Description

선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크 및 그 서비스 제공 방법
본 발명은 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크 및 그 서비스 제공 방법에 관한 것이다.
키오스크는 정부기관이나 지방자치단체, 은행, 백화점, 전시장 등 공공장소에 설치된다. 이러한 키오스크는 무인 정보단말기로 동적 교통정보 및 대중교통정보, 경로 안내, 요금 카드 배포, 예약 업무, 각종 전화번호 및 주소 안내 정보제공, 행정절차나 상품정보, 시설물의 이용방법 등을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 키오스크는 터치스크린과 사운드. 그래픽. 통신카드 등 첨단 멀티미디어 기기를 활용하여 음성서비스, 동영상 구현 등 이용자에게 효율적인 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
한편, 키오스크는 학교, 회사, 상점 및 공공장소에서 특정 상품 또는 서비스에 대한 선불식 충전, 구매 및 결제 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.
나아가, 이러한 키오스크는 각종 저장장치를 이용한 데이터 입출력과 전송, 프린팅 시스템, 신분확인시스템 및 결제 시스템 등을 탑재하여 시스템 인테그레이션과 인터넷, LAN 망 등의 접속으로 기존 자동판매기에 웹을 통한 컨트롤과 기존 과금 시스템에 다양한 인터넷상의 전자결제를 활용할 수 있는 기능이 추가되어야 한다.
하지만, 각종 공중 집합장소에 다양한 정보제공, 민원서류 발급과 티켓 등의 발권 단말기, 데이터 전송 등 많은 웹 컨텐츠 무인 시스템이 필요함에도 불구하고 기존의 키오스크 시스템은 단순한 광고나 정보 제공만을 수행하여 공공장소에 다양한 정보이용 고객을 만족시키고자 별도 단말기를 제작, 설치하였다.
하지만, 이러한 별도 단말기의 대한 별도의 관리가 필요하여 여러 면에서 활용성 및 수익성이 기대에 미치지 못한다는 문제점이 있다. 특히, 선불식 충전 방법을 이용할 필요성이 있음에도 불구하고, 이러한 선불식 충전 시스템의 제공을 위한 이중의 보안 제공 방법을 제공하지 못한다는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 높은 보안 제공 방법에 의해 사용자의 편의성이 저하될 수 있다는 문제점이 있었다.
한편, 이러한 키오스크를 설치해야 하는 관리자 입장에서는 많은 키오스크 설치로 인한 관리비의 증가로 인하여 이러한 선불식 충전, 구매 및 결제 방법이 활성화되지 못하였다. 또한, 사용자 입장에서도 충분하지 않은 키오스크 인프라로 인하여 원하는 상품 또는 서비스를 제공받을 수 없다는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 선불 충전 서비스 제공 시스템에서 보안성을 향상시키는 데에 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 키오스크에 인접하거나 또는 특정 단말에 인접한 단말에 대한 효과적인 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 데에 다른 목적이 있다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크는 사용자로부터 선불충전 요청 및 이동 단말기의 전화번호를 수신하는 인터페이스부; 및 상기 전화번호에 기반하여 상기 사용자의 이동 단말기로 인증 번호를 전송하도록 제어하고, 상기 인터페이스부를 통해 상기 인증번호와 상기 사용자의 지문정보를 수신하고, 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 상기 사용자의 식별정보와 함께 메모리에 저장하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 상기 인터페이스부를 통해 수신하면, 상기 저장된 전화번호 및 지문정보와 일치여부에 기반하여 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 선불 충전 요청 메시지를 디스플레이에 표시하도록 제어한다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 제어부는, 상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 결제 금액이 포함된 결제 요청 메시지를 상기 인터페이스부 또는 상기 디스플레이부를 통해 수신하면, 상기 결제 금액에 기반하여 결제를 수행할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 인터페이스부는 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보를 수신하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보와 상기 메모리에 저장된 해당 정보와의 일치 여부에 기반하여, 상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 구매 안내 메시지를 상기 디스플레이에 표시하도록 제어할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 제어부는 상기 수신된 지문정보와 상기 저장된 지문정보의 유사도에 기반하여 상기 저장된 지문정보에 대응하는 제1전화번호의 나머지 부분을 입력하도록 요청하는 전화번호 입력 요청 메시지를 상기 디스플레이에 표시하도록 