可以理解的,壳体1包括一个中空的筒体11和两个侧盖12,筒体11具有相背设置的两个开口端,两个侧盖12分别可拆卸的盖接于两个开口端上,以组成该壳体1。将壳体1设置为上述的可拆卸结构,便于壳体1内的部件例如卷轴2通过筒体11的开口端伸入壳体1的内腔11b中。当然,在其它实施例中,壳体1还可以为其它结构,比如筒体11上连接两个开口端的一部分侧壁可拆卸连接于筒体11上,即取下该部分的侧壁即可实现将壳体1内的部件容置于壳体1的内腔11b中,对应的,两个侧盖12可以分别固定连接于两个开口端上。
在一实施例中,请参照图2,卷轴2呈圆柱状,卷轴2容置于壳体1的内腔11b中,能够在壳体1的内腔11b中转动,使得卷绕在卷轴2上的柔性屏组件3受到外力拉伸时,卷轴2能够随着柔性屏组件3的拉伸而相应在壳体1中转动,以实现柔性屏组件3的拉伸。其中,卷轴2为筒体,由于卷轴2一般会占据壳体1的内腔11b的大部分面积,将卷轴2设置为中空的筒体,使得卷轴2的内部能够容置部件,以减少对壳体1的内腔11b的尺寸的需求,进一步优化了柔性屏组件3的结构。可以理解的,卷轴2的两端分别转动连接于两个侧盖12上。对应的,侧盖12上凸设环形凸起12a,一个侧盖12的环形凸起12a伸入筒体的一个开口中,使得卷轴2转动连接于两个侧盖12上。当然,在其它实施例中,卷轴2还可以设置实心的柱体。当然,在其它实施例中,壳体1的筒体11上还可以设置轴承座,卷轴2承载于轴承座上,实现卷轴2在壳体1中的转动。
在一实施例中,柔性屏组件3能够用于显示和触控。柔性屏组件3能够反复弯折且具有弹性。在一实施例中,柔性屏组件3具有相背设置的固定端S1和拉伸端S2、连接于固定端S1和拉伸端S2之间的两个侧边S3,固定端S1固定于卷轴2上,拉伸端S2位于壳体1的外部,便于通过拉伸拉伸端S2来将柔性屏组件3从壳体1中拉出来。
可以理解的,为了使得柔性屏组件3具有一定的刚性,不会太过于柔软而轻易变形,提高用户对柔性屏组件3操作的便捷性,柔性屏组件3包括柔性屏和柔性支撑件,柔性屏层叠贴覆于柔性支撑件上。在一实施例中,柔性支撑件通过薄钢片和硅胶混合注塑形成,使得柔性支撑件能够反复弯折且具有弹性。 柔性屏层叠贴覆于柔性支撑件上,当柔性屏组件3展开时,柔性屏组件3由于有柔性支撑件的支撑不会轻易变形,而能够固定在一定的形状。当然,在其它实施例中,柔性屏组件3还可以由柔性屏组成。或者,柔性支撑件能够用薄硅胶片来代替。
可以理解的,柔性屏组件3的厚度为5mm;或者,柔性屏组件3的厚度为6mm;或者,柔性屏组件3的厚度为5mm~6mm。发明人通过大量的实验发现,将柔性屏组的厚度限定在5mm~6mm,能够利于柔性屏组件3的卷绕,进一步提高柔性显示装置100100的可靠性。
在一实施例中,请参照图2和图3,报警组件4容置于壳体1中,报警组件4包括报警器42和电连接至报警器42的检测器41、43,检测器41、43检测柔性屏组件3的拉伸长度,当检测器41、43检测到柔性屏组件3拉伸至预设长度时,触发报警器42报警。
在一实施例中,报警器42可以为声音报警器;或者,报警器42可以为声光报警器;或者,报警器42可以为振动器。其中,该报警器42设置在电路板上,设置有报警器42的电路板固设于一个侧盖12上,且伸入卷轴2的内部,报警器42与检测器41、43之间为有线的电连接时,还可以在卷轴2的筒体11内部走线即所述报警器42与所述检测器41、43之间的电线位于卷轴2的内部,进一步优化了柔性屏组件3的结构。当然,在其它实施例中,报警器42还可以根据实际情况而相应设置,比如将报警器42放置于壳体1的其它位置。
在一实施例中,检测器41、43的结构有多种。检测器41、43与报警器42的配合,能够达到提醒用户,防止柔性屏组件3损伤的目的。
一种实施例中,请参照图3,检测器41包括发射器411和接收器412,发射器411设置于侧边S3,接收器412分别电连接于发射器411和报警器42,当柔性屏组件3拉伸至预设长度时,接收器412接收到发射器411发射的信号,报警器42报警。
在一实施例中,请参照图2和图3,由于发射器411设置在柔性屏组件3的侧边S3上,则柔性屏组件3拉伸时,发射器411会随着柔性屏组件3的侧边S3转动,当发射器411转动至一定位置时,其与接收器412之间的距离能够满足发射器411发射的信号能够给接收器412接收到,则接收器412将接收 到的信号发送给报警器42,报警器42上的电路板根据该信号发送报警信号,来触发报警42报警,以提醒用户柔性屏组件3当前的拉伸状况。可以理解的,接收器412的位置根据实际所需的报警位置而相应设置,在柔性屏组件3拉伸的过程中,接收器412越晚接收到发射器411的信号,则报警器42发出报警信号时,柔性屏组件3当前的拉伸长度越长,越能够准确提醒用户柔性屏组件3快拉伸到位的状态,避免对其进一步拉伸而损坏柔性屏组件3。上述的报警组件4完全采用电信号的传输,对报警组件4中的部件的位置的局限较小。
