Description

保护壳、电子装置、电子调速器及无人机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于保护电路板的保护壳,使用该保护壳的电子装置及电子调速器,以及使用该电子装置或电子调速器的无人机。
背景技术
无人飞行器、遥控模型车等电子设备普遍使用包括电路板的电子装置,而现有的对电路板的保护主要采用热缩套的方式。由于热缩套为一体结构且其成型不可逆,若电子装置的电路板发生故障,须破坏性拆下热缩套,浪费资源,检测及维护不方便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种结构简单牢靠、方便拆装的保护壳,使用该保护壳的电子装置及电子调速器,以及使用该电子装置或电子调速器的无人机及电子设备。
一种保护壳,用于保护电路板,其包括壳体及由所述壳体围成用于收容电路板的收容结构,所述壳体能够打开或者关闭,以使电路板能够安装及拆卸或者收容于所述收容结构。
进一步地,所述保护壳还包括设置于所述壳体的卡扣结构,所述壳体通过所述卡扣结构打开或者关闭。
进一步地,所述壳体的数量设置为两个,所述两个壳体于一侧相互枢接,所述卡扣结构设置于与所述枢接侧相对的另一侧。
进一步地,所述卡扣结构包括卡扣部及操作部,操作所述操作部能够使所述卡扣部于打开或卡扣状态,以使所述两个壳体打开或关闭。
进一步地,所述卡扣部的数量设置为两个,所述两个卡扣部包括设置于其中一所述壳体上的两个凹口,以及设置于另一所述壳体上的对应于所述凹口的两个凸块。

一种电子调速器,包括如上任意一项所述的保护壳及电路板,所述电路板收容于所述保护壳的收容结构,所述壳体能够打开或者关闭,以使电路板能够安装及拆卸。
进一步地,所述电路板包括板体以及设置于所述板体的电力元件及连接线。
一种无人机,其包括无人机本体和如上所述的电子装置,所述电子装置连接于所述无人机本体,所述电子装置的电路板与所述无人机本体电连接。
一种无人机,其包括无人机本体和如上所述的电子调速器,所述电子调速器连接于所述无人机本体,并用于控制所述无人机的电机的转向或转速。
本发明提供的保护壳采用可打开或者关闭的壳体,方便对所保护的电路板的拆装及检修,结构简单,操作性强,且可保证电路板稳定安装,在受到外力冲击时,电路板上的线缆及元件不易脱落。

本实施方式中,所述电子装置为电子调速器,所述电子调速器用于控制电子设备例如无人飞行器、遥控模型车等的电机的转向和转速。
所述保护壳100包括两个壳体10以及能够将所述两个壳体10相互扣合连接的卡扣结构20。所述壳体10之间围成收容结构30。本实施方式中,所述两个壳体10通过卡扣的方式相互组装。
所述保护壳100大致呈扁平长方体结构,所述两个壳体10于一侧相互枢接,所述卡扣结构20设置于与所述两个壳体10的枢接侧相对的另一侧。
每一个所述壳体10包括主体部12以及与所述主体部12相连的侧部13,所述主体部12大致呈板状,所述侧部13凸设于所述主体部12的一侧表面并与所述主体部12围成一凹槽结构,当两个所述壳体10相互扣合时,两个所述壳体10的凹槽共同形成所述收容结构30。

