Abstract

本公开至少一实施例涉及一种用于背光模组的发光组件、背光模组和显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置例如电视通常包括显示面板和背光源,背光源用来为显示面板提供背光。根据背光源中的光源位置的不同,背光源包括侧入式背光源和直下式背光源。直下式背光源中,多个光源均匀分布在显示面板的非显示侧。
发明内容
本公开的至少一实施例涉及一种用于背光模组的发光组件、背光模组和显示装置,以减弱或消除灯影亮斑,提升画面整体的品味。
本公开的至少一实施例提供一种用于背光模组的发光组件,包括:
电路板,
至少一个发光单元,设置在所述电路板上,所述发光单元包括光源,
光吸收元件,设置在所述电路板上,所述光吸收元件围绕所述光源设置。
本公开的至少一实施例提供一种背光模组,包括本公开实施例提供的任一发光组件。
本公开的至少一实施例提供一种显示装置,包括本公开实施例提供的任一背光模组。

为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开实施例的附图,对本公开实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本公开的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
除非另外定义,本公开使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本公开所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本公开中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。同样,“一个”、“一”或者“该”等类似词语也不 表示数量限制,而是表示存在至少一个。“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
直下式背光源中,采用多膜片方案已无成本竞争优势。为降低成本,更多的企业采用单张膜片或无膜片光学方案。而采用单张膜片或无膜片光学方案的情况下,会带来遮蔽效果差,灯影亮斑重的问题,为克服这些问题,对背光源提出了更高的技术要求。
图1a示出了一种具有直下式背光源的显示装置,显示面板01的非显示侧设置有背板02,背板02内设置有印刷电路板03,印刷电路板03上靠近显示面板的表面上均匀分布有多个发光单元04。图1a中显示面板01的上侧为显示侧,显示面板01的下侧为非显示侧,显示侧与非显示侧相对。图1a中仅示出了剖面处的发光单元04。图1a中还示出了灯影亮斑05。在背板01内还可设置有反射纸06。图1b中示出了显示装置的发光组件的俯视示意图。显示装置的发光组件包括印刷电路板03和设置在其上的多个发光单元04。
本公开至少一实施例提供一种用于背光模组的发光组件,如图2a所示,包括电路板10以及设置在其上的至少一个发光单元20,发光单元20包括光源201,在电路板10上设置有光吸收元件30,光吸收元件30围绕光源201设置,光吸收元件30被配置为吸收发光单元20中心部位的部分光线,以削弱发光单元20中心部位的亮度。需要说明的是,图2a中仅示出了电路板10上的一个发光单元20,其它发光单元可参照该图结构。光吸收元件30被配置来吸收发光单元中心部位的部分光线。中心部位例如是指发光角度在-40°至40°范围内的区域,进一步例如,中心部位例如是指发光角度在-30°至30°范围内的区域,但不限于此。中心部位指代亮度大的区域,亮度需要被削弱的区域以获得较小亮度差异。
因光源201上方发光强度较大,显示面板上出现灯影亮斑的几率就越大,本公开的实施例通过在光源201外围电路板10上设置光吸收元件30,可吸收发光单元20中心部位的部分光线,削弱发光单元中心部位的亮度,从而使 得发光单元中心部位与边缘部位的亮度差异减小。例如可将光源201上方亮度优化至与外围亮度一致或基本一致,从而减弱或消除显示装置的灯影亮斑,提升画面整体的品味。
例如,光源201包括发光二极管芯片。此处的发光二极管芯片例如是指经过封装的发光二极管芯片。例如,光源201的发光角度可为360°,设置在电路板10上的光源的发光角度可为180°,但不限于此。
例如,电路板10包括印刷电路板。
例如,光吸收元件30的反射率低于电路板10其它位置处的反射率。从而可以吸收光,减弱发光单元中心部位的亮度,使得发光单元中心部位与边缘部位的亮度差异减小。例如,光吸收元件30的反射率范围可为5%-80%,进一步例如光吸收元件30的反射率范围可为5%-50%,光吸收元件30的反射率范围可为10%-30%,但不限于此。
如图2b所示,为了提高光的利用率,在一些实施例中,电路板10上设置有白色的反射层40,光吸收元件30设置在反射层40上。例如,白色的反射层40的反射率在98%以上,从而,可以获得较高的光利用率。白色的反射层例如为积水油墨层,但不限于此。
