实施例一
图 1为本发明多媒体信息发布的方法实施例一的流程图，本实施例可适 用于结合数字电视终端的媒体资源与互联网资源， 实现家庭用户的媒体资源 在社交网络上的共享情况， 该方法可以由多媒体信息发布的装置来实现， 该 多媒体信息发布的装置以硬件和 /或软件的方式来实现，且可以集成于数字电 视终端中， 例如集成于机顶盒中。 如图 1所示， 本实施例的方法可以包括： 步骤 101、 数字电视终端获取多媒体信息；
在本步骤中， 数字电视终端可以通过接收电视广播信号， 将接收的电视 广播信号中的内容进行解码来获取多媒体信息， 该多媒体信息可以包括： 音 频片段、 视频片段、 图片或文本文字消息等。 用户可以通过数字电视终端釆 集自己关心或喜欢的多媒体信息， 并将釆集的多媒体信息緩存至存储器中。
步骤 102、 所述数字电视终端建立与社交网络平台之间网络连接， 并进 行身份鉴权；
在目前的现有技术中， 当用户需要共享数字电视终端获取的多媒体信息 至社交网络平台时，数字电视终端首先要将多媒体信息输出到显示设备上进 行播放， 再利用电子设备， 例如摄像机、 照相机或智能手机等， 对显示设备 上播放的多媒体信息进行釆集， 然后再利用其他电子设备对釆集到的多媒体 信息进行编辑， 编辑完成后还需要利用其他电子设备， 例如手机、 电脑等， 连接互联网， 然后将编辑过的多媒体信息在社交网络中发布共享。
而在本步骤中， 数字电视终端获取到多媒体信息后， 该数字电视终端可 以利用家庭接入的网络， 直接与社交网络平台建立网络连接， 并可通过账户 信息完成身份鉴权， 建立数字电视终端至社交网络平台的通道。
步骤 103、 所述数字电视终端完成身份鉴权后接入所述社交网络平台； 步骤 104、 所述数字电视终端将获取到的所述多媒体信息上传给所述社 交网络平台， 以进行多媒体信息发布。
在本步骤中， 当数字电视终端成功接入社交网络平台后， 数字电视终端 会将其获取到的多媒体信息上传至社交网络平台， 完成多媒体信息的发布。
需要进一步说明的是， 在上述技术方案中， 步骤 102和步骤 103与步骤
101之间没有必然的顺序关系， 还可选的是， 首先执行步骤 102和步骤 103 , 在数字电视终端与社交网络平台建立网络连接，选择一账户信息完成身份鉴 权接入社交网络平台后， 再执行步骤 101 , 从广播信号中解码获取多媒体信 息， 最后执行步骤 104, 将获取的多媒体信息上传至社交网络平台， 完多媒 体信息发布。
本发明实施例提供的多媒体信息发布的方法，通过将数字电视终端直接 与社交网络平台连接， 完成身份鉴权后接入该社交网络平台访问， 因此用户 可以通过简单的操作， 随时都能够将数字电视终端上自己喜爱的多媒体信息 及时发布到社交网络平台， 与亲朋好友分享。
在上述实施例的基础上， 进一步地， 该数字电视终端， 还可以将获取到 的多媒体信息， 经过解码， 然后输出到外部显示设备上进行播放。
实施例二
图 2为本发明多媒体信息发布的方法实施例二的流程图，本实施例以上 述实施例为基础， 进一步详细说明多媒体发布的方法各流程， 如图 2所示， 本实施例的方法可以包括：
步骤 201、 数字电视终端根据用户预先设定或实时发送的釆集指令完成 多媒体信息釆集；
在本步骤中， 数字电视终端接收电视广播信号， 将接收的电视广播信号 中的内容进行解码来获取多媒体信息， 用户可通过提前设定或者实时发送釆 集指令给数字电视终端， 来釆集用户关心和喜欢的多媒体信息。 该多媒体信 息可包括： 音频片段、 视频片段、 图片或区域截图、 文本文字中的一种或多 种， 其中， 文本文字信息可以例如为频道名、 节目名、 电子节目导航信息等。
步骤 202、数字电视终端将釆集的多媒体信息存储至其内置或外置存储器； 在本步骤中， 数字电视终端可内置一存储器， 也可外接其他储存电子设 备， 例如移动硬盘， 因此该数字电视终端可将釆集的多媒体信息存储到其内 置或外接的存储器里。
步骤 203、 数字电视终端与社交网络平台建立网络连接；
在本步骤中，数字电视终端通过用户家庭的接入网络与远程的社交网络 平台建立网络连接。
步骤 204、 数字电视终端提供账户信息列表供用户选择， 或显示账户信 息输入界面来获取账户信息， 与社交网络平台进行身份鉴权；
在本步骤中， 数字电视终端使用账户信息， 进行身份鉴权接入社交网络 平台。 其中， 数字电视终端可提供一账户信息列表， 用户可选择其中一账户 信息进行身份鉴权， 登录社交网络平台； 数字电视终端也可提供一账户信息 输入界面， 如： 用户名、 密码输入菜单， 用户可通过该界面输入账户信息后 进行身份鉴权， 登录社交网络平台。
步骤 205、 数字电视终端将多媒体信息进行编辑加工处理；

本实施例， 通过利用数字电视终端进行多媒体信息釆集、 连接互联网， 接入社交网络平台、 编辑多媒体信息及发布多媒体信息， 简化了现有技术方 案需要对多台设备操作的复杂度， 提高了多媒体信息分享的效率和及时性， 丰富了人们的娱乐生活。
