其中, 视频设置信息包括时间设置信息和 /或位置设置信息, 时间设置信 息可以设置为时间点也可以设置为时间段, 位置设置信息可以设置的某个具 体的地理位置也可以设置为某个地理区域范围, 该地理位置或地理区域范围 可以具体地理位置坐标表示, 也可以地理名称表示, 如, “西直门地铁站” 或者 “西直门商区” 等等。
在具体应用时, 可以通过用户界面接收用户设置, 生成相应的时间设置 信息和 /或位置设置信息。 但不限于此, 在某些应用中, 也可以采用系统默认 设置的方式自动设置所述视频设置信息, 并可提供修改选项。
通过设置所述视频设置信息, 可以对视频素材进行筛选, 以筛选出拍摄 时间和 /或拍摄位置符合视频设置信息的视频素材, 进而生成相应的视频。
步骤 S1 04:获取至少一个用户的、与视频设置信息相匹配的多个短视频。 本发明实施例中, “多个” 意指两个及两个以上。
本步骤在实现时, 可以仅获取一个用户的多个短视频; 也可以获取多个 用户的多个短视频, 此种情况下, 每个用户可以对应一个或多个短视频。
当仅包括一个用户时, 该用户可以为当前用户, 即, 指示电子设备执行 本发明实施例的视频处理方案的用户, 也可以为当前用户的关联用户, 如当 前用户从通讯录中选择的某个用户; 当包括多个用户时, 多个用户中可以包 括当前用户, 其它用户为当前用户的关联用户; 多个用户中也可以不包括当 前用户, 该多个用户均为当前用户的关联用户, 如当前用户从其通讯录中选 择的多个用户。

与视频设置信息相匹配的多个短视频, 可以是拍摄时间在时间设置信息 指示的时间段内的短视频, 也可以是拍摄时间距离时间设置信息指示的时间 点一定时长内的短视频; 可以是拍摄位置在位置设置信息指示的地理区域范 围内的短视频, 也可以是拍摄位置距离位置设置信息指示的具体地理位置一 定距离内的短视频; 可以是拍摄时间在时间设置信息指示的时间段内且拍摄 位置在位置设置信息指示的地理区域范围内的短视频, 也可以是拍摄时间在 时间设置信息指示的时间段内且拍摄位置距离位置设置信息指示的具体地理 位置一定距离内的短视频; 可以是拍摄时间距离时间设置信息指示的时间点 一定时长内且拍摄位置在位置设置信息指示的地理区域范围内的短视频, 也 可以是拍摄时间距离时间设置信息指示的时间点一定时长内且拍摄位置距离 位置设置信息指示的具体地理位置一定距离内的短视频, 等等。
步骤 S1 06 : 获取每个短视频的拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位置信息。

通过本实施例提供的视频处理方法, 根据预先设置的视频设置信息, 获 取与该视频设置信息中的时间设置信息和 /或位置设置信息相匹配的至少一 个用户的多个短视频, 进而, 获取这些短视频的拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位置 信息, 并以此为依据, 将获取的这些短视频合并生成新的视频。
由此, 因生成新的视频的素材均为与用户具有一定关系的素材, 在丰富 了现有视频内容的同时, 极大地提升了视频内容与用户的关联程度, 满足了 用户的个性化需求。
本实施例的视频处理方法可以由任意适当的具有数据处理能力的电子设 备执行, 如平板电脑、 手机、 台式机等。 实施例二
参照图 2, 示出了根据本发明实施例二的一种视频处理方法的步骤流程 图。
本实施例的视频处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 S202: 获取为待生成的视频设置的视频设置信息。

当所述用户包括多个时, 该多个用户中可以包括所述当前用户以及与所 述当前用户有关联关系的其它用户; 也可以不包括所述当前用户, 均为与所 述当前用户有关联关系的其它用户。 但不论是哪种情况, 该多个用户均为关 联用户。 如前所述, 可以获取多个用户的、 与视频设置信息相匹配的多个短 视频, 其中, 每个用户对应有一个或多个短视频。