제어할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 입력된 나머지 부분이 상기 제1전화번호와 일치하면, 상기 제어부는 구매 안내 메시지를 상기 디스플레이에 표시하고, 상기 구매 안내 메시지에 응답하여 수신된 구매 요청에 기반하여 상기 결제 금액에서 구매 금액을 차감하고, 상기 차감된 제1결제 정보를 상기 통신부를 통해 상기 이동 단말기로 송신할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 제어부는, 상기 결제 금액 및 상기 구매 금액의 차이에 해당하는 잔액이 일정 금액 이하이고 상기 이동 단말기와 상기 키오스크와의 거리가 일정 반경 이하인 경우, 메인 서버가 상기 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 선불 충전 요청 메시지 및 상기 키오스크의 위치에 관한 정보를 상기 이동 단말기로 제공할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 이동 단말기는 제1이동 단말기이고, 상기 제1이동 단말기가 자신과 일정 거리 내에 있는 제2이동 단말기로 상기 선불 충전 요청 메시지를 송신하고, 일정 시간 내에 상기 제2이동 단말기의 사용자가 상기 키오스크를 통해 결제 요청을 상기 제어부로 송신하면, 상기 제어부는 상기 제1이동 단말기의 사용자의 리워드(reward) 정보를 상기 제1이동 단말기 및 상기 결제 서버에 송신할 수 있다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 키오스크에서의 선불 충전 서비스 제공 방법은, 사용자로부터 선불충전 요청 및 이동 단말기의 전화번호를 수신하는 선불충전 요청/전화번호 수신 과정; 상기 전화번호에 기반하여 상기 사용자의 이동 단말기로 인증 번호를 전송하도록 제어하는 사용자 인증 과정; 상기 인증번호와 상기 사용자의 지문정보를 수신하고, 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 상기 사용자의 식별정보와 함께 저장하는 사용자 정보 저장 과정; 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 수신하면, 상기 저장된 전화번호 및 지문정보와 일치여부를 확인하는 사용자 정보 제1확인 과정; 및 상기 일치여부에 기반하여 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 선불 충전 요청 메시지를 디스플레이에 표시하도록 제어하는 선불 충전 요청 메시지 표시 과정을 포함한다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 결제 금액이 포함된 결제 요청 메시지를 사용자로부터 수신하는 결제 요청 수신 과정; 및 상기 결제 금액에 기반하여 결제를 수행하는 결제 수행 과정을 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보를 수신하는 전화번호/지문정보 수신 과정; 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보와 저장된 해당 정보와의 일치 여부를 확인하는 사용자 정보 제2확인 과정; 및 상기 일치 여부에 기반하여, 상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 구매 안내 메시지를 표시하는 구매 안내 메시지 표시 과정을 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 수신된 지문정보와 상기 저장된 지문정보의 유사도를 확인하는 지문정보 유사도 확인 과정; 및 상기 유사도에 기반하여 상기 저장된 지문정보에 대응하는 제1전화번호의 나머지 부분을 입력하도록 요청하는 전화번호 입력 요청 메시지를 표시하는 추가 정보 요청 과정을 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 입력된 나머지 부분이 상기 제1전화번호와 일치 여부를 확인하는 추가 정보 확인 과정; 상기 입력된 나머지 부분이 상기 제1전화번호와 일치하면, 구매 안내 메시지를 표시하는 구매 안내 표시 과정; 및 상기 구매 안내 메시지에 응답하여 수신된 구매 요청에 기반하여 상기 결제 금액에서 구매 금액을 차감하고, 상기 차감된 제1결제 정보를 상기 이동 단말기로 송신하는 구매 금액 차감 과정을 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 전화번호 및 지문정보에 기반하여 보안성이 향상된 선불 충전 서비스 가입과 함께 구매 시에 보안성과 편리성이 향상될 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 키오스크에 인접하거나 또는 특정 단말에 인접한 단말에 대한 효과적인 선불 충전 서비스 및 이러한 서비스의 확산에 대한 효과적인 보상 방법을 제공할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

이하, 도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하여, 상기 선불 충전 서비스 제공 시스템(1000) 및 상기 키오스크(100)의 세부 구성에 대해 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
상기 인터페이스부(110)는 사용자로부터 선불충전 요청 및 이동 단말기의 전화번호를 수신한다. 여기서, 상기 사용자는 제1 또는 제2이동 단말기(200, 250)의 사용자이다.
