Abstract

本发明公开了一种视频节目推送方法,应用于移动终端,包括步骤:在建立移动终端与电视端的通信连接后,获取电视端的标识信息;查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息;确定与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目并显示,以供移动终端用户选择需要推送至电视端播放的视频节目;及推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。本发明还公开了一种视频节目推送装置。本发明提高向电视端推送视频节目的准确度,避免因无支持牌照信息无法播放推送的视频节目的问题,进而提高向电视端推送视频节目的效率。

视频节目推送方法及装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电视技术领域,尤其涉及视频节目推送方法及装置。
背景技术
在多屏互动的大趋势下,将移动设备(手机、pad等)的内容推送到TV电视已经被普遍使用,从移动设备(手机、pad等)推送视频到TV播放也日渐成为用户的需求。推送视频到TV,这个视频就包括本地视频以及网络视频,本地视频推送到TV播放,由于有视频源,这个已经实现了,但是推送网络视频到TV就可能因为版权问题,无法播放。例如,手机访问爱奇艺视频,由于拿不到视频源,所以就必须使用爱奇艺播放器播放视频节目;在推送到TV时,如果TV不具有爱奇艺牌照就无法播放手机推送的视频节目。在手机向TV推送视频节目的过程中,会存在大量TV无法播放的视频节目。因此,目前移动端向电视端推送网络视频节目,无法准确的推送电视端能播放的视频节目,导致网络视频节目在电视端无法播放,进而使得网络视频节目推送效率差。

发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种视频节目推送方法及装置,旨在解决目前移动端向电视端推送网络视频节目,无法准确的推送电视端能播放的视频节目,导致网络视频节目在电视端无法播放,进而使得网络视频节目推送效率差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种视频节目推送方法,应用于移动终端,包括步骤:
在建立移动终端与电视端的通信连接后,获取电视端的标识信息;
查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息;
确定与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目并显示,以供移动终端用户选择需要推送至电视端播放的视频节目;及
推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。
优选地,所述视频节目推送方法包括:
从一预先构建的视频节目配置表中查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息,所述视频节目配置表包括电视端标识信息、与电视端标识对应的牌照信息以及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。
优选地,所述视频节目配置表存储于移动终端,或者一与该移动终端通信连接的服务端。
优选地,当所述视频节目配置表存储于移动终端时,所述视频节目推送方法还包括:
从移动终端本地加载视频节目配置表,所述配置表包括电视端标识信息与其所支持的牌照信息;
根据所述标识信息从所述视频节目配置表中确定电视端支持的牌照信息及视频节目。
优选地,当所述视频节目配置表存储于所述服务端时,所述视频节目推送方法还包括:
获取电视端的标识信息并发送该标识信息至所述服务端;
接收所述服务端返回的与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息、及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目;
显示所述视频节目,以供移动终端用户选择;及
推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。
优选地,所述方法还包括:
在电视端的牌照信息发生变化时,接收电视端发送来的牌照信息更新指令;及
根据所述更新指令,更新所述视频节目配置表中与电视端标识对应的牌照信息和与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。
优选地,在推送视频节目时,获取电视端是否安装推送视频节目的播放器,在未安装时,从服务端获取预先建立的配置表中关于未安装播放器的相关信息;
将所述相关信息发送至电视端,以供电视端根据所述相关信息安装所述播放器并播放对应的视频节目。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种视频节目推送装置,包括:
获取模块,用于在建立移动终端与电视端的通信连接后,获取电视端的标识信息;
查询模块,用于查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息;
处理模块,用于确定与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目并显示,以供移动终端用户选择需要推送至电视端播放的视频节目;
推送模块,用于推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。
