Description

一种可拆卸手机外置喇叭音腔结构 技术领域
本申请涉及但不限于喇叭组件,尤其是一种可拆卸手机外置喇叭音腔结构。
背景技术
目前,在智能手机上,将喇叭单独密封在一个密闭音腔中的一体式box设计方案正在越来越流行。相比于单纯的用泡棉等密封喇叭后腔的方式,这种一体式box设计方案有许多好处;例如,可以增强密封,减小手机厚度。但是,一般的box音腔都是内置设计在手机壳体内部,不方便拆卸;如果要拆卸,要打开手机外壳,增加用户使用难度,以及相应的密封性,同时防水性也会大打折扣。而且,现在越来越多的手机采用不可拆卸的电池和外壳的设计,这种手机内置的box音腔也是无法拆卸的,这样一来,有多元化需求的用户,就无法根据自己的需求进行box器件选择。
相关技术中,传统手机的后壳和box之间多为通过螺钉连接,后壳通过螺钉连接有box音腔并且设为一体结构;box的各个组件与后壳的安装过程,手工繁琐,工作量大;另外,传统手机设计中的防尘网和泡棉,其作为手机外壳和BOX的密封介质,在实际的设计生产过程中,常常出现装配不一致以及密封性能不稳定等问题。
综上,在传统的box设计方案中,box与后壳需通过螺钉固定,box出音部分需要添加泡棉等辅料进行密封,这种设计方案会带来装配的一致性缺陷和密封缺陷等弊端,同时也增加了人力成本。
发明内容
本申请解决的技术问题是提供一种可拆卸手机外置喇叭音腔结构,能够有效克服相关技术中存在的缺陷,通过将手机外壳、BOX单体、泡棉、防尘网等附件进行集成设计生产,能够有效增强器件的一致性、防水性、 密封性;同时,能够让用户轻松获得DIY音响效果的体验,并可根据不同需求,随意进行音腔box的更换及搭配。

本发明提供了一种可拆卸手机外置喇叭音腔结构,包括喇叭音腔结构1,喇叭音腔结构1可以设置为与手机本体2组合拼装,用以构成手机完整壳体。
具体操作中,喇叭音腔结构1自身的壳体就是手机外壳的一部分,可以通过卡扣3、卡槽4等结构与手机本体2相联接,用以构成手机完整壳体;这种设计可将box音腔自身的外壳、出音孔、防尘网等部分组件均集成在box音腔中,能够有效降低手机厚度,提高音腔的音质;同时,还可以实现手机音腔的单独升级,基于box音腔的单独设计特性;如果市场上有性能更好的喇叭,只需要用新喇叭代替旧喇叭生产一款外形完全相同的box音腔进行相应更换操作即可,这样对于对手机音质有需求的用户来说,可以不用更换手机,而是只是升级box就可以获得更好的音质体验。
可选地,为了提高本方案实际应用中的安装效率以及连接稳定性;本发明具体操作中,喇叭音腔结构1与手机本体2之间设为卡接连接或者螺钉连接。
可选的,上述卡接连接可以包括相互卡合的卡扣、卡槽,卡扣、卡槽分别设置在喇叭音腔结构1上和手机本体2上;相应的,上述螺钉连接可以包括拧紧连接的螺纹槽、螺钉以及螺钉贯穿孔,螺纹槽、螺钉贯穿孔分别设置在喇叭音腔结构1上和手机本体2上,螺钉设为贯穿螺钉贯穿孔并拧紧到螺纹槽中,本领域的技术人员可根据实际情况选择相应的连接方式。

具体操作中,通过前壳体5、后壳体9的组合连接可实现喇叭音腔结构1的整体密封;同时,通过上述防尘网6和泡棉7的设置,能够有效增强音腔的密封效果;通过后壳体9上的焊盘10可实现喇叭音腔结构1与 手机主板之间的连通;进而,手机主板控制的模拟信号,可通过焊盘10输入到box音腔中,并引起喇叭本体8发声;图3中相应示出了焊盘连接点11,通过焊盘连接点11可实现喇叭本体与主板之间的连通。另外,上述喇叭本体8的喇叭弹脚与后壳体9可以设为触点接触,后壳体9的外侧触点可以设为接触手机本体2上的触点或弹片,用以实现喇叭与手机本体2的相连以及实现喇叭功能。
可选地,本发明具体操作中,上述喇叭本体8与前壳体5可以设为注塑一体成型结构;可选的,上述喇叭本体8与前壳体5之间也可以通过设有背胶的泡棉7粘接连接;本领域的技术人员可根据实际情况选择相应的连接方式。
本申请提出的上述技术方案,在手机ID设计时,就已经将box音腔作为一个独立模块进行设计,box模块包含了部分手机壳体,speaker音腔两个部分;同时将box音腔的壳体作为手机外壳的一部分进行独立设计。Box音腔的厂家可以根据手机ID中的形状要求对box进行独立设计,而这种设计有利于手机实现更薄的设计;box可以拆卸,意味着可以实现box的单独升级,针对那些只是对手机音质有需求的用户来说,如果有性能更好的喇叭,只需要用新喇叭代替旧喇叭生产一款外形完全相同的box,可以不用更换手机,而是只是升级box就可以获得更好的音质体验。
本发明通过将部分手机外壳、BOX单体、泡棉、防尘网等附件进行集成设计生产,能够有效增加器件的一致性、防水性、密封性。相关技术中的box音腔需要更换时,需要单独打螺钉、贴泡棉和防尘网等工艺,普通用户是无法进行拆卸及更换。本申请提供的技术方案,能够让用户轻松获得DIY音响效果的体验。根据不同风格的需求,可随意进行音腔box的更换及搭配。