상기 제어부(120)는 상기 전화번호에 기반하여 상기 사용자의 이동 단말기로 인증 번호를 전송하도록 제어한다. 또한, 상기 제어부(120)는 상기 인터페이스부(110)를 통해 상기 인증번호와 상기 사용자의 지문정보를 수신하고, 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 상기 사용자의 식별정보와 함께 상기 메모리(130)에 저장한다.

상기 인터페이스 제어부(121)는 사용자로부터 선불충전 요청 및 이동 단말기의 전화번호를 수신하도록 상기 인터페이스부(110)를 제어한다. 이때, 상기 인터페이스부(110)는 키오스크의 입력 버튼 및 지문 인식 장치일 수 있다. 즉, 상기 인터페이스 제어부(121)는 상기 인터페이스(110)가 사용자로부터 선불충전 요청 입력 및 전화번호를 수신하도록 상기 입력 버튼 및 지문 인식 장치를 활성화할 수 있다.
상기 사용자 인증 제어부(122)는 상기 전화번호에 기반하여 상기 사용자의 이동 단말기(200, 250)로 인증 번호를 전송하도록 제어한다. 이때, 인증 방법은 상기 사용자 인증 제어부(122)가 상기 이동 단말기(200, 250)로 인증 정보를 푸쉬 메시지로 인증 번호가 포함된 메시지를 전송할 수 있다. 한편, 상기 사용자 인증 제어부(122)는 인증 서버( 미도시 )를 통해 상기 사용자의 이동 단말기(200, 250)로 인증 번호를 전송하도록 제어할 수도 있다.
상기 사용자 정보 저장 제어부(123)는 상기 인터페이스부(110)를 통해 상기 인증번호와 상기 사용자의 지문정보를 수신하고, 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 상기 사용자의 식별정보와 함께 상기 메모리(130)에 저장한다. 즉, 상기 사용자 정보 저장 제어부(123)는 복수의 사용자들에 대한 전화번호와 지문정보가 사용자에 따라 구분되어 상기 메모리(130)에 저장되도록, 상기 메모리(130)와 인터페이스된다.
상기 사용자 정보 확인부(124)는 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 수신하면, 상기 저장된 전화번호 및 지문정보와 일치여부를 확인한다.
상기 디스플레이 제어부(125)는 상기 일치여부에 기반하여 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 선불 충전 요청 메시지를 상기 디스플레이(140)에 표시하도록 제어한다.
또한, 상기 인터페이스 제어부(121)는 상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 결제 금액이 포함된 결제 요청 메시지를 사용자로부터 상기 인터페이스부(110)를 통해 수신할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 제어부(120)는 상기 결제 금액에 기반하여 결제를 수행할 수 있다. 다른 방법으로, 상기 통신 제어부(126)는 상기 결제 금액에 관한 결제 정보를 포함하는 결제 요청을 상기 통신부(150)를 통해 결제 서버(미도시)로 송신할 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 인터페이스 제어부(121)는 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보를 상기 인터페이스부(110)를 통해 수신할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 사용자 정보 확인부(124)는 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보와 저장된 해당 정보와의 일치 여부를 확인한다. 또한, 상기 디스플레이 제어부(125)는 상기 일치 여부에 기반하여, 상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 구매 안내 메시지가 상기 디스플레이(140)에 표시되도록 제어한다.
