随着电视技术的不断发展,电视逐步走向智能化,造就了电视复杂的软件和硬件系统,其中一个细小的问题就会影响用户的体验。有鉴于此,电视厂商在研发生产过程中,会对电视进行稳定性测试,例如,在高温高湿的环境下长时间的播放媒体文件,快速操作电视以判断其是否可靠等。现有技术中,通常是采用人工测试的方法对电视进行测试:在测试过程中发生问题时,需要测试人员进入到测试环境(高温高湿等极限环境)下,并使用特定的设备与发生问题的被测电视建立连接,获取其在测试过程中的运行日志进行分析。更为严峻的是,当需要问题重现时,同样需要测试人员进入到测试环境下,并对被测电视进行大量的操作,通常的,测试过程中出现的问题需要较长时间才可以重现。现有技术中电视稳定性测试效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电视稳定性测试方法及装置,旨在提高电视稳定性测试的效率。

本发明提供一种电视稳定性测试方法,参照图1,在本发明电视稳定性测试方法的第一实施例中,该电视稳定性测试方法包括:

需要说明的是,本发明提出的电视稳定性测试方法基于测试服务器、路由器和被测电视搭建的网络环境,参照图2,将被测电视和测试服务器通过路由器进行通信连接后,由测试服务器控制被测电视,实现稳定性测试流程的全自动化。
本实施例中,用户可以在测试服务器提供的指定界面输入测试指令,以确定稳定性测试采用的测试用例,不同的测试用例对应不同的稳定性测试流程,而不同的测试流程包括不同的测试步骤,例如,某测试电视视频播放稳定性的测试用例对应的测试流程包括主菜单的显示以及快捷键,菜单的顺序,视频播放功能使用情况三个测试步骤。前述测试步骤可以拆分为至少一个独立动作,例如,可将视频播放功能使用情况部分拆分为:选择任意节目开始播放,节目播放时点击暂停,节目暂停时点击播放,节目播放时点击停止,节目播放停止时点击播放,节目播放时点击全屏和节目播放时点击音量调节等独立动作。需要说明的是,不同的独立动作对应不同的控制指令,例如,节目播放时点击停止对应停止播放指令,节目播放时点击暂停对应暂停播放指令。具体地,所述测试脚本文件包括测试流程中各独立动作对应的控制指令。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,通过控制指令来模拟人手操作,避免了工程人员(用户)进入到测试环境手动执行相关测试用例,本发明能够有效降低人力成本,并能提升测试的准确性。
步骤S20,将所述测试脚本文件发送至所述被测电视,以供所述被测电视执行接收到的所述测试脚本文件,并返回其执行所述测试脚本文件生成的运行日志;
本实施例中,在获取到测试脚本文件后,测试服务器将所述测试脚本文件发送至所述被测电视,以供所述被测电视执行接收到的所述测试脚本文件,并返回其执行所述测试脚本文件生成的运行日志。
具体地,所述测试服务器在接收到用户输入的开始执行测试脚本文件的控制指令时,将所述执行测试脚本文件的控制指令转发至所述被测电视。所述被测电视在接收到测试服务器发送的执行测试脚本文件的控制指令时,根据测试流程依次执行所述测试脚本文件中的控制指令。需要说明的是,被测电视会实时记录其执行控制指令进行的操作、以及其执行操作时的各种运行参数等,生成运行日志。所述被测电视执行完成所述测试脚本文件时,将其执行所述测试脚本文件生成的运行日志发送至所述测试服务器。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,通过被测电视自动返回其运行日志,避免了工程人员(用户)进入到测试环境手动获取,本发明能够有效降低人力成本。
此外,所述运行日志还记录有被测电视的设备ID(IDentity,身份标识码),例如,可以将被测电视的MAC(Media Access Control)地址作为其设备ID。当研发人员(用户)需要查看某被测电视的运行日志时,通过其设备ID即可获取到对应的运行日志。
步骤S30,保存接收到的各个所述被测电视对应的所述运行日志。
本实施例中,所述测试服务器接收到被测电视返回的运行日志后,将接收到的所述运行日志存储至预设的存储路径指向的存储区域。例如,测试服务器在接收到被测电视返回的运行日志后,将接收到的所述运行日志存储至本地的日志数据库中。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,基于不同的测试用例,能够完成被测电视各方面稳定性的测试,例如,视频播放、网页浏览、游戏应用等。此外,被测电视的返回的其在测试过程中的运行日志,能够为解决电视在稳定性测试过程中出现的问题提供有效的数据支撑,提高研发人员解决问题的效率。

参照图2,在测试开始前,将测试服务器和被测电视通过路由器和网线建立通信连接。用户在测试服务器提供的测试用例的选择界面上选中上述测试电视视频播放稳定性的测试用例,测试服务器根据用户选中的测试用例获取对应的测试脚本文件,并将获取的所述测试脚本文件发送至被测电视。

    保存接收到的各个所述被测电视对应的所述运行日志。

    当接收到用户基于所述日志查询界面触发的选择指令时,显示所述选择指令对应的运行日志。

    脚本获取单元,用于在接收到用户输入的各被测电视对应的测试用例时,基于预设测试用例与测试脚本文件之间的映射关系,获取各个被测电视对应的测试脚本文件。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的电视稳定性测试装置,其特征在于,所述脚本获取模块包括:
    界面显示单元,用于在接收到用户输入的测试指令时,显示被测电视以及测试用例的选择界面,以供用户基于所述选择界面输入各被测电视对应的测试用例;
    脚本获取单元,用于在接收到用户输入的各被测电视对应的测试用例时,基于预设测试用例与测试脚本文件之间的映射关系,获取各个被测电视对应的测试脚本文件。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的电视稳定性测试装置,其特征在于,所述脚本分发模块还用于将所述测试脚本文件发送至所述测试脚本文件对应的被测电视。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的电视稳定性测试装置,其特征在于,所述电视稳定性测试装置还包括更新模块,用于实时或定时更新测试脚本文件。
  17. 如权利要求11所述的电视稳定性测试装置,其特征在于,所述存储模块还用于将接收到的所述运行日志存储至预设的存储路径指向的存储区域。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的电视稳定性测试装置,其特征在于,所述存储模块还用于在接收到用户基于所述日志查询界面输入的设备ID时,触发选择指令;以及显示所述选择指令对应的运行日志。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的电视稳定性测试装置,其特征在于,所述设备ID包括被测电视的MAC地址。
  20. 如权利要求12所述的电视稳定性测试装置,其特征在于,所述电视稳定性测试装置还包括更新模块,用于实时或定时更新测试脚本文件。
