一种视频共享方法及装置
本申请要求在2016年5月31日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610378468.3、发明名称为“一种视频共享方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及多媒体数据处理领域,尤其涉及一种视频共享方法及装置。
背景技术
随着智能手机、电脑等网络终端的普及,越来越多的用户选择在客户端上观看视频。而智能手机和电脑等终端除了通信以外,很重要的一个功能就是用来进行社会性网络服务社交活动。基于这样的需求,用户在观看视频的同时自然就会想把视频的精彩瞬间记录到自己的存储空间、分享到自己的空间、博客、微博等账号中。
现有的视频分享大多采用上传已录制好的视频供用户进行点播,后期人为加工力度大,不够真实、直观。而客户端之间的视频信息分享一般是通过MMS(多媒体信息)、即时通讯客户端软件等实现,其是将视频文件作为信息的一部分以明文方式进行用户之间的视频分享,在传输前双方需要预先建立数据网络的IP连接,其分享体验的过程较为繁琐,具有一定的使用局限。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种视频共享方法及装置,用以解决现有技术中视频分享需进行后期人为加工,过程较为繁琐的问题,提供一种新的共享视频的方式。
本发明实施例提供一种视频共享方法,包括:
服务器接收第一客户端发送的视频直播请求;
所述服务器根据所述视频直播请求,为所述第一客户端分配直播视频上传资源;
所述服务器接收所述第一客户端发送的直播视频的标识,以及所述直播视频的视频编码数据和音频编码数据,所述视频编码数据和所述音频编码数据均标记有时间戳;
所述服务器根据所述直播视频的视频编码数据和音频编码数据的时间戳,对所述视频编码数据和所述音频编码数据进行同步与混合,形成所述直播视频的直播视频流;
所述服务器将所述直播视频的标识在门户网站上显示;

本发明实施例提供的所述网络构架中的客户端200a、客户端200b、……、客户端200n以及所述服务器100可以应用到互联网中视频直播的场景。以客户端200a为例,客户端200a为主播客户端,即第一客户端,客户端200a可以向服务器100上传直播视频。服务器100在门户网站上显示该直播视频的标识。客户端200b、客户端200c……客户端200n等为观众客户端,可以从门户网站上查看该直播视频的标识,并观看该直播视频。其中,直播视频可以为客户端200a通过各种视频采集设备直接采集,如PC摄像头、手机前后置摄像头、专业录制编码摄像头等设备直接采集的视频,或者可以为客户端200a从第三方应用或第三方终端捕获的视频,本发明实施例对直播视频的来源不做限制。此外,本发明实施例中任一客户端均可以作为主播客户端,且该客户端也可以作为观众客户端,例如,客户端200a可以作为第一客户端向 服务器100上传直播视频,供其它客户端观看,也可以作为第二客户端或第三客户端,从服务器门户网站上观看其它客户端上传的直播视频。

此外,服务器也可根据第一客户端的好友列表中好友的感兴趣的视频类型,向第一客户端的好友推送直播视频。例如,可以收集反映用户观看习惯的历史记录,根据其历史记录估计用户感兴趣的视频类型,也可以是由第一 客户端进行收集,或者第二客户端进行收集,然后上传到服务器。其中,历史记录可以包括用户观看的各类型视频的数量,各类型视频的观看时长,用户观看视频的时间段分布;用户观看同一视频的次数;用户进行搜索的次数和搜索内容的类型分布;用户使用应用的次数和应用的类型分布;用户对推荐类的消息的点击次数和比例等。
进一步,直播视频播放完成后,可以将该视频进行保存,生成点播视频文件,以供用户在直播完成后进行观看。因此,步骤S204之后,还包括:
所述服务器根据所述直播视频流,生成所述直播视频的点播视频文件以及所述点播视频文件的标识;
所述服务器将所述点播视频文件的标识在所述门户网站上显示;