또한, 상기 사용자 정보 확인부(124)는 상기 수신된 지문정보와 상기 저장된 지문정보의 유사도를 확인한다. 즉, 상기 수신된 지문정보와 상기 저장된 지문정보가 일정 비율 이상 유사한 경우 유사한 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 일정 비율은 80%일 수 있다. 또한, 상기 유사도는 수신된 복수의 지문 정보 중 가장 유사한 것을 기준으로 할 수 있다. 또한, 지문 인식 장치에서 수신된 지문이 오프셋된 정도를 보상하여 유사도가 판단될 수 있다. 또한, 수신된 지문 정보는 영역별로 가중치를 달리하여 유사도가 판단될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 지문 정보의 패턴이 복잡한 영역에 더 높은 가중치를 부여하여 유사도가 판단될 수 있다. 한편, 상기 디스플레이 제어부(125)는 상기 유사도에 기반하여 상기 저장된 지문정보에 대응하는 제1전화번호의 나머지 부분을 입력하도록 요청하는 전화번호 입력 요청 메시지가 상기 디스플레이(140)에 표시되도록 제어할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 사용자 정보 확인부(124)는 상기 입력된 나머지 부분이 상기 제1전화번호와 일치 여부를 확인한다. 이때, 상기 디스플레이 제어부(125)는 상기 입력된 나머지 부분이 상기 제1전화번호와 일치하면, 상기 디스플레이(140)에 구매 안내 메시지가 표시되도록 제어한다. 또한, 상기 사용자 정보 확인부(124)는 상기 구매 안내 메시지에 응답하여 수신된 구매 요청에 기반하여 상기 결제 금액에서 구매 금액을 차감한다. 이때, 상기 통신 제어부(126)는 상기 차감된 제1결제 정보를 이동 단말기로 송신한다. 다른 방법으로, 상기 제1결제 정보를 외부의 결제 서버로 송신하여, 상기 결제 서버에서 결제를 수행할 수도 있다.
상기 메모리(130)는 사용자로부터 수신된 전화번호와 지문정보를 상기 사용자의 식별정보와 함께 저장한다. 또한, 상기 메모리(130)는 선불 충전 요청 및 결제 요청과 관련된 구매 정보 및 결제 정보를 저장할 수 있다.
상기 디스플레이(140)는 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 선불 충전 요청 메시지를 표시한다. 또한, 상기 디스플레이(140)는 상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 결제 금액이 포함된 결제 요청 메시지를 수신할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 디스플레이(140)는 저장된 지문정보에 대응하는 제1전화번호의 나머지 부분을 입력하도록 요청하는 전화번호 입력 요청 메시지를 표시할 수 있다.
상기 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 결제 금액이 포함된 결제 요청 메시지를 상기 인터페이스부(110) 또는 상기 디스플레이부(140)를 통해 상기 제어부(120)가 수신하면, 상기 제어부(120)는 상기 결제 금액에 기반하여 결제를 수행할 수 있다. 다른 방법으로, 상기 통신부(150)는 상기 결제 금액에 관한 결제 정보를 포함하는 결제 요청을 결제 서버( 미도시 )로 송신한다. 여기서, 상기 통신부(150)는 유선 통신부 또는 무선 통신부일 수 있다.
상기 이동 단말기(200, 250)는 사용자가 상기 키오스크(100)를 통해 전화번호를 입력하면, 상기 사용자 인증 제어부(122)로부터 인증 번호를 수신한다. 또한, 상기 이동 단말기(200, 250)는 상기 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 선불 충전 요청 메시지 및 상기 키오스크(100)의 위치에 관한 정보를 제어부(120)로부터 수신할 수 있다. 이러한 선불 충전 요청 메시지 및 상기 키오스크(100)의 위치에 관한 정보는 잔액이 일정 금액 이하이고 제1이동 단말기(200)와 상기 키오스크(100)와의 거리가 일정 반경 이하인 경우 수신될 수 있다. 이때, 상기 잔액은 결제 금액 및 구매 금액의 차이에 해당할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 제1이동 단말기(200)가 자신과 일정 거리 내에 있는 제2이동 단말기(250)로 선불 충전 요청 메시지를 송신할 수 있다.
이러한 선불 충전 요청 메시지의 전달을 위해서, 상기 제1 및 제2이동 단말기(200, 250)의 사용자 중 적어도 한 명으로부터 상기 제1이동 단말기(200) 및 상기 제2이동 단말기(250)에 설치된 어플리케이션 또는 상기 키오스크(100)를 통해 동의가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한, 상기 제1 및 제2이동 단말기(200, 250)의 사용자로부터의 위치 정보 획득에 대한 동의가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 상기 제1 및 제2이동 단말기(200, 250)가 실외에 위치하는 경우, GPS 모듈이 활성화되어 위치 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 한편, 기 제1 및 제2이동 단말기(200, 250)가 실내에 위치된 경우, 복수의 AP로부터 신호 세기를 이용하여 위치 정보를 획득할 수 있다.
