基于软包装油墨的自动供墨设备
本申请要求于2016年06月06日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610395753.6、发明名称为“基于软包装油墨的自动供墨设备”的中国专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于软包装油墨的自动供墨设备。
背景技术
传统的印刷油墨大多使用金属或塑料硬质密封包装的油墨桶,在天气寒冷时,油墨呈半固态,需要加热后才能从容器中取出,一般工厂没有相应的设备进行加热处理,有些工厂采取热水浸泡等方式,费事费力,影响生产准备时间。其次,油墨需要依靠人工使用墨铲挑入墨池,操作非常不便且不易将油墨完全取净,并且经常会发生由于忘记铲入油墨而造成油墨断供的生产事故。再次,油墨在进行人工取出时,容易造成二次污染,包括油墨包装物、墨铲,以及设备表面的沾污。去除这些沾污需要用有机溶剂进行清理,造成生产废料增加,污染环境。
现有一种集中供墨装置,可以解决人工加墨的问题,但其依然使用大桶装油墨,上述污染问题依然存在,并且,该装置采用集中远程供墨,需要使用价格昂贵的高压泵输送油墨,其高昂成本导致仅有少量印刷厂能够使用;此外,如果需要在先有工厂中加装该集中供墨装置,则需在工厂进行大规模的管道改造和铺设,改造所需成本很高。
因此,目前急需一种很好的油墨自动供墨设备能够满足需要用于实际生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种基于软包装油墨的自动供墨设备,能够进行自动化的油墨挤出,实现自动化的墨池加料,避免人为操作的繁琐,同时自动感应温度,对油墨包装物及输送管道进行保温,保证了在不同环境条件下都具有良好的油墨挤出效果。挤出后,油墨包装物中残留的油墨量少。挤出油墨在墨斗中分布均匀,使得墨斗辊上不同位置的油墨厚度一致性好,能够保证良好的印刷效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种基于软包装油墨的自动供墨设备,所述自动供墨设备包括:
箱体(1),安装于胶印机的墨池(20)一侧;所述箱体(1)的顶端具有墨管出口;所述箱体(1)内装有滑轨(14);
拖链通道(15)为封闭结构,所述拖链通道(15)的一端与所述箱体(1)在墨管出口密闭连接;另一端与供墨墨嘴(11)的外壳相接;
所述供墨墨嘴(11)设置于导轨平台(13)上,所述导轨平台(13)架设于所述墨池(20)上方;
碾压装置(8),置于所述箱体内的上部;所述碾压装置(8)包括压辊驱动电机(82)、两根平行设置的压辊(81);所述两根压辊(83)在同侧的一端具有同步齿合齿轮,其中一根压辊(81)由所述压辊驱动电机(82)驱动,通过所述同步齿合齿轮带动另一根压辊(81)相向同步转动;
软包装油墨袋(3),所述软包装油墨袋(3)的底部向上、袋口(31)向下呈悬挂状,挤压于所述两根压辊(81)之间;所述软包装油墨袋(3)随所述两根压辊的相向同步转动改变在所述两根压辊(81)之间的软包装油墨袋(3)的高度位置;
加热板(2),平行于所述软包装油墨袋(3)的悬挂方向设置于所述箱体内,对所述软包装油墨袋(3)进行加热;
油墨泵(7),包括油墨入口接头(71)和油墨出口,所述油墨入口接头(71)插入所述袋口(31);
袋口固定装置(6),设置于所述滑轨(14)上;所述袋口(31)以及插入所述袋口(31)的所述油墨入口接头(71)紧固于所述袋口固定装置(6)内;所述袋口固定装置(6)随所述软包装油墨袋(3)的高度位置变化而在所述滑轨(14)上滑动;
出墨管(5),设置于所述软包装油墨袋(3)的一侧,所述出墨管(5)的一端具有管头端接结构,与所述油墨出口相连接;所述出墨管(5)的另一端穿设于所述拖链通道(15)内,与所述供墨墨嘴(11)相连接;