优选地,所述查询模块,还用于从一预先构建的视频节目配置表中查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息,所述视频节目配置表包括电视端标识信息、与电视端标识对应的牌照信息以及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。
优选地,所述视频节目配置表存储于移动终端,或者一与该移动终端通信连接的服务端。
优选地,还包括:
发送模块,用于将获取的电视端的标识信息发送至服务端;
接收模块,用于接收所述服务端返回的与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息、及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目。

本发明提前构建电视端的标识信息及所支持的牌照信息并存储,在需要向电视端推送电视节目时,根据电视端标识信息查询电视端所支持的牌照信息及视频节目,将电视端所支持牌照信息对应的视频节目推送至电视端播放。提高向电视端推送视频节目的准确度,避免因无支持牌照信息无法播放推送的视频节目的问题,进而提高向电视端推送视频节目的效率。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例的主要解决方案是:提前构建电视端的标识信息及所支持的牌照信息并存储,在需要向电视端推送电视节目时,根据电视端标识信息查询电视端所支持的牌照信息及视频节目,将电视端所支持牌照信息对应的视频节目推送至电视端播放。提高向电视端推送视频节目的准确度,避免因无支持牌照信息无法播放推送的视频节目的问题,进而提高向电视端推送视频节目的效率。
目前移动端向电视端推送网络视频节目,存在无法准确的推送电视端能播放的视频节目,导致网络视频节目在电视端无法播放,进而使得网络视频节目推送效率差的问题。
基于上述问题,本发明提供一种视频节目推送方法。
参照图1,图1为本发明视频节目推送方法的第一实施例的流程示意图。
在一实施例中,所述视频节目推送方法包括:
步骤S10,在建立移动终端与电视端的通信连接后,获取电视端的标识信息;
在本实施例中,所述移动终端可以是手机、pad等智能电子设备,用户可通过所述移动终端记载软件播放网络视频节目或者本地视频节目。在用户需要将移动终端上播放的视频节目推送至电视端播放时,通过移动终端搜索并发现电视端,与电视端建立通信连接,电视端在建立与移动终端的通信连接后,将电视端的标识信息发送至移动终端。移动终端接收所述电视端的标识信息。所述电视端的标识信息为电视端的唯一ID,用以区分不同电视端,例如,电视端的出厂序号或电视端的序列号等。所述需要从移动终端推送至电视端的视频节目为需要牌照信息的视频节目,例如,网络视频节目(A视频播放平台的视频节目或B视频播放平台的视频节目)。
步骤S20,查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息;
预先构建视频节目配置表,所述视频节目配置表包括电视端标识信息、与电视端标识对应的牌照信息以及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息;再一一配置每个牌照信息对应播放器的一些参数,包括启动方式、播放器名称、播放器下载地址、包名、启动需要的动作以及其他参数一并关联保存在配置表中。在构建完所述视频节目配置表后,所述视频节目配置表可以存储于移动终端,或者存储于与所述移动终端通信连接的服务端。
在获取到电视端的标识信息后,查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息。具体的,从一预先构建的视频节目配置表中查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息,所述视频节目配置表包括电视端标识信息、与电视端标识对应的牌照信息、以及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。
步骤S30,确定与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目并显示,以供移动终端用户选择需要推送至电视端播放的视频节目;
步骤S40,推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。
移动终端在需要确定电视端支持的牌照信息及视频节目时,可以采取的方式包括:
1、参考图2,步骤S21,从移动终端本地加载视频节目配置表,所述配置表包括电视端标识信息与其所支持的牌照信息;步骤S22,根据所述标识信息从所述视频节目配置表中确定电视端支持的牌照信息及视频节目。在获取到电视端的标识信息后,查询与所述标识信息对应电视端缩支持的牌照信息及牌照信息对应的视频节目。从网络视频节目中提取与所确定的牌照信息对应的视频节目。在本发明另一实施例中,还可以是提前从服务端下载配置表:所述移动终端中的视频节目配置表可以是提前从服务端加载,加载过程包括:建立与服务端的通信连接,向服务端发送配置表请求,服务端在接收到所述请求后,将配置表发送至移动终端。具体的提前加载过程可以是:例如,1)根据用户近期时间连接的电视端的情况,下载连接次数大于预设次数(5次或10次等)的电视端的配置表;2)下载视频节目推送时间大于预设时长(20分钟或30分钟等)的电视端的配置表。提前的方式并不局限于上述两种方式还可以是其他可行的其他方式。