한편, 이때, 상기 제1 및 제2이동 단말기(200, 250)과 일정 거리 내에 위치할 뿐만 아니라, 다음과 같은 조건들 중 적어도 하나를 만족할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제1 및 제2이동 단말기(200, 250) 중 적어도 하나의 전화 번호부에 상대방의 전화번호가 입력되어 있을 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제1 및 제2이동 단말기(200, 250)의 사용자들이 선불 충전 서비스에 가입하였거나 이용한 경우일 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제1 및 제2이동 단말기(200, 250)의 사용자들이 소셜네트워크 또는 메신저 서비스에서 일정한 관계를 형성한 경우일 수 있다.
한편, 상기 제어부(120)가 상기 인터페이스부(110)를 통해 선불충전 요청 메시지 및 전화번호를 수신하면, 상기 전화번호에 대응하는 이동 단말기로 인증 번호를 전송한다. 또한, 상기 제어부(120)가 상기 인터페이스부(110)를 통해 상기 인증번호와 사용자의 지문정보를 수신하면, 상기 사용자 인증 제어부(120)는 상기 인증번호와 지문 정보를 이용하여 인증을 수행할 수 있다. 다른 방법으로, 상기 사용자 인증 제어부(120)는 상기 지문 정보를 이용하여 1차 인증을 수행하고, 상기 인증번호와 관련된 정보를 인증 서버( 미도시 )로 송신하여 2차 인증을 수행할 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 인증번호와 관련된 정보는 상기 인증정보가 암호화된 정보일 수 있다.
상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 결제 금액이 포함된 결제 요청 메시지를 상기 인터페이스부(110)가 수신하면, 상기 제어부(120)는 상기 결제 금액에 기반하여 결제를 수행한다. 다른 방법으로, 상기 제어부(120)는 상기 결제 금액을 포함하는 결제 정보를 외부의 결제 서버로 송신하여, 결제 서버가 결제를 수행할 수도 있다.
상기 결제 금액 및 상기 구매 금액의 차이에 해당하는 잔액이 일정 금액 이하이고 제1이동 단말기(200)와 키오스크(100)와의 거리가 일정 반경 이하인 경우, 상기 제어부(120)는 다음과 같은 동작을 수행한다. 다른 방법으로, 상기 제어부(120)의 동작은 이러한 서비스를 수행하는 외부의 별도 서버에 의해 수행될 수도 있다.
즉, 상기 제어부(120)는 상기 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 선불 충전 요청 메시지 및 상기 키오스크(100)의 위치에 관한 정보를 상기 제1이동 단말기(200)로 송신한다. 이때, 상기 키오스크(100)의 위치에 관한 정보는 상기 제1이동 단말기(200)의 위치에 관한 정보에 기반하여 지도 형태로 표시될 수 있다.
한편, 제1이동 단말기(200)가 자신과 일정 거리 내에 있는 제2이동 단말기(250)로 선불 충전 요청 메시지를 송신하고, 일정 시간 내에 상기 제2이동 단말기(250)의 사용자가 상기 키오스크(100)를 통해 결제 요청을 송신하는 경우, 제어부(120)는 다음과 같은 동작을 수행한다.
즉, 상기 제어부(120)는 상기 제1이동 단말기(250)의 사용자의 리워드(reward) 정보를 상기 제1이동 단말기(250)에 송신할 수 있다. 즉, 상기 제1이동 단말기(250)가 인접한 제2이동 단말기(250)로 타겟 광고를 성공적으로 수행한 것에 대한 리워드를 부여하는 것이다.
전술된 바와 같이, 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크와 적어도 하나의 이동 단말기에 대해 살펴보았다.
다음으로, 키오스크에서 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 대해 상세히 살펴보기로 한다.
이와 관련하여, 제어부를 포함하는 키오스크와 적어도 하나의 이동 단말기에서 전술된 기능 및 절차는 후술될 키오스크에서 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 방법의 기능 및 절차에 이용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
이와 관련하여, 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 키오스크에서의 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 흐름도를 도시한다. 또한, 도 5는 도 4에서의 선불 충전 서비스 제공 방법의 추가적인 흐름도이다. 또한, 도 6은 본 발명에 다른 실시예에 따른 도 4 또는 도 5에서의 선불 충전 서비스 제공 방법의 추가적인 흐름도이다.