在上述实施例的基础上， 进一步地， 在步骤 201之前， 数字电视终端也 可先将用户选择的时间段内的全部多媒体信息临时录制下来， 然后在回放过 程中再实施本实施例以上各步骤，进行多媒体信息釆集，社交网络平台连接， 多媒体信息发布， 釆用这种方法， 可以保证关键信息不会被错过。 图 3为本发明多媒体信息发布的装置实施例一的结构示意图，本实施例 的发布装置可以集成于数字电视终端中。 如图 3所示， 本实施例的装置可以 包括： 接收模块 11 ; 连接鉴权模块 12和发布模块 13。
其中， 接收模块 11用于接收电视广播信号获取多媒体信息； 连接鉴权 模块 12用于建立所述数字电视终端与社交网络平台之间的网络连接， 完成 身份鉴权后进入该所述社交网络平台； 发布模块 13用于将获取到的所述多 媒体信息上传给所述社交网络平台， 以进行多媒体信息发布。 其实现原理和技术效果类似， 此处不再赘述。
图 4为本发明多媒体信息发布的装置实施例二的结构示意图，如图 4所 示， 本实施例的装置在图 3所示装置结构的基础上， 进一步地， 接收模块 11 包括： 信息获取单元 111和釆集存储单元 112; 其中，
信息获取单元 111用于接收电视广播信号，从所述电视广播信号中获取 多媒体信息； 釆集存储单元 112用于釆集多媒体信息， 并将釆集的多媒体信 息緩存至存储器中。
具体地， 在本实施例中， 釆集存储单元 112还包括： 釆集子单元 1121 和存储子单元 1122; 其中釆集子单元 1121用于根据用户预先设定的釆集指 令或者根据控制设备实时发送的釆集指令， 釆集所述多媒体信息； 存储子单 元 1122用于将釆集的所述多媒体信息緩存至所述数字电视终端的内置或者 外置存储器中。 其实现原理和技术效果类似， 此处不再赘述。
进一步地， 在本实施例的装置在图 3所示装置结构的基础上， 还包括一 显示模块 21 ,具体用于将所述多媒体信息进行解码，输出到外部显示设备进 行播放。 其实现原理和技术效果类似， 此处不再赘述。
进一步地， 在本实施例中， 连接鉴权模块 12包括： 连接单元 121 ; 账户 选择单元 122; 账户输入单元 123和鉴权单元 124; 其中，
连接单元 121用于与社交网络平台建立网络连接； 账户选择单元 122用 于通过显示设备显示账户信息列表， 并获取用户选择的账户信息， 作为与所 述社交网络平台进行所述身份鉴权的账户信息； 账户输入单元 123用于通过 显示设备显示账户信息输入界面， 并获取用户输入的账户信息， 作为与所述 社交网络平台进行所述身份鉴权的账户信息。鉴权单元 124用于使用账户信 息与所述社交网络平台进行身份鉴权。 其实现原理和技术效果类似， 此处不再赘述。
进一步地， 在本实施例的装置在图 3所示装置结构的基础上， 还包括一 编辑模块 22, 该编辑模块 22具体包括： 组合单元 221 ; 编辑单元 222和封 装单元 223; 其中，
组合单元 221用于将至少一类所述多媒体信息进行拼接组合， 以形成组 合网页信息； 编辑单元 222用于在组合网页的图像顶层中或组合网页信息的 扩展部分中添加频道名称、时间信息和 /或描述信息；封装单元 223用于将处 理后的所述组合网页信息按照所述社交网络平台提供接口所定义的要求进 行封装。
图 5为本发明数字电视终端实施例的结构示意图。 如图 5所示， 本实施 例的数字电视终端 800包括至少一个处理器 801、存储器 802、 网络接口 803 和用户接口 804, 还包括通信总线 805。 通信总线 805用于实现各装置之间 的连接通信。 用户接口 804用于用户与系统之间进行通信， 例如可以为高清 电视接口。 网络接口 803用于系统与网络之间进行通信， 例如可以为以太网 口。 存储器 802可能包含高速 RAM存储器， 也可能还包括非易失性存储器 (英文为 non-volatile memory, 以下简称 NVM ),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。 存储器 802可选的可以包含至少一个存储装置， 存储各种代码等， 用于实现 各种基础业务以及处理基于硬件的任务。

数字电视终端获取多媒体信息；
所述数字电视终端建立与社交网络平台之间网络连接， 并进行身份鉴 权；
所述数字电视终端完成身份鉴权后接入所述社交网络平台；
所述数字电视终端将获取到的所述多媒体信息上传给所述社交网络平 台， 以进行多媒体信息发布。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的多媒体信息发布的方法， 其特征在于， 数字 电视终端获取多媒体信息之后， 还包括：
所述数字电视终端将所述多媒体信息进行解码，输出到外部显示设备进 行播放。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的多媒体信息发布的方法， 其特征在于， 数字 电视终端获取多媒体信息包括：
所述数字电视终端接收电视广播信号，从所述电视广播信号中获取多媒 体信息； 或