在一种可行方式中, 当视频设置信息包括时间设置信息时, 获取至少一 个用户的、 与视频设置信息相匹配的多个短视频可以包括: 根据时间设置信 息获取设定用户的至少一个短视频; 获取该至少一个短视频对应的至少一个 拍摄位置信息; 根据时间设置信息和拍摄位置信息, 获取与设定用户关联的 至少一个其它用户的短视频。 其中, 所述设定用户可以是所述当前用户, 也 可以是从所述当前用户的通讯录选择的与所述当前用户有关联关系的一个用 户。 例如, 用户 A 为所述当前用户, 时间设置信息为 201 8-1 -1 日 7:00AM- 9:00AM, 则可以先从用户 A的系统媒体库中获取 201 8-1 -1 日 7: 00AM-9: 00AM 时间段中的一个或多个短视频, 假设获取到用户 A 的三个短视频 A1、 A2和 A3, 分别是用户 A拍摄的拍摄时间为 7 : 00AM从家到地铁站的短视频, 7 :

A1 , 7 : 15AM在凯德 MALL拍摄的短视频 A2, 用户 B7 : 05AM在西直门地铁站 的短视频 B1, 7 : 1 50AM在凯德 MALL拍摄的短视频 B2, 可以将 A1 和 B1 分为 一组, A2和 B2分为一组, 在对这两组按照时间顺序进行合并时, 可以以每 一组的最早的时间为排序依据, 也可以以平均时间或最晚时间为排序依据, 等等适当方式进行排序。 具体到本实例, 可以将 A1 和 B1 组排序在 A2和 B2 组前, 将两组的短视频合并起来。 其中, 每一组中的短视频可以也按照拍摄 时间进行排序串联, 也可以任意串联, 具体由本领域技术人员根据实际需求 适当设定。
通过这种方式, 以时间和位置为维度, 形成的视频情节流动性更强, 且 与用户密切关联, 有效提升了用户体验。
步骤 S21 0 : 推荐生成的新的视频。
在合并生成新的视频后, 可以向其它用户展示和推荐, 如, 发布的朋友 圈, 发送给好友, 上传视频网站, 等等。
通过本实施例提供的视频处理方法, 根据预先设置的视频设置信息, 获 取与该视频设置信息中的时间设置信息和 /或位置设置信息相匹配的至少一 个用户的多个短视频, 进而, 获取这些短视频的拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位置 信息, 并以此为依据, 将获取的这些短视频合并生成新的视频。
由此, 因生成新的视频的素材均为与用户具有一定关系的素材, 在丰富 了现有视频内容的同时, 极大地提升了视频内容与用户的关联程度, 满足了 用户的个性化需求。
本实施例的视频处理方法可以由任意适当的具有数据处理能力的电子设 备执行, 如平板电脑、 手机、 台式机等。
实施例三
参照图 3, 示出了根据本发明实施例三的一种视频处理装置的结构框图。 本实施例的视频处理装置包括: 第一获取模块 302, 配置为获取为待生 成的视频设置的视频设置信息, 其中, 视频设置信息包括时间设置信息和 /或 位置设置信息; 第二获取模块 304, 配置为获取至少一个用户的、 与视频设 置信息相匹配的多个短视频; 第三获取模块 306, 配置为获取第二获取模块 304 获取的每个短视频的拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位置信息; 生成模块 308, 配置为根据拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位置信息,将获取的多个短视频合并生成 新的视频。
本实施例的视频处理装置用于实现前述多个方法实施例中相应的视频处 理方法, 并具有相应的方法实施例的有益效果, 在此不再赘述。 实施例四
参照图 4, 示出了根据本发明实施例四的一种视频处理装置的结构框图。 本实施例的视频处理装置包括: 第一获取模块 402, 配置为获取为待生 成的视频设置的视频设置信息, 其中, 视频设置信息包括时间设置信息和 /或 位置设置信息; 第二获取模块 404, 配置为获取至少一个用户的、 与视频设 置信息相匹配的多个短视频; 第三获取模块 406, 配置为获取每个短视频的 拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位置信息; 生成模块 408, 配置为根据拍摄时间信息 和 /或拍摄位置信息, 将获取的多个短视频合并生成新的视频。