泵电机(4),与所述油墨泵(7)相连接,驱动所述油墨泵(7)将所述软包装油墨袋(3)中的油墨泵出,经所述出墨管(5),由所述供墨墨嘴(11)注入所述墨池(20)。
优选的,所述自动供墨设备还包括:
第一温度传感器(10),设置于所述箱体(1)内,对所述箱体(1)内的温度进行检测;
所述第一温度传感器(10)与所述加热板(2)相接;当所述第一温度传感器(10)检测所述箱体(1)内的温度低于第一设定温度时,生成第一检测信号发送给所述加热板(2),所述加热板(2)根据接收到的所述第一检测信号对所述软包装油墨袋(3)进行加热。
进一步优选的,所述自动供墨设备还包括:
第二温度传感器,对所述箱体(1)外的温度进行检测;
风扇(9),设置于所述墨管出口下方的箱体(1)内;
所述第二温度传感器与所述加热板(2)相接;当所述第二温度传感器检测所述箱体(1)外的温度低于第二设定温度时,生成第二检测信号发送给所 述加热板(2);
所述第二温度传感器与所述风扇(9)相连接,当所述第二温度传感器检测所述箱体(1)外的温度低于第二设定温度时,生成启动信号发送给所述风扇(9),所述风扇(9)启动,将所述加热板(2)加热的空气通过所述墨管出口吹向所述拖链通道(15)进行加热。
优选的,所述碾压装置(8)还包括支架(83),所述自动供墨装置还包括油墨袋检测装置(16);
所述油墨袋检测装置(16)、所述压辊驱动电机(82)和两根压辊(81)均固定于所述支架(83)上;
所述油墨袋检测装置(16)检测到插入所述两根压辊(81)下方的软包装油墨袋(3)时,产生第一感应信号发送给所述压辊驱动电机(82),驱动所述两根压辊(81)分别相向旋转预设角度,将所述软包装油墨袋(3)的底端夹入所述两根压辊(81)之间。
优选的,所述袋口固定装置(6)包括:滑块(61)、压片(62)和螺栓(63);
所述滑块(61)上设有两个第一固定孔;所述压片(62)上设有两个第二固定孔,所述袋口(31)包括包装袋出墨口(311)和袋口固定部(312),所述袋口固定部(312)上具有两个第三固定孔;所述两个第一固定孔之间的间距与所述两个第二固定孔之间的间距相等,并且与所述两个第三固定孔之间的间距相等;所述油墨入口接头(71)插入所述包装袋出墨口(311)中;

优选的,所述导轨平台(13)上还设置有液面高度探测器(12),所述液面高度探测器(12)设置于所述供墨墨嘴(11)的一侧;
所述液面高度探测器(12)对所述墨池(20)内的液面高度进行探测,当探测到所述液面高度低于设定液面高度时,生成油墨注入控制信号控制所述油墨泵(7)开启工作。
优选的,所述导轨平台(13)包括横向导轨(131)、第一运动平台(132)和平台驱动电机,所述横向导轨(131)与所述墨池(20)中的墨斗辊平行设置,所述供墨墨嘴(11)装设于所述第一运动平台(132)上,所述第一运动平台(132)设置于所述横向导轨(131)上,由所述平台驱动电机驱动沿所述横向导轨(131)平行所述墨斗辊滑动。
进一步优选的,所述平台驱动电机与所述泵电机(4)联动。
优选的,所述油墨泵(7)具体为:电动齿轮泵、电动隔膜泵或电动螺杆泵中的一种。
本发明实施例提供的基于软包装油墨的自动供墨设备,能够进行自动化的油墨挤出,实现自动化的墨池加料,避免人为操作的繁琐,同时自动感应温度,对油墨包装物及输送管道进行保温,保证了在不同环境条件下都具有良好的油墨挤出效果。挤出后,油墨包装物中残留的油墨量少。挤出油墨在墨斗中分布均匀,使得墨斗辊上不同位置的油墨厚度一致性好,能够保证良好的印刷效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
本发明实施例涉及提供的基于软包装油墨的自动供墨设备,能够自动对软包装中的油墨进行挤出,实现自动化的墨斗加墨。
