Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de placement de stent dans lequel un endoscope peut être inséré et, plus particulièrement, un dispositif de placement de stent dans lequel un endoscope peut être inséré, le dispositif de placement de stent comprenant : un manche fixe ayant un premier trou traversant formé dans celui-ci de telle sorte qu'un endoscope soit inséré, ayant un deuxième trou traversant formé dans celui-ci et incliné vers un côté par rapport au premier trou traversant, et comportant un orifice d'injection de solution saline formé sur la surface externe de celui-ci de façon à communiquer avec le premier trou traversant ; un tube interne ayant un côté relié au premier trou traversant, un premier tube fixe étant monté sur la périphérie d'un côté de celui-ci, et un deuxième tube fixe étant monté sur le côté opposé ; un tube externe ayant un trou d'incision formé sur un côté de celui-ci, qui se déplace vers l'avant/arrière dans le deuxième trou traversant, dans la direction longitudinale de sorte que le tube interne soit inséré ; un manche mobile ayant un côté raccordé au tube externe de façon à déplacer le tube externe vers l'avant/arrière ; et un tube de guidage monté sur un côté du manche fixe de façon à guider le tube externe, dans lequel le tube interne est inséré. Le manche mobile est déplacé vers l'avant de sorte qu'un côté du stent soit ajusté entre le deuxième tube fixe et le tube externe. Le côté opposé du stent est positionné entre une extrémité du tube interne/externe et le deuxième tube fixe, de façon à comprimer le stent. Un endoscope est inséré dans le premier trou traversant et dans le tube interne de sorte qu'une extrémité de l'endoscope soit exposée depuis le tube interne/externe. Le tube interne/externe est positionné dans une zone de lésion tout en vérifiant la situation d'une lumière du corps humain. Le manche mobile est déplacé vers l'arrière de sorte qu'une partie du stent soit étendu. La position/condition du stent dans la zone de lésion est vérifiée par l'intermédiaire de l'endoscope. Si le stent a été correctement positionné dans la zone de lésion, le manche mobile est déplacé vers l'arrière de sorte que le stent, dont un côté a été ajusté entre le deuxième tube fixe et le tube externe, est libéré. Si le stent n'a pas été correctement positionné dans la zone de lésion, le manche mobile est déplacé vers l'avant de sorte que le stent soit à nouveau comprimé.
