目前的干衣机,是通过检测在排水泵泵水一定时间后水槽里的水位不下降,判断储水盒内的水已满,再报警提醒用户应该清理储水盒了。这种方式的问题在于:通过水槽的浮子开关来判定储水盒是否已满。但这一过程中,会有浮子失效、排水泵的流量过大、水槽边缘低导致溢水等各种问题,进而会出现提醒不及时或误报等情况的发生。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于解决上述问题和不足,提供一种可以立即判断出储水盒已满,保证及时提醒,且可避免误报的干衣机提醒清理储水盒的方法。

当有水从储水盒2内溢出进入回水管4内时,水流沿回水管4向下流动经过气孔18,此时,气室16内的压力就会出现变化,气室16内的压力升高,压力传感器17随时检测气室16内的气压,并将检测的结果传输至控制器,在控制器内预先存储有某一设定值,或预设气室16在无水状态时气压的变化范围,当气室16内的压力达到预先存储的设定值或超出预设的变化范围时,控制器即向报警提醒装置发出报警指令,进而控制报警提醒装置报警,提醒用户储水盒2已满,需要清理储水盒2了。
如上所述,结合附图所给出的方案内容,可以衍生出类似的技术方案。但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干衣机提醒清理储水盒的方法,其特征在于:在储水盒和水槽之间连接一回水管,在所述回水管上安装水流检测装置,当所述水流检测装置检测到水流时,报警提醒用户清理储水盒。
  2. 一种干衣机,包括水槽和储水盒,所述水槽和储水盒之间连接有排水管和回水管,在所述排水管上接有排水泵,其特征在于:还包括水流检测装置、报警提醒装置和控制器,所述水流检测装置安装在所述回水管上,所述水流检测装置与所述控制器连接,所述控制器与所述报警提醒装置连接,所述水流检测装置检测到水流后由控制器控制报警提醒装置报警以提醒用户清理储水盒。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述水流检测装置包括杠杆和开关,所述开关与控制器连接,所述杠杆穿过所述回水管的管壁,所述杠杆以与管壁的接触点为支点,所述开关设置在所述回水管的外部与所述杠杆的端部对应,所述杠杆在无水流时处于平衡状态,所述杠杆在有水流时向所述开关方向翘起与所述开关碰触触发开关。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述杠杆伸入至所述回水管内部的长度大于所述回水管的半径。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述水流检测装置包括两个平行设置的金属极板,两个所述金属极板固定在所述回水管的管壁上,两个所述金属极板分别连接电线,两条电线的另一端与电导率探测器连接,所述电导率探测器与控制器连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述水流检测装置包括气室及压力传感器,所述气室设置在所述回水管的外侧在所述回水管的管壁上开有一将回水管的内腔与气室连通的气孔,所述压力传感器用于检测所述气室的气压,所述压力传感器与控制器连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述气孔开在所述回水管的底部位置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述气孔位于所述气室的底部,在所述气室的顶部设置有排气口,所述排气口连接导压管,所述导压管的顶部设置所述压力传感器。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的干衣机,其特征在于:在所述水槽内安装有用于检测水位的浮子开关。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的干衣机,其特征在于:所述报警提醒装置为蜂鸣器、报警灯、语音提示装置、控制面板显示单元中的任一种或多种组合。
