背景技术
视频广告是视频内容服务提供商主要的盈利来源。目前的视频广告插播主要采用以下两种模式:
1、播放列表模式。播放器在请求插播放完广告视频时,清空播放器缓存、重置解码器、刷新显示缓存,然后再继续启动视频节目的下载播放。考虑到广告片源与节目片源的解码参数不一致,因此,在广告播放完成后启动节目片源的播放时,必须清空显示缓存和重置解码器,这个过程将会导致互联网电视播放器黑屏一段时间。
2、拼接模式。将广告和节目的视频文件或者广告视频流和节目视频流拼接为同一视频文件或者同一路码流。若将广告文件和节目文件拼接为同一视频文件,则需要对广告片源和节目片源进行remux(主视频数据和主音频数据提取操作), 需要消耗一定的cpu缓存,且实时性无法保证。若将广告码流和节目视频码流拼接为同一路码流,需要修改节目码流视频包的时间戳,若广告码流的音视频时长不一致,则很容易导致后续节目片源播放过程中音视频不同步的问题。
针对上述两种视频广告插播模式所存在的问题,有必要发明一种新的视频广告的插播方法及装置,从而提高用户观看互联网电视节目的使用体验。

本发明通过获取单独的视频广告的片源并独立进行解码播放,在播放视频广告的同时,暂停视频节目的播放并将视频广告播放时所处的显示图层放置于视频节目的显示图层之上,从而防止了视频广告的播放与视频节目的播放相互干扰,同时也避免了在播放节目视频时需要清空播放器缓存,进而导致黑屏的问题,实现了在视频节目中快速无缝地插播视频广告,从而提高用户观看体验。

参照图1,图1为本发明视频广告的插播方法第一实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,所述视频广告的插播方法包括:
步骤S10,在视频节目播放过程中,当接收到视频广告的插播指令时,获取所述视频广告的片源地址并暂停所述视频节目的播放;
本实施例中,视频广告的插播指令的触发方式不限,例如,由视频内容服务商预先设置,比如每个30分钟自动触发播放一个指定的视频广告,或者在用户选择视频节目并开始播放时触发。
此外,为避免视频广告与视频节目的播放相互干扰,本实施例中将视频广告的片源与视频节目的片源分开保存,通过获取片源地址的方式获取视频广告的片源,进而实现视频广告与视频节目的相互独立播放,互不干扰。另外,由于二者是独立进行播放(不在同一个视频播放器上播放,或者不在同一个视频播放进程上播放),因此,为避免视频节目播放对视频广告播放的干扰(比如声音干扰),同时也实现视频广告插播前及播放结束后所分别对应的视频节目画面的无缝对接,在接收到视频广告的插播指令的同时,暂停视频节目的播放。
步骤S20,根据所述视频广告的片源地址,获取所述视频广告并进行解码;
根据获取的视频广告的片源地址,比如URL链接,从视频广告的保存位置获取视频广告,比如从相应视频服务器上下载与URL对应的视频广告,并将获取的视频广告进行解码播放。
本实施例中,对于视频广告的解码方式不限。例如,播放视频广告的视频播放器在获取到视频广告的片源文件数据后,进行文件解析以提取视频广告所对应的音视频的解码参数及音视频数据,然后利用文件解析所提取到的解码参数初始化解码器进而启动对提取的音视频数据的解码。
步骤S30,根据保存的所述视频节目播放显示时所处的第一显示图层的图层标识,将所述视频广告进行解码后的视频数据输出至第二显示图层上进行播放显示,其中,所述第二显示图层位于所述第一显示图层之上。
本实施例中,为避免在视频广告播放结束后出现黑屏现象,因此在播放视频广告时,将视频广告进行解码后的视频数据输出到另外一个显示图层上进行显示。同时,由于视频广告为需要当前播放显示的内容,因此,播放视频广告的显示图层需要位于播放视频节目的显示图层之上,具体根据预先保存的视频节目在播放时所处的显示图层的图层标识,确定视频广告在解码后进行播放时所处的显示图层。例如,显示图层从下到上的图层标记的对应值为0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8…,若视频节目播放所处的显示图层为第5显示图层,则视频广告播放时所处的显示图层则对应可以为6,7,8……中的任一图层,具体根据实际情况进行设置。另外,图层标记的对应值也可根据需要进行修改配置。