如图1所示为该自动供墨设备的外观,直观可视部分包括:箱体1、拖链通道15、供墨墨嘴11和导轨平台13。
箱体1优选为密封金属箱体,安装于胶印机的墨池20一侧;拖链通道15的一端与箱体1在箱体1上的墨管出口密闭连接,另一端与供墨墨嘴11的外壳相接;供墨墨嘴11设置于导轨平台13上,导轨平台13架设于墨池20上方。
导轨平台13包括横向导轨131、第一运动平台132和平台驱动电机(图中未示出),横向导轨131与墨池20中的墨斗辊平行设置,供墨墨嘴11装设于第一运动平台132上,第一运动平台132设置于横向导轨131上,由平台驱动电机驱动沿横向导轨131平行墨斗辊滑动。
油墨挤出装置和控制设备等均设置于箱体1内,具体参见图2所示的箱体内部结构立体图。如图2所示,箱体1中设置有:碾压装置8、软包装油墨袋3、加热板2、油墨泵7、袋口固定装置6、滑轨14、出墨管5、油墨检测装置16和泵电机4。
碾压装置置于箱体内的上部;碾压装置8包括压辊驱动电机82、两根平行设置的压辊81和支架83;压辊驱动电机82和两根压辊81均固定于支架 83上。两根压辊83在同侧的一端具有同步齿合齿轮,其中一根压辊81由压辊驱动电机82驱动,通过同步齿合齿轮带动另一根压辊81相向同步转动。
软包装油墨袋3的底部向上、袋口31向下呈悬挂状,挤压于两根压辊81之间。软包装油墨袋3随两根压辊的相向同步转动改变在两根压辊81之间的软包装油墨袋3的高度位置。
为了满足生产的需要,软包装油墨袋3优选采用1-5公斤的大包装。
油墨袋检测装置16固定于支架83上,对压辊81下方物体进行检测。当检测到插入两根压辊81下方的软包装油墨袋3时,油墨袋检测装置16产生第一感应信号发送给压辊驱动电机82,驱动两根压辊81分别相向旋转预设角度,将软包装油墨袋3的底端夹入两根压辊81之间至合适高度。
为保证软包装油墨袋3在挤压过程中能够收到足够的摩擦力随压辊81的转动而向上垂直移动被加入且固定悬挂于两根压辊81之间,两根压辊81之间的间距可以调整为不大于软包装油墨袋3的底边厚度。在后续将软包装油墨袋3进行排空时,也能保证软包装油墨袋3中的油墨因收到足够的压力被最大限度的从软包装油墨袋3中排空。
加热板2平行于软包装油墨袋3的悬挂方向设置于箱体内,用于对软包装油墨袋3进行加热。
具体的,箱体1内还包括第一温度传感器10,与加热板2相连接,第一温度传感器10用于对箱体1内的温度进行检测;
当第一温度传感器10检测箱体1内的温度低于设定的箱体内工作温度时,生成第一低温检测信号发送给加热板2,加热板2根据接收到的第一低温检测信号对软包装油墨袋3进行加热。使得箱体1内的温度达到设定的工作温度,以保证在低温条件下,软包装油墨袋3所处小环境可以被局部加热,以保证软包装油墨袋3中的油墨不会固化,能够满足使用需求。
在更优选的实施例中,自动供墨设备还包括有第二温度传感器(图中未示出)和风扇9,其中风扇9设置在墨管出口下方的箱体1内;第二温度传感 器与风扇9和加热板2分别相连接,对箱体1外的温度进行检测;当第二温度传感器检测箱体1外的温度低于箱体外的设定温度时,生成第二低温检测信号发送给加热板2,并且生成启动信号发送给风扇9,风扇9启动将加热板2加热的空气通过墨管出口吹向图1中所示的拖链通道15进行加热。由此可以防止箱体1外部的管道由于冬季低温造成油路堵塞。
滑轨14设置于箱体内侧,沿软包装油墨袋3的悬挂方向设置,滑轨14的中心线与软包装油墨袋3的纵向轴线重合,以保证设置在滑轨14下端的袋口固定装置6与软包装油墨袋3的袋口31对齐。
油墨入口接头71插入袋口31,袋口31及其内插入的油墨入口接头71紧固于袋口固定装置6内。袋口固定装置6随所述软包装油墨袋3的高度位置变化而在滑轨14上滑动。
进一步的,袋口固定装置6、油墨泵7、袋口31、出墨管5的连接结构可以具体如图3所示。