도 4에서 도시된 바와 같이, 키오스크에서의 선불 충전 서비스 제공 방법은 선불충전 요청/전화번호 수신 과정(S410), 사용자 인증 과정(S415), 사용자 정보 저장 과정(S420), 사용자 정보 제1확인 과정(S425) 및 선불 충전 요청 메시지 표시 과정(S430)을 포함한다.
또한, 도 5에서 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 선불 충전 서비스 제공 방법은 결제 요청 수신 과정(S440), 결제 수행 과정(S445), 전화번호/지문정보 수신 과정(S450), 사용자 정보 제2확인 과정(S455) 및 구매 안내 메시지 표시 과정(S460)를 더 포함할수 있다.
또한, 도 6에서 도시된 바와 같이, 추가 정보 확인 방법(S600)은 지문정보 유사도 확인 과정(S660), 추가 정보 요청 과정(S665), 추가 정보 확인 과정(S670), 구매 안내 표시 과정(S675) 및 구매 금액 차감 과정(S680)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 한편, 도 6에서의 절차는 도 5에서의 상기 사용자 정보 제2확인 과정(S455)에서 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 지문정보와 저장된 해당 정보가 일치하지 않는 경우에 수행된다.
상기 선불충전 요청/전화번호 수신 과정(S410)은 사용자로부터 선불충전 요청 및 이동 단말기의 전화번호를 수신한다.
상기 사용자 인증 과정(S415)은 상기 전화번호에 기반하여 상기 사용자의 이동 단말기로 인증 번호를 전송하도록 제어한다.
상기 사용자 정보 저장 과정(S420)은 상기 인증번호와 상기 사용자의 지문정보를 수신하고, 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 상기 사용자의 식별정보와 함께 저장한다. 상기 전술된 과정들을 통해, 사용자는 키오스크를 통해 선불 충전 서비스에 대한 회원 가입이 성공적으로 수행된다.
상기 사용자 정보 제1확인 과정(S425)은 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 수신하면, 상기 저장된 전화번호 및 지문정보와 일치 여부를 확인한다. 한편, 상기 사용자 정보 제1확인 과정(S425)은 회원 가입된 사용자가 선불 충전 서비스를 이용하기 위한 과정이다.
상기 선불 충전 요청 메시지 표시 과정(S430)은 상기 일치여부에 기반하여 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 선불 충전 요청 메시지를 디스플레이에 표시하도록 제어한다. 이때, 선불 충전 요청 메시지에 응답하여 사용자는 키오스크에 직접 지폐 또는 상품권을 넣거나 또는 카드 결제나 계좌 결제를 수행할 수 있다. 한편, 상기 카드 결제나 계좌 결제와 관련하여 상기 결제 요청 수신 과정(S440)을 더 수행할 수 있다.
상기 결제 요청 수신 과정(S440)은 상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 결제 금액이 포함된 결제 요청 메시지를 사용자로부터 수신한다.
상기 결제 수행 과정(S445)은 상기 결제 금액에 기반하여 결제를 수행한다. 다른 방법으로, 결제 금액에 관한 결제 정보를 포함하는 결제 요청을 결제 서버로 송신하여, 결제 서버가 결제를 수행할 수도 있다.
상기 전화번호/지문정보 수신 과정(S450)은 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보를 수신한다. 이는 상기 결제 요청에 대한 보안 인증을 위함이다.
상기 사용자 정보 제2확인 과정(S455)은 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보와 저장된 해당 정보와의 일치 여부를 확인한다.
상기 구매 안내 메시지 표시 과정(S460)은 상기 일치 여부에 기반하여, 상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 구매 안내 메시지를 표시한다. 예를 들어, 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부는 전화번호의 뒷자리 4자리일 수 있다.
한편, 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보와 저장된 해당 정보가 일치하지 않으면, 도 6에서의 후술할 과정들을 수행한다.
상기 지문정보 유사도 확인 과정(S660)은 상기 수신된 지문정보와 상기 저장된 지문정보의 유사도를 확인한다. 이때, 상기 유사도는 일정한 기준값에 기반하여 결정될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 기준값 이상의 유사도를 갖는 지문 정보가 적어도 하나 이상 존재하는 경우, 상기 지문 정보에 대응하는 적어도 하나 이상의 전화번호를 일부를 가린 채 화면에 표시할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 전화 번호는 입력된 전화번호 및 지문 정보에 모두 기반하여 표시될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 전화 번호를 통해 해당 사용자일 가능성이 높지만 지문정보의 신뢰도가 낮은 경우, 추가적인 전화 번호를 입력받기 위함이다.