可选地, 生成模块 408, 配置为根据拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位置信息, 将获取的多个短视频按照时间顺序合并生成新的视频。
可选地, 当所述用户包括多个时, 生成模块 408配置为获取多个用户中 的每个用户对应的每个短视频的拍摄位置信息; 根据获取的拍摄位置信息, 确定多个短视频组, 其中, 每个短视频组包括至少一个短视频, 每个短视频 组中的短视频的拍摄位置信息指示的拍摄位置在同一地理区域范围内; 按照 拍摄时间信息所指示的时间的时间顺序,将多个短视频组合并生成新的视频。
可选地, 当视频设置信息包括时间设置信息和位置设置信息时, 第二获 取模块 404包括: 第一获取单元 4042, 配置为从每个用户对应的短视频集合 中, 获取拍摄时间在所述时间设置信息指示的时间范围内, 且, 拍摄位置在 位置设置信息指示的地理区域范围内的短视频。
可选地,当视频设置信息包括时间设置信息时,第二获取模块 404包括: 第二获取单元 4044, 配置为根据时间设置信息获取设定用户的至少一个短视 频; 获取至少一个短视频对应的至少一个拍摄位置信息; 根据时间设置信息 和拍摄位置信息, 获取与设定用户关联的至少一个其它用户的短视频。
可选地,当视频设置信息包括位置设置信息时,第二获取模块 404包括: 第三获取单元 4046, 配置为根据位置设置信息获取设定用户的至少一个短视 频; 获取至少一个短视频对应的至少一个拍摄时间信息; 根据位置设置信息 和拍摄时间信息, 获取与设定用户关联的至少一个其它用户的短视频。
可选地, 当所述用户包括多个时, 多个用户为关联用户。

如图 5 所示, 该设备 /终端 /服务器可以包括: 处理器 (processor) 502、 存储装置 504。
其中:
处理器 502, 用于执行程序 506, 具体可以执行上述视频处理方法实施例 中的相关步骤。
具体地,程序 506可以包括程序代码,该程序代码包括计算机操作指令。 处理器 502 可能是中央处理器 CPU, 或者是特定集成电路 AS I C ( App I i cat i on Spec i f i c I integrated G i rcu i t ) , 或者是被配置成实施本申 请实施例的一个或多个集成电路。 设备 /终端 /服务器包括的一个或多个处理 器, 可以是同一类型的处理器, 如一个或多个 CPU ; 也可以是不同类型的处 理器, 如一个或多个 GPU以及一个或多个 AS丨 G。 存储装置 504, 配置为存放一个或多个程序 506。 存储装置 504可能包 含高速 RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器 ( non-vo I at i I e memory ) , 例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
程序 506具体可以用于使得处理器 502执行以下操作: 获取为待生成的 视频设置的视频设置信息, 其中, 视频设置信息包括时间设置信息和 /或位置 设置信息; 获取至少一个用户的、 与视频设置信息相匹配的多个短视频; 获 取每个短视频的拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位置信息; 根据拍摄时间信息和 /或 拍摄位置信息, 将获取的多个短视频合并生成新的视频。
在一种可选的实施方式中, 程序 506还用于使得处理器 502在根据拍摄 时间信息和 /或拍摄位置信息, 将获取的多个短视频合并生成新的视频时, 根 据拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位置信息,将获取的多个短视频按照时间顺序合并 生成新的视频。