如图2a、2b所示,在一些实施例中,发光单元20还包括透镜202,透镜202固定在电路板10上并设置在光源201外。例如,如图3a所示,透镜202可通过安装部2020粘结在电路板10上。例如,透镜202为二次光学透镜。例如,透镜202包括折射式透镜,光透过折射式透镜主要依靠折射式透镜的折射将光折射出去。例如,光源201可位于透镜的中心。透镜202的设置可以汇聚光并提高光的利用率,但需要说明的是,亦可不设置透镜,本公开的实施例对此不作限定。设置折射式透镜后,发光单元的发光角范围约为-80°至80°。例如,到达电路板10的光线(例如包括光源201发出的光、被透镜反射的光线、被光学膜片反射的光线等)中,被光吸收元件30吸收一部分,减小了光吸收元件30所在位置处的反射率,从而可减弱发光单元中心部位的亮度,使得发光单元中心部位与边缘部位的亮度差异减小。
如图2a、2b、3a所示,在一些实施例中,光吸收元件30在电路板10上的正投影落入透镜202在电路板10上的正投影内,并且位于光源201在电路板10上的正投影外。从而,可利于削弱发光单元20中心部位的亮度,使得发光单元中心部位与边缘部位的亮度差异减小。
如图3a所示,在一些实施例中,光吸收元件30的形状包括围绕光源201设置的封闭的环以削弱发光单元20中心部位的亮度。封闭的环例如包括圆环,但不限于此。例如,光吸收元件30为以光源201为圆心的圆环。
在一些实施例中,光吸收元件30的光吸收率为定值。即,从靠近光源201的位置处到远离光源201的位置处,光吸收元件30的光吸收率为定值。
在一个实施例中,光源201为发光二极管芯片,光源201外设置有透镜202,电路板10上设置有白色的反射层40,光吸收元件30设置在反射层40上,光吸收元件30的光吸收率为定值,光吸收元件30的形状为围绕光源201设置的封闭的圆环。设置光吸收元件30的情况下,发光二极管芯片的不同发光角度下的发光亮度曲线如图3b所示。不设置光吸收元件30的情况(除了不设置光吸收元件30外,其它与设置光吸收元件30的情况相同)下,发光二极管芯片的不同发光角度下的发光亮度曲线如图3c所示。从图3b和图3c可以看出,光吸收元件30的设置有利于发光单元中心部位与边缘部位的亮度差异的减小,有利于提升画面品味。从图3b和图3c中亦可以看出,设置光吸收元件30的情况下,边缘区域的亮度与不设置光吸收元件30的情况下的亮度的数值差异不大。
如图3d所示,在一些实施例中,光吸收元件30包括多个子光吸收元件以削弱发光单元20中心部位的亮度,图3d中示出了依次远离光源201设置的第一子光吸收元件301、第二子光吸收元件302和第三子光吸收元件303,从靠近光源201的位置处到远离光源201的位置处,光吸收元件30的多个子光吸收元件的光吸收率逐渐降低。例如,每个子光吸收元件的光吸收率为定值。例如,多个子光吸收元件在以光源为圆心的同一半径上的材质相同且光吸收率为定值。例如,光吸收元件30包括黑色物质、棕色物质、蓝色物质、灰色物质中至少之一,但不限于此。例如,第一子光吸收元件301为黑色物质,第二子光吸收元件302为棕色物质,第三子光吸收元件303为灰色物质,但不限于此。需要说明的是,子光吸收元件的个数不限于上述例举。
如图4a所示,在一些实施例中,光吸收元件30的形状包括围绕光源201设置的多个分散的点以削弱发光单元20中心部位的亮度。光吸收元件30的图形还可以如图4b、4c所示。如图4b所示,多个分散的点可以呈射线状围绕光源201发散设置。如图4c所示,多个分散的点可以均匀布置。例如,在围绕光源的圆环范围内均匀布置。图4b、4c所示的结构中,在一些实施例中, 多个分散的点的光吸收率可以相等。在另一些实施例中,多个分散的点的光吸收率可以不等,每个分散的点即为一个子光吸收元件,例如,从靠近光源201的位置处到远离光源201的位置处,光吸收元件30的多个子光吸收元件的光吸收率逐渐降低。如图4d所示,在一些实施例中,光吸收元件30包括多个子光吸收元件,图4d中示出了依次远离光源201设置的第一子光吸收元件301、第二子光吸收元件302和第三子光吸收元件303,第一子光吸收元件301、第二子光吸收元件302和第三子光吸收元件303分别包括多个围绕光源201设置的多个分散的点。例如,从靠近光源201的位置处到远离光源201的位置处,光吸收元件30的子光吸收元件的光吸收率逐渐降低,每个子光吸收元件包括围绕光源201设置并以其为圆心的多个分散的点,每个子光吸收元件中的各分散的点的光吸收率相同。
本公开的实施例提供的发光组件可以配合单张或多张光学膜片,也可以不与光学膜片配合使用,本公开的实施例对此不作限定。
对于光吸收元件30的设置位置,在不设置光吸收元件30的情况下,发光强度大于发光角度(例如-80°至80°)内发光强度的均值的位置处,可以设置光吸收元件30,但不限于此。例如,光吸收元件30可靠近光源201设置,并以透镜202边缘为界限。进一步例如,光吸收元件30可设置在以光源201为中心,透镜202直径的二分之一的范围内。更进一步例如,光吸收元件30可设置在以光源201为中心,透镜202直径的四分之一的范围内。
