预警平台104,与监控平台103、服务平台105分别相连接,用于对监控平台103所传送的该异常数据的警情进行预警,将该警情存储到服务平台105,以及将该警情发送给相关电力管理部门或者相关片区的负责人、当事人,提醒相关负责人、当事人及时对隐患进行排查和处理,避免生命和财产损失;
服务平台105,与分析平台102、监控平台103、预警平台104分别相连接,用于存储分析平台所形成的历史数据,存储监控平台103所实时监测到的数据,存储预警平台104所接收到的由监控平台103所传送的异常数据的警情,以及为用户终端106提供该所存储的所有数据的查询服务和咨询服务;
用户终端106,用于通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问服务平台105,进行该查询和咨询服务;和通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问预警平台104,进行该警情的查询和咨询服务。
其中,数据采集终端101,包括:温度传感器1011、漏电流传感器1012、智能仪表1013;
温度传感器1011,用于采集温度数据,并将所采集到的温度数据传送到分析平台102和监控平台103;
漏电流传感器1012,用于采集漏电流数据,并将所采集到的漏电流数据传送到分析平台102和监控平台103;
智能仪表1013,用于采集电气数据,并将所采集到的电气数据传送到分析平台102和监控平台103。
其中,用户终端106,包括:社区用户终端1061、个人用户终端1062;
社区用户终端1061,用于通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问服务平台105,进行该查询和咨询服务;和通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问预警平台104,进行该警情的查询和咨询服务;

本发明用电安全管理服务系统10的工作过程,包括:
本发明用电安全管理服务系统10应用数据采集终端101将采集到的各个电气柜中的数据通过网络传送到分析平台102和监控平台103;分析平台102对数据进行分析,并将历史数据存储到云端,分析平台102定期将数据形成报表,且根据数据采集终端101采集的数据将警情进行按照风险严重程度指数排行的风险排序方式,并传送到监控平台103;
监控平台103一方面接收数据采集终端101采集的数据,并对这些数据进行监控;一方面接收分析平台102按照风险严重程度指数对警情进行的排序;并将监控到的警情和风险严重程度指数排序传送到预警平台104;
预警平台104按照风险指数的高低给用户提供邮件、短信、电话等不同等级的通知方式,也通知用电单位负责人或者片区负责人;
服务平台105获取分析平台102的分析数据以及分析平台102中存储的历史数据、获取监控平台103的监控数据、预警平台104的预警通知;用户通过账号和密码登录服务平台105,可以查看历史用电数据以及分析报表和警情等情况;用户可以通过用户终端106登录服务平台105,查询分析数据和用电数据,以及进行咨询等服务,或者通过平台获取其他第三方的服务;用户终端106的网页或者APP相应的登录界面上,用户通过输入用户名和密码登录后,点击进入相关的服务页面或者查询页面,就可获取相应的服务、获得相应的资料;
当监控平台103监控到警情、分析平台102将风险严重程度指数按等级排序后,预警模块根据警情的等级,按照不同的方式通知用户以及相应的管理维护部门的领导,以便其及时安排人排查安全隐患,解决电气故障;通知到片区后,片区负责人再通知到相应的管理和执行人员,片区管理部门接收到预警后,将预警信息发送给相应的当事人,从而集合社区和群众的力量将安全风险降到最低。
本发明用电安全管理服务系统10应用数据采集终端101将所采集到的温度数据、漏电流数据、智能仪表的电气数据传送到分析平台102和监控平台103,应用分析平台102接收数据采集终端101所传送的数据,对该所接收的数据进行分析,并定期形成报表,且将历史数据存储到服务平台105,以方便运营管理部门和用户后期查询和分析,应用监控平台103实时监控数据采集终端101所采集的实时数据,并将该实时监测到的数据存储到服务平台105,如果发现异常数据,且判定该异常数据可能引发电气安全隐患,则将该异常数据的警情传送到预警平台104,应用预警平台104,对监控平台103所传送的该异常数据的警情进行预警,将该警情存储到服务平台105,以及将该警情发送给相关电力管理部门或者相关片区的负责人、当事人,提醒相关负责人、当事人及时对隐患进行排查和处理,避免生命和财产损失,应用服务平台105存储分析平台所形