油墨泵7包括油墨入口接头71和油墨出口;
袋口固定装置6包括:滑块61、压片62和螺栓63;
滑块61上设有两个第一固定孔;压片62上设有两个第二固定孔;
袋口31包括包装袋出墨口311和袋口固定部312;袋口固定部312上具有两个第三固定孔;
两个第一固定孔之间的间距与两个第二固定孔之间的间距相等,并且与两个第三固定孔之间的间距相等;
滑块61上在两个第一固定孔之间具有第一容置部611;所述压片62上在两个第二固定孔之间具有第二容置部621;
油墨入口接头71插入包装袋出墨口311中;
所述螺栓63为两个,每个螺栓63分别穿过一个第二固定孔和一个第三固定孔,固定于一个第一固定孔中,从而通过压片62将袋口31固定在滑块61上;此时,包装袋出墨口311及包装袋出墨口311中油墨入口接头71容置 并紧固于第一容置部611和第二容置部621之间。
其中,压片62内侧具有橡胶弹性密封垫,能够对袋口31起到保护作用,防止因为螺栓63的紧固造成袋口31磨损,渗漏空气,造成软包装油墨袋3内的油墨固化,影响油墨泵7工作。
出墨管5设置于软包装油墨袋3的一侧,出墨管5的一端具有管头端接结构(图中未示出),与油墨出口相连接;出墨管5的另一端穿设于图1中所示的拖链通道15内,与供墨墨嘴11相连接。
结合图1-图3所示,泵电机4与油墨泵7相连接,驱动油墨泵7将软包装油墨袋3中的油墨泵出,经出墨管5,由供墨墨嘴11注入到墨池20。在本例中,油墨泵7可以优选为电动齿轮泵、电动隔膜泵或电动螺杆泵中的一种。
再结合图1、图4所示,为了实现更加智能化的油墨自动加注,优选的在导轨平台13上还设置有液面高度探测器12,液面高度探测器12设置于供墨墨嘴11的一侧,对墨池20内的液面高度进行探测,基于探测到的液面高度参数进行自动供墨设备的反馈控制,确定是否需要进行油墨补充。当探测到液面高度低于设定液面高度时,通过自动供墨设备的控制电路生成油墨注入控制信号发送给泵电机4控制油墨泵7开启工作。
此外,为了有效的监控供墨墨嘴11的出墨状态,避免发生油路堵塞的情况下供墨墨嘴11无法出墨而泵电机4还在持续工作,影响生产且容易造成设备异常甚至损坏,在本实施例中,在供墨墨嘴11下方的一侧侧面还设置有油墨输出探测器17,油墨输出探测器17的探测方向与油墨流出方向垂直。
当泵电机4驱动油墨泵7将软包装油墨袋3中的油墨泵出时,油墨输出探测器17对供墨墨嘴11下方进行探测,如果供墨墨嘴11下方没有油墨排出,则油墨输出探测器17生成无效的探测信号,通过自动供墨设备的控制电路生成控制信号控制泵电机4暂停工作。
此时可以根据设定,自动的对温度达不到设定温度而引起的油墨输出故障进行排除。加热板2启动加热,风扇9启动工作。工作周期可以预先设定。 在一个工作周期结束后,通过自动供墨设备的控制电路生成控制信号控制泵电机4再次启动工作,油墨输出探测器17再次对供墨墨嘴11下方进行探测。
对于自动的温度故障排除可以设定反复次数,当达到设定次数,油墨输出探测器17依然无法探测到供墨墨嘴11下方有油墨输出时,可以认为没有油墨输出不是因为温度异常造成的,此时可以生成故障信号,通过声、光、文字显示等形式输出,提示工作人员查看以排除故障。
供墨墨嘴11及油墨输出探测器17、液面高度探测器12共同组成的出墨组件,安装在第一运动平台132上。
横向导轨131具体如图5所示,横向导轨131由拖链1311、轨道1312、皮带1313或丝杆、以及平台驱动电机1314组成,第一运动平台132在横向导轨131上往复运动。
根据实际需要,可以设置平台驱动电机与泵电机4联动。以保证油墨在挤出过程中,相对均匀的注入到墨池20中。
以上对本实施例提供的基于软包装油墨的自动供墨设备的各个部件、它们之间的连接关系、各部件自身的工作原理进行了介绍,下面结合图1-图3,对整个自动供墨设备的完整工作过程进行详述。