具体来说,服务器将直播视频流进行处理,生成相应的点播视频文件以及该点播视频文件的标识。服务器将点播视频文件的标识在门户网站上显示。第三客户端可根据门户网站上的点播视频文件的标识,确定需要观看的点播视频,向服务器发送点播视频播放请求,服务器根据该点播视频播放请求将点播视频文件发送给第三客户端。这里的第三客户端与上述的第二客户端可以是同一个客户端,也可以是不同客户端。较佳地,第三客户端的用户可以是第一客户端特别好友列表中的用户,第一客户端直播视频的点播视频文件可以提供给第一客户端的用户的特别好友点播观看。这里,服务器也可将点播视频文件的标识主动发送给第三客户端,第三客户端根据该点播视频文件的标识决定是否观看或存储点播视频文件。
为了节省服务器的资源,点播视频文件在服务器中保存具有时效性。即,所述服务器根据所述直播视频流,生成所述直播视频的点播视频文件以及所述点播视频文件的标识之后,还包括:
所述服务器保存所述点播视频文件,并确定保存所述点播视频文件时间 阈值;
所述服务器确定所述点播视频文件保存的时间大于或等于所述时间阈值之后,将所述点播视频文件移除,并将所述点播视频文件的标识从门户网站上撤销。
具体地,服务器保存该点播视频文件的同时,确定保存该点播视频文件的时间阈值。服务器判断该点播视频文件保存的时间是否大于或等于该时间阈值,如一周。若是,则将该点播视频文件从服务器中移除,并将该点播视频文件的标识从门户网站上撤销,以确保服务器中保留出资源,用于保存其它视频文件。
此外,直播视频流在播放的过程中,服务器接收用户的交互数据,实现第一客户端的用户与第二客户端的用户之间的互动。则,步骤S206之后,还包括:
所述服务器接收所述第一客户端和/或所述第二客户端发送的交互数据,并将所述交互数据显示在所述门户网站的指定区域。
具体来说,服务器将接收到的交互数据在门户网站的指定区域显示。由于在视频直播过程中,不仅单纯地对直播进行播放,还显示用户交互数据,所以可实现主播客户端的用户和观众客户端的用户之间的互动。
其中,交互数据可为第二客户端的用户对视频的评论性内容,也可为第一客户端的用户对第二客户端的用户的回复性内容,还可为第一客户端的用户对视频的解释性内容,本实施例对交互数据包括的内容不进行具体限定。
而各个第二客户端在进行直播视频播放过程中,各个第二客户端的用户便可通过键盘或触摸屏输入交互数据。在本发明实施例中,可通过界面数据读取器接收交互数据,接收到的交互数据既可为经由网络传输的用户交互数据,也可为当前客户端用户通过键盘或触摸屏输入的交互数据。其中,经由网络传输的交互数据可来自于其他客户端。需要说明的是,本发明实施例对接收到的交互数据的来源不作具体限定。
此外,交互数据可为仅包含纯文字的交互数据,或包含纯文字或表情符 号的交互数据等等,如可为为一段评论性的文字、一个或多个表情符号,一个烟花动画、一段响铃或一段特效音乐等等,本实施例对交互数据的具体形式不作限定。
为了更清楚地理解本发明,下面以具体实例对上述流程进行详细描述。实施例一所处的场景为导游在旅游景区上传带有讲解的旅游视频,导游通过其手机a的摄像头,将景区的景点进行拍摄,并同时进行讲解,这样,观看该视频的用户即使在自己家中,也可领略到该旅游景区的美景。实施例一可以包括以下几个步骤:
第一步、手机a向服务器发送视频直播请求。
第二步、服务器根据该视频直播请求,为手机a分配直播视频上传资源。
第三步、手机a通过后置摄像头对景点进行拍摄,生成视频编码数据,同时通过麦克风采集导游的讲解,生成音频编码数据。
第四步、手机a为该旅游直播视频编辑主题,发送给服务器,并同时将视频编码数据和音频编码数据发送给服务器,其中,视频编码数据和音频编码数据均标记有时间戳。需要说明的是,这里的直播视频主题也可在手机a向服务器发送视频直播请求时,一同发送给服务器。
第五步、服务器根据接收到的视频编码数据和音频编码数据的时间戳,对视频编码数据和音频编码数据进行同步与混合,形成旅游直播视频的直播视频流。
第六步、服务器将该旅游直播视频的标识在门户网站上显示。
上述第五步可以在第六步之前,第五步也可以在第六步之后,本发明实施例一对此不做限制。
第七步、笔记本电脑b连接该门户网站,获取该旅游直播视频的标识,并根据该旅游直播视频标识向服务器发送直播视频播放请求。
第八步、服务器将旅游直播视频的直播视频流发送给笔记本电脑b。
