Description

一种具有故障脱困功能的电梯 技术领域
本发明涉及电梯技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有故障脱困功能的电梯。
背景技术
目前升降式电梯发生故障困人后,通常需要等待电梯专业维修人员或专职电梯管理人员到达机房,由两人配合进行手动盘车救援,将电梯轿厢移动到门区位置,再用三角钥匙打开厅门把被困人员放出。紧急情况下,可能会由消防队破坏式拆除进行营救;但现有营救方式有以下缺点:首先被困人员等待救援时间较长,容易使被困人员产生心理恐慌,心理承受压力大;其次由于电梯发生故障时,电梯轿厢位置不一定位于平层区域,如被困人员撬开电梯门自救时,非常容易跌入井道造成重大伤亡,安全风险极大,如由2名维修人员配合盘车救援时,也容易出现失误并造成不必要的损失,此外如遭遇破坏式拆除营救时,电梯设备极有可能被破坏。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种能够自动运行救援模式、救援响应时间短且安全可靠的具有故障脱困功能的电梯。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种具有故障脱困功能的电梯,包括轿厢、轿门和变频控制器,所述轿门设置在所述轿厢的入口处,所述轿厢上设置有救援检测装置,所述救援检测装置与所述变频控制器信号连接,所述变频控制器与所述轿厢上的开门机信号连接。
进一步的,所述救援检测装置包括设置在所述轿厢的内壁上的人体检测装置,所述人体检测装置与所述变频控制器信号连接。
进一步的,所述救援检测装置还包括两个顶部异物检测开关和两个底部异物检测开关,两个所述顶部异物检测开关分别设置于所述轿厢入口处的上方,两个所述底部异物检测开关分别设置于所述轿厢入口处的下方,两个所述顶部 异物检测开关和两个所述底部异物检测开关均与所述变频控制器信号连接。

本发明的有益效果为:所述具有故障脱困功能的电梯,通过所述救援检测装置能够检测到故障电梯内是否有人员被困,若有人被困时所述变频控制器能够自动启动紧急救援运行模式,控制所述轿厢移动到门区,并给开门机发送开门指令,使轿门带动厅门同时打开,使被困的人员可以安全撤离。
所述救援检测装置还能够检测运行的环境,若在运行方向存在异物或者离运行方向最近的厅门被打开时,则紧急救援运行模式立即中止,保证安全性。
当所述电梯发生故障后,被困人员也可以通过所述救援请求按钮启动紧急救援运行模式,为紧急救援运行模式的开启提供双重保障。
当启动紧急救援模式时,所述声光报警器会发出有警报声及闪光警示,发出异常运行警告,提醒相关人员高度注意。
当启动紧急救援模式时,所述显示器会播放安抚语音或视频,以缓解被困人员焦虑和紧张的情绪,减轻心理压力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种具有故障脱困功能的电梯,包括轿厢1、轿门2和变频控制器,轿门2设置在轿厢1的入口处,轿厢1上设置有救援检测装置3,救援检测装置3与变频控制器信号连接,变频控制器与轿厢1上的开门机11信号连接,通过救援检测装置3能够检测到是故障电梯内否有人员被困,若有人被困时变频控制器能够给开门机11发出启动紧急救援运行模式的指令,并控制轿厢1移动到门区,开门机11驱动轿门2打开,使被困的人员可以安全撤离。
救援检测装置3包括设置在轿厢1的内壁上的人体检测装置31,人体检测装置31与变频控制器信号连接,通过人体检测装置31能够检测到故障电梯中是否有被困人员,并能将信号反馈到变频控制器,变频控制器进行判断是否启动紧急救援运行模式。救援检测装置3还包括两个顶部异物检测开关32和两个底部异物检测开关33,两个顶部异物检测开关32分别设置于轿厢1入口处的上方,两个底部异物检测开关33分别设置于轿厢1入口处的下方,两个顶部异物检测开关32和两个底部异物检测开关33均与变频控制器信号连接。两个顶部异物检测开关32和两个底部异物检测开关33都能够检测运行方向是否有异物,并将检测到运行方向有异物的信号发送给变频控制器,变频控制器发出中止紧急救援运行模式的指令。
救援检测装置3还包括厅门检测开关34,厅门检测开关34设置在轿厢1 入口处的上方,且厅门检测开关34设置在两个顶部异物检测开关32之间,厅门检测开关33与变频控制器信号连接。当厅门检测开关33能够检测门区内的厅门是否有关闭和打开的动作,当检测到的厅门有关闭和打开的动作时,变频控制器发出中止紧急救援运行模式的指令;同时当厅门检测开关33检测到轿厢1运行方向最近的厅门被打开时,变频控制器发出中止紧急救援运行模式的指令。
轿厢1入口处的外侧设置有开门机11,开门机11与变频控制器信号连接,开门机11与轿门2之间设置为传动连接,开门机11上设置有轿门关闭到位检测开关111,轿门关闭到位检测开关111与变频控制器信号连接,轿门关闭到位检测开关111能够检测轿门2是否处于完全关闭状态,并将信号发送到开门机11;当轿门2处于完全闭合状态时,开门机11将此信号发送到变频控制器,同时开门机11接收变频控制器发出的启动紧急救援运行模式的指令,并驱动轿门2带动厅门同时打开。
轿厢1入口处的外侧还设置有声光报警器12,声光报警器12设置在开门机11的上方,声光报警器12与变频控制器信号连接,声光报警器12能够响应变频控制器发出的启动紧急救援运行模式的指令,发出警报声及闪光警示,提醒相关人员高度注意。
轿厢1的外侧的顶部设置有检修开关13,检修开关13与变频控制器信号连接,检修开关13将检测到电梯处于检修状态时的信号发送到变频控制器,变频控制器发出中止紧急救援模式的指令。
轿厢1的内壁上设置有救援请求按钮14,救援请求按钮14与变频控制器信号连接,故障电梯内的被困人员通过救援请求按钮14能够使变频控制器发出启动紧急救援模式的指令。
轿厢1的内壁上设置有显示器15,显示器15与变频控制器信号连接,当变频控制器发出启动紧急救援模式的指令时,显示器15会播放安抚语音或视频,以缓解被困人员焦虑和紧张的情绪,减轻心理压力。
