Description

一种移动终端固定装置及无人机遥控器 技术领域
本申请涉及固定治具技术领域,特别是涉及一种移动终端固定装置及无人机遥控器。
背景技术
在固定移动终端时,通常采用固定治具,通过固定治具上的夹子夹持住移动终端。
现有的夹子夹持移动终端都是单向固定的,装拆移动终端较为麻烦。其次,现有的夹子是通过按压开关控制将夹子一端推出去(借助弹簧弹力),然后再通过手压住伸缩柄控制移动终端在夹子上,如果在使用过程中触碰到开关,移动终端易从夹子上掉落。
鉴于此,迫切需要研究出一种方便固定移动终端,且移动终端固定后不易掉落的固定装置。
发明内容
本申请实施例主要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便固定移动终端,且移动终端固定后不易掉落的移动终端固定装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:
一种移动终端固定装置,所述固定装置包括:
底座,所述底座内具有一容纳空间;
一对夹持部,活动设置于所述底座的两端;
一对伸缩杆,每一伸缩杆的一端与同侧的所述夹持部固定连接,另一端可移动穿装于所述底座的容纳空间内,所述夹持部、伸缩杆和底座共同形成一容纳移动终端的空间;
一对弹性元件,设置于所述底座的容纳空间内,每一弹性元件的一端与同侧的所述伸缩杆固定连接,另一端固定于所述底座上;以及
齿轮,固定于底座且设置于底座的容纳空间内,所述齿轮的两侧在所述伸缩杆沿底座移动的方向上与分别所述一对伸缩杆啮合;
随着一侧夹持部受外力沿底座往外侧拉伸并带动伸缩杆沿底座往外侧移动,伸缩杆与齿轮的啮合带动齿轮旋转,齿轮旋转带动与所述齿轮另一侧啮合的伸缩杆往底座的另一外侧移动并带动另一夹持部沿底座往另一外侧拉伸,使所述固定装置处于拉伸状态用于放入移动终端,此时弹性元件均随着夹持部的移动而处于拉伸状态;夹持部不再受外力时,弹性元件的回弹力带动夹持部和伸缩杆往底座内侧移动以夹持住移动终端。
进一步地,在所述伸缩杆沿底座移动的方向上设有齿条,所述齿条与所述齿轮啮合传动。
进一步地,所述夹持部包括:
与所述伸缩杆连接的连接件;
一侧与所述连接件垂直连接的挡持件,所述挡持件贴覆于所述移动终端的上下两端;
与所述挡持件另一侧垂直连接的限位件,所述限位件贴覆于所述移动终端的屏幕一侧。
进一步地,所述弹性元件为拉簧、钢板弹簧、扭杆弹簧、气体弹簧或橡胶弹簧。
进一步地,所述伸缩杆上设有定位杆,每一弹性元件的一端与同侧的所述伸缩杆上的定位杆固定连接,所述定位杆的高度与弹性元件的安装高度一致。
进一步地,所述固定装置还包括将齿轮固定于底座上的螺母。
进一步地,所述固定装置还包括柔性垫和通孔,所述柔性垫设于夹持部与移动终端接触的内表面,所述通孔贯穿于所述夹持部与移动终端两端接触的部位。

本申请实施例的有益效果是:本申请实施例通过设置齿轮与两侧伸缩杆均啮合传动,单侧夹持部和伸缩杆运动时,可通过齿轮间接带动另一侧的夹持部和伸缩杆运动,从而实现单侧拉动夹持部两侧的夹持部都会张开的效果,使得移动终端的固定更为方便和省力;通过设置弹性元件来控制夹持部的拉伸长度,使夹持部不会被任意拉出,去除对夹持部施加的外力后能借助弹性元件的回弹力紧紧夹持住移动终端,使移动终端固定后不易掉落,提高了移动终端放置于固定装置上的稳定性。

除非另有定义,本说明书所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本说明书中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是用于限制本申请。本说明书所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
另外,需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的移动终端包括:手机、平板电脑以及其他类似的移动终端设备。下面以手机为例,对本申请实施例进行说明。
实施例1:
参见图1至图3,本实施例提供了一种移动终端固定装置10,该固定装置10包括底座11、一对夹持部12、一对伸缩杆13、一对弹性元件14以及齿轮15,其中:底座11内具有一容纳空间111;夹持部12活动设置于底座11两端;每一伸缩杆13的一端与同侧的夹持部12固定连接,另一端可移动穿装于底座11的容纳空间111内,夹持部12、伸缩 杆13和底座11共同形成一容纳移动终端的空间;弹性元件设置于底座11的容纳空间111内,每一弹性元件的一端与同侧的伸缩杆13固定连接,另一端固定于底座11上;齿轮15固定于底座11且设置于底座11的容纳空间111内,齿轮15的两侧在伸缩杆13沿底座11移动的方向上与分别一对伸缩杆13啮合。
