Description

一种旋风式吸尘器
技术领域
本发明涉及旋风式吸尘器领域,特别是一种尘桶横置的旋风式吸尘器。
背景技术
旋风式吸尘器又名离心式吸尘器,其工作原理是使气流在圆柱状的尘桶内沿内壁螺旋形高速旋转,所有杂质颗粒都会因离心力作用,被甩出气流,而后气流从中部离开圆筒,这样,无需使用过滤器就可将杂质颗粒与气流分离。
目前的旋风式吸尘器多采用尘桶竖置的方式,很少有将尘桶横置,因为经过尘桶后的气流中尘桶的中部沿着轴心线离开尘桶,横置后需要在外部通过管道连接到吸尘器的风机处。外置的管道不仅影响其外观,而且容易影响吸尘器的密闭性。
因此,目前需要一种尘桶横置、美观且密闭性好的旋风式吸尘器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种旋风式吸尘器。
一种旋风式吸尘器,其包括吸尘器本体和横置的尘桶,所述尘桶与所述吸尘器本体可拆卸连接,所述吸尘器本体包括连接吸尘管和所述尘桶的进风通道、连通所述尘桶与外界的出风通道和设置在所述出风通道内的风机,定义所述吸尘器本体的进风通道端为前、出风通道端为后,所述尘桶具有相对的左端部和右端部,所述吸尘器本体具有一个左侧部和一右侧部,所述尘桶的轴心线沿着左右方向延伸,所述尘桶的左端到所述吸尘器本体的左侧部的距离与所述尘桶的右端到所述吸尘器本体的右侧部的距离相等,所述尘桶内壁设置有自其左、右的任一端部延伸至其中部并连通所述出风通道的风道。
优选地,所述尘桶包括圆筒状的尘桶壳体、设置在所述尘桶壳体内的滤筒、一端部伸入所述滤筒的圆管状的罩网、设置在所述罩网另一端部的尘桶滤网、分别设置在所述尘桶壳体两端部的第一端盖和第二端盖,所述第一端盖靠近所述滤筒设置,所述第二端盖靠近所述尘桶滤网设置,所述第二端盖与所述尘桶滤网之间具有一个空腔,所述空腔与所述风道相互连通。
进一步优选地,所述第二端盖中部向内凹陷并抵住所述尘桶滤网。
进一步优选地,所述尘桶壳体由透明材料制成。
进一步优选地,所述第一端盖和所述第二端盖均由透明材料制成。
优选地,所述尘桶的上部和侧部各设置有与所述吸尘器本体相连接的锁定装置。
进一步优选地,位于所述尘桶上部的锁定装置包括锁钩。
进一步优选地,位于所述尘桶侧部的锁定装置包括锁扣。
优选地,所述吸尘器本体还包括一个圆弧形的手柄,所述手柄前端连接所述进风通道,后端连接所述出风通道,所述手柄沿前后方向延伸。
进一步优选地,所述手柄上设置有控制所述吸尘器启动或关闭的开关。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
由于本发明将风道设置在尘桶内壁,保证了吸尘器的密封性能,提高了吸尘效率;同时可拆卸的尘桶可以使得尘桶以及位于尘桶内的风道的清理更为方便;尘桶放置在吸尘器的中线位置,使得吸尘器的外形接近于对称,更为美观。

所述第二端盖 10 中部向内凹陷形成一个凹陷部 8 ,凹陷部 8 抵住所述尘桶滤网 24 。
所述尘桶壳体 21 、所述第一端盖 9 和所述第二端盖 10 均由透明材料制成。

  1. 一种旋风式吸尘器,包括吸尘器本体和尘桶,所述尘桶与所述吸尘器本体可拆卸地连接,所述吸尘器本体包括连通吸尘管和所述尘桶的进风通道、连通所述尘桶与外界的出风通道和设置在所述出风通道内的风机,其特征在于:所述尘桶具有相对的左端部和右端部,所述尘桶的内壁上设置有自其左端部或右端部延伸至其中部并连通所述出风通道的风道。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的旋风式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述尘桶的轴心线沿左右方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的旋风式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述尘桶的左端部到所述吸尘器本体的左侧部的距离与所述尘桶的右端部到所述吸尘器本体的右侧部的距离相等。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的旋风式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述尘桶包括圆筒状的尘桶壳体、设置在所述尘桶壳体内的滤筒、一端部伸入所述滤筒的圆管状的罩网、设置在所述罩网另一端部的尘桶滤网、设置在所述尘桶壳体左端部的第一端盖和设置在所述尘桶壳体右端部的第二端盖,所述滤筒靠近所述第一端盖设置,所述尘桶滤网靠近所述第二端盖设置,所述第二端盖与所述尘桶滤网之间具有一个空腔,所述空腔与所述风道相互连通。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的旋风式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述第二端盖中部向内凹陷并抵住所述尘桶滤网。
  6. 根据权利要求 1-5 任一项所述的旋风式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述尘桶壳体由透明材料制成。
  7. 根据权利要求 1-5 任一项所述的旋风式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述第一端盖和所述第二端盖均由透明材料制成。
  8. 根据权利要求 1-5 任一项所述的旋风式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述尘桶的上部和侧部各设置有与所述吸尘器本体相连接的锁定装置。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的旋风式吸尘器,其特征在于:位于所述尘桶上部的锁定装置包括锁钩。
  10. 根据权利要求 8 所述的旋风式吸尘器,其特征在于:位于所述尘桶侧部的锁定装置包括锁扣。
  11. 根据权利要求 1 所述的旋风式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述吸尘器本体包括一个圆弧形的手柄。
