另外,洗衣机不平导致的震动可能会使底脚螺丝松动,使底脚托架垂直移动,这种不稳定性可能会改变洗衣机的水平状态,导致产生更强烈的震动。这种恶性循环使得洗衣机用的时间长了,噪音会变得越来越大,对洗衣机本身也造成一定的损伤,缩短了使用寿命。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的第一发明目的是提供一种家用电器的调平装置,具体地,采用了如下的技术方案:
一种家用电器的调平装置,包括安装在家用电器底部的至少两个调平底脚;
所述的调平底脚包括固定部和活动部,固定部安装在家用电器底部,活动部的一端可伸缩的套设在固定部内/外,另一端设置于支撑面上,所述的固定部与活动部之间具有封闭腔室,封闭腔室内填充液压介质;
至少两个所述的调平底脚之间通过高压油管组连通封闭腔室,在压力作用下,所述的液压介质可在相互连通的调平底脚的封闭腔室之间流通,活动部随液压介质流通伸缩进行自动调平;
所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积相等或者不等。
进一步地,所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积正比于其承受压力的压力值。
进一步地,所述的固定部为缸体,所述的活动部柱塞结构,缸体内部具有中空腔室,柱塞结构一端具有塞体,塞体可相对滑动的设置中空腔室内且保持密封形成封闭腔室,柱塞结构的另一端具有支撑体,支撑体设置于支撑面上;
所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚的缸体的内径不等。
进一步地,所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚的缸体内径正比于其承受压力的压力值。
进一步地,所述调平装置包括第一调平底脚和第二调平底脚,第一调平底脚和第二调平底脚通过高压油管组连通;
所述第一调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积大于第二调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积。
进一步地,所述调平装置包括至少两个第一调平底脚和至少两个第二调平底脚,第一调平底脚和第二调平底通过高压油管组分别连接至连通装置实现所有调平底脚的封闭腔室相互连通;
所述第一调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积大于第二调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积。
进一步地,所有所述的第一调平底脚位于连通装置的一侧,所有所述的第二调平底脚位于连通装置的另一侧。
进一步地,所述调平装置包括一个第一调平底脚和至少两个第二调平底脚,所述的第二调平底脚分别通过高压油管组与第一调平底脚连通;
所述第一调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积大于第二调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积。
进一步地,所述第一调平底脚的缸体内径d1与第二调平底脚的缸体内径d2满足:

本发明的第二发明目的是提供一种具有上述所述的家用电器的调平装置的家用电器。
本发明的家用电器的调平装置根据液压原理,在底脚中填充液压介质,底脚对于不同的压力,由于液压介质的流动性使得底脚自动进行适应性的调整;另外,由于通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积不等,当对重心不在其几何中心的家用电器进行自动调平时,可将液压介质的作用接触面面积大的调平底脚设置在家用电器重心更加偏向的一端,从而可使各调平底脚受力均匀,家用电器调平后整体仍处于水平状态。
因此,本发明的家用电器的调平装置更适用于重心与几何中心不重合的家用电器,调平后调平装置的各个调平底脚受力均匀,确保调平装置的使用寿命,而且调平后调平装置的各个调平底脚的伸缩量大致相同,确保家用电器整体处于水平状态,家用电器的内部机构工作稳定性更强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种家用电器的调平装置及具有该装置的家用电器进行详细描述:
实施例一
本实施例的一种家用电器的调平装置,包括安装在家用电器底部的至少两个调平底脚;所述的调平底脚包括固定部和活动部,固定部安装在家用电器底部,活动部的一端可伸缩的套设在固定部内/外,另一端设置于支撑面上,所述的固定部与活动部之间具有封闭腔室,封闭腔室内填充液压介质;至少两个所述的调平底脚之间通过高压油管组连通封闭腔室,在压力作用下,所述的液压介质可在相互连通的调平底脚的封闭腔室之间流通,活动部随液压介质流通伸缩进行自动调平;所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积相等。
本实施例的调平底脚利用液压原理,可实现自动调平功能,具体地:
如图1所示,为调平底脚的初始状态:确保活动部件A01在缸体A02内自由活动,行程最大为h+h1,且活动部件A01与缸体A02之间密封不漏油;调平底脚A和调平底脚B通过高压油管组200密封紧固连接;每个调平底脚的缸体A02内灌注一定体积的液压油,如缸体h高度的容积,每个高压油管组200内灌满液压油。
根据静压传递原理,在密闭容器内,即所连接的两个调平底脚的缸体A02和高压油管组200中,施加于静止液体上的压强将以等值同时传到各点。在流体力学中,由于液体的流动性,封闭容器中的静止流体的某一部分发生的压强变化,将大小不变地向各个方向传递。可以理解的是施加在调平底脚A的缸体液压油的压强如果不等于调平底脚B的缸体液压油的压强,液压油就会由压强大的调平底脚流向压强小的调平底脚,调平底脚会实现自动压缩或者缩短,以实现压强相同。原理上,两个底脚可以实现最大两倍的h1的水平调节。
如图2所示,调平底脚的放置方式一:调平底脚均匀承重,水平放置。
如果家用电器的重心在该电器的几何中心上,且每个调平底脚均匀分布安装在该物体上,即调平底脚A和调平底脚B承受的压力相同FA=FB,设置活动部件A01的直径都是相 同的,即调平底脚A和调平底脚B的活动部件A01与液压油接触的面积为SA=SB。若该家用电器在水平面上,则

