本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供一种分析陌生电话熟悉度的方法及系统。该方法包括接收到不在被叫方一级通讯录的主叫方的来电;获取主叫方上传到云端的主叫方一级通讯录;判断所述被叫方上传到云端的被叫方一级通讯录与所述主叫方一级通讯录是否有相同的联系人信息;若是,得到预置的一级陌生电话熟悉度。本发明通过分析主叫方通讯录和被叫方通讯录中是否有相同的联系人来确定一级陌生电话熟悉度,使得被叫方在接收到陌生电话时,对该号码有一定的了解,以方便被叫方采取进一步的接听或拒接等措施。

S101,接收到不在被叫方一级通讯录的主叫方的来电。
S102,获取主叫方上传到云端的主叫方一级通讯录。
本实施例中,所述被叫方一级通讯录为被叫方的通讯录,所述主叫方一级通讯录为主叫方的通讯录。
S103,判断所述被叫方上传到云端的被叫方一级通讯录与所述主叫方一级通讯录是否有相同的联系人信息。
S104,若是,得到预置的一级陌生电话熟悉度。
本实施例中,一级陌生电话熟悉度设置为60%,即当被叫方一级通讯录与主叫方一级通讯录中有相同的联系人的时候,即得到一级陌生电话熟悉度为60%。
本实施例中,步骤S101、S102、S103和S104的实施主体可以都是云端服务器;也可以是步骤S101由用户终端即被叫方终端实施,步骤S102、S103和S104在云端服务器中实施;在不考虑时限及计算量的情况下,以上四个步骤也都可以在被叫方终端实施,被叫方终端从云端获取加密的通讯录数据,在本终端上进行数据的运算,得到结果。
以上在步骤S104之后,还可以包括:若否,继续比较主叫方和被叫方
的二级通讯录中是否有相同的联系人;或继续比较主叫方和被叫方的二级通讯录及三级通讯录中中是否有相同的联系人;或结束比较,直接得到熟悉度为0。
本实施例提供一种分析陌生电话熟悉度的方法,该方法通过分析主叫方通讯录和被叫方通讯录中是否有相同的联系人来确定一级陌生电话熟悉度,使得被叫方在接收到陌生电话时,对该号码有一定的了解,以方便被叫方采取进一步的接听或拒接等措施。

本实施例中,设置一级陌生电话熟悉度为60%,根据主叫方与被叫方之间是否关联,得到第一综合熟悉度的范围为60%-90%。

具体的,用户可预先设置屏蔽或拒接来电的第一综合熟悉度的值,例如用户设置第一综合熟悉度的值为80%以下时就屏蔽或拒接来电,则当第一综合熟悉度为70%时,系统会屏蔽或拒接来电。

本实施例中,所述第一关联熟悉度、第二关联熟悉度和第三关联熟悉度可以是相同的,主要基于判断主叫方和被叫方是否关联的条件设置是否相
同。
本实施例提供一种分析陌生电话熟悉度的方法,可应用于手机接收到陌生来电时,通过分析该陌生来电与被叫方号码之间的熟悉度值,来判断两者之间的关联度从而选择接听或是拒接电话。下面举例具体说明本实施例的一种实现方式:
某用户的手机接收到一个陌生来电,首先云端服务器会判断该陌生来电和该用户的一级通讯录中是否有相同的联系人,若有,则给出一级陌生电话熟悉度为60%,进一步的判断两个号码是否是属于同一归属地或该陌生来电是否在该用户经常拨打的区域内,进一步给出关联熟悉度,若两个号码之间的关联熟悉度为20%,则第一综合熟悉度就为80%,系统会将此熟悉度值显示给用户,用户根据熟悉度值来选择接听或是拒接电话。当然,若用户之前预置的熟悉度为80%以上时就可以接听电话,系统在获取第一综合熟悉度为80%时就可以自动接听电话。
若以上判断中,陌生来电和该用户的一级通讯录中没有相同的联系人,则云端服务器会比较两者的二级通讯录中是否有相同的联系人,同样分析两者之间的关联熟悉度,得到第二综合熟悉度,这一层的熟悉度会比上一级的熟悉度小,范围可设置在30%-59%之间,用户可根据自己的需求来设定熟悉度在什么范围的时候选择拒接或屏蔽电话。另外,计算出的熟悉度显示出来,用户可对该陌生号码有进一步的了解。
当两者的二级通讯录中没有相同的联系人时,云端服务器会比较两者的三级通讯录中是否有相同的联系人。此时,两者的熟悉度范围为1%-29%,如此小的熟悉度可以考虑直接屏蔽或拒接,再者,本层级的计算量相对较大,
在陌生来电响铃期间可能完成不了计算,故可以在拒接电话后进行此层级的计算,然后将最终的熟悉度值反馈给该用户。
在本实施例中,通过逐层的比较主叫方和被叫方各级通讯录中是否有相同的联系人,来得到主叫方和被叫方之间的熟悉度。同时分析主叫方和被叫方的电话号码之间的关联,来进一步得到两者之间的综合熟悉度。根据得到的综合熟悉度,用户可进行下一步的动作,可选择接听或拒接电话,提高了用户的使用体验。
以下为本技术方案提供的分析陌生电话熟悉度的系统的实施例,以下系统的实施例基于上述方法的实施例来实现,在以下系统的实施例中未详细描述的内容请参考上述方法的实施例。

- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于:所述第一关联熟悉度与所述一级陌生电话熟悉度相加得到第一综合熟悉度之后,还包括:根据所述第一综合熟悉度屏蔽或拒接来电;和/或显示所述第一综合熟 悉度;所述第二关联熟悉度与所述二级陌生电话熟悉度相加得到第二综合熟悉度之后,还包括:根据所述第二综合熟悉度屏蔽或拒接来电;和/或显示所述第二综合熟悉度;所述第三关联熟悉度与所述三级陌生电话熟悉度相加得到第三综合熟悉度之后,还包括:根据所述第三综合熟悉度屏蔽或拒接来电;和/或显示所述第三综合熟悉度;所述得到熟悉度为0之后,还包括:屏蔽或拒接来电;和/或显示熟悉度为0。
- 一种分析陌生电话熟悉度的系统,其特征在于,包括:来电接收模块,用于接收到不在被叫方一级通讯录的主叫方的来电;获取模块,用于获取主叫方上传到云端的主叫方一级通讯录;判断模块,用于判断所述被叫方上传到云端的被叫方一级通讯录与所述主叫方一级通讯录是否有相同的联系人信息;熟悉度获取模块,用于被叫方一级通讯录与主叫方一级通讯录有相同的联系人信息时,得到预置的一级陌生电话熟悉度;所述被叫方一级通讯录为被叫方的通讯录,所述主叫方一级通讯录为主叫方的通讯录。
- 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:所述获取模块,还用于所述判断模块判断所述被叫方上传到云端的被叫 方一级通讯录与所述主叫方一级通讯录没有相同的联系人信息之后,获取主叫方二级通讯录和被叫方二级通讯录;所述主叫方二级通讯录为所述主叫方一级通讯录中联系人上传到云端的通讯录,所述被叫方二级通讯录为所述被叫方一级通讯录中联系人上传到云端的通讯录;所述判断模块,还用于判断所述主叫方二级通讯录与被叫方二级通讯录是否有相同的联系人信息;所述熟悉度获取模块,还用于所述主叫方二级通讯录与被叫方二级通讯录有相同的联系人信息时,得到预置的二级陌生电话熟悉度。
- 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:所述获取模块,还用于所述判断模块判断所述主叫方二级通讯录与被叫方二级通讯录没有相同的联系人信息之后,获取主叫方三级通讯录和被叫方三级通讯录;所述主叫方三级通讯录为所述主叫方二级通讯录中联系人上传到云端的通讯录,所述被叫方三级通讯录为所述被叫方二级通讯录中联系人上传到云端的通讯录;所述判断模块,还用于判断所述主叫方三级通讯录与所述被叫方三级通讯录是否有相同的联系人信息;所述熟悉度获取模块,还用于所述判断模块判断所述主叫方三级通讯录与所述被叫方三级通讯录是否有相同的联系人信息之后,若是,得到预置的三级陌生电话熟悉度,若否,得到熟悉度为0。
- 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:综合熟悉度获取模块,用于所述熟悉度获取模块得到预置的一级陌生电话熟悉度之后,分析所述主叫方与所述被叫方的电话号码之间的关联,得到 第一关联熟悉度;所述第一关联熟悉度与所述一级陌生电话熟悉度相加得到第一综合熟悉度;所述综合熟悉度获取模块,还用于所述熟悉度获取模块得到预置的二级陌生电话熟悉度之后,分析所述主叫方与所述被叫方的电话号码之间的关联,得到第二关联熟悉度;所述第二关联熟悉度与所述二级陌生电话熟悉度相加得到第二综合熟悉度;所述综合熟悉度获取模块,还用于所述熟悉度获取模块得到预置的三级陌生电话熟悉度之后,分析所述主叫方与所述被叫方的电话号码之间的关联,得到第三关联熟悉度;所述第三关联熟悉度与所述三级陌生电话熟悉度相加得到第三综合熟悉度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:拒接模块,用于根据所述第一综合熟悉度屏蔽或拒接来电;显示模块,用于显示所述第一综合熟悉度;所述拒接模块,还用于根据所述第二综合熟悉度屏蔽或拒接来电;所述显示模块,还用于显示所述第二综合熟悉度;所述拒接模块,还用于根据所述第三综合熟悉度屏蔽或拒接来电;所述显示模块,还用于显示所述第三综合熟悉度。