一种实施例中,请参照图2和图4,检测器43位于卷轴2的外部,检测器43在柔性屏组件3拉伸的过程中检测与限位部3a之间的间距以获得柔性屏组件3拉伸的长度,当检测器43检测到柔性屏组件3拉伸至预设长度时,报警器42报警。可以理解的,检测器43与限位部3a的间距根据实际情况而相应设置,比如检测器43与限位部3a的间距可以为零,或者检测器43与限位部3a的间距可以为一定距离。
其中,限位部3a为凸设于侧边S3上的限位凸起。
可以理解的,请参照图4和图5,检测器43包括外壳431、开关组件432和弹簧433,外壳431位于卷轴2的外部,外壳431具有一个伸出孔和连通伸出孔的容置腔431a,开关组件432和弹簧433位于容置腔431a中,开关组件432包括开关4321和开关帽4322,弹簧433弹性连接于开关4321和开关帽4322之间,开关4321的端部经一个伸出孔伸出,当柔性屏组件3拉伸至限位部3a抵靠于开关4321的端部,且限位部3a推动开关4321直至开关4321与开关帽4322电连接时,报警器42报警。在一实施例中,外壳431固定设置在侧盖12上,且位于卷轴2的外部,外壳431为矩形的壳体1,其内部设置容置腔431a,并且该容置腔431a相背设置的两个开口分别位于壳体1的上下端即形成两个伸出孔。开关4321的两端分别伸出两个伸出孔,在柔性屏组件3拉伸的过程中,限位部3a随着柔性屏组件3的拉伸而相应转动,直至限位部3a被拉伸至抵靠于开关4321的端部时,此时若继续拉伸柔性屏组件3,则限位部3a克服弹簧433的弹性力而推动开关4321滑动直至与开关4321与开关帽4322电连接,此时报警器42报警,告知用户柔性屏组件3以拉伸到位,已不能够继续拉伸。该检测器43很限位部3a的配合不仅使得柔性屏组件3在快拉伸到到位时,通 过弹性件的阻尼感告知用柔性屏组件3的当前拉伸状态,而且在柔性屏组件3处于完全拉伸状态时,由于开关4321已与开关帽4322电连接,使得限位部3a无法继续前行,而阻止柔性屏组件3进行进一步拉伸,能够对柔性屏组件3起到较佳的保护作用,从而提高柔性显示装置100的可靠性。当然,在其它实施例中,检测器为压力传感器,当柔性屏组件拉伸至限位部抵靠于检测器上时,报警器报警。
可以理解的,检测器41、43的数量可以为一个,或者两个,等等。当检测器41、43的数量为两个时,两个检测器41、43可以同时电连接于一个报警器42,并且对应的,两个发射器411分别设置在两个侧边S3上,或者侧边S3上分别设置两个限位部3a以与两个检测器41、43配合。
当柔性显示装置100需要拉伸时,拉动拉伸端S2,使得柔性屏组件3经缝隙伸出壳体1的外部,当柔性屏组件3快拉伸到位时,检测器41、43检测到,报警器42报警告知用户当前的柔性屏组件3的拉伸状态,避免对柔性屏组件3进一步拉伸而损坏柔性屏组件3。
本发明实施例提供的柔性显示装置100将柔性屏组件3设置容置于壳体1中,由于柔性屏组件3能够在外力作用下发生柔性变形,即呈弯曲或展平的状态,使得柔性显示装置100的壳体1受柔性屏组件3的尺寸的影响较小,即柔性显示装置100中容置柔性屏组件3的壳体1的尺寸可以较小,但是柔性显示装置100却可以具有较大的显示面积,并且柔性显示装置100通过在壳体1中设置报警组件4,使得柔性屏组件3处于完全拉伸状态时,用户能够得知而不会进一步拉伸柔性屏组件3而损坏柔性屏组件3,从而提高了柔性显示装置100的可靠性。
