Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé de transmission d'informations de code bidimensionnel ainsi que sur un procédé et sur un système de garantie électronique. Le procédé de transmission d'informations de code bidimensionnel comprend les étapes consistant : à lancer, par un client, lors du balayage d'un code bidimensionnel d'un produit, une demande de lecture d'informations de code bidimensionnel à un serveur (210), la demande de lecture d'informations de code bidimensionnel étant générée en fonction des informations personnelles d'un utilisateur de produit lié au client ; à recevoir des informations de code bidimensionnel qui sont renvoyées par le serveur et correspondent aux informations personnelles de l'utilisateur de produit (230), les informations de code bidimensionnel étant mises en correspondance et trouvées par le serveur dans une base de données de produits prédéfinie en fonction des informations personnelles de l'utilisateur de produit ; et à transmettre les informations de code bidimensionnel reçues par le biais du client (250). Au moyen du procédé, la sécurité d'une transmission d'informations de code bidimensionnel peut être améliorée et la dépendance d'une carte de garantie en papier pendant le service après-vente d'un produit est complètement éliminée.