2、当所述视频节目配置表存储于所述服务端时,参考图3,步骤S23,获取电视端的标识信息并发送该标识信息至所述服务端;步骤S24,接收所述服务端返回的与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息、及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目;步骤S25,显示所述视频节目,以供移动终端用户选择;及推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。在从电视端接收到电视端发送的标识信息后,建立与服务端的通信连接,将所述电视端的标识信息发送至服务端,服务端在接收到所述标识信息后,从预先构建的配置表中匹配出所述标识信息对应支持的牌照信息,将所述牌照信息发送至移动终端,移动终端在接收到所述牌照信息后,从网络视频节目中提取与所确定的牌照信息对应的视频节目。在本发明其他实施例中,因所述牌照信息的确定可以执行在服务端,在服务端确定连接的电视端支持的牌照信息后,服务端确定牌照信息对应的视频节目,将牌照信息及对应支持的视频节目发送至移动终端,移动终端直接提取该部分视频节目即可。
在获取到牌照信息后,确定与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目并显示,以供移动终端用户选择需要推送至电视端播放的视频节目;及推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。具体的,在提取出视频节目后,还可以是将所述视频节目在推送界面推送,供用户基于推送界面的选择操作后,确定用户选择的视频节目,将用户选择的视频节目发送至电视端,电视端按照用户选择的顺序或者按照用户设置的播放顺序播放选择的视频节目。
本实施例通过提前构建电视端的标识信息及所支持的牌照信息并存储,在需要向电视端推送电视节目时,根据电视端标识信息查询电视端所支持的牌照信息及视频节目,将电视端所支持牌照信息对应的视频节目推送至电视端播放。提高向电视端推送视频节目的准确度,避免因无支持牌照信息无法播放推送的视频节目的问题,进而提高向电视端推送视频节目的效率。
参考图4,为本发明视频节目推送方法的第二实施例的流程示意图。基于上述视频节目推送方法的第一实施例,所述方法还包括:
步骤S40,在电视端的牌照信息发生变化时,接收电视端发送来的牌照信息更新指令;
步骤S50,根据所述更新指令,更新所述视频节目配置表中与电视端标识对应的牌照信息和与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。
在本实施例中,电视端的牌照信息可以改变,根据电视端购买的不同牌照信息而变化,例如,在A时间段购买的为a牌照信息,在B时间段购买的为b牌照信息。在电视端的牌照信息发送改变后,电视端向移动终端发送牌照信息更新指令,根据所述更新指令,更新所述视频节目配置表中与电视端标识对应的牌照信息和与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。更新操作包括:1)在移动终端本端进行,或者2)将所述电视端的标识信息及更新后的牌照信息发送至服务端,以在所述服务端更新预先构建的配置表。即,如果电视端的牌照信息发生变化,只需要在服务端上修改配置表就可以获取改变后的牌照信息的视频节目,推送到这台电视端上播放。电视端的牌照信息随时可能更改,现在是A,不就后可能是B,本发明实现不升级应用,只需在服务端修改配置表就实现推送正确牌照信息的视频节目到电视端播放。
参考图5,为本发明视频节目推送方法的第三实施例的流程示意图。基于上述视频节目推送方法的第二实施例,所述方法还包括:
步骤S60,在电视端未安装匹配牌照信息的播放器时,从服务端获取预先建立的所述播放器的相关信息;
步骤S70,将所述相关信息发送至电视端,以供所述电视端根据所述相关信息安装所述播放器并播放对应的视频节目。
在本实施例中,电视端会存在支持多个牌照信息的情况,移动终端向电视端推送视频节目后,电视端并非全部安装了支持的牌照信息的播放器,在电视端未安装匹配牌照信息的播放器时,通过移动终端从服务端获取预先建立的所述播放器的相关信息。即,移动终端在推送视频节目时,获取电视端是否安装推送视频节目的播放器,在未安装时,移动终端从服务端获取预先建立的配置表中关于未安装播放器的相关信息,所述相关信息包括但不限于播放器的名称、包名、下载地址等。将所述相关信息发送至电视端,电视端根据所述相关信息安装所述播放器并播放对应的视频节目。本实施例通过在电视端未安装播放器时,通过移动终端从服务器获取播放器的相关信息,通过相关信息快速安装对应播放器,进一步提高视频节目推送的效率。在本发明其他实施例中,当存在多个电视端,每个电视端可能牌照信息不同,在用户选择推送视频节目时,从服务器确定是否有支持用户选择视频节目的牌照信息的电视端,在存在该电视端时,提示用户通过移动终端连接该电视端,通过该电视端完成视频节目推送。在用户选择的视频节目对应不同电视端时,自动完成连接的切换,及时准确的完成视频节目的推送,提高智能化同时提高视频节目推送效率。
上述第一至第三实施例的视频节目推送方法的执行主体均可以为移动终端。更进一步地,该视频节目推送方法可以由安装移动终端上的视频节目推送程序实现,其中,该移动终端包括但不限于手机、pad、笔记本电脑等。
本发明进一步提供一种视频节目推送装置。
参照图6,图6为本发明视频节目推送装置的第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在一实施例中,所述视频节目推送装置包括:获取模块10、查询模块20、处理模块30、推送模块40、发送模块50及接收模块60。
所述获取模块10,用于在建立移动终端与电视端的通信连接后,获取电视端的标识信息;