请一并参阅图3及图4,组装时,保持所述保护壳100为打开状态,将所述电路板200放置于其中一所述壳体10内,使板体201及电子元件202收容于所述收容腔31,电路板200的连接线203穿过所述收容孔32。旋转操作另一所述壳体10,盖合所述其中一壳体10,所述卡扣结构20的凸块213收容卡扣于对应的凹口212,使所述两个壳体10锁紧。此时,所述电路板200的板体201及电子元件202收容支撑于所述收容腔31,所述电路板200的连接线203收容固定于所述收容孔32,电子装置300组装完成。
使用时,将上述组装的电子装置300进一步安装于电子装置中,所述电路板200的连接线203电连接于所述电子装置,组装后,所述电子装置可进一步进行工作。当所述电子装置300发生故障,须对所述电路板200进行检查或维修时,拆下所述电子装置300,操作所述操作部23,分别对所述操作部23的凹槽231及凸条232施加背向的作用力,使所述凹槽231及所述凸条232逐渐相离,至所述卡扣结构20的凸块213脱离对应的凹口212。此时,所述保护壳100呈打开状态,可进一步对所述电路板200的板体201、电子元件202或连接线203进行检查及维修。
可以理解,所述两个壳体10还可以设置为两侧均通过卡扣方式连接,所述两个壳体10枢转连接的结构省略。
可以理解,所述两个壳体10还可以设置为其他连接方式,例如通过可拆的锁固件连接,使所述两个壳体10能够锁紧及分离即可。
可以理解,所述两个壳体10的主体部12的通孔121可以省略,所述主体部12内表面的支撑结构123由所述主体部部分凸起形成。
可以理解,所述卡扣部21的结构可以改变,例如设置为包括设置于其中一壳体10内侧的卡勾及设置于另一壳体10外侧的卡槽,或其他卡扣方式,能够使所述两个壳体10锁紧及分离即可。
可以理解,所述壳体10为一体结构,其一侧设置为可以锁紧及打开即可。
可以理解,所述操作部23的结构可以改变,例如设置为包括设置于所述两个壳体10相邻边缘的凹槽,或其他结构,能够对所述两个壳体10施加背向的作用力即可。
本发明中,采用保护壳100包覆电路板200,保护壳100的壳体10收容支撑电路板200的板体201、电子元件202及收容固定电路板200的连接线203,很大程度上增强了对电路板200的保护效果。
所述保护壳100的壳体10设置为卡扣方式连接,方便拆装,提高了对电路板200进行检测及维修的操作性。
所述保护壳100的壳体10设置为镂空结构,使电路板200在使用过程中具有较好的散热效果。

  3. 如权利要求2所述的保护壳,其特征在于:所述壳体的数量设置为两个,所述两个壳体于一侧相互枢接,所述卡扣结构设置于与所述枢接侧相对的另一侧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的保护壳,其特征在于:所述卡扣结构包括卡扣部及操作部,操作所述操作部能够使所述卡扣部于打开或卡扣状态,以使所述两个壳体打开或关闭。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的保护壳,其特征在于:所述卡扣部的数量设置为两个,所述两个卡扣部包括设置于其中一所述壳体上的两个凹口,以及设置于另一所述壳体上的对应于所述凹口的两个凸块。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的保护壳,其特征在于:两个所述凸块相背的外侧设置为卡勾结构,两个所述凹口内形成有与所述卡勾配合的挡块。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的保护壳,其特征在于:所述操作部设置于所述两个卡扣部之间,其包括开设于其中一所述壳体的凹槽,以及由另一所述壳体向外延伸的凸条;或者
    所述操作部包括设置于所述两个壳体相邻边缘的凹槽。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的保护壳,其特征在于:所述壳体的数量设置为两个,每一所述壳体包括主体部以及与所述主体部相连的侧 部,所述主体部大致呈板状,所述侧部凸设于所述主体部的一侧表面并与所述主体部围成一凹槽结构,两个所述壳体的凹槽共同形成收容结构。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的保护壳,其特征在于:所述主体部的内表面形成有用于支撑电路板的板体及电子元件的支撑结构。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的保护壳,其特征在于:所述支撑结构由所述内表面部分凸起,形成不平整的支撑结构。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的保护壳,其特征在于:所述主体部设置有镂空结构。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的保护壳,其特征在于:所述镂空结构由多个通孔呈蜂窝状排列而成。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的保护壳,其特征在于:所述收容结构包括收容腔及连通收容腔与外界的收容孔,所述收容腔由两个所述壳体的主体部及侧部共同围成。
  14. 一种电子装置,其包括如权利要求1-13任意一项所述的保护壳及电路板,其特征在于:所述电路板收容于所述保护壳的收容结构,所述壳体能够打开或者关闭,以使电路板能够安装及拆卸。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述电路板包括板体以及设置于所述板体的电力元件及连接线。
  16. 一种电子调速器,包括如权利要求1-13任意一项所述的保护壳及电路板,其特征在于:所述电路板收容于所述保护壳的收容结构,所述壳体能够打开或者关闭,以使电路板能够安装及拆卸。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电子调速器,其特征在于:所述电路板包括板体以及设置于所述板体的电力元件及连接线。
  18. 一种无人机,其包括无人机本体和如权利要求14或15所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述电子装置连接于所述无人机本体,所 述电子装置的电路板与所述无人机本体电连接。
  19. 一种无人机,其包括无人机本体和如权利要求16或17所述的电子调速器,其特征在于:所述电子调速器连接于所述无人机本体,并用于控制所述无人机的电机的转向或转速。
