Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de revêtement décoratif, pour plafond et murs, qui comprend la fabrication du tissu à partir d'une matière textile recouverte, sur au moins un côté, d'un mélange qui comprend au moins un polymère flexible (1), fixé à une base de cadre (2). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la base de cadre (2) est constituée de rails de guidage sous la forme d'éléments allongés qui sont faits en bois ou en feuille de matériau composite de bois ou de polymère élastique, dont la densité permet de retenir des éléments de fixation, et en ce que les rails de guidage forment un cadre fermé correspondant au périmètre du mur ou du plafond ou à une partie de celui-ci à décorer. En tant que matière textile (1), les tissus tissés à usage domestique sont utilisés et fabriqués par tissage de type à armure unie de fibres synthétiques de polyester texturées perpendiculaires les unes aux autres (3, 4) fabriquées à partir de polyester thermoplastique d'acide téréphtalique et d'éthylène glycol, c'est-à-dire la chaîne et la trame. Le tissu possède une densité surfacique de 80 à 220 grammes par mètre carré, une charge de rupture dans la chaîne d'au moins 35 kgf, dans la trame - d'au moins 25 kgf. Le tissu est découpé dans les dimensions qui dépassent le périmètre du cadre fermé, formé par des rails de guidage, et est fixé à celui-ci par des éléments de fixation sous la forme de tiges uniques qui ont une tête et une extrémité pointue, ou avec des barres en forme de U en alliage de fer et de carbone ou en laiton. Le tissu fixe est recouvert d'un mélange, et la base du mélange est constituée d'une dispersion de styrène-butadiène ou de styrène-acrylate de latex à base d'eau ; le mélange, qui est appliqué sur le tissu à l'état polymère, permet d'effectuer une image décorative ou de changer la palette de couleurs du tissu pendant au moins 5 cycles.