因而液压油的两处的压强相同,液压油不再流动,则保持初始状态。
如图3、图4所示,调平底脚的放置方式二:调平底脚均匀承重,非水平放置。
即便不在一个平面上,如调平底脚B在一个深度为h2的凹坑里,调平底脚A先受力,由于调平底脚A的缸体A02的液压油压强大,液压油流至调平底脚B,当调平底脚A活动部件A01压缩进入h2/2,当调平底脚A活动部件A01伸长h2/2,由于调平底脚均匀承重,调平底脚A和调平底脚B承受的压力时相同的FA=FB,设置活动部件的直径都是相同的,即调平底脚A和调平底脚B的活动部件与油接触的面积为SA=SB。即便该家用电器不在水平面上,则

因而液压油的两处的压强相同,液压油不再流动,则保持水平状态。
如图5所示,调平底脚的放置方式三:调平底脚均匀承重,水平或者非水平放置。
如图5所示,即便在一个水平面上,由于所承受的物体的重心有可能不在该物件的几何中心处,即便调平底脚均匀设置,也有可能使得调平底脚有的受到的力大,如调平底脚的受力是调平底脚B的两倍,即FA=2FB。设置活动部件的直径都是相同的,即调平底脚A和调平底脚B的活动部件A01与液压油接触的面积为SA=SB,则压强PA=2PB,即

因而调平底脚A处的液压油的压强为调平底脚B处的液压油的压强的两倍,液压油会由调平底脚A流至调平底脚B,直到调平底脚A的缸体A02内的液压油液位高,调平底脚A压缩缩短了h3,调平底脚B伸长了h3,调平底脚A和调平底脚B由于液面高度的差异形成了一个液压差,因而液压油的两处的压强相同,PA=PB+ΔP,即