以上是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种柔性显示装置,其特征在于,包括壳体、卷轴、柔性屏组件和报警组件,所述壳体开设缝隙,所述缝隙连通所述壳体的内腔,所述卷轴位于所述壳体的内腔中,且所述卷轴转动连接于所述壳体,所述柔性屏组件具有相对设置的固定端和拉伸端,所述柔性屏组件的固定端固定于所述卷轴上,所述拉伸端经所述缝隙伸出所述壳体,所述报警组件容置于所述壳体中,所述报警组件包括报警器和电连接至所述报警器的检测器,所述检测器检测所述柔性屏组件的拉伸长度,所述柔性屏组件拉伸至预设长度时,触发所述报警器报警。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性屏组件具有连接于所述拉伸端和所述固定端之间的侧边,所述检测器包括发射器和接收器,所述发射器设置于所述侧边,所述接收器分别电连接于所述发射器和所述报警器,所述柔性屏组件拉伸至预设长度时,所述接收器接收到所述发射器发射的信号,所述报警器报警。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性屏组件具有连接于所述拉伸端和所述固定端之间的侧边,所述侧边凸设有靠近所述固定端的限位部,所述检测器位于所述卷轴的外部,所述检测器在所述柔性屏组件拉伸的过程中检测与所述限位部之间的间距以获得所述柔性屏组件拉伸的长度,所述柔性屏组件拉伸至所述预设长度时,触发所述报警器报警。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述限位部为凸设于所述侧边上的限位凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述检测器为压力传感器,所述柔性屏组件拉伸至所述限位部抵靠于所述检测器上时,触发所述报警器报警。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述检测器还包括外壳、开关组件和弹簧,所述外壳位于所述卷轴的外部,所述外壳具有一个伸出孔和连通所述伸出孔的容置腔,所述开关组件和所述弹簧位于所述容置腔中,所述开关组件包括开关和开关帽,所述弹簧弹性连接于所述开关和所述开 关帽之间,所述开关的端部经一个所述伸出孔伸出,所述柔性屏组件拉伸至所述限位部抵靠于所述开关的端部,且所述限位部推动所述开关直至所述开关与所述开关帽电连接时,所述报警器报警。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括一个具有两个相背设置的开口端的筒体和分别设置于所述两个开口端的两个侧盖,所述卷轴的两端分别转动连接于所述两个侧盖上,所述检测器固设于所述侧盖上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述两个侧盖分别可拆卸的盖接于所述两个开口端上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的筒体的一部分侧壁可拆卸连接于所述筒体上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述两个所述侧壁分别固定连接于所述两个开口端上。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述卷轴为筒体,所述报警器固设于一个所述侧盖上,且伸入所述卷轴的内部。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述卷轴为实心的柱体。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述报警器与所述检测器之间的电线位于所述卷轴的内部。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述报警器为声音报警器;或者,
    所述报警器为声光报警器;或者,
    所述报警器为振动器。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性屏组件包括柔性屏和柔性支撑件,所述柔性屏层叠贴覆于所述柔性支撑件上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性支撑件由薄钢片和硅胶混合注塑形成。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性支撑件的材质为薄胶硅片。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性屏组件的厚度为5mm~6mm。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的横截面为水滴状。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的材质为金属。
