背景技术
接处警一般是指公安机关部门,如公安110指挥中心、公安119指挥中心以及公安122指挥中心的一线工作术语。接处警分为个两部分:接警和处警。接警是指110、119或122指挥中心接受群众的报警并登记报警信息,处警是指指挥中心接到报警信息后,调派人员赶往现场进行处置以及对当事人、现场情况或报警人进行了解,后面可能还会出现对报警人进行回访等。

应当理解,当在本说明书和所附权利要求书中使用时,术语“包括”和“包含”指示所描述特征、整体、步骤、操作、元素和/或组件的存在,但并不排除一个或多个其它特征、整体、步骤、操作、元素、组件和/或其集合的存在或添加。
参见图1,是本发明实施例提供的一种接处警方法的示意流程图。该接处警方法可用于公安指挥调度,消防指挥调度,政府应急指挥调度等行业中。如图所示,在本发明实施例中,该方法包括步骤S101~S105:
S101,若接收到创建请求,根据创建请求创建聊天室用于供成员进行信息共享,所述创建请求来自接警员终端,所述创建请求包括与报警人终端相对应的案件编号。
具体地,在本发明实施例中,当接收到创建请求后,根据创建请求创建聊天室用于成员进行信息共享。其中,接警员终端可以是安置有接处警系统的手机、电脑等,报警人终端为移动终端如手机等。接警员终端接收报警人终端的报警电话,并根据报警电话生成报警信息,该报警信息中包括与报警人终端的报警电话相对应的案件编号以及案件信息等,创建请求包含该案件编号,并由接警员终端发出包含该案件编号的创建请求,并根据该创建请求创建聊天室,加入该聊天室的成员可发送语音、图片、文字、视频等信息,以实现信息共享。其中,案件编号与聊天室一一对应,即一个案件编号唯一对应一个聊天室,不同的案件标号对应不同的聊天室。
S102,对应聊天室生成相应的链接地址。
具体地,在本发明实施例中,根据创建请求创建聊天室之后,对应该聊天室生成相应的链接地址,该链接地址是一个网页地址,用来作为跳转程序或进入新页面的入口。
S103,添加接警员终端为聊天室成员。
具体地,将接警员终端添加入该聊天室并使其成为该聊天室成员,以便接警员终端在该聊天室内发送消息和接收消息。
S104,发送链接地址给接警员终端,以使接警员终端转发链接地址给报警人终端和处警员终端。
由于接警员终端根据报警人终端的报警电话可以获知报警人终端所对应的电话号码,接警员终端同时预存有各地处警员终端所对应的电话号码,为了实现快捷将该链接地址传送给报警人终端和处警员终端,在本发明实施例中,对应该聊天室生成相应的链接地址后,将该链接地址发送给接警员终端,以使接警员终端转发该链接地址给报警人终端和处警员终端。其中,接警员终端可以通过短信方式将该链接地址发送到报警人终端和处警员终端上。
S105,若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开链接地址,补充报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
参照图2,步骤S105的子流程示意图。如图所示,步骤S105包括步骤S201~S202。
S201,若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开链接地址,验证报警人终端或处警员终端。
具体地,在本发明实施例中,若检测到报警人在报警人终端上点击并打开该链接地址后,或者检测到处警员在处警员终端上点击并打开该链接地址后,验证报警人终端和处警员终端,以进一步确认报警人终端或处警员终端的身份。
参照图3,步骤S201的子流程示意图。如图所示,步骤S201包括步骤S301~S302。
S301,若接收到报警人输入的报警人终端对应的电话号码或接收到处警员输入的处警员终端对应的电话号码,下发验证信息到报警人终端或处警员终端上。
具体地,在本发明实施例中,强制报警人或处警员输入对应的电话号码来接收验证信息,该验证信息可以设置为6位数字或字母等。
S302,接收报警人或处警员输入的验证信息以进行验证。
具体地,将验证信息发送到报警人终端或处警员终端上后,若接收到报警人或处警员输入的验证信息,对输入的验证信息进行验证。若输入的验证信息正确,则验证通过,若输入的验证信息不正确,则验证失败。需要说明的是,还可以通过设置验证码如数字、或字母等进行验证,此处不作限定。
S202,若验证通过,补充报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
具体地,当验证通过后,将报警人终端或处警员终端加入聊天室。该聊天室的成员包括接警员终端、报警人终端以及处警员终端,每一个成员通过聊天室发送消息来实现消息的共享,且在聊天室中的消息可以案件编号进行关联存储,以便后续进行调取查阅,