第九步、服务器接收笔记本电脑b发送的对该旅游景区的评价以及对该导游的评价,并将评价显示在播放直播视频的界面的下方。
之后,服务器可将该旅游直播视频生成点播视频文件,提供给用户进行点播。
第十步、服务器根据旅游直播视频的直播视频流,生成旅游直播视频的点播视频文件以及点播视频文件的标识。
第十一步、服务器将旅游点播视频文件的标识在门户网站上显示。
第十二步、服务器接收手机a发送的手机c的手机号,将旅游点播视频文件的标识发送给手机c。
第十三步、手机c根据接收到的标识,向服务器发送点播视频播放请求。
第十四步、服务器将该旅游直播视频的点播视频文件发送给手机c。
基于相同的技术构思,本发明实施例还提供一种视频共享装置,如图3所示,包括:
收发单元1,用于接收第一客户端发送的视频直播请求;
分配单元2,用于根据所述视频直播请求,为所述第一客户端分配直播视频上传资源;
所述收发单元1,还用于接收所述第一客户端发送的直播视频的标识,以及所述直播视频的视频编码数据和音频编码数据,所述视频编码数据和所述音频编码数据均标记有时间戳;
处理单元3,用于根据所述直播视频的视频编码数据和音频编码数据的时间戳,对所述视频编码数据和所述音频编码数据进行同步与混合,形成所述直播视频的直播视频流;
显示单元4,用于将所述直播视频的标识在门户网站上显示;
所述收发单元1,还用于在接收到第二客户端的直播视频播放请求后,将所述直播视频流发送给所述第二客户端,所述直播视频播放请求为所述第二客户端根据所述直播视频的标识发送的。
本发明实施例中,提供视频共享的门户网站,供用户分享直播视频。具体地,收发单元1接收到第一客户端发送的视频直播请求后,分配单元2根据该视频直播请求,为第一客户端分配直播视频上传资源,供第一客户端上 传直播视频。第一客户端将直播视频相关的视频编码数据和音频编码数据上传服务器,并对该直播视频建立标识,也上传给服务器,其中视频编码数据和音频编码数据均标记有时间戳,用以同步视频编码数据和音频编码数据。处理单元3可根据该时间戳,对视频编码数据和音频编码数据进行同步与混合,以形成直播视频的直播视频流。之后,显示单元4将直播视频的标识在门户网站上显示,以供用户浏览或查询,用户可根据直播视频的标识确定需要观看的直播视频,并通过第二客户端向服务器发送直播视频播放请求。当收发单元1接收到第二客户端的直播视频播放请求后,将所述直播视频流发送给所述第二客户端,这样第二客户端就可以直接播放第一客户端用户分享的直播视频。本发明实施例中的视频分享方法,将第一客户端采集到的视频直接进行播放,即第一客户端采集视频的同时可以通过第二客户端播放该视频,省去了后期的人为加工过程,也无需客户端之间另外建立连接,简化了客户端之间分享视频的过程。
本发明实施例中,显示单元4将直播视频的标识在门户网站上显示,观众客户端可以在该门户网站上查阅或搜索感兴趣的标识,找到该直播视频,然后根据直播视频的标识向服务器发送直播视频播放请求,从而获取直播视频流;另外,收发单元1也可向部分观众客户端发送直播视频的标识,从而向选中的观众客户端分享直播视频。
可选的,所述收发单元1还用于:
接收所述第一客户端发送的关联客户端的标识;
将所述直播视频的标识发送给所述第一客户端的关联客户端。
具体地,收发单元1接收第一客户端发送的关联客户端的标识。这里的第一客户端的关联客户端可以是第一客户端的好友列表中的客户端,或者是第一客户端关注的客户端等。第一客户端将关联客户端的标识,可以是关联客户端的账号、姓名等发送给服务器,收发单元1根据关联客户端的标识将直播视频的标识发送给第一客户端的关联客户端,这里的直播视频的标识可以包括该直播视频的名称、链接、简要内容等。关联客户端接收到该直播视 频的标识后,可以选择观看此视频,则需向服务器发送直播视频播放请求;或者选择不观看此视频,此时直接忽略服务器发送的信息即可。
此外,收发单元1也可根据第一客户端的好友列表中好友的感兴趣的视频类型,向第一客户端的好友推送直播视频。例如,可以收集反映用户观看习惯的历史记录,根据其历史记录估计用户感兴趣的视频类型,也可以是由第一客户端进行收集,或者第二客户端进行收集,然后上传到服务器。其中,历史记录可以包括用户观看的各类型视频的数量,各类型视频的观看时长,用户观看视频的时间段分布;用户观看同一视频的次数;用户进行搜索的次数和搜索内容的类型分布;用户使用应用的次数和应用的类型分布;用户对推荐类的消息的点击次数和比例等。

