 and the shaft 17, and the arm 15 can rotate about the shaft 18 and the shaft 19.
The cylinder mechanism 10 includes a cylinder 11 and a rod 12, and the rod 12 expands and contracts with respect to the cylinder 11 by hydraulic pressure. The lower end of the cylinder 11 is pivotally supported by the lower end of the arm 14, and the tip of the rod 12 is pivotally supported by the upper end of the arm 15. In this configuration, the cylinder 11 and the rod 12 are rotatable around a shaft 16 common to the arm 14 and a shaft 19 common to the arm 15.
3, when the rod 12 of the cylinder mechanism 10 is contracted from the state of FIG. 3, the arm 14 rotates counterclockwise about the shaft 16, and the arm 15 rotates counterclockwise about the shaft 18. As this rotation proceeds, the movable carrier 7 integrated with the support 13 moves downward in the lateral direction (arrow c direction) while maintaining a substantially parallel state, and finally descends until it comes into contact with the ground. When the rod 12 of the cylinder mechanism 10 is extended from the state in which the movable bed 7 is lowered and grounded, the arm 14 rotates clockwise about the shaft 16 and the arm 15 rotates clockwise about the shaft 18 to move. The loading platform 7 moves in the reverse direction when the rod 12 is contracted, and returns to a fixed position while ascending.
Hereinafter, the operation when loading and unloading cargo onto the movable platform 7 will be described in the order of processes. As described above, in FIG. 3, the rod 12 of the cylinder mechanism 10 can be contracted to finally lower the movable carrier 7 until it is grounded. As a result, the cargo on the movable carrier 7 can be lowered, and when there is no cargo on the movable carrier 7, the cargo can be loaded on the lowered movable carrier 7. In the step of moving the movable platform 7, the movable platform 7 moves in the lateral direction, and the center of gravity of the truck 1 moves in the lateral direction. For this reason, in this embodiment, when operating the raising / lowering mechanism 3, the front-end | tip of the fall prevention jack 30 is earth | grounded. For this reason, before explaining operation | movement of the raising / lowering mechanism 3, the jack 30 for fall prevention is demonstrated.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the truck 1 includes a fall prevention jack 30 at the lower part of the movable bed 7. The fall prevention jack 30 includes a jack body 31, a support rod 32, and a cylinder mechanism 33. The support rod 32 is stored in the jack body 31 and can be pulled out from the jack body 31. The cylinder mechanism 33 includes a cylinder 34 and a rod 35 (see FIG. 6), and the rod 35 can be expanded and contracted with respect to the cylinder 34 by hydraulic pressure.
4 to 6 are diagrams for explaining the operation of the overturning prevention jack 30. For convenience of illustration, a part of the back side of the track 1 is broken and shown, and the broken portion is used for preventing overturning. Only the jack 30 and its supporting parts are shown, and other structures are not shown. FIG. 4 illustrates a state when the fall prevention jack 30 is not operated. One end of the cylinder mechanism 33 is pivotally supported by the support body 38, and the other end is pivotally supported by the jack body 31. The jack body 31 is pivotally supported by a support body (not shown) on the side opposite to the support rod 32. In the state of this figure, the cylinder mechanism 33 is not operated, and the jack body 31 is maintained in a horizontal state.
FIG. 5 shows a state in which the support rod 32 is pulled out from the jack body 31. This state shows a state in which the tip of the support rod 32 stored in the jack body 31 in FIG. FIG. 6 shows a state in which the jack body 31 is inclined. This state shows a state where the cylinder mechanism 33 is operated from the state of FIG. 5 and the rod 35 is extended. The operation of the cylinder mechanism 33 is operated by the operation panel 39 (see FIG. 1).
When the rod 35 is extended, the jack mechanism 31 also rotates around the shaft support portion while the cylinder mechanism 33 rotates around the shaft support portion. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 6, the support rod 32 inclines integrally with the jack body 31, and the tip of the support rod 32 contacts the ground. As a result, it is possible to prevent the truck 1 from falling over when the movable carrier 7 moves in the lateral direction and the center of gravity of the truck 1 moves in the lateral direction.