其中,底座11两端设有用于移动穿装伸缩杆13的开口(图中未示出),开口的宽度与伸缩杆13的连接夹持部12的部位宽度相匹配,使伸缩杆13在底座11内移动时不容易在与移动方向垂直的方向上松动(图中为上下方向),用户操作时手感较好。
具体地,齿轮15与伸缩杆13之间通过齿轮15与齿条16啮合的方式连接,在伸缩杆13沿底座11移动的方向上设有齿条16,齿条16与齿轮15啮合传动,齿轮15齿条16的传动方式稳定可靠,使用寿命长。此外,齿轮15通过一螺母17固定于底座11上,通过螺母17固定齿轮15是为了防止在齿轮15转动的过程中齿轮15移动,因而采用螺母17对齿轮15进行限位。
请同时参阅图4,夹持部12进一步包括连接件121、挡持件122和限位件123,其中:连接件121与伸缩杆13连接;挡持件122一侧与连接件121垂直连接,贴覆于移动终端的上下两端,防止手机从两端脱离固定装置10;挡持件122另一侧与限位件123垂直连接,限位件123贴覆于移动终端的屏幕一侧,防止手机从屏幕一侧脱离固定装置10。
每一伸缩杆13上均设有一定位杆131,每一弹性元件的一端与同侧的伸缩杆13上的定位杆131固定连接,通过将拉簧14固定在定位杆131 上,完成拉簧14与伸缩杆13的固定,伸缩杆13移动时拉动拉簧14的一端拉伸。定位杆131的高度与弹性元件的安装高度一致,在固定移动终端时,可使拉簧14在使用过程中保持稳定,被夹持的移动终端才能不随意移动位置,不影响用户对移动终端的使用。弹性元件可以为拉簧14、钢板弹簧、扭杆弹簧、气体弹簧或橡胶弹簧,本实施例中为拉簧14,拉簧14较易拉动且弹力均匀。
进一步地,该固定装置10还包括柔性垫和通孔18,柔性垫设于夹持部12与移动终端接触的内表面,通孔18贯穿于夹持部12与移动终端两端接触的部位。柔性垫起到缓冲和保护移动终端的功能,移动终端固定在固定装置10上时,由于夹持部12是金属模具,在夹持移动终端的过程中,有可能夹持力过大会对移动终端的两端部造成损坏,增设柔性垫后,解决了夹持部12对移动终端两端部造成损坏的问题。通孔18的设计,方便用户拉开夹持部12,完成对移动终端固定的操作,同时也便于露出移动终端的各种接口和音频输出口,方便用户的使用。
本申请实施例的移动终端固定装置10主要由底座11承载移动终端,伸缩杆13本身可自由伸缩。人工拉动一侧的夹持部12时,随着一侧夹持部12受外力沿底座11往外侧拉伸并带动伸缩杆13沿底座11往外侧移动,伸缩杆13与齿轮15的啮合带动齿轮15旋转,齿轮15旋转带动与齿轮15另一侧啮合的伸缩杆13往底座11的另一外侧移动并带动另一夹持部12沿底座11往另一外侧拉伸,使固定装置10处于拉伸状态用于放入移动终端,此时弹性元件均随着夹持部12的移动而处于拉伸状态;夹持部12不再受外力时,弹性元件的回弹力带动夹持部12 和伸缩杆13往底座11内侧移动以夹持住移动终端,此时固定装置10处于收缩状态。移动终端完成测试或用户使用后,人工拉开夹持部12,取出移动终端即可。
本申请实施例通过设置齿轮15与两侧伸缩杆13均啮合传动,单侧夹持部12和伸缩杆13运动时,可通过齿轮15间接带动另一侧的夹持部12和伸缩杆13运动,从而实现单侧拉动夹持部12两侧的夹持部12都会张开的效果,使得移动终端的固定更为方便和省力;通过设置弹性元件来控制夹持部12的拉伸长度,使夹持部12不会被任意拉出,去除对夹持部12施加的外力后能借助弹性元件的回弹力紧紧夹持住移动终端,使移动终端固定后不易掉落,提高了移动终端放置于固定装置10上的稳定性。
在本实施例中,夹持部12、伸缩杆13、拉簧14、定位杆131的数量均为两个,采取的是双向固定的方式,夹持部12是双向运动,不同于现有夹子的单向运动,双向运动的夹持部12使用起来更方便,同时通过齿轮15的传动设计,只需要人工拉开一端的夹持部12,另一端的夹持部12则会跟着一起向相反的方向移动,使整个固定装置10处于拉伸状态,然后将移动终端放入底座11上即可,最后夹持部12夹持移动终端完成其固定,使用方便且安全。
本实施例提供的移动终端固定装置10可以应用在各个场合,例如无人机遥控器,汽车手机架,桌面手机架,等等。
实施例2:
请参见图4,本实施例提供了一种无人机遥控器20,遥控器上设有实施例1的移动终端固定装置10。具体地,在无人机遥控器20上凸设有一安装支架21,移动终端固定装置10的底座11固定于安装支架21上,固定方式有多种,可以通过螺纹固定,也可以通过设置吸盘的方式固定,还可以通过设置卡扣的方式固定,等等,本申请不做限定。