在一种可选的实施方式中, 当所述用户包括多个时, 程序 506还用于使 得处理器 502在根据拍摄时间信息和拍摄位置信息, 将获取的多个短视频按 照时间顺序合并生成新的视频时, 获取多个用户中的每个用户对应的每个短 视频的拍摄位置信息;根据获取的拍摄位置信息,确定多个短视频组,其中, 每个短视频组包括至少一个短视频, 每个短视频组中的短视频的拍摄位置信 息指示的拍摄位置在同一地理区域范围内; 按照拍摄时间信息所指示的时间 的时间顺序, 将多个短视频组合并生成新的视频。
在一种可选的实施方式中, 当视频设置信息包括时间设置信息和位置设 置信息时, 程序 506还用于使得处理器 502在获取至少一个用户的、 与视频 设置信息相匹配的多个短视频时, 从每个用户对应的短视频集合中, 获取拍 摄时间在时间设置信息指示的时间范围内, 且, 拍摄位置在位置设置信息指 示的地理区域范围内的短视频。
在一种可选的实施方式中, 当视频设置信息包括时间设置信息时, 程序
506还用于使得处理器 502在获取至少一个用户的、 与视频设置信息相匹配 的多个短视频时, 根据时间设置信息获取设定用户的至少一个短视频; 获取 至少一个短视频对应的至少一个拍摄位置信息; 根据时间设置信息和拍摄位 置信息, 获取与设定用户关联的至少一个其它用户的短视频。
在一种可选的实施方式中, 当视频设置信息包括位置设置信息时, 程序 506还用于使得处理器 502在获取至少一个用户的、 与视频设置信息相匹配 的多个短视频时, 根据位置设置信息获取设定用户的至少一个短视频; 获取 至少一个短视频对应的至少一个拍摄时间信息; 根据位置设置信息和拍摄时 间信息, 获取与设定用户关联的至少一个其它用户的短视频。
在一种可选的实施方式中, 当所述用户包括多个时, 多个用户为关联用户。 程序 506中各步骤的具体实现可以参见上述视频处理方法实施例中的相 应步骤和单元中对应的描述, 在此不赘述。 所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地 了解到, 为描述的方便和简洁, 上述描述的设备和模块的具体工作过程, 可 以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程描述, 在此不再赘述。
通过本实施例的设备 /终端 /服务器, 根据预先设置的视频设置信息, 获 取与该视频设置信息中的时间设置信息和 /或位置设置信息相匹配的至少一 个用户的多个短视频, 进而, 获取这些短视频的拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位置 信息, 并以此为依据, 将获取的这些短视频合并生成新的视频。
由此, 因生成新的视频的素材均为与用户具有一定关系的素材, 在丰富 了现有视频内容的同时, 极大地提升了视频内容与用户的关联程度, 满足了 用户的个性化需求。 需要指出, 根据实施的需要, 可将本申请实施例中描述的各个部件 /步骤 拆分为更多部件 /步骤, 也可将两个或多个部件 /步骤或者部件 /步骤的部分 操作组合成新的部件 /步骤, 以实现本申请实施例的目的。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种视频处理方法, 包括:
获取为待生成的视频设置的视频设置信息, 其中, 所述视频设置信息包 括时间设置信息和 /或位置设置信息;
获取至少一个用户的、 与所述视频设置信息相匹配的多个短视频; 获取每个所述短视频的拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位置信息;
根据所述拍摄时间信息和 /或所述拍摄位置信息,将获取的所述多个短视 频合并生成新的视频。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据所述拍摄时间信息和 / 或所述拍摄位置信息, 将获取的所述多个短视频合并生成新的视频, 包括: 根据所述拍摄时间信息和 /或所述拍摄位置信息,将获取的所述多个短视 频按照时间顺序合并生成新的视频。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 当所述用户包括多个时, 所述根 据所述拍摄时间信息和所述拍摄位置信息, 将获取的所述多个短视频按照时 间顺序合并生成新的视频, 包括:
