- the one-handed operation of a closure may be required.
- the closure is often designed to aid in product removal by attaching it to the mouth of a user or athlete.
- screw caps are known, which are usually formed from a fixable on the container flange with a nozzle. This usually one-piece executed first component of a pouring aid is based on a plastic.
- the flange shoulder often has effective surfaces for connection and attachment to the container.
- the nozzle is often formed as a short piece of pipe or central body and has an internal or external thread, which corresponds to the second spouting aid in the form of a closure cap.
- screw caps are often sealed via the frontal, concentric annular surface of the nozzle in connection with the bottom of the closure cap.
- the tightening torque of the thread pairing must be in a corresponding range.
- the pouring aid which is designed as a screw cap with a nozzle, closure cap and threads corresponding between these components, requires a complicated introduction of a rotational movement in order to move this closure type between the open position and the closed position. If the product removal cap is removed from the nozzle by the rotary motion, it is a separate item that may fall, be lost, or become dirty.
- an axial mobility of a closure member is limited by stops, so although there is mobility between the open position and the closed position, but not beyond that, one can be separated from the other closure part.
- the object is to provide a closure assembly in which the closure is axially movable between a closed position and an open dispensing position without the need for any particular angular alignment between the mutually displaceable parts and which provides an internal seal in the container neck which in both Closure positions is effective.
- the closure is equipped with a plug body which is slidable in the neck axially above the constriction and has such an axial extent that it effectively seals during the entire axial displacement movement.

- the invention recognizes that by the alternative combination of a respective rotational-kinematic and an axiallinearen degree of freedom of the first or upper closure member relative to the second or lower closure member, the aforementioned disadvantages at least partially reduced and or the simplified and user-oriented handling is supported.
- the implied benefits of handling can be optionally used.
- the axiallinear degree of freedom in particular supports the fast and simple closing movement by an axially directed closing pressure force, the rotational-kinematic degree of freedom favors the opening movement without the need to realize a Switzerlandknopf- or mushroom shape formation of a closure part.
- the solution according to the invention provides a closure which corresponds to different container shapes.
- the closure according to the invention can be combined and used with tubular bags or film-based hollow chamber containers.

- one of the closure parts has a circumferential recess with at least partially constant recess cross-section and geometrically comparable to a groove with at least two guide surfaces.
- the longitudinal extension of the recess on the circumference or the bore and thus the common active surface of the respective closure member to each other is divided into two basic geometrically different areas to the alternative combination of each a rotational-kinematic and axiallinearen degrees of freedom of the first or upper closure member relative to the second or lower To realize closure parts.
- a geometric longitudinal extension region of the recess functioning as a guide is of a linear nature and is preferably provided in the axial direction of the effective surface region of the respective closure part, which is formed in a rotationally symmetrical manner to a good approximation.
- Another geometric longitudinal extension region is comparable to a simple helix or spirally and / or similar arranged a guide groove of a bayonet closure or a threaded portion on a portion of the approximately rotationally symmetrical effective surface with a constant or variable pitch comparable.
- the inventive construction of the closure makes it possible in particular to realize an opening of the valve by rotating the upper closure part relative to the lower closure part.
- this rotational movement is due to the intervention of a profile in a counter-profile a lifting movement, as is achieved for example in push-pull closures by pulling on the upper closure part.
- In the upper position of the upper closure part is a maximum predetermined valve opening.
- a closing of the valve can then take place in accordance with a push-pull closure known operating sequence by pushing back the upper valve member in a longitudinal direction without additionally required rotational movement.
- Both geometric longitudinal extension regions may be provided symmetrically or angularly offset from the axis of rotation in the longitudinal direction of the respective active surface and with at least one projection, cam or guide pin which is guided in the recessed areas and similar to a link in the direction of the recess longitudinal extent movable together.
- Both the at least one recess of the one closure part and the at least one corresponding projection of the other closure part are arranged and formed such that
- a pivoting of the first or upper closure part relative to the second or lower closure part between the open position and the closed position can be direction-independent or direction-dependent by means of a rotary motion kinematics in the form of a rotational movement and / or optionally
- a movement of the first or upper closure part relative to the second or lower closure part between the open position and the closed position can take place independently of the direction by a largely axiallinear motion kinematics in the form of a longitudinal displacement and / or - At least one of the two geometric longitudinal extension regions of the recess in a preferably constructive manner prevents separation of the upper closure part.
- the active surfaces of the closure parts have a play-sealing fit with one another and in this way prevents products from flowing through at this location or within this area.