液压油不再流动,但是底脚的高度不一致,无法实现该物件的自动调平。
实施例二
现有的家用电器有很少一部分为自身重心在其几何中心上,还有大部分的自身重心不在几何中心上。总体来说,会造成一个局面:在水平面上,由于油压承受的压力大小不同导致底脚高度的大小不一,使得底脚上面的家电总体来说是一种倾斜状态,这种情况在底脚A承受物体重力比例大,且处于凸台位置,这种情况更为严重。
为了上述调平底脚更适用于其重心不在几何中心上的家用电器,解决调平底脚受力不均的情况,本实施例提供了以下的技术方案。
本实施例的一种家用电器的调平装置,包括安装在家用电器底部的至少两个调平底脚;所述的调平底脚包括固定部和活动部,固定部安装在家用电器底部,活动部的一端可伸缩的套设在固定部内/外,另一端设置于支撑面上,所述的固定部与活动部之间具有封闭腔室,封闭腔室内填充液压介质;至少两个所述的调平底脚之间通过高压油管组连通封闭腔室,在压力作用下,所述的液压介质可在相互连通的调平底脚的封闭腔室之间流通,活动部随液压介质流通伸缩进行自动调平;所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积不等。
本实施例的家用电器的调平装置根据液压原理,在底脚中填充液压介质,底脚对于不同的压力,由于液压介质的流动性使得底脚自动进行适应性的调整;另外,由于通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积不等,当对重心不在其几何中心的家用电器进行自动调平时,可将液压介质的作用接触面面积大的调平底脚设置在家用电器重心更加偏向的一端,从而可使各调平底脚受力均匀,家用电器调平后整体仍处于水平状态。
因此,本实施例的家用电器的调平装置更适用于重心与几何中心不重合的家用电器,调平后调平装置的各个调平底脚受力均匀,确保调平装置的使用寿命,而且调平后调平装置的各个调平底脚的伸缩量大致相同,确保家用电器整体处于水平状态,家用电器的内部机构工作稳定性更强。
进一步地,本实施例所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积正比于其承受压力的压力值。这样,需要承受压力大的调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积也更大,这样可在通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚内压强相等时,即达到调平状态时,活动部的伸缩量相等或者接近,以确保家用电器处于水平。
具体地,本实施例所述的固定部为缸体,所述的活动部柱塞结构,缸体内部具有中空腔室,柱塞结构一端具有塞体,塞体可相对滑动的设置中空腔室内且保持密封形成封闭腔室,柱塞结构的另一端具有支撑体,支撑体设置于支撑面上;所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚的缸体的内径不等。本实施例将缸体的内径设计不等,由于柱塞结构的塞体与缸体之间密封连接,因此,柱塞结构的塞体也不等,最终实现调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积不等。
由于液压介质的作用接触面面积最终体现在缸体的内径上,因此,所述通过高压油管 组连通的调平底脚的缸体内径正比于其承受压力的压力值。
如图6所示,本实施例的家用电器的调平装置包括第一调平底脚100和通过高压油管组200连通的第二调平底脚300;第一调平底脚100包括第一缸体102和第一柱塞结构101,第一缸体102内部具有中空腔室,第一柱塞结构101一端具有第一塞体,第一塞体可相对滑动的设置中空腔室内且保持密封形成封闭腔室,第一柱塞结构101的另一端具有第一支撑体103,第一支撑体103设置于支撑面上;第二调平底脚300包括第二缸体302和第二柱塞结构301,第二缸体102内部具有中空腔室,第二柱塞结构301一端具有第一塞体,第一塞体可相对滑动的设置中空腔室内且保持密封形成封闭腔室,第二柱塞结构301的另一端具有第二支撑体303,第二支撑体303设置于支撑面上;所述第一调平底脚100的第一缸体102的内径大于第二调平底脚300的第二缸体302的内径。
本实施例的调平装置根据家用电器的实际重心进行安装,当家用电器的重心与几何中心不重合时,可将第一调平底脚100安装在更加靠近重心侧,从而可使各调平底脚受力均匀,家用电器调平后整体可尽量保持水平状态。
如图7所示,本实施例所述调平装置包括第一调平底脚100和第二调平底脚300,第一调平底脚100和第二调平底脚300通过高压油管组200连通;所述第一调平底脚100内的液压介质的作用接触面面积大于第二调平底脚300内的液压介质的作用接触面面积。
具体地,以滚筒洗衣机为例,由于筒体底外侧安装驱动电机,滚筒洗衣机的整体重心更靠近筒体底侧,因此,洗衣机的壳体700的底板701上安装两个上述调平装置,第一调平底脚100靠近筒体底侧安装,第二调平底脚300靠近筒体口侧安装。
如图8所示,本实施例所述调平装置包括至少两个第一调平底脚100和至少两个第二调平底脚300,第一调平底脚100和第二调平底300通过高压油管组200分别连接至连通装置600实现所有调平底脚的封闭腔室相互连通;所述第一调平底脚100内的液压介质的作用接触面面积大于第二调平底脚300内的液压介质的作用接触面面积。
进一步地,所有所述的第一调平底脚100位于连通装置600的一侧,所有所述的第二调平底脚300位于连通装置600的另一侧。
具体地,以滚筒洗衣机为例,由于筒体底外侧安装驱动电机,滚筒洗衣机的整体重心更靠近筒体底侧,因此,洗衣机的壳体700的底板701上安装上述调平装置,两个第一调平底脚100靠近筒体底侧安装,两个第二调平底脚300靠近筒体口侧安装。
这样,所有的调平底脚之间均实现液体介质的流通,调整范围更大,调整效果更好。
如图9所示,本实施例所述调平装置包括一个第一调平底脚100和至少两个第二调平 底脚300,所述的第二调平底脚300分别通过高压油管组200与第一调平底脚100连通;所述第一调平底脚100内的液压介质的作用接触面面积大于第二调平底脚200内的液压介质的作用接触面面积。这样,第一调平底脚100可根据实际使用情况对第二调平底脚300,确保调平底脚受力均匀,家用电器处于水平状态,更加稳定。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述第一调平底脚的缸体内径d1与第二调平底脚的缸体内径d2满足:

本实施例根据压强与压力和受力的关系,根据公式推导给出了调平底座设计的理论依据,可根据实际的家用电器种类和设置环境要求进行选择,更实用,效果更好。
对于更多的家用电机,由于电机的安装或者配重的安装等一系列结构设计,使得家用电器底部安装的每个调平底脚受力是不同的,比如滚筒洗衣机,由于电机的安装在筒体底外侧,带烘干的滚筒洗衣机加热模块也是放置的壳体的后侧,前后调平底脚受力不同,后侧的调平底脚大于前侧的调平底脚。
如图6所示,后侧的调平底脚为第一调平底脚100,前侧的调平底脚为第二调平底脚300,假定我们分析得到第一调平底脚100受到的压力是第二调平底脚300的两倍,即FA=2FB,我们通过结构设计使得受力大的第一调平底脚100的第一缸体102及第一塞体的直径为第二调平底脚300的第二缸体302及第二塞体的直径的

倍,即第一调平底脚100和第二调平底脚300的柱塞结构与液压介质接触的面积为SA=2SB,则压强PA=PB,即

因而液压介质的两处的压强相同,液压介质不再流动,则保持水平状态。即便地面有凹凸,如前面所述,液压介质在调平底脚间流动,使得压强相等,支撑的家用电器也能保持水平。
洗衣机的壳体701还包括前面板702,前面板702上设置控制面板500,本实施例的第一调平底脚100靠近前面板702侧设置。
本发明实施例以洗衣机为例,阐述了本发明实现洗衣机自动调平的原理和方法,可以很容易联想到的是本发明可以应用到冰箱、冰柜、洗碗机等家用电器上。
本发明同时提供了一种具有上述所述的家用电器的调平装置的家用电器。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,包括安装在家用电器底部的至少两个调平底脚;
    所述的调平底脚包括固定部和活动部,固定部安装在家用电器底部,活动部的一端可伸缩的套设在固定部内/外,另一端设置于支撑面上,所述的固定部与活动部之间具有封闭腔室,封闭腔室内填充液压介质;
    至少两个所述的调平底脚之间通过高压油管组连通封闭腔室,在压力作用下,所述的液压介质可在相互连通的调平底脚的封闭腔室之间流通,活动部随液压介质流通伸缩进行自动调平;
    所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积相等或者不等。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积正比于其承受压力的压力值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述的固定部为缸体,所述的活动部柱塞结构,缸体内部具有中空腔室,柱塞结构一端具有塞体,塞体可相对滑动的设置中空腔室内且保持密封形成封闭腔室,柱塞结构的另一端具有支撑体,支撑体设置于支撑面上;
    所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚的缸体的内径不等。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述通过高压油管组连通的调平底脚的缸体内径正比于其承受压力的压力值。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述调平装置包括第一调平底脚和第二调平底脚,第一调平底脚和第二调平底脚通过高压油管组连通;
    所述第一调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积大于第二调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述调平装置包括至少两个第一调平底脚和至少两个第二调平底脚,第一调平底脚和第二调平底通过高压油管组分别连接至连通装置实现所有调平底脚的封闭腔室相互连通;
    所述第一调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积大于第二调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积。
  7. 根据权利要求6任意一项所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所有所述的第一调平底脚位于连通装置的一侧,所有所述的第二调平底脚位于连通装置的另一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述调平装置包括一个第一调平底脚和至少两个第二调平底脚,所述的第二调平底脚分别通过高压油管组与第一调平底脚连通;
    所述第一调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积大于第二调平底脚内的液压介质的作用接触面面积。
  9. 根据权利要求5-8任意一项所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述第一调平底脚的缸体内径d1与第二调平底脚的缸体内径d2满足:
    所述第一调平底座承受的压力为FA,第二调平底座承受的压力为FB,当FA=λFB时,