Next, the operation of the lifting mechanism 3 will be described. FIG. 7 shows a state where the rod 12 of the cylinder mechanism 10 is contracted by operating the operation panel 39 (see FIG. 1) from the state shown in FIG. In the state of FIG. 7, compared with the state of FIG. 3, the arm 14 rotates counterclockwise (arrow d direction) about the shaft 16, and the arm 15 rotates counterclockwise (arrow d direction) about the shaft 18. It is rotating. Along with this, the movable carrier 7 rises integrally with the support 13 and moves in the lateral direction (arrow c direction).
FIG. 8 shows a state where the rod 12 of the cylinder mechanism 10 is further contracted from the state of FIG. In the state of FIG. 8, compared with the state of FIG. 7, the arm 14 further rotates counterclockwise (arrow d direction) about the shaft 16, and the arm 15 rotates counterclockwise (arrow d direction) about the shaft 18. ) Is further rotated. Accordingly, the movable carrier 7 is further moved in the lateral direction (arrow c direction) integrally with the support 13. When the rod 12 of the cylinder mechanism 10 is further contracted from the state of FIG. 8, the movable carrier 7 further moves in the lateral direction (arrow c direction) and descends toward the ground.
FIG. 9 shows a state where the lowering of the movable carrier 7 is completed. In the state of this figure, the rod 12 (see FIG. 8) of the cylinder mechanism 10 is in a contracted state, and the movable bed 7 is also in a fully lowered state. Since the front end side of the movable carrier 7 is grounded, in this state, the cargo can be mounted on the movable carrier 7 without lifting the cargo. For example, when a motorcycle is mounted on the movable platform 7, the motorcycle can be mounted on the movable platform 7 simply by moving the driven motorcycle to the vicinity of the movable platform 7 in the state of FIG.
Further, in the above-described series of steps, when the lowering of the movable loading platform 7 is completed with the cargo loaded on the movable loading platform 7, the cargo has already been lowered, so it is only necessary to carry the cargo from the movable loading platform 7 as it is. . In the example of the motorcycle described above, in the state shown in FIG. 9, the motorcycle can be carried from the movable carrier 7 as it is simply by moving the motorcycle on the movable carrier 7 forward or backward.
In the present embodiment, the movable loading platform 7 moves in the lateral direction from the side of the truck 1 and descends, so that no space for loading and unloading cargo is required behind the truck 1. Even when the vehicle is stopped, cargo can be loaded and unloaded. When loading and unloading cargo, it is sufficient if there is enough space on the side of the truck 1 to lower the movable bed 7, so that a long space or wide space is not necessary for loading or unloading cargo. For example, when the truck 1 is stopped on the road, the movable loading platform 7 can be grounded on the side road to load and unload the cargo.
Further, as described above, in the truck 1 according to the present embodiment, the movable carrier 7 corresponds to a heavy material carrying carrier originally provided in the truck, and the movable carrier 7 is provided at the position of the movable truck 7 of a normal truck. In addition to the movable loading platform 7, no loading platform is provided. For this reason, the movable loading platform 7 according to the present embodiment can be designed not as an additional loading platform but as a loading platform for carrying heavy objects that the truck originally has. In other words, the movable carrier 7 can be arranged over the entire width of the truck 1 and can secure durability as a carrier for carrying heavy objects, which is inherent to the truck. It can be designed as a possible loading platform. In addition, as described above, the movable loading platform 7 corresponds to a heavy load carrying platform that the truck originally has. Therefore, the provision of the movable loading platform 7 does not limit the cargo installation space, and the number of loading platforms becomes plural. Therefore, the structure is not complicated, and a significant increase in weight can be suppressed.
As mentioned above, although one Embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not restricted to this, The structure changed suitably is also contained. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the example in which the movable carrier 7 is grounded has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and there may be a gap between the movable carrier 7 and the ground 40 at the lowered position of the movable carrier 7. If the gap is not too large, the impact on cargo and loading / unloading will be reduced.
Further, the configuration of the fall prevention jack 30 is merely an example, and is not limited to this, and any configuration may be used as long as the support rod 32 that is pulled out from the side of the track is inclined and the support rod 32 is grounded. .
