Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种大型铁艺帐篷的横梁拼接机构,所述横梁设置在立柱的顶部,每根横梁由左横梁和右横梁拼接而成,左横梁包括上横杆、下横杆以及连接在上横杆和下横杆端头的竖向插销,竖向插销为矩形铁片,矩形铁片的宽度大于上横杆和下横杆的宽度,从而使竖向插销宽度的两侧具有超出上横杆和下横杆的凸缘;右横梁包括上横杆、下横杆以及连接在上横杆和下横杆端头的竖向插销座,竖向插销座的两侧具有相对的卷边,竖向插销的凸缘插入到竖向插销座的卷边内。该连接机构能够快速的实现横梁的组装与拆卸,便于收纳与运输。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种帐篷的连接机构。
背景技术
现有技术中帐篷多具有一键快拆机构,能够快速组装与拆卸,但是这种快拆机构常见于中小型帐篷,对于大型帐篷,由于快拆结构的强度有限,因此很少使用,多采用端头连接套筒的方式实现立柱和横梁的连接,这种连接方式的缺陷就是组装比较费力,一个连接节点需要套拧至少三个支撑杆,不能够实现大型帐篷的快速组装与拆卸。另外由于没有合适的拼接机构,横梁多采用通长的管或杆,这种结构不利于拼接和收纳。
实用新型内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种大型铁艺帐篷的横梁拼接机构,该连接机构能够快速的实现横梁的组装与拆卸,便于收纳与运输。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种铁艺帐篷的横梁拼接机构,所述横梁设置在立柱的顶部,其特征在于,每根横梁由左横梁和右横梁拼接而成,左横梁包括上横杆、下横杆以及连接在上横杆和下横杆端头的竖向插销,竖向插销为矩形铁片,矩形铁片的宽度大于上横杆和下横杆的宽度,从而使竖向插销宽度的两侧具有超出上横杆和下横杆的凸缘;右横梁包括上横杆、下横杆以及连接在上横杆和下横杆端头的竖向插销座,竖向插销座的两侧具有相对的卷边,竖向插销的凸缘插入到竖向插销座的卷边内。
竖向插销及竖向插销座通过螺栓固定在横梁上。
所述左横梁或右横梁的上横杆上设置有顶管安装孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型所述的横梁拼接机构能够实现快速拆卸与组装,同时该机构连接后结构稳定,适用于大型帐篷。

下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步描述:
实施例1
如图1所示,一种铁艺帐篷的支撑机构,包括四根立柱1和四根横梁2,每根立柱1的端部设置有互相垂直的两根横梁2,四根横梁2呈矩形布置,每根横梁2由左横梁21和右横梁22拼接而成。
左横梁21和右横梁22的拼接机构如图2所示:左横梁21包括上横杆、下横杆以及连接在上横杆和下横杆端头的竖向插销23,竖向插销23为矩形铁片,矩形铁片的宽度大于上横杆和下横杆的宽度,从而使竖向插销23宽度的两侧具有超出上横杆和下横杆的凸缘28;右横梁22包括上横杆、下横杆以及连接在上横杆和下横杆端头的竖向插销座24,竖向插销座24的两侧具有相对的卷边25,竖向插销23的凸缘28能够插入到竖向插销座24的卷边25内,竖向插销23及竖向插销座24上设置有螺栓孔27,通过螺栓拧入螺栓孔27中将竖向插销及竖向插销座24与相应的横梁固定相连。
本新型所述的横梁在拼接的时候只需要将左横梁的插销从上向下插入到右横梁的插销座中即可,拆除的时候反向运动即可。
左横梁或右横梁的上横杆上设置有顶管安装孔25,顶管安装孔25用于安装顶管机构,如图3所示,顶管机构包括顶管31和固定片32,固定片32的两侧设置有与顶管安装孔25对应的螺栓孔,螺栓拧入到螺栓孔后将顶管机构固定在横梁上。

Claims (3)
1.一种铁艺帐篷的横梁拼接机构,所述横梁设置在立柱的顶部,其特征在于,每根横梁由左横梁和右横梁拼接而成,左横梁包括上横杆、下横杆以及连接在上横杆和下横杆端头的竖向插销,竖向插销为矩形铁片,矩形铁片的宽度大于上横杆和下横杆的宽度,从而使竖向插销宽度的两侧具有超出上横杆和下横杆的凸缘;右横梁包括上横杆、下横杆以及连接在上横杆和下横杆端头的竖向插销座,竖向插销座的两侧具有相对的卷边,竖向插销的凸缘插入到竖向插销座的卷边内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种铁艺帐篷的横梁拼接机构,其特征在于,竖向插销及竖向插销座通过螺栓固定在横梁上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种铁艺帐篷的横梁拼接机构,其特征在于,所述左横梁或右横梁的上横杆上设置有顶管安装孔。