상기 추가 정보 요청 과정(S665)은 상기 유사도에 기반하여 상기 저장된 지문정보에 대응하는 제1전화번호의 나머지 부분을 입력하도록 요청하는 전화번호 입력 요청 메시지를 표시한다.
상기 추가 정보 확인 과정(S670)은 상기 입력된 나머지 부분이 상기 제1전화번호와 일치 여부를 확인한다. 즉, 사용자가 가려진 전화번호를 정확히 입력하면 상기 구매 안내 표시 과정(S675)을 수행한다. 반면에, 전화번호의 정확한 입력에 일정 횟수 이상 실패하면 구매 과정을 거절한다.
상기 구매 안내 표시 과정(S675)은 상기 입력된 나머지 부분이 상기 제1전화번호와 일치하면, 구매 안내 메시지를 표시한다.
상기 구매 금액 차감 과정(S680)은 상기 구매 안내 메시지에 응답하여 수신된 구매 요청에 기반하여 상기 결제 금액에서 구매 금액을 차감한다. 또한, 상기 구매 금액 차감 과정(S680)은 상기 차감된 제1결제 정보를 이동 단말기로 송신하는 과정을 더 포함할 수 있다.
전술한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 전화번호 및 지문정보에 기반하여 보안성이 향상된 선불 충전 서비스 가입과 함께 구매 시에 보안성과 편리성이 향상될 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 키오스크에 인접하거나 또는 특정 단말에 인접한 단말에 대한 효과적인 선불 충전 서비스 및 이러한 서비스의 확산에 대한 효과적인 보상 방법을 제공할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
한편, 본 발명에서 제시된 제어부는 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 및 이들의 조합에 의해 구현될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제어부(120)의 세부 구성 모듈 또한 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 및 이들의 조합에 의해 구현될 수 있다.
소프트웨어적인 구현에 의하면, 본 명세서에서 설명되는 절차 및 기능 뿐만 아니라 각각의 구성 요소들은 별도의 소프트웨어 모듈로도 구현될 수 있다. 상기 소프트웨어 모듈들 각각은 본 명세서에서 설명되는 하나 이상의 기능 및 작동을 수행할 수 있다. 적절한 프로그램 언어로 쓰여진 소프트웨어 어플리케이션으로 소프트웨어 코드가 구현될 수 있다. 상기 소프트웨어 코드는 메모리에 저장되고, 제어부(controller) 또는 프로세서(processor)에 의해 실행될 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크에 있어서,
    사용자로부터 선불충전 요청 및 이동 단말기의 전화번호를 수신하는 인터페이스부; 및
    상기 전화번호에 기반하여 상기 사용자의 이동 단말기로 인증 번호를 전송하도록 제어하고, 상기 인터페이스부를 통해 상기 인증번호와 상기 사용자의 지문정보를 수신하고, 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 상기 사용자의 식별정보와 함께 메모리에 저장하는 제어부를 포함하고,
    상기 제어부는 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 상기 인터페이스부를 통해 수신하면, 상기 저장된 전화번호 및 지문정보와 일치여부에 기반하여 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 선불 충전 요청 메시지를 디스플레이에 표시하도록 제어하는, 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는,
    상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 결제 금액이 포함된 결제 요청 메시지를 상기 인터페이스부 또는 상기 디스플레이부를 통해 수신하면, 상기 결제 금액에 기반하여 결제를 수행하는, 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 인터페이스부는 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보를 수신하고,