首先需要说明的是,在本实施例中,软包装油墨袋3可以具体为由内向外具有防氧化涂层、纸质包装层和防水包装层三层结构的油墨软包装袋,用于容置氧化聚合型油墨;也可以是由内向外具有可水解涂层、纸质包装层和抗紫外线包装层三层结构的油墨软包装袋,用于容置紫外线固化型油墨,也可以是其他类似结构的软包装形式的油墨袋。
以具有防水包装层的包装袋为例:在使用时,需要先去掉防水包装层,打开箱体1,然后将纸质包装层暴露在最外层的油墨软包装袋由两根压辊81的下方插入两根压辊81间。油墨袋检测装置16,对两根压辊81的下方置入物体进行探测。当探测到时,油墨袋检测装置16产生感应信号发送给压辊驱动电机82。压辊驱动电机82带动两根压辊81转动预设角度,例如540°或 720°等,将油软包装油墨袋3的底端夹入两根压辊81之间。由于两根压辊81之间的压力作用,夹入的油软包装油墨袋3不会从两根压辊81之间掉落出。
在具体的应用中,油墨袋检测装置16可以采用光电传感器,也可以采用机械传感器。
在软包装油墨袋3夹入两根压辊81之后,需要手动连接袋口31、油墨泵7以及出墨管5,并用袋口固定装置6将袋口31固定在滑轨14上,从而使得油墨泵7和泵电机4能够一起随油软包装油墨袋3的上升下降而移动。
在软包装油墨袋3安装完毕之后,扣合好箱体1,即进入待机状态。
在待机状态下,第一温度传感器10和第二温度传感器会根据设定,时时或间隔设定时间,分别对箱体1内的温度及环境温度进行检测,当发现温度低于设定要求时,即开启加热板2或加热板2及风扇9,对箱体1内、拖链通道15进行加热。
当加热后的温度达到要求时,即进入待工作状态。并且停止继续加热。
每次工作前,第一温度传感器10和第二温度传感器都会进行温度探测,以保证设备工作在正常状态。
当处于工作状态时,通过导轨平台13上设置的液面高度探测器12对墨池20内的液面高度进行探测,当探测到液面高度低于设定液面高度时,生成油墨注入控制信号发送给泵电机4控制油墨泵7开启工作,同时平台驱动电机与泵电机4联动工作。
泵电机4驱动油墨泵7将软包装油墨袋3中的油墨泵出,经出墨管5,由供墨墨嘴11注入墨池20。同时,平台驱动电机驱动载有供墨墨嘴11的第一运动平台132沿横向导轨131平行墨池20中的墨斗辊滑动,以保证油墨在挤出过程中,相对均匀的注入到墨池20中,避免在同一位置挤压油墨造成油墨溢出,而其他位置缺墨造成供墨不足,造成印刷品质量事故。
在具体应用中,供墨墨嘴11可以为多组,并列排布设置于横向导轨131上使用。
进一步的,在横向导轨131的两端具有限位装置(图中为示出),第一运动平台132沿横向导轨131,由横向导轨131的一端至另一端移动到与限位装置相接触时,改变移动方向再沿横向导轨131移动,直至到达对端的限位装置后再次改变运动方向。
在更加优选的方案中,出墨管5上可以加设有流量检测计,对已用油墨量进行监测,从而对软包装油墨袋3中的剩余量进行监控,当软包装油墨袋3中剩余油墨不足需要更换软包装油墨袋3时,生成提示信号提醒工作人员进行更换。
在更换软包装油墨袋3时,需要尽量将软包装油墨袋3中残存的油墨排空,此时可以手动控制生成退袋信号,通过压辊驱动电机82控制两根压辊81相向同步转动使得软包装油墨袋3垂直向上移动,直至油墨袋检测装置16无法再探测到两根压辊32的下方有物体。此时软包装油墨袋3的绝大部分都位于两根压辊81的上方。油墨袋检测装置16产生制动控制信号发送给压辊驱动电机82,控制两根压辊81停止继续转动。此时软包装油墨袋3中的油墨,经压辊81挤压基本全部挤出。继而压辊驱动电机82控制两根压辊81反转,将软包装油墨袋3由两根压辊81之间退出。
