其中,用户终端106,包括:手机端终端1061、PC端终端1062;
手机端终端1061,用于通过手机端登录服务平台105,进行查询服务以及消防、维修服务;
PC端终端1062,用于通过PC端登录服务平台105,进行查询服务以及消防、维修服务。
本发明供配电管理服务系统10的工作过程,包括:
第三方服务机构向服务平台105申请入驻,服务平台105通过审核后,根据第三方服务机构所属的行业和性质给第三方服务机构分配类别,比如,消防服务类、维修服务类;
用户通过账号和密码登录本发明供配电管理服务系统10,选择需要查询或者咨询的服务,比如,用户需要查询本月的用电数,则用户进入相应的查询页面后,服务平台105将用户的查询请求发送到管理平台104,管理平台104响应服务平台105发送过来的查询请求,从服务器中调取出相应的查询结果后,返回给服务平台105,呈现给用户相应的查询结果;
(1)故障分析整改——当用户需要咨询时,通过服务平台105进入相应的界面后,点击需要咨询的类型并选定第三方服务机构,进入相应的咨询界面,获取第三方服务机构的联系方式或者在线咨询,咨询服务机构根据存储的历史数据分析用户线路或者用电方面所暴露出来的问题,为用户提出整改方案或者提供改进建议,尤其对于企业用户而言,获知企业的用电数据分布情况更有利于提供节能措施,也有利于及时了解企业的线路问题以及哪些方面需要整改,哪些方面存在安全隐患,如果用户需要,可以针对这些问题,派专业的电工师傅上门为用户提供服务;
(2)安全隐患现场排查——如果用户怀疑自家电路存在安全隐患,但是又不明白电路原理,需要求助于电工师傅,则可以申请第三方服务机构派专业的电工师傅到现场排查;
(3)第三方服务托管——对于企业用户或者物业,可以通过本发明供配电管理服务系统10申请托管服务,被托管方分配专业电工专职看守托管单位的用电安全;
(4)人工预警客服——如果监控平台103监控到严重的警情,除了常规的预警方式通知相关人员外,还启动人工客服预警提醒功能,保证警情通知到位;
(5)现场使用培训——对于有需要的用户,可以在本发明供配电管理服务系统10上申请现场使用培训服务,相关承办部门安排专业人员,现场安装演示;
(6)电话回访客服服务——第三方定期打电话回访客户使用情况,并提供有效的建议,优化产品并指导客户正确操作和维护。
本发明供配电管理服务系统10应用数据采集终端101实时采集配电箱中的温度数据、漏电流数据、智能仪表的电气数据,并将所采集到的配电箱中的温度数据、漏电流数据、智能仪表的电气数据实时传输到分析平台102,应用分析平台102接收数据采集终端101所传输的数据,对该所接收的数据进行分析,并定期形成报表,且将历史数据存储到管理平台104,应用监控平台103实时监控数据采集终端101所采集的实时数据,并将该实时监测到的数据存储到管理平台104,如果发现异常数据,且判定该异常数据可能引发电气安全隐患,则将该异常数据的警情传送到管理平台104,应用管理平台104接收监控平台103所传送的该异常数据的警情并存储,和对监控平台103所传送的该异常数据的警情进行预警,和将该警情发送给相关电力管理部门或者相关片区的负责人、当事人,提醒相关负责人、当事人及时对隐患进行排查和处理,避免生命和财产损失,并响应用户的查询请求以及第三方服务机构的入驻请求,应用服务平台105接收用户的查询请求以及为第三方服务机构提供业务对接,应用用户终端106登录服务平台105,进行查询服务以及消防、维修服务,本发明供配电管理服务系统10方便电力管理部门对其辖区内的用电情况和电气安全监控到位,并及时有效地通知到执行人员抢修和排查安全隐患,和对于用电的群众,可以随时随地查询到自家的用电数据,且能够通过平台随时联系电工师傅上门服务,尤其对于企业用户和物业部门,能够通过平台托管其管辖范围内的电气情况,且能够方便联系有关机构上门培训,以及对于消防部门、电力维护部门而言,可以及时接收到上级管理部门的通知、以便迅速执行任务,排查警情,及时接收到用户的报警和维修求助,及时为用户提供服务,将安全事故的发生风险降到最低。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种供配电管理服务系统,其特征在于,包括:数据采集终端、分析平台、监控平台、管理平台、服务平台、用户终端;
    所述数据采集终端,用于实时采集配电箱中的温度数据、漏电流数据、智能仪表的电气数据,并将所述所采集到数据实时传输到所述分析平台;
    所述分析平台,用于接收所述数据采集终端所传输的数据,对所述所接收的数据进行分析,并定期形成报表,且将历史数据存储到所述管理平台;
    所述监控平台,用于实时监控所述数据采集终端所采集的实时数据,并将所述实时监测到的数据存储到所述管理平台,如果发现异常数据,且判定所述异常数据可能引发电气安全隐患,则将所述异常数据的警情传送到所述管理平台;
    所述管理平台,用于接收所述监控平台所传送的所述异常数据的警情并存储,和对所述监控平台所传送的所述异常数据的警情进行预警,和将所述警情发送给相关电力管理部门或者相关片区的负责人、当事人,提醒相关负责人、当事人及时对隐患进行排查和处理,并响应用户的查询请求以及第三方服务机构的入驻请求;
    所述服务平台,用于接收用户的查询请求以及为第三方服务机构提供业务对接服务平台;
    所述用户终端,用于登录所述服务平台,进行查询服务以及消防、维修服务。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的供配电管理服务系统,其特征在于,所述数据采集终端,包括:温度传感器、漏电流传感器、智能仪表;
    所述温度传感器,用于实时采集配电箱中的温度数据,并将所述所采集到的温度数据传输到所述分析平台;
    所述漏电流传感器,用于采集配电箱中的漏电流数据,并将所述所采集到的漏电流数据传输到所述分析平台;
    所述智能仪表,用于采集配电箱中的电气数据,并将所述所采集到的电气数据传输到所述分析平台。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的供配电管理服务系统,其特征在于,所述用户终端,包括:手机端终端、PC端终端;
    所述手机端终端,用于通过手机端登录所述服务平台,进行查询服务以及消防、维修服务;
    所述PC端终端,用于通过PC端登录所述服务平台,进行查询服务以及消防、维修服务。