用户在操作无人机遥控器20时,可以在操作的同时通过移动终端直接接收和观看无人机的拍摄内容,使用简单、方便。
需要说明的是,本申请的说明书及其附图中给出了本申请的较佳的实施方式,但是,本申请可以通过许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本说明书所描述的实施方式,这些实施方式不作为对本申请内容的额外限制,提供这些实施方式的目的是使对本申请的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。并且,上述各技术特征继续相互组合,形成未在上面列举的各种实施方式,均视为本申请说明书记载的范围;进一步地,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本申请所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括:
    底座,所述底座内具有一容纳空间;
    一对夹持部,活动设置于所述底座的两端;
    一对伸缩杆,每一伸缩杆的一端与同侧的所述夹持部固定连接,另一端可移动穿装于所述底座的容纳空间内,所述夹持部、伸缩杆和底座共同形成一容纳移动终端的空间;
    一对弹性元件,设置于所述底座的容纳空间内,每一弹性元件的一端与同侧的所述伸缩杆固定连接,另一端固定于所述底座上;以及
    齿轮,固定于所述底座且设置于所述底座的容纳空间内,所述齿轮的两侧在所述伸缩杆沿所述底座移动的方向上分别与所述一对伸缩杆啮合;
    随着一侧所述夹持部受外力沿所述底座往外侧拉伸并带动所述伸缩杆沿所述底座往外侧移动,所述伸缩杆与所述齿轮的啮合带动所述齿轮旋转,所述齿轮旋转带动与所述齿轮另一侧啮合的所述伸缩杆往所述底座的另一外侧移动并带动另一夹持部沿所述底座往另一外侧拉伸,使所述固定装置处于拉伸状态用于放入移动终端,此时弹性元件均随着夹持部的移动而处于拉伸状态;所述夹持部不再受外力时,所述弹性元件的回弹力带动所述夹持部和伸缩杆往所述底座内侧移动以夹持住移动终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端固定装置,其特征在于,在所述伸缩杆沿所述底座移动的方向上设有齿条,所述齿条与所述齿轮啮合传动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端固定装置,其特征在于,所述夹持部包括:
    与所述伸缩杆连接的连接件;
    一侧与所述连接件垂直连接的挡持件,所述挡持件贴覆于所述移动终端的上下两端;
    与所述挡持件另一侧垂直连接的限位件,所述限位件贴覆于所述移动终端的屏幕一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件为拉簧、钢板弹簧、扭杆弹簧、气体弹簧或橡胶弹簧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端固定装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆上设有定位杆,每一弹性元件的一端与同侧的所述伸缩杆上的定位杆固定连接,所述定位杆的高度与弹性元件的安装高度一致。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置还包括将齿轮固定于底座上的螺母。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置还包括柔性垫和通孔,所述柔性垫设于夹持部与移动终端接触的内表面,所述通孔贯穿于所述夹持部与移动终端两端接触的部位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端固定装置,其特征在于,所述底座两端设有用于移动穿装所述伸缩杆的开口,所述开口的宽度与所述伸缩杆的连接夹持部的部位宽度相匹配。
  9. 一种无人机遥控器,其特征在于,所述遥控器上设有权利要求1-8任一项所述的移动终端固定装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的无人机遥控器,其特征在于,在所述无人机遥控器上凸设有一安装支架,所述移动终端固定装置的底座固定于所述安装支架上。