在更加优选的方案中,还可以通过油墨袋检测装置16对软包装油墨袋3中油墨的残留量进行检测。具体的,油墨袋检测装置16可以检测软包装油墨袋3的袋体到软包装油墨袋3之间的距离,因为在软包装油墨袋3中油墨的残留量较多时袋体会有一定的膨胀,而当软包装油墨袋3中油墨量很少时,袋体随之前油墨的泵出其膨胀量会非常小。因此当检测到袋体到软包装油墨袋3之间的距离大于一定距离时,可以认为残存油墨量非常少。此时在接收到退袋信号后,可以无需通过压辊81对软包装油墨袋3进行挤压排出残余油墨,而可以直接控制两根压辊81反转,将软包装油墨袋3由两根压辊81之间退出。
此时可由操作人员取出挤压干净的油墨袋检测装置16,进行环保回收。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于软包装油墨的自动供墨设备,其特征在于,所述自动供墨设备包括:
    箱体(1),安装于胶印机的墨池(20)一侧;所述箱体(1)的顶端具有墨管出口;所述箱体(1)内装有滑轨(14);
    拖链通道(15),所述拖链通道(15)的一端与所述箱体(1)在墨管出口密闭连接;另一端与供墨墨嘴(11)的外壳相接;
    所述供墨墨嘴(11)设置于导轨平台(13)上,所述导轨平台(13)架设于所述墨池(20)上方;
    碾压装置(8),置于所述箱体内的上部;所述碾压装置(8)包括压辊驱动电机(82)、两根平行设置的压辊(81);所述两根压辊(83)在同侧的一端具有同步齿合齿轮,其中一根压辊(81)由所述压辊驱动电机(82)驱动,通过所述同步齿合齿轮带动另一根压辊(81)相向同步转动;
    软包装油墨袋(3),所述软包装油墨袋(3)的底部向上、袋口(31)向下呈悬挂状,挤压于所述两根压辊(81)之间;所述软包装油墨袋(3)随所述两根压辊的相向同步转动改变在所述两根压辊(81)之间的软包装油墨袋(3)的高度位置;
    加热板(2),平行于所述软包装油墨袋(3)的悬挂方向设置于所述箱体内,对所述软包装油墨袋(3)进行加热;
    油墨泵(7),包括油墨入口接头(71)和油墨出口,所述油墨入口接头(71)插入所述袋口(31);
    袋口固定装置(6),设置于所述滑轨(14)上;所述袋口(31)以及插入所述袋口(31)的所述油墨入口接头(71)紧固于所述袋口固定装置(6)内;所述袋口固定装置(6)随所述软包装油墨袋(3)的高度位置变化而在所述滑轨(14)上滑动;
    出墨管(5),设置于所述软包装油墨袋(3)的一侧,所述出墨管(5) 的一端具有管头端接结构,与所述油墨出口相连接;所述出墨管(5)的另一端穿设于所述拖链通道(15)内,与所述供墨墨嘴(11)相连接;
    泵电机(4),与所述油墨泵(7)相连接,驱动所述油墨泵(7)将所述软包装油墨袋(3)中的油墨泵出,经所述出墨管(5),由所述供墨墨嘴(11)注入所述墨池(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动供墨设备,其特征在于,所述自动供墨设备还包括:
    第一温度传感器(10),设置于所述箱体(1)内,对所述箱体(1)内的温度进行检测;
    所述第一温度传感器(10)与所述加热板(2)相接;当所述第一温度传感器(10)检测所述箱体(1)内的温度低于第一设定温度时,生成第一检测信号发送给所述加热板(2),所述加热板(2)根据接收到的所述第一检测信号对所述软包装油墨袋(3)进行加热。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动供墨设备,其特征在于,所述自动供墨设备还包括:
    第二温度传感器,对所述箱体(1)外的温度进行检测;
    风扇(9),设置于所述墨管出口下方的箱体(1)内;
    所述第二温度传感器与所述加热板(2)相接;当所述第二温度传感器检测所述箱体(1)外的温度低于第二设定温度时,生成第二检测信号发送给所述加热板(2);