获取多个所述用户中的每个用户对应的每个短视频的拍摄位置信息; 根据获取的所述拍摄位置信息, 确定多个短视频组, 其中, 每个短视频 组包括至少一个短视频, 每个所述短视频组中的短视频的拍摄位置信息指示 的拍摄位置在同一地理区域范围内;
按照拍摄时间信息所指示的时间的时间顺序, 将所述多个短视频组合并 生成新的视频。
4、 根据权利要求 1 -3任一项所述的方法, 其中, 当所述视频设置信息包 括时间设置信息和位置设置信息时, 所述获取至少一个用户的、 与所述视频 设置信息相匹配的多个短视频, 包括:
从每个所述用户对应的短视频集合中, 获取拍摄时间在所述时间设置信 息指示的时间范围内, 且, 拍摄位置在所述位置设置信息指示的地理区域范 围内的短视频。
5、 根据权利要求 1 -3任一项所述的方法, 其中, 当所述视频设置信息包 括时间设置信息时, 所述获取至少一个用户的、 与所述视频设置信息相匹配 的多个短视频, 包括:
根据所述时间设置信息获取设定用户的至少一个短视频;
获取所述至少一个短视频对应的至少一个拍摄位置信息;
根据所述时间设置信息和所述拍摄位置信息, 获取与所述设定用户关联 的至少一个其它用户的短视频。
6、 根据权利要求 1 -3任一项所述的方法, 其中, 当所述视频设置信息包 括位置设置信息时, 所述获取至少一个用户的、 与所述视频设置信息相匹配 的多个短视频, 包括:
根据所述位置设置信息获取设定用户的至少一个短视频;
获取所述至少一个短视频对应的至少一个拍摄时间信息;
根据所述位置设置信息和所述拍摄时间信息, 获取与所述设定用户关联 的至少一个其它用户的短视频。
7、根据权利要求 1 -3任一项所述的方法,其中,当所述用户包括多个时, 多个所述用户为关联用户。
8、 一种视频处理装置, 包括:
第一获取模块,配置为获取为待生成的视频设置的视频设置信息,其中, 所述视频设置信息包括时间设置信息和 /或位置设置信息;
第二获取模块, 配置为获取至少一个用户的、 与所述视频设置信息相匹 配的多个短视频;
第三获取模块,配置为获取每个所述短视频的拍摄时间信息和 /或拍摄位 置信息;
生成模块, 配置为根据所述拍摄时间信息和 /或所述拍摄位置信息, 将获 取的所述多个短视频合并生成新的视频。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述生成模块, 配置为根据所述 拍摄时间信息和 /或所述拍摄位置信息,将获取的所述多个短视频按照时间顺 序合并生成新的视频。
1 0、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 当所述用户包括多个时, 所述 生成模块, 配置为获取多个所述用户中的每个用户对应的每个短视频的拍摄 位置信息; 根据获取的所述拍摄位置信息, 确定多个短视频组, 其中, 每个 短视频组包括至少一个短视频, 每个所述短视频组中的短视频的拍摄位置信 息指示的拍摄位置在同一地理区域范围内; 按照拍摄时间信息所指示的时间 的时间顺序, 将所述多个短视频组合并生成新的视频。

1 3、 根据权利要求 8-1 0任一项所述的装置, 其中, 当所述视频设置信息 包括位置设置信息时, 所述第二获取模块包括: 第三获取单元, 配置为根据 所述位置设置信息获取设定用户的至少一个短视频; 获取所述至少一个短视 频对应的至少一个拍摄时间信息; 根据所述位置设置信息和所述拍摄时间信 息, 获取与所述设定用户关联的至少一个其它用户的短视频。

15.—种设备 /终端 /服务器, 包括:
一个或多个处理器;
存储装置, 配置为存储一个或多个程序;
当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行, 使得所述一个或 多个处理器实现如权利要求 1-7中任一所述的方法。
16.—种计算机可读存储介质, 其上存储有计算机程序, 该程序被处理器 执行时实现如权利要求 1-7中任一所述的方法。
