键帽14上设有定位孔141,壳体1上设有与定位孔141相配合的定位柱151,定位柱151与定位孔141的相互配合,使得键帽14的安装非常的简单方便,而且使得键帽14可以更加牢固的固定在壳体1上,从而有效的防止键帽14的移位,保证很好的操作效果,键帽14上设有按键触点142,按键触点142与按键13相配合,按键触点142的设置方便键帽14与按键13的相互配合,可以非常有效的减小对按键13的按压键程,从而使得按压更加的方便省力,使得迷你电子琴的适用性进一步的提高。
壳体1包括上盖15,定位柱151设在上盖15上,使得键帽14可以更加牢固的固定在上盖15上,从而有效的防止键帽14的移位,保证很好的操作效果,上盖15上设有与键帽14相配合的键帽孔152,键帽孔152可以很好的对键帽14进行限位,保证每个键帽14的操作准确性,有效的防止误操作,而且键帽孔152的设置非常的节约耗材,从而进一步的降低了生产成本,上盖15的内表面 设有定位围骨153,定位围骨153对键帽14进行限位,可以方便键帽14的安装定位,保证了键帽14与按键13之间一一对应,从而使得迷你电子琴的操作更加的精准,按压相应的键帽14很以很好的对应输出的音符的声音。
上盖15的外表面上设置有贴纸154,贴纸154的设置可以很好的对上盖15进行装饰,而且可以在贴纸154上印刷花纹或文字,如操作说明书或者按键13标识,这样可以非常有效的节约生产成本,同时还起到了装饰迷你电子琴的作用。
壳体1包括下盖16,下盖16上设有喇叭位161,喇叭位161的可以很好的对喇叭12进行限位,将喇叭12固定在喇叭位161上,有效的防止喇叭12的移位,保证喇叭12的正常工作,喇叭位161上设有出音孔162,出音孔162的设置方便喇叭12的声音输出,而且下盖16可以很好的保护喇叭12,有效的防止喇叭12受损。
电路板11上设有开关推钮111,开关推钮111的设置方便对迷你电子琴进行电源的通断操作,操作方便简单,在不使用的时候通过开关推钮111切断电源与电路板11的连接,可以非常好的节省电能,使得迷你电子琴使用时间更长,而且更加的绿色环保,下盖16上设有与开关推钮111相配合的推钮孔163,推钮孔163的设置方便开关推钮111的操作控制,而且也很节约下盖16的耗材,进一步降低了生产成本。
下盖16上设有电池仓164,电池仓164的设置方便电池的安装,电池仓164设置三个,这样可以更好的提供迷你电子琴所需的电能,使得迷你电子琴更加的耐用,不需要频繁更换电池,电池仓164的两侧设有卡槽165,卡槽165内设有连接片166,连接片166设置在卡槽165内,可以很好的将连接片166固定,连接片166将三个电池仓164的电池进行连接,保证迷你电子琴的良好高效的运行,卡槽165非常好的对连接片166进行限位固定。
电池仓164上设有电池盖17,电池盖17能够非常好对电池仓164进行遮蔽,从而有效的对电池仓164内的电池进行保护,有效的防止灰尘和水分的进入, 保证电池的高效稳定的工作,电池盖17上设有按压骨位171,按压骨位171对应电池仓164设置,按压骨位171非常好的与电池相配合,对电池进行压紧并限位,使得电池可以很好的与连接片166进行接触,保证迷你电子琴正常工作。
电池盖17的一侧边上设有卡扣172,卡扣172的对侧边上设有螺纹柱173,卡扣172与下盖16相配合,很好的对电池盖17进行限位卡紧,通过螺纹柱173将电池盖17与下盖16进行固定,非常的方便电池盖17的安装和拆卸,方便对电池仓164内的电池进行更换。
电路板11与电池仓164之间设有隔板18,隔板18的设置可以很好的将电路板11与电池仓164进行分隔,保证电路板11和电池的良好的散热性能,而且有效的防止电池与电路板11的直接接触,使得电路板11可以非常稳定的工作,隔板18上设有与连接片166相配合的避空181,避空181的设置方便连接片166的安装,下盖16上设有固定柱167,隔板18上设有与固定柱167相配合的固定孔182,通过固定柱167与固定孔182的配合,通过热熔的方式或胶水粘合的方式将固定柱167与固定孔182固定,很好的将隔板18固定在下盖16上,避空181上设有加强筋,可以很好的对避空181进行加固,保证隔板18的耐用性。
迷你电子琴上设有钥匙扣,方便迷你电子琴的携带;迷你电子琴的体积非常小,非常便于携带,而且结构简单,使用方便,具有较强的市场竞争力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种迷你电子琴,其特征在于,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有电路板和喇叭,所述喇叭与所述电路板电连接,所述电路板上设有按键,所述按键上设有与所述按键数量相对应的键帽,所述键帽和所述按键设置八个,所述键帽一体成型设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种迷你电子琴,其特征在于,所述键帽上设有定位孔,所述壳体上设有与所述定位孔相配合的定位柱,所述键帽上设有按键触点,所述按键触点与所述按键相配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种迷你电子琴,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上盖,所述定位柱设在所述上盖上,所述上盖上设有与所述键帽相配合的键帽孔,所述上盖的内表面设有定位围骨,所述定位围骨对所述键帽进行限位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种迷你电子琴,其特征在于,所述上盖的外表面上设置有贴纸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种迷你电子琴,其特征在于,所述壳体包括下盖,所述下盖上设有喇叭位,所述喇叭位上设有出音孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种迷你电子琴,其特征在于,所述电路板上设有开关推钮,所述下盖上设有与所述开关推钮相配合的推钮孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种迷你电子琴,其特征在于,所述下盖上设有电池仓,所述电池仓的两侧设有卡槽,所述卡槽内设有连接片。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种迷你电子琴,其特征在于,所述电池仓上设有电池盖,所述电池盖上设有按压骨位,所述按压骨位对应所述电池仓设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种迷你电子琴,其特征在于,所述电池盖的一侧边上设有卡扣,所述卡扣的对侧边上设有螺纹柱。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种迷你电子琴,其特征在于,所述电路板与所述电池仓之间设有隔板,所述隔板上设有与所述连接片相配合的避空,所述 下盖上设有固定柱,所述隔板上设有与所述固定柱相配合的固定孔。
