在本发明的一些实施例中,连接每组PCB板1的连接件2为多个且间隔设置。例如图1中所示,第一连接件21为两个,其中一个第一连接件21贯穿第一PCB板11和第二PCB板12的左侧部分,另一个第一连接件21贯穿第一PCB板11和第二PCB板12的右侧部分;同理,第二连接件22也为两个,其中一个第二连接件22贯穿第三PCB板13和第四PCB板14的左侧部分,另一个第二连接件22贯穿第三PCB板13和第四PCB板14的右侧部分,从而使得每组PCB板1中的每个PCB板1定位更加精确和牢 固,拼板整体结构更加可靠。
本发明对连接件2的形状和PCB板1上供连接件2穿过的通孔101的形状不做限定,连接件2的横截面可以是圆形(如图2和图5所示)、椭圆形(如图3所示)或者多边形(如图4所示)等,PCB板1上通孔101的横截面也可以是圆形(如图2和图5所示)、椭圆形(如图3所示)或者多边形(如图4所示),优选地,连接件2和PCB板1上通孔101可以相互匹配,例如图2-图4中所示,连接件2的形状与PCB板1上通孔101的形状可以大致相同,连接件2的截面尺寸与PCB板1上通孔101的截面尺寸也可以大致相等,或者如图5中所示,PCB板1上通孔101的截面尺寸可以稍大于连接件2的截面尺寸,从而可以保证连接件2可以顺利穿过PCB板1的通孔101,并且可以使得PCB板1间的拼接更加稳定,例如当连接件2的横截面为圆形时,PCB板1上通孔101的横截面也为圆形,PCB板1上通孔101的横截面的直径可以稍大于连接件2的横截面的直径。
如图1和图7所示,连接件2形成为长条状结构,其可以为具有一定长度的金属丝(例如钢丝、铁丝等),生产制造方便、成本低且可靠性高。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1所示,连接件2的两端通过固定件201进行固定,以避免PCB板1进行拼板后由连接件2上滑落,通过在连接件2的两端设置固定件201,可以将PCB板1的位置进行锁定,拼板更加可靠。这里,固定件201的尺寸可以大于PCB板1上供连接件2穿过的通孔的尺寸,固定件201的至少一部侧壁可以止抵在PCB板1的板边侧壁上,从而将PCB拼板中的每个PCB板1的位置固定。可选地,如图6所示,固定件201与连接件2通过螺纹进行连接,安装、拆卸方便,并且固定效果好,不易发生松动,固定件201可以为螺母、螺帽或螺钉(如图6所示)等。
可选地,固定件201与连接件2之间可以为不可拆卸连接,例如可以通过直接黏贴或者焊接的方式,将固定件201连接在连接件2的两端,由此固定效果好,拼板整体结构稳定;或者可选地,连接件2的一端与固定件201为可拆卸连接,连接件2的另一端与固定件201为不可拆卸连接,固定效果好,并且在分板后,连接件2及固定件201均可以重复使用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,PCB板组件100还包括第一边板3和第二边板4,第一边板3和第二边板4分别设在多个PCB板1的相对的两端,例如在本发明的一个具体示例中,第一边板3和第二边板4可以分别设在多个PCB板1的纵向两端(如图1和图7中所示),连接件2同时贯穿第一边板3和第二边板4,从而将第一边板3和第二边板4拼接在多个PCB板1的两端,通过在多个PCB板1的两端设置第一边板3和第 二边板4,在PCB板1后续的印刷、拆件和贴片等工艺处理时可以起到支撑作用,便于PCB板1的后续加工。此外,将第一边板3和第二边板4通过连接件2贯穿固定到PCB板1的纵向两端,在分板后,第一边板3和第二边板4还可以重复使用,大大降低了生产成本。
优选地,第一边板3和第二边板4的宽度不小于3mm,从而使得PCB拼板可以更好地适用于各种印刷机和贴片机等设备的要求,便于PCB板1的后续加工。
在本发明的一个具体示例中,多个PCB板1被分成多组,每组中的多个PCB板1沿纵向方向依次并排设置,多组PCB板1沿横向方向并排设置,例如图1和图7中所示,第一PCB板11和第二PCB板12构成一组PCB板,第三PCB板13和第四PCB板14构成的另一组PCB板,这两组PCB板1沿横向方向并排设置,其中第一PCB板11与第三PCB板13沿横向方向对应并排设置,第二PCB板12和第四PCB板14沿横向方向对应并排设置。
优选地,如图7所示,连接件2可以包括沿纵向方向延伸的纵向连接件23和沿横向方向延伸的横向连接件24,也就是说,连接件2包括纵向连接件23和横向连接件24,纵向连接件23沿纵向方向延伸,横向连接件24沿横向方向延伸,纵向连接件23依次贯穿每组中的多个PCB板1,横向连接件24依次贯穿多组PCB板1中位于同一横排的多个PCB板1,从而不仅将每组内的多个PCB板1拼接在一起,同时将多组PCB板1也拼接在一起,由此方便PCB板1后续的加工处理,拼板效率高,PCB板组件100整体更加稳固。在分板时,仅需要将纵向连接件23和横向连接件24从PCB板1中抽出,即可完成分板。
需要说明的是,这里所说的“纵向”和“横向”所指示的方位或位置关系是基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,不能理解为对本发明的限制。“纵向”可以为PCB板1的长度方向,也可以是PCB板1的宽度方向,当“纵向”为PCB板1的长度方向时,“横向”即表示PCB板1的宽度方向;当“横向”为PCB板1的长度方向时,“纵向”即表示PCB板1的宽度方向(如图7中所示)。
