Description

一种移动通信终端和功能组件
【技术领域】
本发明涉及通信领域,特别是涉及一种移动通信终端和功能组件。
【背景技术】
移动通信是沟通移动用户与固定点用户之间或移动用户之间的通信方式。对讲机是一种双向移动通信终端,在不需要任何网络支持的情况下就可以通话,适用于相对固定且频繁通话的场合。
目前对讲机在原有结构基础上增加新的功能时,需要对主板进行大量修改,大多数情况下会涉及到修改整机结构。当不同客户提出不同的功能需求时,很有可能涉及到再一次的改版。这样做法不仅会大大地增加研发成本和延长研发周期,而且没有任何灵活性,无法应对客户的多样需求或者产品本身的新功能规划。
【发明内容】
为了至少部分解决以上问题,本发明提出了一种移动通信终端。该移动通信终端包括:壳体、天线、主板和功能组件;其中主板设置于壳体内,功能组件包括功能电路板,功能组件独立于主板,功能电路板和天线分别电连接主板。
其中,功能电路板设置于壳体外侧。
其中,天线设置于壳体外侧,功能电路板设置于壳体和天线之间。
其中,功能电路板的形状为环形。
其中,功能电路板上设有无线收发电路及其配套天线,无线收发电路和配套天线的工作频率与天线的工作频率不同。
其中,功能组件进一步包括显示屏,显示屏设置于壳体外侧,功能电路板上设有显示屏驱动电路和接口电路,接口电路、显示屏驱动电路和显示屏依次连接,接口电路进一步连接主板。
其中,显示屏为柔性显示屏。
其中,功能电路板上设有温度传感器,温度传感器连接主板。
其中,功能电路板上设有降噪麦克风,降噪麦克风连接主板。
其中,功能电路板上设有指示灯和控制指示灯的控制电路,指示灯通过控制电路连接主板。

为了至少部分解决以上问题,本发明提出了一种功能组件。该功能组件包括功能电路板,功能组件可作为移动通信终端的一部分,此时功能组件独立于移动通信终端的主板,功能电路板电连接主板。
其中,功能组件进一步包括内部电路板,功能电路板连接内部电路板,并可通过内部电路板电连接主板。
本发明的有益效果是:增加独立于主板的功能组件,功能组件包括功能电路板,面对不同的功能需求时只需修改或者替换功能电路板,即可在不对主板进行大幅改动的前提下实现不同功能的灵活切换,缩短研发周期,降低研发成本。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明移动通信终端第一实施例包括:壳体1、天线2、主板3和功能组件4。移动通信终端可进一步包括显示屏、电池、麦克风、扬声器(图中未画出)等部件。
天线2用于发射或接收电磁波。主板3设置于壳体1内,是移动通信终端的主电路板,设有移动通信终端的主要电路,如CPU、信号处理电路、振荡电路、调制解调电路等。
功能组件4独立于主板3,功能组件4包括功能电路板5。功能电路板5和天线2分别电连接主板3。图中画出的功能组件4和天线2都设于壳体1内部,天线2也可以设于壳体1外侧,功能组件4也可以设于壳体1外侧,也可以部分设于壳体1内,部分设于壳体1外。功能电路板5设于壳体1外侧时,可以设于壳体1外部任意不影响正常使用的部位,例如壳体1的侧边、背部等。
通过上述实施例的实施,增加独立于主板3的功能组件4,功能组件4包括功能电路板5,面对不同的功能需求时只需修改或者替换功能电路板5,即可在不对主板3进行大幅改动的前提下实现不同功能的灵活切换,缩短研发周期,降低研发成本。
如图2所示,本发明移动通信终端第二实施例,是在本发明移动通信终端第一实施例的基础上,将天线20和功能电路板50设置于壳体10外侧,功能电路板50设置于壳体10和天线20之间。
功能组件40包括环形的上盖41、底盖42、功能电路板50和螺母43。壳体10包括通孔12和围绕通孔12的凸起部11。安装时,底盖42、功能电路板50、上盖41依次放置在凸起部11上,并通过螺母43固定在凸起部11上。功能电路板50通过弹簧针连接器51连接主板(图中未画出),凸起部11上进一步设有弹簧针连接器51穿过的通孔(图中未画出)。当然,功能电路板50也可以通过导线或者线缆连接主板,在此不做过多限制。天线连接器21连接天线的一端位于通孔12内,另一端连接主板,天线20设于壳体10外侧并连接天线连接器21。
为了提高移动通信终端的防水性能,功能组件40进一步包括防水圈(图中未画出),防水圈为环形,设置在底盖42与凸起部11之间。