在本实施例中,所述移动终端可以是手机、pad等智能电子设备,用户可通过所述移动终端记载软件播放网络视频节目或者本地视频节目。在用户需要将移动终端上播放的视频节目推送至电视端播放时,通过移动终端搜索并发现电视端,与电视端建立通信连接,电视端在建立与移动终端的通信连接后,将电视端的标识信息发送至移动终端。移动终端接收所述电视端的标识信息。所述电视端的标识信息为电视端的唯一ID,用以区分不同电视端,例如,电视端的出厂序号或电视端的序列号等。所述需要从移动终端推送至电视端的视频节目为需要牌照信息的视频节目,例如,网络视频节目(A视频播放平台的视频节目或B视频播放平台的视频节目)。
所述查询模块20,用于查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息;
预先构建视频节目配置表,所述视频节目配置表包括电视端标识信息、与电视端标识对应的牌照信息以及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息;再一一配置每个牌照信息对应播放器的一些参数,包括启动方式、播放器名称、播放器下载地址、包名、启动需要的动作以及其他参数一并关联保存在配置表中。在构建完所述视频节目配置表后,所述视频节目配置表可以存储于移动终端,或者存储于与所述移动终端通信连接的服务端。
在获取到电视端的标识信息后,查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息。具体的,从一预先构建的视频节目配置表中查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息,所述视频节目配置表包括电视端标识信息、与电视端标识对应的牌照信息、以及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。
所述处理模块30,用于确定与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目并显示,以供移动终端用户选择需要推送至电视端播放的视频节目;
所述推送模块40,用于推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。
移动终端在需要确定电视端支持的牌照信息及视频节目时,可以采取的方式包括:

2、当所述视频节目配置表存储于所述服务端时,发送模块50,用于将获取的电视端的标识信息发送至服务端;接收模块60,用于接收所述服务端返回的与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息、及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目;处理模块30显示所述视频节目,以供移动终端用户选择;及推送模块40推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。在从电视端接收到电视端发送的标识信息后,建立与服务端的通信连接,将所述电视端的标识信息发送至服务端,服务端在接收到所述标识信息后,从预先构建的配置表中匹配出所述标识信息对应支持的牌照信息,将所述牌照信息发送至移动终端,移动终端在接收到所述牌照信息后,从网络视频节目中提取与所确定的牌照信息对应的视频节目。在本发明其他实施例中,因所述牌照信息的确定可以执行在服务端,在服务端确定连接的电视端支持的牌照信息后,服务端确定牌照信息对应的视频节目,将牌照信息及对应支持的视频节目发送至移动终端,移动终端直接提取该部分视频节目即可。

在本实施例中,电视端会存在支持多个牌照信息的情况,移动终端向电视端推送视频节目后,电视端并非全部安装了支持的牌照信息的播放器,在电视端未安装匹配牌照信息的播放器时,通过移动终端从服务端获取预先建立的所述播放器的相关信息。即,移动终端在推送视频节目时,获取电视端是否安装推送视频节目的播放器,在未安装时,移动终端从服务端获取预先建立的配置表中关于未安装播放器的相关信息,所述相关信息包括但不限于播放器的名称、包名、下载地址等。将所述相关信息发送至电视端,电视端根据所述相关信息安装所述播放器并播放对应的视频节目。本实施例通过在电视端未安装播放器时,通过移动终端从服务器获取播放器的相关信息,通过相关信息快速安装对应播放器,进一步提高视频节目推送的效率。在本发明其他实施例中,当存在多个电视端,每个电视端可能牌照信息不同,在用户选择推送视频节目时,从服务器确定是否有支持用户选择视频节目的牌照信息的电视端,在存在该电视端时,提示用户通过移动终端连接该电视端,通过该电视端完成视频节目推送。在用户选择的视频节目对应不同电视端时,自动完成连接的切换,及时准确的完成视频节目的推送,提高智能化同时提高视频节目推送效率。

  1. 一种视频节目推送方法,应用于移动终端,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    在建立移动终端与电视端的通信连接后,获取电视端的标识信息;
    查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息;
    确定与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目并显示,以供移动终端用户选择需要推送至电视端播放的视频节目;及
    推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的视频节目推送方法,其特征在于,所述视频节目推送方法包括:
    从一预先构建的视频节目配置表中查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息,所述视频节目配置表包括电视端标识信息、与电视端标识对应的牌照信息以及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的视频节目推送方法,其特征在于,所述视频节目配置表存储于移动终端,或者一与该移动终端通信连接的服务端。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的视频节目推送方法,其特征在于,当所述视频节目配置表存储于移动终端时,所述视频节目推送方法还包括:
    从移动终端本地加载视频节目配置表,所述配置表包括电视端标识信息与其所支持的牌照信息;
    根据所述标识信息从所述视频节目配置表中确定电视端支持的牌照信息及视频节目。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的视频节目推送方法,其特征在于,当所述视频节目配置表存储于所述服务端时,所述视频节目推送方法还包括:
    获取电视端的标识信息并发送该标识信息至所述服务端;
    接收所述服务端返回的与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息、及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目;
    显示所述视频节目,以供移动终端用户选择;及
    推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的视频节目推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在电视端的牌照信息发生变化时,接收电视端发送来的牌照信息更新指令;及
    根据所述更新指令,更新所述视频节目配置表中与电视端标识对应的牌照信息和与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的视频节目推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在电视端的牌照信息发生变化时,接收电视端发送来的牌照信息更新指令;及
    根据所述更新指令,更新所述视频节目配置表中与电视端标识对应的牌照信息和与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的视频节目推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在推送视频节目时,获取电视端是否安装推送视频节目的播放器,在未安装时,从服务端获取预先建立的配置表中关于未安装播放器的相关信息;
    将所述相关信息发送至电视端,以供电视端根据所述相关信息安装所述播放器并播放对应的视频节目。
  9. 一种视频节目推送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于在建立移动终端与电视端的通信连接后,获取电视端的标识信息;
    查询模块,用于查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息;
    处理模块,用于确定与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目并显示,以供移动终端用户选择需要推送至电视端播放的视频节目;
    推送模块,用于推送移动终端用户所选择的视频节目至电视端播放。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的视频节目推送装置,其特征在于,所述查询模块,还用于从一预先构建的视频节目配置表中查询与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息,所述视频节目配置表包括电视端标识信息、与电视端标识对应的牌照信息以及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的视频节目推送装置,其特征在于,所述视频节目配置表存储于移动终端,或者一与该移动终端通信连接的服务端。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的视频节目推送装置,其特征在于,所述查询模块,还用于从移动终端本地加载视频节目配置表,所述配置表包括电视端标识信息与其所支持的牌照信息;查询模块还用于
    根据所述标识信息从所述视频节目配置表中确定电视端支持的牌照信息及视频节目。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的视频节目推送装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送模块,用于将获取的电视端的标识信息发送至服务端;
    接收模块,用于接收所述服务端返回的与所述标识信息对应的电视端所支持的牌照信息、及与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的视频节目推送装置,其特征在于,还包括:更新模块,
    所述接收模块,还用于在电视端的牌照信息发生变化时,接收电视端发送来的牌照信息更新指令;
    所述更新模块,用于根据所述更新指令,更新所述视频节目配置表中与电视端标识对应的牌照信息和与所述牌照信息对应的视频节目信息。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的视频节目推送装置,其特征在于,所述查询模块,还用于在推送视频节目时,获取电视端是否安装推送视频节目的播放器,在未安装时,从服务端获取预先建立的配置表中关于未安装播放器的相关信息;
    所述发送模块,还用于将所述相关信息发送至电视端,以供电视端根据所述相关信息安装所述播放器并播放对应的视频节目。
