Description

二次电池顶盖 技术领域
本发明属于二次电池领域,更具体地说,涉及一种二次电池顶盖。
背景技术
目前,市场上的二次电池顶盖大多是铆接结构或陶瓷卡簧注塑结构。但是,现有二次电池顶盖至少存在以下缺陷:
1)顶盖结构复杂,成本高;
2)注塑结构顶盖采用直接一体成型注塑来实现极柱和顶盖板的定位及强度保证,但由于金属材质的顶盖板和极柱与注塑聚合物塑胶存在物性差异,一体成型注塑后的顶盖在高低温或长期老化等应用环境下,会出现塑胶变形而影响顶盖和极柱结构的稳定性以及定位强度。
有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种能够解决上述问题的二次电池顶盖。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种结构简单且稳定性强的二次电池顶盖,以降低二次电池的生产成本和极柱的稳定性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种二次电池顶盖,其包括设置有极柱孔的顶盖板和安装于顶盖板的极柱组件;极柱组件包括极柱部件和注塑塑胶件,极柱部件穿过顶盖板的极柱孔,注塑塑胶件将极柱部件固定在顶盖板上;所述极柱孔的周边设置有倒扣孔,注塑塑胶件包括卡入倒扣孔中的倒扣结构。
作为本发明二次电池顶盖的一种改进,所述倒扣孔的纵截面为底大口小的锥台形结构,注塑塑胶件的倒扣结构以适配的形式卡入倒扣孔。
作为本发明二次电池顶盖的一种改进,所述倒扣孔位于顶盖板的上表面, 并且不穿透顶盖板。
作为本发明二次电池顶盖的一种改进,所述倒扣孔的开口为圆形、椭圆形、方形或菱形。
作为本发明二次电池顶盖的一种改进,所述极柱孔的周边均匀分布有1~20个倒扣孔。
作为本发明二次电池顶盖的一种改进,所述顶盖板为金属顶盖板,注塑塑胶件为一体成型注塑件。
作为本发明二次电池顶盖的一种改进,所述极柱部件在其极柱周壁上设置有固定槽,注塑塑胶件卡入极柱周壁与顶盖板之间的空隙中以及极柱周壁的固定槽中。
作为本发明二次电池顶盖的一种改进,所述极柱组件还包括密封圈,密封圈实现极柱部件与顶盖板之间的密封。
作为本发明二次电池顶盖的一种改进,所述二次电池顶盖还包括安装于顶盖板的防爆阀组件。
作为本发明二次电池顶盖的一种改进,所述顶盖板上还设置有可密封的注液孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明二次电池顶盖结构简单,而且注塑塑胶件通过倒扣结构卡入顶盖板的倒扣孔中,大大提高了极柱组件在顶盖板上固定的稳定性。

具体实施例
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和有益技术效果更加清晰明白,以下结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,本说明书中描述的具体实施方式仅仅是为了解释本发明,并不是为了限定本发明。
请参阅图1,本发明二次电池顶盖包括顶盖板10、极柱组件20和防爆阀组件30。极柱组件20和防爆阀组件30均安装于顶盖板10。
虽然图示实施方式中的极柱组件20是正负两个极柱组件均设置于顶盖板10,但在其他实施方式中,正负极柱组件也可以仅有一个设置在顶盖板10上,这并不影响本发明的实施。由于本发明并不涉及正负极柱的极性区分,因此不再对极柱、极柱组件等的极性进行描述。
请参阅图2和图3,顶盖板10为金属顶盖板,其上设置有防爆孔11和可密封的注液孔12。防爆阀组件30安装于顶盖板10的防爆孔11中,并对防爆孔11进行密封。
顶盖板10还设置有两个极柱孔14,并在每一极柱孔14的周边设置有倒扣孔16。倒扣孔16位于顶盖板10的上表面,并且不穿透顶盖板10,其数量可以根据实际需要进行调整,优选为在每一极柱孔14周边设置均匀分布的1~20个。每一倒扣孔16的纵截面均为底大口小的锥台形结构,开口则为圆形、椭圆形、方形、菱形或异形。
请参阅图4,极柱组件20分别安装于顶盖板10的对应极柱孔14中。极柱组件20包括极柱部件22、密封圈24和一体成型的注塑塑胶件26。极柱部件22穿过顶盖板10的对应极柱孔14,密封圈24实现极柱部件22与顶盖板10之间的密封。极柱部件22的极柱周壁上设置有固定槽220。注塑塑胶件26为一体成型注塑件,其卡入极柱周壁与顶盖板10之间的空隙中以及极柱周壁的固定槽220中,从而将极柱部件22固定在顶盖板10上;同时,注塑塑胶件26还形成以适配形式卡入顶盖板10的倒扣孔16中的锥台形倒扣结构260,倒扣结构260可以 大大提高极柱组件20在顶盖板10上固定的稳定性,有效解决了注塑塑胶件一体成型注塑后在应用环境下尤其是高低温环境和长期老化环境下结构稳定性差的问题。
通过以上描述可知,本发明二次电池顶盖至少具有以下优点:
1)结构简单,制造工艺也简单,因此批量生产后可有效降低生产成本;
2)一体成型的注塑塑胶件26通过倒扣结构260卡入顶盖板10的倒扣孔16中,大大提高了极柱组件20在顶盖板10上固定的稳定性,也有利于提高极柱部件22与顶盖板10间电阻值的一致性和稳定性。

  1. 一种二次电池顶盖,包括设置有极柱孔的顶盖板和安装于顶盖板的极柱组件;极柱组件包括极柱部件和注塑塑胶件,极柱部件穿过顶盖板的极柱孔,注塑塑胶件将极柱部件固定在顶盖板上;其特征在于:所述极柱孔的周边设置有倒扣孔,注塑塑胶件包括卡入倒扣孔中的倒扣结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的二次电池顶盖,其特征在于:所述倒扣孔的纵截面为底大口小的锥台形结构,注塑塑胶件的倒扣结构以适配的形式卡入倒扣孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的二次电池顶盖,其特征在于:所述倒扣孔位于顶盖板的上表面,并且不穿透顶盖板。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的二次电池顶盖,其特征在于:所述倒扣孔的开口为圆形、椭圆形、方形或菱形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的二次电池顶盖,其特征在于:所述极柱孔的周边均匀分布有1~20个倒扣孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的二次电池顶盖,其特征在于:所述顶盖板为金属顶盖板,注塑塑胶件为一体成型注塑件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的二次电池顶盖,其特征在于:所述极柱部件在其极柱周壁上设置有固定槽,注塑塑胶件卡入极柱周壁与顶盖板之间的空隙中以及极柱周壁的固定槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的二次电池顶盖,其特征在于:所述极柱组件还包括密封圈,密封圈实现极柱部件与顶盖板之间的密封。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的二次电池顶盖,其特征在于:所述二次电池顶盖还包括安装于顶盖板的防爆阀组件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的二次电池顶盖,其特征在于:所述顶盖板上还设置有可密封的注液孔。