优选的,功能组件40进一步包括设于壳体10内部的内部电路板(图中未画出),功能电路板50通过内部电路板电连接主板。内部电路板可以只用于连接功能电路板50和主板,也可以将功能电路板50上的部分电路设置在内部电路板上。
图中的壳体10包括凸起部11,实际壳体10也可以不包括凸起部,此时底盖42、功能电路板50和上盖41直接固定在壳体10上。图中的底盖42、功能电路板50和上盖41通过螺母43固定,也可以使用螺丝固定。
通过上述实施例的实施,将功能电路板50设置于壳体10的外侧,修改或更换功能电路板时不会影响移动通信终端的主机结构。将功能电路板50设置在天线20和壳体之间不影响移动通信终端的整体基础外观以及天线20的性能,结构简单,组装方便。
在本发明移动通信终端的一个实施例中,移动通信终端为对讲机,本实施例可以与本发明移动通信终端的任一实施例相结合。此外,移动通信终端还可以为手机。
在本发明移动通信终端的一个实施例中,功能电路板上设有无线收发电路及其配套天线,无线收发电路和配套天线的工作频率与天线的工作频率不同。本实施例可以与本发明移动通信终端的任一实施例相结合。
天线以及主板上配合天线的发射接收模块的工作时频率是移动通信终端的工作频率,以民用对讲机为例,其工作频率一般在400MHz频段。一般而言,无线收发电路及其配套天线组成的无线收发模块为蓝牙、WiFi、ZigBee等模块,其工作频率一般为2.4GHz。无线收发电路和配套天线可以都设于壳体的内部,也可以都设于壳体的外侧,也可以无线收发电路设于壳体内侧,配套天线设于壳体外侧。当壳体的材料为金属材料例如铝时,对壳体内部具有较好的屏蔽作用,此时配套天线设置在壳体外侧可以降低配套天线的设计难度。本实施例与本发明移动通信终端第二实施例相结合时,配套天线优选为微带螺旋天线。
在本发明移动通信终端的一个实施例中,功能电路板上设有指示灯和控制指示灯的控制电路,指示灯通过控制电路连接主板,并且功能电路板设于壳体外侧。本实施例可以与本发明移动通信终端的任一实施例相结合。
以对讲机为例,现有对讲机上的指示灯一般只能指示收发状态,无法指示更多的工作状态。而功能电路板上的指示灯可以用于指示用于所需知道的通话组别,组号范围或其他状态信息。
在本发明移动通信终端的一个实施例中,功能电路板上设有温度传感器,温度传感器连接主板。本实施例可以与本发明移动通信终端的任一实施例相结合。功能电路板设于壳体外侧时温度传感器可监测环境温度,功能电路板设于壳体外侧时温度传感器可监测移动通信终端内的温度,温度过高时,可适当地调整发射功率以适应该环境的工作需求。
在本发明移动通信终端的一个实施例中,功能电路板上设有降噪麦克风,降噪麦克风连接主板。本实施例可以与本发明移动通信终端的任一实施例相结合。降噪麦克风用于捕捉周围环境的噪声以提高通话质量。功能电路板设于壳体外侧时,降噪麦克风与主麦克风的隔离度更好。
在本发明移动通信终端的一个实施例中,功能电路板上设有输入/输出接口和接口控制电路,并且功能电路板设于壳体外侧。输入/输出接口用于连接配件等其他设备,可以为通用输入/输出接口(General Purpose Input Output,GPIO),也可以为I2C、SPI等其他类型的接口。接口控制电路分别连接主板和输入/输出接口。本实施例可以与本发明移动通信终端的任一实施例相结合。
在本发明移动通信终端的一个实施例中,功能组件进一步包括显示屏,功能电路板上设有显示屏驱动电路和接口电路,接口电路、显示屏驱动电路和显示屏依次连接,接口电路还连接主板。显示屏设于壳体外侧,功能电路板可以设于壳体外侧,也可以设于壳体内侧。本实施例可以与本发明移动通信终端的任一实施例相结合。
显示屏优选为柔性显示屏,如有机发光二极管、电泳显示屏。如图3所示,本实施例与本发明移动通信终端第二实施例相结合时,柔性显示屏100环绕在功能电路板的外侧,并设置在天线200和壳体300之间,装配完成后用户无法看到功能电路板。柔性显示屏用于显示部分提示信息,比移动通信终端主体上的显示屏小,功耗低。例如,移动通信终端为手机时,柔性显示屏上可以显示时间、天气、来电号码、信息内容等提示信息。移动通信终端为宽窄带双模对讲机时,宽带工作状态下使用主体上的显示屏,窄带工作状态下使用柔性显示屏,此时柔性显示屏可显示通话组,个号等信息。与传统的将大小双显示屏设置在正面的移动通信终端相比,柔性显示屏不占用移动通信终端主体的面积,不影响整体设计感,同时便于小型化。