优选地,如图7所示,连接每组PCB板的纵向连接件23为多个且沿横向方向间隔设置,连接同一横排上的PCB板1的横向连接件24为多个且沿纵向方向间隔设置,从而可以进一步提高拼板整体的可靠性。
下面描述根据本发明第二方面实施例的移动终端200,包括根据本发明第一方面实施例的PCB板组件100。在本发明实施例中,该移动终端200可以是各种能够从外部 获取数据并对该数据进行处理的设备,或者,该移动终端200可以是各种内置有电池,并能够从外部获取电流对该电池进行充电的设备,例如,移动终端200可以为手机(如图8中所示)、平板电脑、计算设备或信息显示设备等。
根据本发明的移动终端200,通过设置根据本发明第一方面实施例的PCB板组件100,可以降低移动终端200的生产制造成本,有利于移动终端200的小型化。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种PCB板组件,其特征在于,包括:
    多个PCB板,所述多个PCB板被分成至少一组,每组包括多个所述PCB板且每组中的多个PCB板并排且间隔布置;
    连接件,所述连接件依次贯穿每组中的所述多个PCB板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述PCB板的个数为四个且分别为第一PCB板、第二PCB板、第三PCB板和第四PCB板,所述连接件包括第一连接件和第二连接件,其中第一PCB板和第二PCB板被分为一组,所述第一连接件依次贯穿所述第一PCB板和所述第二PCB板,所述第三PCB板和第四PCB板被分成一组,所述第二连接件依次贯穿所述第三PCB板和所述第四PCB板。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述连接件的两端通过固定件进行固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述固定件与所述连接件通过螺纹进行连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述固定件和所述连接件为焊接连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述固定件黏贴在所述连接件上。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述连接件的一端与固定件为可拆卸连接,所述连接件的另一端与所述固定件为不可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述连接件的横截面为圆形,所述PCB板上供所述连接件穿过的通孔的横截面也为圆形。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述连接件的横截面为椭圆形,所述PCB板上供所述连接件穿过的通孔的横截面也为椭圆形。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述连接件的横截面为多边形,所述PCB板上供所述连接件穿过的通孔的横截面也为多边形。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述PCB板上供所述连接件穿过的通孔的横截面面积大于所述连接件的横截面面积。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一边板和第二边板,所述第一边板和所述第二边板分别设在所述多个PCB板的 相对的两端,所述连接件同时贯穿所述第一边板和所述第二边板。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述第一边板和所述第二边板的宽度不小于3mm。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,连接所述每组PCB板的所述连接件为多个且间隔设置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,连接所述每组PCB板的所述连接件为两个。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,多个所述PCB板被分成多组,每组中的多个所述PCB板沿纵向方向依次并排设置,多组所述PCB板沿横向方向并排设置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,所述连接件包括沿纵向方向延伸的纵向连接件和沿横向方向延伸的横向连接件,所述纵向连接件依次贯穿每组中的所述多个PCB板,所述横向连接件依次贯穿所述多组PCB板中位于同一横排上的多个PCB板。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的PCB板组件,其特征在于,连接所述每组PCB板的所述纵向连接件为多个且沿横向方向间隔设置,连接所述同一横排上的PCB板的所述横向连接件为多个且沿纵向方向间隔设置。
  19. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-18中任一项所述的PCB板组件。