    상기 제어부는 상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보와 상기 메모리에 저장된 해당 정보와의 일치 여부에 기반하여, 상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 구매 안내 메시지를 상기 디스플레이에 표시하도록 제어하는, 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는 상기 수신된 지문정보와 상기 저장된 지문정보의 유사도에 기반하여 상기 저장된 지문정보에 대응하는 제1전화번호의 나머지 부분을 입력하도록 요청하는 전화번호 입력 요청 메시지를 상기 디스플레이에 표시하도록 제어하는, 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 입력된 나머지 부분이 상기 제1전화번호와 일치하면, 상기 제어부는 구매 안내 메시지를 상기 디스플레이에 표시하고, 상기 구매 안내 메시지에 응답하여 수신된 구매 요청에 기반하여 상기 결제 금액에서 구매 금액을 차감하고, 상기 차감된 제1결제 정보를 상기 통신부를 통해 상기 이동 단말기로 송신하는, 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는,
    상기 결제 금액 및 상기 구매 금액의 차이에 해당하는 잔액이 일정 금액 이하이고 상기 이동 단말기와 상기 키오스크와의 거리가 일정 반경 이하인 경우,
    상기 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 선불 충전 요청 메시지 및 상기 키오스크의 위치에 관한 정보를 상기 이동 단말기로 제공하는, 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 이동 단말기는 제1이동 단말기이고, 상기 제1이동 단말기가 자신과 일정 거리 내에 있는 제2이동 단말기로 상기 선불 충전 요청 메시지를 송신하고, 일정 시간 내에 상기 제2이동 단말기의 사용자가 상기 키오스크를 통해 결제 요청을 상기 제어부로 송신하면,
    상기 제어부는 상기 제1이동 단말기의 사용자의 리워드(reward) 정보를 상기 제1이동 단말기에 송신하는, 선불 충전 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크.
  8. 키오스크에서의 선불 충전 서비스 제공 방법에 있어서,
    사용자로부터 선불충전 요청 및 이동 단말기의 전화번호를 수신하는 선불충전 요청/전화번호 수신 과정;
    상기 전화번호에 기반하여 상기 사용자의 이동 단말기로 인증 번호를 전송하도록 제어하는 사용자 인증 과정;
    상기 인증번호와 상기 사용자의 지문정보를 수신하고, 상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 상기 사용자의 식별정보와 함께 저장하는 사용자 정보 저장 과정;
    상기 전화번호와 상기 지문정보를 수신하면, 상기 저장된 전화번호 및 지문정보와 일치여부를 확인하는 사용자 정보 제1확인 과정; 및
    상기 일치여부에 기반하여 특정 상품 또는 특정 서비스에 대한 선불 충전 요청 메시지를 디스플레이에 표시하도록 제어하는 선불 충전 요청 메시지 표시 과정을 포함하는, 키오스크에서의 선불 충전 서비스 제공 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 결제 금액이 포함된 결제 요청 메시지를 사용자로부터 수신하는 결제 요청 수신 과정; 및
    상기 결제 금액에 기반하여 결제를 수행하는 결제 수행 과정을 더 포함하는, 키오스크에서의 선불 충전 서비스 제공 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보를 수신하는 전화번호/지문정보 수신 과정;
    상기 전화번호의 적어도 일부 및 상기 지문정보와 저장된 해당 정보와의 일치 여부를 확인하는 사용자 정보 제2확인 과정; 및
    상기 일치 여부에 기반하여, 상기 특정 상품 또는 상기 특정 서비스에 대한 구매 안내 메시지를 표시하는 구매 안내 메시지 표시 과정을 더 포함하는, 키오스크에서의 선불 충전 서비스 제공 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 수신된 지문정보와 상기 저장된 지문정보의 유사도를 확인하는 지문정보 유사도 확인 과정; 및
    상기 유사도에 기반하여 상기 저장된 지문정보에 대응하는 제1전화번호의 나머지 부분을 입력하도록 요청하는 전화번호 입력 요청 메시지를 표시하는 추가 정보 요청 과정을 더 포함하는, 키오스크에서의 선불 충전 서비스 제공 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 입력된 나머지 부분이 상기 제1전화번호와 일치 여부를 확인하는 추가 정보 확인 과정;
    상기 입력된 나머지 부분이 상기 제1전화번호와 일치하면, 구매 안내 메시지를 표시하는 구매 안내 표시 과정; 및
    상기 구매 안내 메시지에 응답하여 수신된 구매 요청에 기반하여 상기 결제 금액에서 구매 금액을 차감하고, 상기 차감된 제1결제 정보를 상기 이동 단말기로 송신하는 구매 금액 차감 과정을 더 포함하는, 키오스크에서의 선불 충전 서비스 제공 방법.