所述收发单元1,还用于接收到第三客户端的点播视频播放请求后,将所述点播视频文件发送给所述第三客户端,所述点播视频播放请求为所述第三客户端根据所述点播视频文件的标识发送的。

可选的,还包括存储单元5,用于:
保存所述点播视频文件,并确定保存所述点播视频文件时间阈值;
确定所述点播视频文件保存的时间大于或等于所述时间阈值之后,将所述点播视频文件移除,并将所述点播视频文件的标识从门户网站上撤销。
具体地,存储单元5保存该点播视频文件的同时,确定保存该点播视频文件的时间阈值。存储单元5判断该点播视频文件保存的时间是否大于或等于该时间阈值,如一周。若是,则将该点播视频文件从存储单元5中移除,并将该点播视频文件的标识从门户网站上撤销,以确保存储单元5中保留出资源,用于保存其它视频文件。
可选的,所述收发单元1,还用于接收所述第二客户端发送的交互数据;
所述显示单元4,还用于将所述交互数据显示在所述门户网站的指定区域。
具体来说,收发单元1将接收到的交互数据在门户网站的指定区域显示。由于在视频直播过程中,显示单元4不仅单纯地对直播进行播放,还显示用户交互数据,所以可实现主播客户端的用户和观众客户端的用户之间的互动。
其中,交互数据可为第二客户端的用户对视频的评论性内容,也可为第一客户端的用户对第二客户端的用户的回复性内容,还可为第一客户端的用户对视频的解释性内容,本实施例对交互数据包括的内容不进行具体限定。
而各个第二客户端在进行直播视频播放过程中,各个第二客户端的用户便可通过键盘或触摸屏输入交互数据。在本发明实施例中,收发单元1可通过界面数据读取器接收交互数据,接收到的交互数据既可为经由网络传输的用户交互数据,也可为当前客户端用户通过键盘或触摸屏输入的交互数据。其中,经由网络传输的交互数据可来自于其他客户端。需要说明的是,本发明实施例对接收到的交互数据的来源不作具体限定。
此外,交互数据可为仅包含纯文字的交互数据,或包含纯文字或表情符号的交互数据等等,如可为一段评论性的文字、一个或多个表情符号,一个烟花动画、一段响铃或一段特效音乐等等,本实施例对交互数据的具体形式 不作限定。

存储器402作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非易失性软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的视频共享方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,附图3所示的分配单元2、收发单元1、处理单元3、显示单元4、存储单元5等)。处理器401通过运行存储在存储器402中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例中的视频共享方法。
存储器402可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据视频共享装置的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器402可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器402可选包括相对于处理器401远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至视频共享装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
收发机403可以是有线收发器,无线收发器或其组合。有线收发器例如 可以为以太网接口。以太网接口可以是光接口,电接口或其组合。无线收发器例如可以为无线局域网收发器,蜂窝网络收发器或其组合。处理器401可以是中央处理器(英文:central processing unit,缩写:CPU),网络处理器(英文:network processor,缩写:NP)或者CPU和NP的组合。处理器401还可以进一步包括硬件芯片。上述硬件芯片可以是专用集成电路(英文:application-specific integrated circuit,缩写:ASIC),可编程逻辑器件(英文:programmable logic device,缩写:PLD)或其组合。上述PLD可以是复杂可编程逻辑器件(英文:complex programmable logic device,缩写:CPLD),现场可编程逻辑门阵列(英文:field-programmable gate array,缩写:FPGA),通用阵列逻辑(英文:generic array logic,缩写:GAL)或其任意组合。