- Figure 7 shows the front view of the upper closure member (10) of Figure 6 and makes a constructive detail the position of the fin (14) relative to the central body (11) clearly.
- fin (14) and central body (11) have a recess (17) relative to one another, so that it is ensured that even with larger tolerances only the central body (11) of the upper closure part (0) bears against the lower closure part (20) ,
- FIG. 8 shows the front view of the upper closure part (10) in a sectional view and shows the at least one projection (15) on the inside of the central body (11).
- the at least one projection (15) may also be formed as a cam or guide pin and engages in the guide (25) of the lower closure part (20).
- the at least one projection (15) of the upper closure part (10) as such and / or cam or guide pin is correspondingly the guide (25) of the lower closure part (20) as such and / or as a channel, profile or depression formed so that the guided relative movement of the projection (15) is supported within the guide (25) in its longitudinal direction.

- the stop in its concentric design also supports the defined and exact alignment of the lower closure part (20) and the container.
- at least one active surface (16) is provided, which can optionally be used as a sealing surface against static and / or relatively movable sealing elements / partners and additively or alternatively as a guide surface.
- FIG. 9 shows the side view of the upper closure part (10) with its central body (11) and fin (14) as well as the possible concentric annular shoulders (13) and the product outlet opening (12).
- FIG. 10 illustrates, analogously to FIG. 9, the side view of the upper closure part
- This exemplary embodiment of the upper closure part (10) has, on the inside of the central body (11) shown cut here, two projections (15) which project radially in each case in the form of a square.
- the guide contact is not flat, but point-shaped or linear, so that a rotation relative to one another can be dispensed with.
- the projections (15) may be formed on their inwardly directed end faces as active surfaces (16) for sealing and, or radial guidance purposes.
- 11 shows an embodiment of the lower closure part (20) corresponding to the upper closure part (10) according to the previous figures in a perspective view. Based on the central body (21) of the lower closure part (20), a plurality of elements (23, 23 ', 24, 25, 25 ', 25 ", 26, 27), which cooperate with the upper closure part (10) either or support the function of the closure (1).
- the guide (25) is formed axially symmetrically with respect to the center axis of the central body (21) and has two respective linearly extended guide portions (25 ') and two respective oppositely extending helically extending guide portions (25 "), which merge into one another and in this way a continuous circumferential Provide guide channel (25) for engagement of the at least one projection (15) of the upper closure part (10).
- Both movement kinematics are optionally possible to realize the movement between the open position and the closed position or vice versa.
- the selection can be made by the user in each case one end position, ie either in the open position or the closed position.

- the two-part embodiment of the lower closure part (20) consisting of central body (21) and flange (30) is particularly advantageous in this embodiment, because of the rib-like structure of the flange (30) and the rotationally symmetrical structure of the central body (21) with different holes undercuts present, which would make an injection molding tool very complex and thus uneconomical.
- FIG. 14 depicts the side view of the lower closure part (20) from FIG. 11 and illustrates the geometric profile of the guide (25) with its linear extended and spiral-shaped portions (25 ', 25 ") provided on the cylindrical portion outside of the central body (21).
- Figure 15 shows the side view of the lower closure part (20) in a sectional view.
- the cylindrical side wall of the closure pin (24) can be designed as an active surface (26) in order to form an active surface pairing (50) with respect to or with the product outlet opening (12) and its active surface (16) and thus realize a sealing function.
- FIG. 16 gives an overview of the exemplary embodiment of the closure (1) according to the invention presented in the previous figures in a perspective side sectional view in the closed position.
- the upper closure part (10) is located relative to the lower closure part (20) in the lower axial end position, in which no product outlet from the container via the closure (1) is possible.
- At least one of the active surface pairings (50) shown exerts sealing effect, so that the closure (1) hermetically seals against the product stored in the container and in the channel (40).
- the guide (25, 25 '25 ") can perform sealing or centering function, but here the webs are shown with a head gap (18), so that in this embodiment no sealing or centering function of the guide (25, 25' 25") is realized.
- Figure 17 shows the embodiment of the closure (1) according to the invention in a perspective side sectional view in the open position.
- the upper closure part (10) is located relative to the lower closure part (20) in the upper axial end position, in which a product outlet from the container via the closure (1) can take place at its product outlet port (12).
- At least the active surface (26) of the sealing bead (27) exerts sealing effect, so that product can escape only at the product outlet orifice (12). Due to the fact that the closure (1) supports the product flow independently of direction, it is in the Open position possible to both remove product as well as to fill the container.
- the closure pin (24) of the lower or second closure member (20) may functionally fulfill another object by its configuration shown in FIG. 17 and cooperating with the product exit orifice (12) of the upper or first closure member (10), namely the cleaning of the bore (FIG. 12). Frequently present product adhesions and / or contamination in the region of the product outlet orifice (16) are practically pushed out of the bore (12) by the closure pin (24) by movement into the end position of the closed position and the product outlet orifice (16) of contaminants, adhesions with product and, or cleaned, or other adhesions.
- the at least one projection (15) and the active or sealing surfaces can be partially or completely reversed in their position, ie either on the upper closure part (10 ) and / or on the lower closure part (20).