成的历史数据,存储监控平台103所实时监测到的数据,存储预警平台104所接收到的由监控平台103所传送的异常数据的警情,以及为用户终端106提供该所存储的所有数据的查询服务和咨询服务,应用用户终端106,通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问服务平台105,进行该查询和咨询服务;和通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问预警平台104,进行该警情的查询和咨询服务,本发明应用预警平台104及时将警情通知到电力运营管理部门,且分析平台102将风险严重程度排序,方便电力运营管理部门合理安排、有序地处理,排查安全隐患,降低事故发生概率,同时方便相关片区的负责人及时接受上级分配的任务,及时解决相关问题,以及用户可以随时随地查询和获取自家的用电数据和电气安全,方便及时了解自家的电气安全隐患,且方便获取第三方的服务,为用户的生活提供了便利。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种用电安全管理服务系统,其特征在于,包括:数据采集终端、分析平台、监控平台、预警平台、服务平台、用户终端;
    所述数据采集终端,与所述分析平台、所述监控平台分别相连接,为安装在各个片区的电气柜上的传感器和智能仪表,用于将所采集到的温度数据、漏电流数据、智能仪表的电气数据传送到所述分析平台和所述监控平台;
    所述分析平台,与所述数据采集终端、所述监控平台、所述服务平台分别相连接,用于接收所述数据采集终端所传送的数据,对所述所接收的数据进行分析,并定期形成报表,且将历史数据存储到所述服务平台,以方便运营管理部门和用户后期查询和分析;
    所述监控平台,与所述数据采集终端、所述监控平台、所述预警平台、所述服务平台分别相连接,用于实时监控所述数据采集终端所采集的实时数据,并将所述实时监测到的数据存储到所述服务平台,如果发现异常数据,且判定所述异常数据可能引发电气安全隐患,则将所述异常数据的警情传送到所述预警平台;
    所述预警平台,与所述监控平台、所述服务平台分别相连接,用于对所述监控平台所传送的所述异常数据的警情进行预警,将所述警情存储到所述服务平台,以及将所述警情发送给相关电力管理部门或者相关片区的负责人、当事人,提醒相关负责人、当事人及时对隐患进行排查和处理,避免生命和财产损失;
    所述服务平台,与所述分析平台、所述监控平台、所述预警平台分别相连接,用于存储分析平台所形成的历史数据,存储所述监控平台所实时监测到的数据,存储所述预警平台所接收到的由所述监控平台所传送的异常数据的警情,以及为所述用户终端提供所述所存储的所有数据的查询服务和咨询服务;
    所述用户终端,用于通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问所述服务平台,进行所述查询和咨询服务;和通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问所述预警平台,进行所述警情的查询和咨询服务。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用电安全管理服务系统,其特征在于,所述数据采集终端,包括:温度传感器、漏电流传感器、智能仪表;
    所述温度传感器,用于采集温度数据,并将所采集到的温度数据传送到所述分析平台和所述监控平台;
    所述漏电流传感器,用于采集漏电流数据,并将所采集到的漏电流数据传送到所述分析平台和所述监控平台;
    所述智能仪表,用于采集电气数据,并将所采集到的电气数据传送到所述分析平台和所述监控平台。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的用电安全管理服务系统,其特征在于,所述用户终端,包括:社区用户终端、个人用户终端;
    所述社区用户终端,用于通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问所述服务平台,进行该查询和咨询服务;和通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问所述预警平台,进行该警情的查询和咨询服务;
    所述个人用户终端,用于通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问所述服务平台,进行该查询和咨询服务;和通过网页、APP软件等方式登录,或通过无线通讯方式访问所述预警平台,进行该警情的查询和咨询服务。
