Abstract
本发明专利涉及一种夹持手机装置,包括前盖和后盖,两者之间依次设有夹持臂部件、夹持臂转动机构,夹持臂转动机构安装在后盖上,夹持臂部件安装在包括前盖上,夹持臂部件用于夹持手机并带有锁定按钮。本发明采用的夹持臂扭力弹簧与夹持臂来实现夹持手机功能,锁定按钮、锁定按钮回位弹簧、齿轮、齿条、夹持臂等零部件以增强使用方便性。夹持手机时,锁定按钮被压回,夹持臂扭力弹簧使齿轮转动拉动齿条带动夹持臂处于夹持状态;非夹持手机时,用手指将夹持臂靠拢,夹持臂上齿条带动齿轮压缩夹持臂扭弹簧,锁定按钮弹出撑住夹持臂后就可拿取手机,结构简单,家居生活及汽车上用来夹持手机或手机类似的智能设备更加稳固、拿取方便。
Description
本发明涉及手机支架夹持技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种新的夹持手机装置。
目前,现有的手机支架夹持装置在单手拿取手机上并不方便,使用两爪式夹持方法夹持手机不牢固,容量摔脱,并仅限于个别尺寸的手机屏幕,具有一定的夹持局限性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种夹持手机新的装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种夹持手机装置,包括前盖和后盖,两者之间依次设有夹持臂部件、夹持臂转动机构,所述夹持臂转动机构安装在所述后盖上,所述夹持臂部件安装在所述包括前盖用于夹持手机并带有锁定按钮。
在本发明所述的一种夹持手机装置中,所述夹持臂部件包括一组相互交叉呈剪刀式活动方式连接的两个夹持臂,该夹持臂呈“X”状并以交点为中心活动,双夹持臂两端各有夹持爪,形成四个夹持爪呈

在本发明所述的一种夹持手机装置中,所述齿条的形状为齿条。夹持臂部件实施本发明的一种夹持手机装置,具有以下有益效果:本发明采用的扭力弹簧、齿轮、齿条、回位弹簧、锁定按钮、夹持臂等零部件进行有机的结合,使得使传统的两爪夹持手机支架变为四爪夹持手机支架,增加2个夹持爪让手机夹持更可靠,不摔脱,锁定按钮设计单手从手机架拿取手机更方便,并使用齿轮齿条啮合将夹持臂进进行同步约束,夹持力分配均匀与角度固定,设计巧妙。本发明提出一种夹持手机装置,能夹持各种型号尺寸大小的手机,结构简单、便于安装,方便携带。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1示出了一种夹持手机装置,包括前盖10和后盖20,两者之间依次设有夹持臂部件30、夹持臂转动机构40,所述夹持臂转动机构40安装在所述后盖20上,所述夹持臂部件30安装在所述包括前盖10用于夹持手机50。夹持臂部件夹持臂转动机构夹持臂转动机构