可选的,所述第一显示图层为视频层时,则所述第二显示图层为图形层;或者所述第一显示图层为图形层时,则所述第二显示图层为视频层。
具有互联网电视的智能电视、机顶盒、智能移动终端、计算机等的屏幕输出一般都是多层显示结构,不同的设备所对应的屏幕输出结构也不相同。例如,智能电视从底层到上层依次为:背景层、静止图像层、视频层、图形层(On Screen Display,OSD)和光标层。其中,视频层是解码器输出解码结果的图像显示;图形层:是图形系统的输出显示,可以输出静态图像或动态的视频。视频层和图形层都可以透明或半透明或不透明显示,因此,视频层和图形层可以有数量上的多层设置,因而视频层与图形层可以相互交替设置,比如从下到上的顺序可以为:视频层1、图形层1、视频层2、视频层3、图形层2。此外,尽管视频层可以有多个,但不同的视频层同时显示时会造成相互之间的干扰。
基于屏幕输出结构的上述特点,本实施例中,第一显示图层与第二显示图层优选为视频图层或图形层,且第一显示图层与第二显示图层不能相同。具体根据互联网电视的载体设备(智能电视、机顶盒、智能移动终端、计算机)的产品设计而定。此外,由于是插播视频广告,因此,第二显示图层必须位于第一显示图层之上。
可选的,所述视频节目与所述视频广告分别在同一视频播放器的不同播放进程上进行播放,或者所述视频节目与所述视频广告分别在不同视频播放器上进行播放。
参照图2,图2为本发明视频广告的插播方法第二实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,基于上述实施例,在上述步骤S30之后包括:
步骤S40,在所述视频广告播放结束后,清空所述第二显示图层并恢复所述视频节目的播放。
为避免在恢复视频节目播放时,由于需要清空视频播放器的缓存从而导致出现视频播放器上出现黑屏现象,因此,本实施例中,在视频广告播放结束后,仅需直接清空视频广告播放显示所处的显示图层即可清除当前缓存的视频广告的数据,同时将视频节目由暂停状态恢复为播放状态,进而实现了视频广告的显示与视频节目的显示的无缝对接,也即避免了黑屏现象的发生,从而提高了用户的视频观看体验。
参照图3,图3为本发明视频广告的插播方法第三实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,基于上述实施例,在上述步骤S10之前包括:
步骤S01,当接收到所述视频节目的播放指令时,获取所述视频节目的片源地址;
本实施例中,视频广告的插播指令的触发方式不限,例如,根据用户的选择操作而触发,或者根据视频节目的播放顺序自动触发。
本实施例中将视频广告的片源与视频节目的片源分开保存,通过获取片源地址的方式获取视频节目的片源,进而实现视频节目与视频广告的相互独立播放,互不干扰。
步骤S02,根据所述视频节目的片源地址,获取所述视频节目并进行解码;
根据获取的视频节目的片源地址,比如URL链接,从视频节目的保存位置获取视频节目,比如从相应视频服务器上下载与URL对应的视频节目,并将获取的视频节目进行解码播放。需要说明的是,视频节目的片源与视频广告的片源可通过同一视频服务器进行下载,也可以通过不同的视频服务器进行下载。
本实施例中,对于视频节目的解码方式也不限。例如,播放视频节目的视频播放器在获取到视频节目的片源数据文件后,进行文件解析以提取视频广告所对应的音视频的解码参数及音视频数据,然后利用文件解析所提取到的解码参数初始化解码器进而启动对提取的音视频数据的解码。
步骤S03,将所述视频节目进行解码后的视频数据输出至所述第一显示图层上进行播放显示并保存所述第一显示图层的图层标识。
本实施例中,在完成对提取的音视频数据的解码后,将解码后的数据输出至相应显示图层上进行播放,具体对应的显示图层可以预先配置。此外,为保证视频广告解码输出播放时所处的显示图层位于视频节目解码输出播放时所处的显示图层,因此,在视频节目解码播放时,记录并保存视频节目解码输出播放时所处的显示图层的图层标识。
参照图4,图4为本发明视频广告的插播装置第一实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施例中,所述视频广告的插播装置包括:
片源地址获取模块10,用于在视频节目播放过程中,当接收到视频广告的插播指令时,获取所述视频广告的片源地址;

由于视频广告与视频节目是独立进行播放,因此,为避免视频节目播放对视频广告播放的干扰,同时也实现视频广告插播前及播放结束后所分别对应的视频节目画面的无缝对接,在接收到视频广告的插播指令的同时,播放暂停模块20将暂停视频节目的播放。
视频获取模块30,用于根据所述视频广告的片源地址,获取所述视频广告;解码模块40,用于解码获取的所述视频广告;