  1. 一种视频共享方法,应用于服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器接收第一客户端发送的视频直播请求;
    所述服务器根据所述视频直播请求,为所述第一客户端分配直播视频上传资源;
    所述服务器接收所述第一客户端发送的直播视频的标识,以及所述直播视频的视频编码数据和音频编码数据,所述视频编码数据和所述音频编码数据均标记有时间戳;
    所述服务器根据所述直播视频的视频编码数据和音频编码数据的时间戳,对所述视频编码数据和所述音频编码数据进行同步与混合,形成所述直播视频的直播视频流;
    所述服务器将所述直播视频的标识在门户网站上显示;
    所述服务器在接收到第二客户端的直播视频播放请求后,将所述直播视频流发送给所述第二客户端,所述直播视频播放请求为所述第二客户端根据所述直播视频的标识发送的。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述服务器接收所述第一客户端发送的关联客户端的标识;
    所述服务器将所述直播视频的标识发送给所述第一客户端的关联客户端。

    所述服务器接收到第三客户端的点播视频播放请求后,将所述点播视频文件发送给所述第三客户端,所述点播视频播放请求为所述第三客户端根据所述点播视频文件的标识发送的。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述直播视频流,生成所述直播视频的点播视频文件以及所述点播视频文件的标识之后,还包括:
    所述服务器保存所述点播视频文件,并确定保存所述点播视频文件时间阈值;
    所述服务器确定所述点播视频文件保存的时间大于或等于所述时间阈值之后,将所述点播视频文件移除,并将所述点播视频文件的标识从门户网站上撤销。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器将所述直播视频流发送给所述第二客户端之后,还包括:
    所述服务器接收所述第一客户端和/或所述第二客户端发送的交互数据,并将所述交互数据显示在所述门户网站的指定区域。
  6. 一种视频共享的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    收发单元,用于接收第一客户端发送的视频直播请求;
    分配单元,用于根据所述视频直播请求,为所述第一客户端分配直播视频上传资源;
    所述收发单元,还用于接收所述第一客户端发送的直播视频的标识,以及所述直播视频的视频编码数据和音频编码数据,所述视频编码数据和所述音频编码数据均标记有时间戳;

    保存所述点播视频文件,并确定保存所述点播视频文件时间阈值;
    确定所述点播视频文件保存的时间大于或等于所述时间阈值之后,将所述点播视频文件移除,并将所述点播视频文件的标识从门户网站上撤销。
  10. 如权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述收发单元,还用于接收所述第二客户端发送的交互数据;
    所述显示单元,还用于将所述交互数据显示在所述门户网站的指定区域。
  11. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:至少一个处理器;显示器;收发机;以及与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;
    所述收发机,用于接收第一客户端发送的视频直播请求;根据所述视频直播请求,为所述第一客户端分配直播视频上传资源;接收所述第一客户端发送的直播视频的标识,以及所述直播视频的视频编码数据和音频编码数据,所述视频编码数据和所述音频编码数据均标记有时间戳;
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所 述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
    根据所述直播视频的视频编码数据和音频编码数据的时间戳,对所述视频编码数据和所述音频编码数据进行同步与混合,形成所述直播视频的直播视频流;
    所述显示器,用于将所述直播视频的标识在门户网站上显示;
    所述收发机,还用于在接收到第二客户端的直播视频播放请求后,将所述直播视频流发送给所述第二客户端,所述直播视频播放请求为所述第二客户端根据所述直播视频的标识发送的。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述收发机还用于:
    接收所述第一客户端发送的关联客户端的标识;
    将所述直播视频的标识发送给所述第一客户端的关联客户端。
  13. 如权利要求11或12所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还能够根据所述直播视频流,生成所述直播视频的点播视频文件以及所述点播视频文件的标识;
    所述显示器,还用于将所述点播视频文件的标识在所述门户网站上显示;
    所述收发机,还用于接收到第三客户端的点播视频播放请求后,将所述点播视频文件发送给所述第三客户端,所述点播视频播放请求为所述第三客户端根据所述点播视频文件的标识发送的。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,还包括存储器,用于:
    保存所述点播视频文件,并确定保存所述点播视频文件时间阈值;
    确定所述点播视频文件保存的时间大于或等于所述时间阈值之后,将所述点播视频文件移除,并将所述点播视频文件的标识从门户网站上撤销。
  15. 如权利要求11或12所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述收发机,还用于接收所述第二客户端发送的交互数据;
    所述显示器,还用于将所述交互数据显示在所述门户网站的指定区域。
  16. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于使 所述计算机执行权利要求1-6任一所述方法。
  17. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,包括:所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1-6任一所述方法。