对于光吸收元件30的形状或图形,可依据发光元件的发光强度来选择适合的形状或图形。本公开的实施例中,以矩形的光源201、圆环形的光吸收元件30为例进行说明,光吸收元件30亦可采用与矩形的光源的形状相对应的四边形环,本公开的实施例对此不作限定。
例如,光吸收元件30可围绕光源201对称排布。从而可以使得发光单元出射的光更为均匀,但本公开的实施例并不限于此。
光吸收元件30可以通过印刷的方式形成,例如在电路板上印刷光吸收元件30后,将发光二极管芯片焊接在电路板上,设置透镜的情况下,再将透镜通过点胶方式粘结在电路板上。
本公开至少一实施例提供一种背光模组,包括上述任一发光组件。
例如,背光模组包括直下式背光模组。
本公开至少一实施例提供一种显示装置,包括上述任一背光模组。
显示装置例如包括电视,但不限于此。
本公开实施例提供的背光模组和显示装置,因具有本公开实施例所述的任一发光组件,则通过在光源外围电路板上设置的光吸收元件吸收发光单元中心部分光线,削弱发光单元中心部位的亮度,从而使得发光单元中心部位与边缘部位的亮度差异减小。进而,可将光源上方亮度优化至与外围亮度一致或基本一致,从而减弱或消除显示装置的灯影亮斑,提升画面整体的品味。
有以下几点需要说明:
(1)除非另作定义,本公开的实施例及附图中,同一标号代表同一含义。
(2)本公开实施例附图中,只涉及到与本公开实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计。
(3)为了清晰起见,在用于描述本公开的实施例的附图中,层或区域的厚度被放大。可以理解,当诸如层、膜、区域或基板之类的元件被称作位于另一元件“上”或“下”时,该元件可以“直接”位于另一元件“上”或“下”,或者可以存在中间元件。
(4)在不冲突的情况下,本公开的同一实施例及不同实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

  1. 一种用于背光模组的发光组件,包括:
    电路板,
    至少一个发光单元,设置在所述电路板上,所述发光单元包括光源,
    光吸收元件,设置在所述电路板上,所述光吸收元件围绕所述光源设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发光组件,其中,所述光吸收元件的形状包括围绕所述光源设置的封闭的环以削弱所述发光单元中心部位的亮度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发光组件,其中,所述光吸收元件的形状包括围绕所述光源设置的多个分散的点以削弱所述发光单元中心部位的亮度。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发光组件,其中,所述光吸收元件光吸收率为定值。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的发光组件,其中,所述光吸收元件围绕所述光源对称排布。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发光组件,其中,从靠近所述光源的位置处到远离所述光源的位置处,所述光吸收元件的光吸收率逐渐降低。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发光组件,其中,所述光吸收元件包括多个子光吸收元件,从靠近所述光源的位置处到远离所述光源的位置处,所述多个子光吸收元件的光吸收率逐渐降低。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的发光组件,其中,所述光吸收元件包括黑色物质、棕色物质、蓝色物质、灰色物质中至少之一。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的发光组件,其中,所述发光单元还包括透镜,所述透镜固定在所述电路板上并设置在所述光源外。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发光组件,其中,所述透镜包括折射式透镜。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的发光组件,其中,所述光吸收元件在所述电路板上的正投影落入所述透镜在所述电路板上的正投影内,并且位于所述光源在所述电路板上的正投影外。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的发光组件,其中,所述电路板上设置有白色的反射层,所述光吸收元件设置在所述反射层上。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的发光组件,其中,所述电路板包括印刷电路板,所述光源包括发光二极管芯片。