如图4所示,本发明功能组件第一实施例包括:功能电路板6。功能组件可作为移动通信终端(图中未画出)的一部分,此时功能组件独立于移动通信终端的主板,功能电路板6电连接主板。功能组件可以设于移动通信终端的壳体内侧,也可以设于壳体外侧,也可以部分设于壳体内,部分设于壳体外。功能电路板设于壳体外侧时,可以设于壳体外部任意不影响正常使用的部位,例如壳体的侧边、背部等。
如图5所示,本发明功能组件第二实施例,是在本发明功能组件第一实施例的基础上,进一步包括内部电路板7,功能电路板6电连接内部电路板7,并可通过内部电路板7电连接主板(图中未画出)。
内部电路板7可以只用于电连接功能电路板6和主板,也可以将功能电路板6上的部分电路设置在内部电路板7上。以上所述仅为本发明的实施方式,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

  1. 一种移动通信终端,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体、天线、主板和功能组件;
    其中所述主板设置于所述壳体内,所述功能组件包括功能电路板,所述功能组件独立于所述主板,所述功能电路板和所述天线分别电连接所述主板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,
    所述功能电路板设置于所述壳体外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,
    所述天线设置于所述壳体外侧,所述功能电路板设置于所述壳体和所述天线之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,
    所述功能电路板的形状为环形。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,
    所述功能电路板上设有无线收发电路及其配套天线,所述无线收发电路和所述配套天线的工作频率与所述天线的工作频率不同。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,
    所述功能组件进一步包括显示屏,所述显示屏设置于所述壳体外侧,所述功能电路板上设有显示屏驱动电路和接口电路,所述接口电路、所述显示屏驱动电路和所述显示屏依次连接,所述接口电路进一步连接所述主板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,
    所述显示屏为柔性显示屏。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,
    所述功能电路板上设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器连接所述主板。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,
    所述功能电路板上设有降噪麦克风,所述降噪麦克风连接所述主板。
  10. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,
    所述功能电路板上设有指示灯和控制所述指示灯的控制电路,所述指示灯通过所述控制电路连接所述主板。
  11. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,
    所述功能电路板上设有输入/输出接口和接口控制电路,所述接口控制电路分别连接所述主板和所述输入/输出接口,所述输入/输出接口用于连接其他设备。
  12. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,
    所述功能组件进一步包括内部电路板,所述功能电路板通过所述内部电路板电连接所述主板。
  13. 一种功能组件,其特征在于,包括功能电路板,
    所述功能组件可作为移动通信终端的一部分,此时所述功能组件独立于所述移动通信终端的主板,所述功能电路板电连接所述主板。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的功能组件,其特征在于,
    所述功能组件进一步包括内部电路板,所述功能电路板连接所述内部电路板,并可通过所述内部电路板电连接所述主板。