    所述第二温度传感器与所述风扇(9)相连接,当所述第二温度传感器检测所述箱体(1)外的温度低于第二设定温度时,生成启动信号发送给所述风扇(9),所述风扇(9)启动,将所述加热板(2)加热的空气通过所述墨管出口吹向所述拖链通道(15)进行加热。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动供墨设备,其特征在于,所述碾压装置(8)还包括支架(83),所述自动供墨装置还包括油墨袋检测装置(16);
    所述油墨袋检测装置(16)、所述压辊驱动电机(82)和两根压辊(81)均固定于所述支架(83)上,并且所述油墨袋检测装置(16)位于所述两根压辊(81)的下方;
    所述油墨袋检测装置(16)检测到插入所述两根压辊(81)下方的软包装油墨袋(3)时,产生第一感应信号发送给所述压辊驱动电机(82),驱动所述两根压辊(81)分别相向旋转预设角度,将所述软包装油墨袋(3)的底端夹入所述两根压辊(81)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自动供墨设备,其特征在于,所述袋口固定装置(6)包括:滑块(61)、压片(62)和螺栓(63);
    所述滑块(61)上设有两个第一固定孔;所述压片(62)上设有两个第二固定孔,所述袋口(31)包括包装袋出墨口(311)和袋口固定部(312),所述袋口固定部(312)上具有两个第三固定孔;所述两个第一固定孔之间的间距与所述两个第二固定孔之间的间距相等,并且与所述两个第三固定孔之间的间距相等;所述油墨入口接头(71)插入所述包装袋出墨口(311)中;
    所述滑块(61)上在两个第一固定孔之间具有第一容置部(611);所述压片(62)上在两个第二固定孔之间具有第二容置部(621);
    所述螺栓(63)为两个,分别穿过一个第二固定孔和一个第三固定孔,固定于一个第一固定孔中,从而通过所述压片(62)将所述袋口(31)固定在所述滑块(61)上;所述包装袋出墨口(311)及所述包装袋出墨口(311)中油墨入口接头(71)容置并紧固于所述第一容置部(611)和所述第二容置部(621)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自动供墨设备,其特征在于,所述压片(62)内侧具有弹性密封垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的自动供墨设备,其特征在于,所述导轨平台(13)上还设置有液面高度探测器(12),所述液面高度探测器(12)设置于所述供墨墨嘴(11)的一侧;
    所述液面高度探测器(12)对所述墨池(20)内的液面高度进行探测,当探测到所述液面高度低于设定液面高度时,生成油墨注入控制信号控制所述油墨泵(7)开启工作。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自动供墨设备,其特征在于,所述导轨平台(13)包括横向导轨(131)、第一运动平台(132)和平台驱动电机,所述横向导轨(131)与所述墨池(20)中的墨斗辊平行设置,所述供墨墨嘴(11)装设于所述第一运动平台(132)上,所述第一运动平台(132)设置于所述横向导轨(131)上,由所述平台驱动电机驱动沿所述横向导轨(131)平行所述墨斗辊滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自动供墨设备,其特征在于,所述平台驱动电机与所述泵电机(4)联动。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的自动供墨设备,其特征在于,所述油墨泵(7)具体为:电动齿轮泵、电动隔膜泵或电动螺杆泵中的一种。
