Abstract

L'invention concerne une vis à compression (V) qui est utilisée au cours de la fixation et de la compression de fractures lors d'interventions chirurgicales orthopédiques dans le domaine de la médecine, est constituée d'une partie avant (A) qui présente une partie de filetage devant et une cavité à l'intérieur de celle-ci et d'une partie arrière (B) qui présente le mécanisme de filetage qui permet le raccourcissement de la vis à compression (V) et ne lui permet pas de s'étendre en arrière par verrouillage, sur le côté arrière de cette partie avant (A). L'invention concerne en particulier un système de verrouillage (K) qui est formé par la réunion de chacun des fils de verrouillage (5) qui est formé sur le côté externe du verrouillage mâle (15) de manière à s'adapter aux logements de filetage (6) dans un côté interne du verrouillage femelle (14).