本发明实施例通过根据创建请求创建聊天室,并将接警员终端添加为聊天室成员,以及对应该聊天室生成相应的链接地址并将该链接地址发送给接警员终端以使接警员终端将该链接地址发送至报警人终端和处警员终端,当检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址后,补充报警人终端或处警人终端为该聊天室成员,从而藉由该聊天室使得报警人终端、接警员终端、以及处警员终端之间实现信息共享,以提高接处警效率。
参照图4,是本发明另一实施例提供的一种接处警方法的示意流程图。如图所示,在本发明实施例中,该方法包括步骤S401~S405。
S401,根据创建请求创建聊天室用于供成员进行信息共享,创建请求来自报警人终端的报警电话,创建请求包括与报警人终端相对应的案件编号。
具体地,在本发明实施例中,根据创建请求创建聊天室用于成员进行信息共享。该创建请求来自报警人终端的报警电话,创建请求包括与报警人终端相对应的案件编号。其中报警人终端为移动终端如手机等。案件编号为接警员终端接收报警人终端的报警电话后生成,且案件编号与聊天室一一对应,即一个案件编号唯一对应一个聊天室,不同的案件标号对应不同的聊天室。
S402,对应聊天室生成相应的链接地址。
具体地,在本发明实施例中,根据创建请求创建聊天室之后,对应该聊天室生成相应的链接地址,该链接地址是一个网页地址,用来作为跳转程序或进入新页面的入口。
S403,添加接警员终端为聊天室成员。
具体地,将接警员终端添加入该聊天室并使其成为该聊天室成员,以便接警员终端在该聊天室内发送消息和接收消息。
S404,发送链接地址给报警人终端和处警员终端。
具体地,在本发明实施中,通过短信方式将该链接地址发送到报警人终端和处警员终端上。
S405,若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开链接地址,补充报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
具体地,在本发明实施例中,若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开链接地址,将报警人终端或处警员终端补充为聊天室成员,以使该聊天室成员包括接警员终端、报警人终端以及处警员终端,以便每一个成员发送和接收消息,以实现消息的共享。
本发明实施例通过根据创建请求创建聊天室,并将接警员终端添加为聊天室成员,以及对应该聊天室生成相应的链接地址并将该链接地址发送至报警人终端和处警员终端,当检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址后,补充报警人终端或处警人终端为该聊天室成员,从而藉由该聊天室使得报警人终端、接警员终端、以及处警员终端之间实现信息共享,以提高接处警效率。
参照图5,本发明实施例提供的一种终端的示意性框图,该终端50包括创建单元51、生成单元52、添加单元53、发送单元54、以及补充单元55。
创建单元51,用于若接收到创建请求,根据创建请求创建聊天室用于供成员进行信息共享,所述创建请求来自接警员终端,所述创建请求包括与报警人终端相对应的案件编号,所述案件编号与所述聊天室一一对应。
生成单元52,用于对应所述聊天室生成相应的链接地址。
添加单元53,用于添加接警员终端为聊天室成员。
发送单元54,用于发送所述链接地址给所述接警员终端,以使所述接警员终端转发所述链接地址给所述报警人终端和所述处警员终端。
补充单元55,用于若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址,补充所述报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
其中,创建单元51还用于识别报警电话中的语音信息以生成报警信息。
进一步地,参见图6,补充单元的结构示意图。如图所示,补充单元55包括验证单元551、以及添补单元552。
验证单元551,用于若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开链接地址,验证报警人终端或处警员终端。
添补单元552,用于若验证通过,补充报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
进一步地,参见图7,验证单元的结构示意图。如图所示,验证单元551包括传送单元5511、以及接收单元5512。
传送单元5511,用于若接收到报警人输入的报警人终端对应的电话号码或接收到处警员输入的处警员终端对应的电话号码,下发验证信息到报警人终端或处警员终端上。
接收单元5512,用于接收报警人或处警员输入的验证信息以进行验证。
本发明实施例通过创建单元51根据创建请求创建聊天室,并通过添加单元53将接警员终端添加为聊天室成员,以及通过生成单元52对应该聊天室生成相应的链接地址,并通过发送单元54将该链接地址发送给接警员终端以使接警员终端将该链接地址发送至报警人终端和处警员终端,当检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址后,通过补充单元55补充报警人终端或处警人终端为该聊天室成员,从而藉由该聊天室使得报警人终端、接警员终端、以及处警员终端之间实现信息共享,以提高接处警效率。