本实施例中,为避免在视频广告播放结束后出现黑屏现象,因此在播放视频广告时,输出模块50将视频广告进行解码后的视频数据输出到另外一个显示图层上进行显示。同时,由于视频广告为当前播放内容,因此,播放视频广告的显示图层需要位于播放视频节目的显示图层之上,具体根据预先保存的视频节目在播放时所处的显示图层的图层标识,确定视频广告在解码后进行播放时所处的显示图层。例如,显示图层从下到上的图层标记的对应值为0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8…,若视频节目播放所处的显示图层为第5显示图层,则视频广告播放时所处的显示图层则对应可以为6,7,8……中的任一图层,具体根据实际情况进行设置。另外,图层标记的对应值也可根据需要进行修改配置。

播放恢复模块70,用于清空所述第二显示图层后,恢复所述视频节目的播放。
为避免在恢复视频节目播放时,由于需要清空视频播放器的缓存从而导致出现视频播放器上出现黑屏现象,因此,本实施例中,在视频广告播放结束后,清空模块60通过清空视频广告播放显示所处的显示图层即可清除当前缓存的视频广告的数据,同时播放恢复模块70将视频节目由暂停状态恢复为播放状态,进而实现了视频广告的显示与视频节目的显示的无缝对接,也即避免了黑屏现象的发生,从而提高了用户的视频观看体验。
参照图6,图6为本发明视频广告的插播装置第三实施例的功能模块示意图。
本实施例中,所述片源地址获取模块10还用于:当接收到所述视频节目的播放指令时,获取所述视频节目的片源地址;所述视频获取模块30还用于:根据所述视频节目的片源地址,获取所述视频节目;所述解码模块40还用于:解码获取的所述视频节目;所述输出模块50还用于:将所述视频节目进行解码后的视频数据输出至所述第一显示图层上进行播放显示;
所述视频广告的插播装置还包括:
图层标识保存模块80,用于保存所述第一显示图层的图层标识。
本实施例中将视频广告的片源与视频节目的片源分开保存,通过获取片源地址的方式获取视频节目的片源,进而实现视频节目与视频广告的相互独立播放,互不干扰。
根据片源地址获取模块10获取的视频节目的片源地址,比如URL链接,视频获取模块30从视频节目的保存位置获取视频节目,比如从相应视频服务器上下载与URL对应的视频节目,并通过解码模块40将获取的视频节目进行解码播放。需要说明的是,视频节目的片源与视频广告的片源可通过同一视频服务器进行下载,也可以通过不同的视频服务器进行下载。
本实施例中,对于视频节目的解码方式也不限。例如,播放视频节目的视频播放器在获取到视频节目的片源数据文件后,进行文件解析以提取视频广告所对应的音视频的解码参数及音视频数据,然后利用文件解析所提取到的解码参数初始化解码器进而启动对提取的音视频数据的解码。
本实施例中,在完成对提取的音视频数据的解码后,输出模块50将解码后的视频数据输出至相应显示图层上进行播放,具体对应的显示图层可以预先配置。此外,为保证视频广告解码输出播放时所处的显示图层位于视频节目解码输出播放时所处的显示图层,因此,在视频节目解码播放时,图层标识保存模块80记录并保存视频节目解码输出播放时所处的显示图层的图层标识。

    当接收到视频节目的播放指令时,获取所述视频节目的片源地址;
    根据所述视频节目的片源地址,获取所述视频节目并进行解码;
    将所述视频节目进行解码后的视频数据输出至第一显示图层上进行播放显示并保存所述第一显示图层的图层标识;
    在所述视频节目播放过程中,当接收到视频广告的插播指令时,获取所述视频广告的片源地址并暂停所述视频节目的播放;
    根据所述视频广告的片源地址,获取所述视频广告并进行解码;
    根据保存的所述视频节目播放显示时所处的所述第一显示图层的图层标识,将所述视频广告进行解码后的视频数据输出至第二显示图层上进行播放显示,其中,所述第二显示图层位于所述第一显示图层之上,所述视频节目与所述视频广告分别在同一视频播放器的不同播放进程上进行播放,或者所述视频节目与所述视频广告分别在不同视频播放器上进行播放。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的视频广告的插播方法,其特征在于,所述根据保存的所述视频节目播放显示时所处的第一显示图层的图层标识,将所述视频广告进行解码后的视频数据输出至第二显示图层上进行播放显示之后包括:

    将所述视频节目进行解码后的视频数据输出至所述第一显示图层上进行播放显示并保存所述第一显示图层的图层标识。

    当接收到所述视频节目的播放指令时,获取所述视频节目的片源地址;
    根据所述视频节目的片源地址,获取所述视频节目并进行解码;
    将所述视频节目进行解码后的视频数据输出至所述第一显示图层上进行播放显示并保存所述第一显示图层的图层标识。