图2示出了夹持手机装置的从前盖往后盖方向的分解结构示意图,图3示出了夹持手机装置的从后盖往前盖方向的分解结构示意图,所述夹持臂转动机构40包括连接在所述后盖20上的锁定按钮41和至少一个齿轮42及夹持臂扭力弹簧43;所述夹持臂部件30包括一齿条34,夹持手机时,所述锁定按钮41与齿条34处于松弛状态;非夹持手机时,所述锁定按钮41处于锁住状态,所述齿条34的两端卡在齿轮42之间,所述夹持臂转动机构40还包括一锁定按钮回位弹簧45,该锁定按钮回位弹簧45设于所述锁定按钮41与所述后盖20之间,所述夹持臂部件30包括一组相互交叉固定连接的夹持臂31、固定在该夹持臂31上的夹持爪32。在本实施例中,夹持臂扭力弹簧43和齿轮42的数量均为两个,将夹持臂扭力弹簧43套接在夹持臂扭力弹簧支座21上,然后将齿轮42安装在夹持臂扭力弹簧43上,两个齿轮42啮合,如图6、图7所示。
图4、图5分别示出了夹持手机装置的锁定按钮打开状态时、锁住状态时的结构示意图,锁定按钮41下端设有一锁定按钮回位弹簧45,锁定按钮回位弹簧45底部放置在后盖20内壁上,具体地,后盖20内壁上设有一凹槽22,此凹槽22用来放置锁定按钮回位弹簧45,将锁定按钮回位弹簧45置于锁定按钮41下端,然后安装在后盖20内壁的凹槽22内,如图2、图3、图4、图5所示,夹持臂31的数
量为两个,相互交叉并通过中心定位,夹持臂31上设有齿条34,该齿条34为半月形结构,在本实施例中,不仅局限于半月形结构的齿条,也可以为其他形状的齿条,在此不再进行赘述。
图4、图5示出了夹持手机装置的夹持手机时的结构示意图,当夹持手机时,手机瞬间放置在前盖10上,触碰锁定按钮41,与齿条34处于松弛状态,夹持臂31夹住手机;非夹持手机时,即将手机取下来的时候,所述锁定按钮41弹起来,处于锁住状态,齿条34的两端卡在齿轮42的齿牙之间,设计巧妙,操作简单,携带方便。
如图1至图5所示,所述夹持臂部件30还包括用于设置在所述夹持爪32上的夹持软胶(图中未示出),夹持软胶可以为软性体,也可以为软胶,主要起到减震、缓冲、保护到手机的作用。
进一步地,如图2、图3所示,夹持臂部件30还包括设置在所述夹持爪32顶部的凸缘33,此凸缘33可防止手机滑落或松弛,更好的起到固定或者夹紧手机的作用。
如图3所示,所述后盖20外侧设有一接口60,该接口可以与与支撑杆连接,作为手机支架的一部分,用途广泛,在此不再进行赘述。
具体地,如图4、图5所示,所述齿条34的形状为半月形齿条,由于夹持臂31上自带的齿条34,这样操作起来更加方便,设计独特,此齿条与齿轮巧妙的传动,带动夹持臂闭合或者张开,适合不同型号尺寸大小的手机。
本发明采用的扭力弹簧、齿轮、齿条、回位弹簧、锁定按钮、夹持臂等零部件进行有机的结合,使得使传统的两爪夹持手机支架变为
四爪夹持手机支架,增加2个夹持爪让手机夹持更可靠,不摔脱,锁定按钮设计单手从手机架拿取手机更方便,并使用齿轮齿条啮合将夹持臂进进行同步约束,夹持力分配均匀与角度固定,设计巧妙。本发明提出一种夹持手机装置,能夹持各种型号尺寸大小的手机,结构简单、便于安装,方便携带。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,在不偏离本发明构思的条件下,对以上各构件所做的变形、替换等均将落入本发明的权利要求范围内。

- 一种夹持手机装置,其特征在于,所述夹持手机装置(100)包括前盖(10)和后盖(20),两者之间依次设有夹持臂部件(30)、夹持臂转动机构(40),所述夹持臂转动机构(40)安装在所述后盖(20)上,所述夹持臂部件(30)安装在所述包括前盖(10)用于夹持手机(50)并带有锁定按钮(41)。
- 如权利要求1所述的夹持手机装置,其特征在于,所述夹持臂部件(30)包括一组相互交叉呈剪刀式活动方式连接的两个夹持臂(31),该夹持臂呈“X”状并以交点为中心活动,双夹持臂(31)两端各有夹持爪(32),形成四个夹持爪(32)呈“X”用来夹持,所述夹持臂(31)上有一齿条(34)。

- 如权利要求1所述的夹持手机装置,其特征在于,所述锁定按钮(41)还包括锁定按钮回位弹簧(45),该锁定按钮回位弹簧(45)设于所述锁定按钮(41)与所述后盖(20)之间夹持手机时,所述锁定按钮(41)与齿条(34)处于松弛状态;非夹持手机时,夹持臂爪合拢状态时所述锁定按钮(41)卡在齿条(34)的两端。