参照图8,本发明另一实施例提供的一种终端的示意性框图,该终端60包括创建单元61、生成单元62、添加单元63、发送单元64、以及补充单元65。
创建单元61,用于根据创建请求创建聊天室用于供成员进行信息共享,所述创建请求来自报警人终端的报警电话,所述创建请求包括与报警人终端相对应的案件编号;
生成单元62,用于对应所述聊天室生成相应的链接地址;
添加单元63,用于添加接警员终端为聊天室成员;
发送单元64,用于发送所述链接地址给所述报警人终端和处警员终端;
补充单元65,用于若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址,补充所述报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
本发明实施例通过创建单元61根据创建请求创建聊天室,并通过添加单元63将接警员终端添加为聊天室成员,以及通过生成单元62对应该聊天室生成相应的链接地址,并通过发送单元64将该链接地址发送至报警人终端和处警员终端,当检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址后,通过补充单元65补充报警人终端或处警人终端为该聊天室成员,从而藉由该聊天室使得报警人终端、接警员终端、以及处警员终端之间实现信息共享,以提高接处警效率。
参照图9,本发明实施例提供的一种终端的结构组成示意图。该终端70包括:输入装置701、存储器702、以及处理器703,上述输入装置701、存储器702、以及处理器703通过总线704进行通信连接。其中:
输入装置701,用于接收接收创建请求。具体实现中,该输入装置701可包括键盘、声音输入装置、触摸式输入装置等。
存储器702,用于存储带有各种功能的程序数据。具体实现中,本发明实施例的存储器702可以是系统存储器,比如,挥发性的(诸如RAM),非易失性的(诸如ROM,闪存等),或者两者的结合。具体实现中,本发明实施例的存储器702还可以是系统之外的外部存储器,比如,磁盘、光盘、磁带等。
处理器703,用于调用存储器702中存储的程序数据,并执行如下操作:若接收到创建请求,根据创建请求创建聊天室用于供成员进行信息共享,所述创建请求来自接警员终端,所述创建请求包括与报警人终端相对应的案件编号;
对应所述聊天室生成相应的链接地址;
添加接警员终端为聊天室成员;
发送所述链接地址给所述接警员终端,以使所述接警员终端转发所述链接地址给所述报警人终端和所述处警员终端;
若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址,补充所述报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
本发明实施例通过根据创建请求创建聊天室,并将接警员终端添加为聊天室成员,以及对应该聊天室生成相应的链接地址并将该链接地址发送给接警员终端以使接警员终端将该链接地址发送至报警人终端和处警员终端,当检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址后,补充报警人终端或处警人终端为该聊天室成员,从而藉由该聊天室使得报警人终端、接警员终端、以及处警员终端之间实现信息共享,以提高接处警效率。
在一些实施例中,处理器703还执行如下操作:
根据创建请求创建聊天室用于供成员进行信息共享,所述创建请求来自报警人终端的报警电话,所述创建请求包括与报警人终端相对应的案件编号;
对应所述聊天室生成相应的链接地址;
添加接警员终端为聊天室成员;
发送所述链接地址给所述报警人终端和处警员终端;
若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址,补充所述报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
本发明实施例通过根据创建请求创建聊天室,并将接警员终端添加为聊天室成员,以及对应该聊天室生成相应的链接地址并将该链接地址发送至报警人终端和处警员终端,当检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址后,补充报警人终端或处警人终端为该聊天室成员,从而藉由该聊天室使得报警人终端、接警员终端、以及处警员终端之间实现信息共享,以提高接处警效率。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的方法,仅仅是示意性的,可以通过其它的方式实现。
本发明实施例的方法的步骤顺序可以根据实际需要进行调整、合并或删减。本发明实施例的终端的单元可以根据实际需要进行整合、进一步划分或删减。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种接处警方法,其特征在于,包括:
    若接收到创建请求,根据创建请求创建聊天室用于供成员进行信息共享,所述创建请求来自接警员终端,所述创建请求包括与报警人终端相对应的案件编号;
    对应所述聊天室生成相应的链接地址;
    添加接警员终端为聊天室成员;
    发送所述链接地址给所述接警员终端,以使所述接警员终端转发所述链接地址给所述报警人终端和所述处警员终端;
    若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址,补充所述报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址,补充所述报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员,
    包括:
    所述若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址,验证所述报警人终端或处警员终端;
    若验证通过,补充所述报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述验证所述报警人终端或处警员终端,包括:
    若接收到报警人输入的报警人终端对应的电话号码或接收到处警员输入的处警员终端对应的电话号码,下发验证信息到报警人终端或处警员终端上;
    接收报警人或处警员输入的验证信息以进行验证。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述案件编号与报警人终端的报警电话相对应。
  5. 一种接处警方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据创建请求创建聊天室用于供成员进行信息共享,所述创建请求来自报警人终端的报警电话,所述创建请求包括与报警人终端相对应的案件编号;
    对应所述聊天室生成相应的链接地址;
    添加接警员终端为聊天室成员;
    发送所述链接地址给所述报警人终端和处警员终端;
    若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址,补充所述报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
  6. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    创建单元,用于若接收到创建请求,根据创建请求创建聊天室用于供成员进行信息共享,所述创建请求来自接警员终端,所述创建请求包括与报警人终端相对应的案件编号;
    生成单元,用于对应所述聊天室生成相应的链接地址;
    添加单元,用于添加接警员终端为聊天室成员;
    发送单元,用于发送所述链接地址给所述接警员终端,以使所述接警员终端转发所述链接地址给所述报警人终端和所述处警员终端;
    补充单元,用于若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址,补充所述报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述补充单元包括:
    验证单元,用于所述若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址,验证所述报警人终端或处警员终端;
    添补单元,用于若验证通过,补充所述报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的终端,其特征在于,所述验证单元包括:
    传送单元,用于若接收到报警人输入的报警人终端对应的电话号码或接收到处警员输入的处警员终端对应的电话号码,下发验证信息到报警人终端或处警员终端上;
    接收单元,用于接收报警人或处警员输入的验证信息以进行验证。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述案件编号与报警人终端的报警电话相对应。
  10. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    创建单元,用于根据创建请求创建聊天室用于供成员进行信息共享,所述创建请求来自报警人终端的报警电话,所述创建请求包括与报警人终端相对应的案件编号;
    生成单元,用于对应所述聊天室生成相应的链接地址;
    添加单元,用于添加接警员终端为聊天室成员;
    发送单元,用于发送所述链接地址给所述报警人终端和处警员终端;
    补充单元,用于若检测到报警人终端或处警员终端打开所述链接地址,补充所述报警人终端或处警员终端为聊天室成员。
